This study discusses the role of e-procurement in preventing fraud in Satker X. This study is devoted to examining the role of e-procurement in preventing fraud, as well as the potential for fraud that may still occur when Satker X has implemented e-procurement in procurement process. The object of this research is Satker X which is one of the Central Government Work Units engaged in the field of vocational education. This research is aimed at Satker X as e-procurement users.Research espondent in this study are 3 respondents. Data collection in this study was done by in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. After the data is collected, the next step is analyze the data. Data were analyzed by data reduction, presented in tabular form, until the stage of completion of writing and drawing conclusions. The validity or credibility test of the data is done by using data triangulation.The results show that the implementation of e-procurement in Satker X is quite good, and e-procurement has been proven to increase transparency and accountability in the procurement process in Satker X. However, it turns out that e-procurement still has gaps that can later become one of the potential fraud in the future. It was found that e-procurement is considered less able to prevent fraud that can occur during the implementation of work. Where there is manipulating documents carried out by unscrupulous provider. To avoid this from happening in the future, it is hoped that Satker X and the bureaucracy above it can always evaluate the implementation of work of the procurement of goods and services, besides that Satker X and the bureaucracy above it must also start building an integrity zone, by increasing the integrity of implementers, starting from KPA, planners, PPK, UKPBJ, and the work supervisor.

This study aims to determine the optimization of digital transactions in the School Procurement Information System (SIPLah) at PT. Intan Pariwara. The research analysis used was an analysis with a qualitative descriptive approach. While the data collection method uses interview methods and observation methods. The results of the research on each parameter, the technology, marketing, transaction, customer service, product management and finance. SIPLah PT. Intan Pariwara has advantages compared to other SIPlah partners in the system and website appearance. PG were still using a manual system, especially the administration section which is handling information process that was not regulated in a good information base system, namely data processing.Procurement of heavy equipment which takes quite a long time from manual recording, preparation of reports, to searching for meaningful data on the company's heavy equipment, and can also assist the administration in searching for information contained in the procurement of heavy equipment. To overcome this problem, a program was created that could assist administration staff in managing data on heavy equipment procurement, speed up data collection on heavy equipment procurement, make it easier for administration to store data, assist in knowing financial income and expenditure transactions, help speed up data search and creation, reports and others. With the protoyping model (life cycle using prototyping) for the programming languages ​​used are PHP and MySQL. The result is to make it easier for CV. PG in the process of procuring heavy equipment data, and can also help the administration in searching for data that is in the procurement of heavy equipment.

The development of software today in large and small organizations encourages every organization to develop and control in terms of development. Every organization in software development must grow and be able to improve itself, one of which is by handling advancement, if the company cannot do this. Therefore, the company will never be able to learn to take advantage of previous experience, so it will not be able to improve the quality of the existing process. Computer program Prepare Advancement can be done by referring to the CMMI (Capability Development Demonstrate Integration) made by SEI (Computer Program Designing Founded). SEI is a research center in the field of program designing, especially those related to procurement, engineering item lines, and prepare change. CMMI itself defines several levels of development, in order to go up to a higher level a number of processes must be carried out.

The quality of financial reports is the most important factor in government organizations such as the Class 1 Agricultural Quarantine Office in Semarang. This study aims to analyze the effect of e-procurement, the application of government accounting standards, and the internal control system for the quality of financial reports. The population in this study were all employees of the Class 1 Semarang Agricultural Quarantine Center with 110 employees. The number of samples in this study was 110 employees with the sampling method using the census. The data analysis method used is the path analysis model. The results of the research are the simultaneous effect of the use of e- procurement,  the  application  of  government  accounting  standards,  and  the internal control system together have a significant (0,000) and  effect (122,450) on the quality of financial reports. The effect of the use of e-procurement, implementation of government accounting standards, and internal control systems on the quality of financial reports is 77%. The results of the partial hypothesis testing of the use of e-procurement have a positive (0,379) and significant (0,000) effect on the quality of financial reports. The application of government accounting standards has a positive (0,397) and significant  (0,000)  effect  on  the  quality  of  financial  statements.  The  internal control system has a positive (0,186) and significant (0,016) effect on the quality of financial statements.
