Daun kelor (Moringa oleifera) merupakan tanaman lokal yang kaya protein, vitamin, dan mineral, serta berpotensi mendukung pemenuhan gizi anak apabila diolah dalam bentuk yang lebih diterima. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat melalui inovasi pemanfaatan daun kelor (Moringa oleifera) berbasis data empiris masyarakat sebagai permen pendukung gizi anak. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Desa Tinelo, Kabupaten Bone Bolango, Provinsi Gorontalo, dengan sasaran ibu yang memiliki anak usia 5–12 tahun. Tahap awal dilakukan pengumpulan data empiris melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur untuk mengidentifikasi pola pemanfaatan daun kelor dan tingkat penerimaan anak. Selanjutnya dilakukan kegiatan edukasi mengenai manfaat gizi daun kelor serta pendampingan pembuatan permen herbal kelor sebagai inovasi pengolahan pangan berbasis kearifan lokal. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan secara deskriptif dengan membandingkan kondisi pra dan pasca kegiatan terhadap perubahan pengetahuan, sikap, dan penerimaan masyarakat. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman ibu terhadap manfaat gizi daun kelor, dukungan terhadap inovasi pengolahan, penerimaan anak terhadap konsumsi kelor, partisipasi aktif masyarakat, serta minat untuk mengolah daun kelor secara mandiri. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan pemberdayaan berbasis data empiris dan inovasi pangan lokal efektif dalam meningkatkan pemanfaatan daun kelor sebagai pendukung gizi anak.

Anemia masih menjadi problematika gizi utama pada remaja putri di Indonesia yang berdampak buruk terhadap performa akademik serta kesehatan reproduksi jangka panjang. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran gizi terkait pencegahan anemia melalui intervensi edukasi sadar gizi di SMAN 1 Sampang. Metode yang diterapkan berbasis pendekatan partisipatif interaktif, meliputi ceramah, pemanfaatan media visual (leaflet dan poster), simulasi penyusunan menu sehat kaya zat besi, serta kuis edukatif. Evaluasi program diukur secara kuantitatif melalui instrumen pre-test dan post-test, serta secara kualitatif melalui observasi keaktifan peserta. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman yang signifikan mengenai definisi, dampak, dan pencegahan anemia, serta perubahan sikap positif terhadap pola konsumsi seimbang dan kepatuhan sarapan. Kesimpulannya, edukasi gizi yang terstruktur dan interaktif terbukti efektif dalam membangun kesadaran kesehatan remaja, sehingga dapat dijadikan strategi preventif yang berkelanjutan di lingkungan sekolah.

Adolescents are considered a vulnerable group to nutritional problems because they experience rapid physical growth accompanied by lifestyle changes and unhealthy eating habits. The increasing prevalence of overweight and obesity among teenagers has become a major public health concern that requires serious attention. This study was conducted to examine the relationship between peer influence, the frequency of eating out, and fast-food consumption habits with the incidence of overweight among students at SMAN 1 Surabaya. The research applied a quantitative approach using an analytical observational design with a cross-sectional method. A total of 81 students participated in the study and were selected through proportional random sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires, SQ-FFQ forms, and anthropometric measurements, then analyzed using the Chi-Square statistical test. The findings revealed significant associations between peer influence, eating out frequency, and fast-food consumption habits with the occurrence of overweight among adolescents. Students who more frequently consumed meals outside the home and regularly ate fast food showed a greater tendency to experience overweight and obesity. These results indicate that social environments and modern dietary patterns contribute to the increasing prevalence of overweight among adolescents. Therefore, nutrition education and healthy lifestyle promotion should be strengthened through the involvement of schools, families, and peer groups.

This study examines changes in nutritional knowledge, dietary patterns, nutrient intake, and food acculturation among first-year migrant and non-migrant students. A 5 months prospective cohort design was employed involving 32 students from the Faculty of Public Health, Universitas Airlangga. Students were randomly divided equally into migrant and non-migrant groups. Data were collected using questionnaires, food frequency questionnaires, 3×24-hour food recall, and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The findings indicated no significant differences or changes in nutritional knowledge between groups throughout the observation period (p > 0.05). However, dietary patterns varied, with migrant students showing increased consumption of practical and fast foods. Nutrient intake, particularly energy and protein, was initially lower among migrant students but improved significantly over time, reflecting adaptation to a new environment. Food acculturation was evident among migrant students, with a significant increase in scores during the study period (p = 0.007), indicating gradual adjustment to local eating habits. These results highlight the influence of environmental adaptation on students’ dietary behavior and emphasize the need for targeted nutrition interventions to promote healthy eating habits during the early university transition.

