It is hoped that breastfeeding can help achieve SDGs goal 3, target 2, namely efforts to reduce the neonatal mortality rate to at least 12 per 1000 live births in all countries by 2030 and stop unnecessary deaths of newborns and toddlers. Encouraging healthy breastfeeding is so important that it can prevent more than 820,000 deaths of children under five every year. Oxytocin massage has been shown to increase the sensation of relaxation, improve sleep quality and comfort, reduce pain and tension, and help increase prolactin and oxytocin levels, which in turn increases breast milk production. The research design uses the Pre Experimental Design method, namely in the form of a One Group pretest and posttest design without a control group. This research used purposive sampling, with a total sample of 22 respondents. Univariate and bivariate data analysis. The results of this study showed that the value before the oxytocin massage was a mean of 16.14 and after the oxytocin massage the mean was 27.73. The conclusion of this research shows that the results of the experimental test have a significant value with a p value = 0.000 <0.05. This proves that there is a significant difference in breast milk production between before and after oxytocin massage. It is recommended that midwives at the Afisya clinic use this research as input in efforts to increase breast milk production in post partum mothers.

Mother's milk is an important intake for the growth and development and health of babies. The causes of irregular breast milk production include reduced breast milk production on the first day after giving birth due to decreased stimulation of the hormones oxytocin and prolactin which play a role in smooth breast milk production. Therefore, non-pharmacological efforts are needed in the form of breast care. Breast care is useful for facilitating the expulsion reflex and increasing the smooth production of breast milk. The objectives of the research was to determine the effectiveness of Breast Care in smoothing breast milk production in post partum mothers at the Saras Ibnu Sina Sukowati General Hospital, Sragen. Quantitative research type with a quasi-experimental design with a post test-only non-equivalent control group approach. Samples were taken by accident. The samples were 15 people as controls and 15 post partum mothers as the treatment group. Data analysis techniques using Mann Whitney. Result this research that the smoothness of breast milk production for the treatment group was mean ± SD (8.33 ± 0.899) and the control group had a mean ± SD (4.73 ± 0.458). There was an influence of breast care on the smooth production of breast milk in post partum mothers on day 7 (p value 0.000 < 0.05). So that there was an influence of breast care on the smooth production of breast milk in post partum mothers on day 7 at RSU Saras Ibnu Sina Sukowati Sragen

Colostrum is also a thick viscous fluid with a yellowish color that is yellower compared to mature milk. Colostrum is the first fluid secreted by the breast glands, containing tissue debris and residual material found in the alveoli and ducts of the breast glands before and after the puerperium. The IMD approach currently recommended is the breast crawl method (crawling looking for the breast) after the baby The baby is immediately placed in the mother's stomach and left to crawl to find the mother's nipple herself and finally sucks it without help. Many post-natal mothers do not give breast milk or colostrum to their babies. This is due to many factors. One of them is ignorance, making mothers neglect the importance of giving breast milk to babies. Apart from that, most mothers don't understand how colostrum is very beneficial for babies. Research to determine the factors associated with giving colostrum to post partum mothers is very necessary, so that future efforts can be made to ensure that all newborn babies are given colostrum. It is estimated that 60% of deaths in pregnancy occur after delivery and 50% of deaths postpartum within the first 24 hours. After the baby is born, the uterus which during labor contracts and retracts will become hard so that it can close the large blood vessels that lead to the former implantation of the placenta. If the involution process does not go well, a condition called uterine sub involution will arise. If the sub involution of the uterus is not handled properly, it will result in bleeding, for that the mother needs certain exercises that can accelerate the process of involution. According to several studies, to speed up the process of uterine involution, one of the recommended exercises is postpartum gymnastics, an integration model of relaxation techniques and exercises for the 'Otaria' abdominis muscles. The purpose of this study was to determine whether postpartum exercise model integration of relaxation techniques and 'Otaria' abdominis muscle exercises had an effect on the speed of uterine involution in post partum mothers at PKM Sayung 2, Demak Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach, the method used in this study is a quasi-experimental or quasi-experimental. The design used in this study was Post-test Only Control Group Design. Data analysis used univariate analysis and bivariate analysis. The results showed that respondents who did puerperal exercise 'otaria' experienced uterine involution faster than respondents who did postpartum exercise with a value of (p-value <0.05) at TFU and (p-value <0.05) at lochia.   Keywords: Otaria Postpartum Gymnastics, Uterine Involution Speed
