Therefore, the preparation of this special perinatal death certificate has three main aspects, namely the physical aspect, the anatomy, and content aspects according to user filling needs. In its implementation, the design of this perinatal death form will be designed electronically so that the information contained in it will be integrated electronically through the hospital's SIMRS to support the transition period towards RME (Electronic Medical Records).

System design is one of the stages of developing an information system. Simlitabmas design has two main objectives, namely to fulfill the needs of users and to provide a clear picture to all personnel involved in system development. System design is one of the important steps in a system development in which a visual representation of a series of processes or activities in an institution or organization is made. One of the modeling or design tools that can be used is the Unified Modeling Language (UML). UML helps describe and design systems, especially in object-oriented programming. This article tries to analyze the class or social conflict reflected through one of the short story titles, especially the one entitled Aku Ingin Pulang from the short story collection Lukisan Untuk Papa by Nanan Ginanjar. Through descriptive qualitative analysis by critically reading literary works which will then be identified. The depiction contained in the literary work is not only a narrative plot, but also a reflection of the social, cultural and political conditions prevailing in Indonesian society through a series of words that the author tries to describe through his writing. There are sixteen short story titles contained in this short story collection book which of course contains various types of social life including conflicts that generally occur in the surrounding community such as conflicts between families, economic conflicts, and cross-generational conflicts. However, this discussion only focuses on the short story entitled “Aku Ingin Pulang”. The results of the study: (1) Ari as the main character who misses his life in the village. (2) Ari's father's efforts to improve the family's economy by betting his fate in the capital have reached a deadlock. (3) The existence of several lower middle class families living under the flyover is a real picture that occurs around the village.

This type of research is qualitative research which describes data using a series of sentences. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Descriptive method is a method whose data sources are words, pictures, and data from books, journals and other scientific works. In addition, everything that is collected is likely to be the key to what has been researched. So the use of this method does not produce data in the form of numbers, but data that is descriptive in nature. This study uses written data sourced from scientific journals and previous research. In today's digital era, da'wah media is very important in spreading religious messages, especially in Islam. Salam TV is a communication system that plays an important role in spreading Islamic da'wah through da'wah media. Through Salam TV, Islamic da'wah messages can reach a wide audience, convey the right da'wah messages, play a role in religious education, and encourage positive social interaction.

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of using picture series on students' speaking skill. The researcher had done at MTSS Nagari Binjai. The problems in this research was caused by several factors. Firstly, students paid less attention to the English teacher. Secondly, they were afraid of making mistake to express ideas. In this research a quasi-experimental design was used by the researcher. The researcher used pre-test and post-test to experimental and control class. The sample was 2A as experimental class and taught by using picture series and 2B as control class and taught without using picture series. To determine the sample, the experimental and control class, the researcher utilized SPSS 20 to examine the data and check for normality and homogeneity. The researcher utilized the t-test formula to test the hypothesis and consulted the results in a t-table with level of significance of 0.05. It was found that there was a significant effect of using picture series toward students speaking skill. Then there was a significant difference between students who were taught using picture series and those who were taught without them. The value of t-calculated in the post-test from the experimental and control classes was greater than the t-table (3.4 > 2.021). The last hypothesis was that teaching with picture series was superior than teaching without picture series in terms of improving students' speaking skill. In the post-test, the mean score of the experimental class was greater than the control class (8.10 > 2.54).

To encourage political participation, good political education is needed. Political education can target young people as agents of change that have much influence in political development. Therefore, it is important to provide political education in strengthening the political participation of Indonesian youth. This program aims to provide Political Education in Strengthening Youth Political Participation. The service program was held in a four-month time series, from January to April 2019. The socialization activities had been held in Mandan, Sukoharjo Regency on Saturday, April 21, 2019 for one day, attended by 34 young people. The method used in program was socialization and active discussions, and providing motivation for the participants, which was previously preceded by participant assessment activities. The socialization activity lasted for one day. The core material of socialization consists of (1) political introduction; (2) the importance of political participation; (3) youth's ideal actions in political participation. The members of this program were Youth Organization of Mandan , Sukoharjo. Through this program, it can be beneficial for: (1) youth and the general public, to get a picture of political education and positive political participation; (2) for regions, can develop regional potential, regional promotion, and regional development; (3) for tertiary institutions, as fulfillment of the Tri Dharma element of Higher Education. Keywords: Mandan, political education, youth.