Transformasi digital dalam sistem transaksi ekonomi telah menggeser pola konsumsi masyarakat menuju penggunaan layanan finansial berbasis teknologi yang lebih instan, namun di sisi lain berpotensi memicu perilaku belanja yang tidak rasional. Fenomena ini tampak pada pesatnya adopsi fitur Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) yang menawarkan fleksibilitas pembayaran tanpa agunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan sistem pembayaran Shopee PayLater terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa STIE Yapis Dompu. Shopee PayLater merupakan inovasi layanan keuangan digital yang memberikan kemudahan transaksi dengan kalangan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner kepada 94 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Shopee PayLater berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 serta koefisien determinasi sebesar 55,2%, yang menunjukkan kontribusi variabel penggunaan Shopee PayLater terhadap konsumtif mahasiswa. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi penggunaan Shopee PayLater, maka semakin tinggi pula perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa STIE Yapis Dompu.

Ramadan brings significant changes in the shopping and consumption patterns of Indonesians. There is an increase in demand for various types of food and beverages, both for sahur and iftar. The purpose of this study is to map the characteristics of food and beverage purchasing and consumption patterns in a seasonal context (Ramadan): strategic implications for UMKM in the Greater Jakarta area. The research design used is descriptive quantitative with data collection techniques implemented by distributing questionnaires. Then, the questionnaire answers are summarized to obtain the frequency distribution of each item in the questionnaire. The population of this study is people domiciled in the Greater Jakarta area. The sample size was determined using the Lameshow formula, resulting in a sample of 100 respondents spread across the Greater Jakarta area. The majority of respondents, namely 92%, stated that they experienced changes in their shopping patterns during Ramadan. The type of food purchased changed (34%) was the most dominant change. The most dominant consumption purchasing decision during Ramadan was the practicality in preparing food (40%), with favorite shopping places being traditional markets (24%) and street vendors (24%). In a consumption analysis, 83% of respondents experienced changes in their consumption patterns during Ramadan, with the most dominant change being in the amount of food consumed (29%). During sahur (pre-dawn meal), respondents tended to consume vegetables (36%) and chicken (22%). Meanwhile, fried foods (38%) and rice cakes (rice cakes) were the favorite dishes for breaking the fast.

Anemia pada remaja putri (27,2% nasional) berdampak pada penurunan konsentrasi dan prestasi belajar. Di SMA Negeri 1 Cawas, ditemukan 100% sampel (70 siswi) mengalami anemia (92,9% ringan, 7,1% sedang), yang menunjukkan urgensi penanganan khusus.Tujuan: Menganalisis hubungan dismenore, status gizi, dan aktivitas fisik dengan kejadian anemia pada siswi SMA Negeri 1 Cawas Klaten tahun 2025.Metode Penelitian: Penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Sampel sebanyak 70 siswi kelas XI dipilih melalui simple random sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner, pengukuran IMT/U, dan pemeriksaan kadar hemoglobin, kemudian dianalisis dengan uji Chi-Square.Hasil: Mayoritas responden mengalami anemia ringan (92,9%) dan sisanya anemia sedang (7,1%). Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan aktivitas fisik berhubungan signifikan dengan kejadian anemia ($p=0,046$), sedangkan dismenore ($p=0,161$) dan status gizi ($p=0,556$) tidak menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan.Kesimpulan: Seluruh responden terdeteksi anemia, dengan aktivitas fisik sebagai faktor yang berhubungan secara signifikan. Diperlukan pendekatan komprehensif melalui edukasi kesehatan reproduksi, perbaikan pola makan, dan penguatan kepatuhan konsumsi tablet tambah darah (TTD) di lingkungan sekolah.

