This study investigates the structural relationships among Product Quality (PQ), Brand Image (BI), Word of Mouth (WOM), and Repurchase Intention (RI) to empirically understand the sequential mechanisms driving consumer loyalty in a highly competitive market. Grounded conceptually in the Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) paradigm, the research posits that PQ acts as an external antecedent influencing RI through the mediating cognitive and behavioural constructs of BI and WOM. Data were collected from a sample of 187 Weber product consumers in Surabaya and analysed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). The empirical results confirm all hypothesized direct and indirect relationships. Specifically, PQ significantly and positively influences both BI (β=0.337, p<0.000) and WOM (β=0.351, p<0.000). Furthermore, both BI and WOM significantly predict RI, with WOM (β=0.498, p<0.000) demonstrating a markedly stronger effect compared to BI (β=0.414, p<0.000). The model successfully explains a moderate 57% of the variance in Repurchase Intention. These findings underscore the strategic imperative for management to prioritize superior product quality, which organically fosters a positive brand perception and stimulates potent word-of-mouth promotion identified as the most critical driver of repeated purchases. Future research is encouraged to integrate additional affective factors, such as customer satisfaction or perceived price fairness, to enhance the explanatory power of the consumer loyalty model.

This study aims to examine the influence of price, promotion, and product quality on the repurchase intention of Kopi Kenangan products among students of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Mulawarman University. The research focuses on how effective marketing strategies can foster customer loyalty toward local coffee brands. The theoretical framework is based on the marketing mix, consumer decision-making processes, and indicators of customer loyalty. The study employs a quantitative research method, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. The respondents were selected using purposive sampling, based on specific criteria determined by the researcher to ensure they could provide relevant information aligned with the research objectives. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 26. The findings indicate that price, promotion, and product quality each have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Among these factors, product quality exerts the strongest influence, followed by promotion, and finally, price. These results suggest that enhancing product quality, implementing effective promotional strategies, and maintaining reasonable pricing can significantly increase customers’ likelihood of making repeat purchases. Based on the results, this study recommends that Kopi Kenangan continue to prioritize maintaining high and consistent product quality, as it plays a crucial role in shaping repurchase intentions. Additionally, promotional efforts should be continuously optimized to attract and retain customers in an increasingly competitive coffee market. Pricing strategies should also be monitored to remain competitive while ensuring profitability. Overall, the study concludes that product quality, supported by strategic promotions and competitive pricing, is essential for building and sustaining customer loyalty. By focusing on these factors, Kopi Kenangan can strengthen its market position and foster long-term relationships with its customers

This study looks at customer behavior on e-commerce platforms, with a particular emphasis on Shopee in Indonesia. The study involved 102 respondents to evaluate the relationship between variables. The results show that these factors have an impact on the repurchase intention of e-commerce customers on Shopee. The study was conducted using quantitative methods and used SPSS for statistical analysis. The results show that the components present in this study have an influence on customer repurchase intention. However, other factors not present in this study, for example, price, user experience, and promotion, may have a greater impact on customer repurchase intention than other factors. This study provides an in-depth understanding of the components that influence customers' willingness to make repeat purchases on e-commerce platforms. While product and service quality remain important, companies and marketers should consider these additional elements when they create their marketing strategies.
