Keterbatasan akses sumber listrik di wilayah terpencil atau situasi darurat sering kali menghambat ketersediaan daya bagi perangkat telekomunikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang bangun alat pengisi daya (charger) hibrida yang mengintegrasikan penyimpanan energi kimia baterai dan konversi energi mekanik dinamo sebagai solusi alternatif. Metode penelitian menggunakan Research and Development (R&D) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif untuk menguji stabilitas tegangan dan efektivitas pengisian daya. Prototipe dirancang menggunakan baterai 18650, dinamo 12V, dan modul regulator tegangan untuk menstabilkan luaran. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi regulator berhasil menstabilkan fluktuasi tegangan dinamo (rentang 5–12V) menjadi tegangan konstan 5V yang aman bagi ponsel. Pengujian efektivitas selama 15 menit menunjukkan kenaikan kapasitas baterai ponsel sebesar 5–10% pada mode baterai dan 2–4% pada mode dinamo. Disimpulkan bahwa meskipun mode dinamo memiliki efisiensi yang lebih rendah akibat variabilitas putaran manual, alat ini layak diimplementasikan sebagai solusi catu daya darurat (emergency kit) yang portabel, ekonomis, dan memiliki redundansi energi yang andal.

The rapid advancement of smartphone technology has shaped consumer buying behavior, especially among students who depend on these devices for learning and social interaction. This research examines how product features and price perceptions influence students’ decisions to purchase Oppo smartphones in Malang City. Using a quantitative research design, data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to 428 respondents and processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The findings indicate that both product features and perceived price positively and significantly affect purchasing decisions, with product features demonstrating a more dominant role. The proposed model accounts for 66.2% of the variance in purchase decisions, suggesting that these two factors play a substantial part in shaping consumer choices. The results highlight the need for manufacturers like Oppo to focus on continuous feature improvements and maintain competitive pricing to strengthen market appeal. It is also suggested that future studies integrate additional variables such as brand image, marketing promotions, or user experience to offer a broader and more in-depth explanation of the determinants influencing smartphone purchase behavior.

Business management based on the application of a combination of offline and online is inseparable from various challenges that can arise, especially in terms of HR management itself, namely the business owner. So that the right strategic action is needed so that the business can run well. This study aims to get an idea of ​​​​how the strategy is, and what challenges are faced in managing a business based on a combination of offline and digital affiliates at Rio Ponsel. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method and data collection through interviews with Rio Ponsel business actors. The results of the study showed that the business management strategy that combines offline sales systems and marketing through the TikTok affiliate program at Rio Ponsel is in the form of implementing internal strategies such as product development according to local market needs, implementing positive personal branding, and improving service quality directly. In addition, external strategies are also applied. Meanwhile, the biggest challenge faced by Rio Ponsel business actors is the high level of competition with competitors both in the offline and digital markets.