Sindrom metabolik merupakan isu kesehatan yang semakin menonjol di Indonesia, dengan prevalensi mencapai 21,66% dan angka lebih tinggi pada populasi urban. Literasi gizi, sebagai kapasitas individu untuk memahami dan menerapkan informasi nutrisi, dipandang berperan penting dalam mengarahkan perilaku makan serta memengaruhi status metabolik. Namun, pada komunitas adat seperti masyarakat Badui, struktur sosial-budaya dan pola hidup tradisional dapat menciptakan dinamika yang berbeda dibandingkan populasi umum. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan antara tingkat literasi gizi dan parameter kesehatan metabolik pada masyarakat Badui Luar. Studi observasional dengan desain potong lintang ini melibatkan 41 responden dewasa. Literasi gizi diukur menggunakan kuesioner terstandar, sedangkan parameter metabolik meliputi lingkar perut, tekanan darah, kadar glukosa darah puasa, trigliserida, dan HDL yang diperiksa menggunakan metode klinis sederhana. Analisis korelasi Pearson digunakan untuk menilai hubungan antarvariabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi gizi berada pada kategori cukup baik (123,73 ± 7,89), namun tidak berhubungan signifikan dengan seluruh parameter metabolik (r –0,218 hingga 0,241; p>0,05). Pola ini mengindikasikan bahwa faktor budaya, aktivitas fisik agraris, serta pola konsumsi tradisional kemungkinan berperan lebih dominan dalam membentuk profil metabolik masyarakat Badui dibandingkan literasi gizi formal.

This study examines the influence of e-commerce developments on the consumption patterns of Generation Z in Indonesia, the first generation to grow up in the digital era with widespread access to technology, the internet, and social media. Using a literature review method and a qualitative descriptive approach, this study analyzes various factors influencing Gen Z's consumption behavior through e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop. The findings indicate that easy access, attractive promotions such as flash sales, and interactions through social media encourage impulsive consumer behavior. However, e-commerce also has a positive impact in the form of opportunities for the development of digital MSMEs that empower the younger generation economically. Furthermore, the COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the adoption of online shopping, changing consumption patterns and opening new opportunities for MSMEs. The main challenge faced is the risk of impulsive buying, which can lead to financial and mental health problems. Therefore, financial literacy education and digital marketing regulations are essential to shaping healthy and sustainable consumption patterns for Generation Z. This study provides insights for the government, business actors, and the public in optimizing the benefits of e-commerce while minimizing its negative impacts.

Nutritional problems during the growth phase of adolescent are mostly caused by consumption patterns. The most commonly used eating patterns during adolescent are foods that are high in calories, fat, sugar and salt. The habits of an unhealthy eating pattern can affect nutritional status. The foods most consumed by adolescent are often junk food and caffeinated beverages. All kinds of food and drinks are easily found around campuses surrounded by student. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between junk food consumption and caffeinated beverages to the nutritional status of students of the Faculty of Technology and Food Industry at Slamet Riyadi University, Surakarta. The respondents involved were students aged 18-24 years. Data was collected using a questionnaire and interview to the student. Data were analyzed using Chi-Square test. The results showed that factor affecting the nutritional status of student was mother’s education (p=0,000) and father’s education (p=0.000). Factors that do not affect nutritional status were energy intake (p=0.545), protein (p=0.085), fat (p=0.204) and carbohydrate (p=0.112), the amount of pocket money (p=0.310), the consumption level of junk food (p=0.671) and caffeinated drinks (p=0.535). The results showed that there was no significant relationship between the consumption patterns of junk food and caffeinated drinks on the nutritional status of students of the Faculty of Food Technology and Industry at Slamet Riyadi University, Surakarta. Permasalahan gizi yang terjadi saat pertumbuhan fase remaja lebih banyak disebabkan karena pola konsumsi.  Pola makan yang sering diterapkan pada masa remaja adalah makanan tinggi kalori, lemak, gula, dan garam. Pola makan yang tidak sehat dapat mempengaruhi status gizi seseorang. Makanan yang paling banyak dikonsumsi oleh kalangan remaja masuk dalam kategori junk food dan juga minuman berkafein. Makanan dan minuman kategori ini mudah ditemukan di sekitar kampus yang dikelilingi mahasiswa. Tujuan pada penelitian ini ialah menentukan hubungan pola konsumsi junk food dan minuman berkafein terhadap status gizi mahasiswa Fakultas Teknologi dan Industri Pangan di Universitas Slamet Riyadi, Surakarta. Responden yang terlibat ialah mahasiswa berusia 18-24 tahun. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara kepada mahasiswa. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi status gizi mahasiswa adalah pendidikan ibu (p=0.000) dan pendidikan ayah (p=0.000). faktor yang tidak mempengaruhi status gizi ialah asupan energi (p=0.545), protein (p=0.085), lemak (p=0.204) and karbohidrat (p=0.112), jumlah uang saku (p=0.310), tingkat konsumsi junk food (p=0.671) dan minuman berkafein (p=0.535). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara pola konsumsi junk food dan minuman berkafein terhadap status gizi mahasiswa Fakultas Teknologi dan Industri Pangan Universitas Slamet Riyadi, Surakarta.

Hypertension, a major risk factor for cardiovascular disease, continues to show increasing prevalence, including in young people. One factor that potentially influences blood pressure is the consumption of monosodium glutamate (MSG), which is often used as a food additive to enhance flavor. Although MSG has long been used in various dishes, recent research suggests that MSG consumption may affect blood pressure through several mechanisms. This study aims to analyze the relationship between MSG consumption patterns and the incidence of hypertension using a narrative review approach. In this study, various scientific journals from 2016 to 2025 that discuss the impact of MSG on blood pressure were analyzed. The analysis results indicate that high and long-term MSG consumption can contribute to increased systolic and diastolic blood pressure. This can occur both directly through increased sodium intake hidden in MSG and indirectly through inflammatory pathways, oxidative stress, metabolic disorders, and changes in the gut microbiota. Several studies have also linked MSG consumption to obesity, which in turn can increase the risk of hypertension. Therefore, uncontrolled MSG consumption may serve as an independent risk factor for hypertension, especially in individuals with cardiovascular susceptibility. In conclusion, it is important to raise public awareness, regulate, and monitor MSG consumption to prevent negative impacts on public health, particularly in clinical practice and public health policy. The increasing prevalence of hypertension, which is increasingly found in young people, is a global health problem that requires serious attention. One factor that is no less important in the development of hypertension is the consumption of food additives, such as monosodium glutamate (MSG).

Anemia is one of the most common health problems among pregnant women and remains a major challenge in midwifery services. Anemia in pregnancy is primarily caused by iron deficiency, which leads to decreased hemoglobin levels and poses a risk of impaired fetal growth as well as an increased likelihood of delivery complications. Anemia in pregnant women is also one of the contributing factors to the high maternal and neonatal mortality rates (Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, 2022). This study aimed to determine the effect of iron (Fe) supplement consumption patterns on the risk of anemia among pregnant women at BPM Aida Nospita, Manunggal Village, Labuhan Deli Subdistrict, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province, in 2025. This research employed a quantitative design with a descriptive correlational approach. The population of this study comprised all pregnant women attending BPM Aida Nospita in Manunggal Village, Labuhan Deli Subdistrict, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province, totaling 45 participants. The results of the analysis indicated a significant relationship between the pattern of iron (Fe) supplement consumption and the risk of anemia in pregnant women (p = 0.000).

Excessive food intake such as carbohydrates/sugar, protein, fat, and energy can be a risk factor for the onset of DM. The purpose of this counseling is to determine the knowledge of the Elderly in Lueng Ie Village, Krueng Barona Jaya District, Aceh Besar. This type of counseling uses the method of providing leaflets, pretests, delivering materials and posttests in the form of filling out questionnaires. The results of the counseling showed that there was a significant increase in knowledge in the Elderly in Lueng Ie Village, Krueng Barona Jaya District, Aceh Besar after being given counseling on Consumption Patterns of Diabetes Mellitus Patients

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penyusunan anggaran penjualan dan pengaruhnya terhadap pendapatan di Warkop Madinah. Anggaran penjualan merupakan elemen penting dalam perencanaan keuangan bisnis, yang berfungsi sebagai pedoman dalam mengelola pendapatan dan pengeluaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menganalisis data penjualan, anggaran, dan pendapatan selama periode tertentu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyusunan anggaran penjualan yang efektif dapat meningkatkan akurasi perencanaan pendapatan, mengoptimalkan alokasi sumber daya, dan mendukung pencapaian target pendapatan. Namun, ditemukan juga beberapa kendala dalam proses penyusunan anggaran, seperti fluktuasi harga bahan baku dan perubahan pola konsumsi pelanggan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini merekomendasikan penerapan metode anggaran berbasis data historis dan analisis pasar untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas perencanaan keuangan di Warkop Madinah.

This can cause health problems Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship of fast food consumption patterns with nutritional status in adolescents at SMP N 1 Ngawen. Research method: This research is a type of quantitative correlation. With a cross sectional approach. Sampling using simple random sampling obtained 89 respondents. The instrument used ffq questionnaire and tools using scales and microtoice. Data were analysed using spearman rank. Results: Characteristics of respondents in this study the majority of 14 years (36.0%), female gender 44 (49.4%), male 45 (50.6%), the majority of patterns 45 (50.6%) and consumption of the majority of nutritional status 57 (64.0%). Spearman rank results obtained a value of 0.772 (> 0.05). Conclusion: There is no relationship between fast food consumption patterns and nutritional status in adolescents at SMP N 1 Ngawen.

The ignition system is an important system in a vehicle. Currently, the level of emissions produced by vehicles continues to increase every year. This can be caused by high fuel consumption values. The solution to this is to improve the quality of the spark plug by adding a capacitor to the ignition/ignition capacitor. The way the Plasma Capacitor Igniton works is by adding a high voltage non-polar capacitor which is connected in parallel to the output coil. The experimental method will be carried out using quantitative methods. By installing ignition plasma capacitors with different capacitor sizes of 1.5 mF (STD), 440 pF, 660 pF installed in parallel with the spark plug wires with variations in engine speed running from 1500 – 5500 rpm to check emissions. To check the fuel consumption value for Rpm 4500 - 9500 which has been adjusted previously. Fuel Consumption Test Results The use of 440 pF capacitors generally provides an increase in SFC efficiency at most engine speeds, with the largest percentage reduction at RPM 5500 (22.64%). The use of 660 pF capacitors shows varying results. At some RPMs, such as 5500, the SFC actually increases (3.77%), while at other RPMs such as 6500, it shows a significant decrease (27.66%).

Skincare is a series of activities aimed at maintaining healthy skin, improving appearance and reducing facial skin problems. The skin care process can also provide the nutrients needed to protect the skin from the negative effects of excessive sunlight. Skincare itself has many benefits for its users which are differentiated by each skincare product consumed. One of the efforts made by companies to increase sales value and meet consumer demand for consuming skincare is to provide detailed and clear information (Teng & Jusoh, 2013). This information is provided in the form of listing the raw materials used, production date, method of use and distribution permit issued by BPOM, as well as halal certification obtained from LPPOM MUI.

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perilaku konsumen terhadap publik figure dengan menggunakan pendekatan teori konsumsi Islam. Konsumsi menurut Islam merupakan konsumsi yang tidak hanya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan serta keinginan seseorang saja akan tetapi juga diniatkan untuk beribadah kepada Allah SWT dengan cara mengkonsumsi sesuatu yang telah ditentukan oleh ajaran Islam. Dalam konteks ini, kami memfokuskan pada kelompok kelas A jurusan Pengembangan Masyarakat Islam semester 4 sebagai studi kasus. Dengan menggunakan kerangka teoritis yang relevan, kami mengeksplorasi bagaimana nilai-nilai, norma-norma, dan prinsip-prinsip konsumsi Islam mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen terhadap publik figure. Metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara dan observasi terhadap Mahasiswi kelas A Pengembangan Masyarakat Islam semester 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor seperti integritas, kejujuran, dan konsistensi dengan nilai-nilai Islam memainkan peran penting dalam menentukan sikap dan perilaku konsumen terhadap publik figur di kalangan kelas A Pengembangan Masyarakat Islam semester 4. Mahasiswi pengembangan Masyarakat Islam mengikuti perkembangan produk trend fashion tapi masih mengikuti aturan-aturan syari’at dalam memilih trend fashion sesuai aturan syari’at. Namun, dalam hal mengikuti perkembang trend fashion yang selalu berubah-ubah menyebabkan perubahan kebutuhan menjadi keinginan sesaat. Kemudian menimbulkan pola konsumsitif pada mahasiswi Pengembangan Masyarakat Islam khususnya pada kelas A semester 4.

Chronic energy deficiency (CED) in pregnant women can also be interpreted as a situation when pregnant women have insufficient energy intake for a long period of time, causing the pregnant woman to gain less weight and can disrupt the health of the mother and fetus she is carrying. CED in pregnant women can trigger various health problems, such as anemia, respiratory tract infections, metabolic disorders, and increase the risk of complications during childbirth. The aim of this research was to determine the consumption pattern of Ferros (Fe) tablets among pregnant women who experience chronic energy deficiency (KEK) at the Kurra Health Center, Tana Toraja Regency. This research method is quantitative with a cross-sectional research design. The population in this study were 31 pregnant women who experienced Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED) at the Kurra Health Center, Tana Toraja Regency and the sample in this study were 31 pregnant women who experienced Chronic Energy Deficiency (KEK) at the Kurra Health Center, Tana Toraja Regency. pregnant mother. The sampling technique used in this research is total sampling where the researcher will take the entire population. This research was processed using a computerized system with the help of the SPSS program. The data analysis method used is statistical test analysis with a statistical test (chi-square) to determine the consumption pattern of Ferros (Fe) tablets in pregnant women who experience chronic energy deficiency (KEK), where if a p value of 0.000 < 0.05 is obtained, it can be interpreted as significant.
