The development of technology and the internet has changed the way humans communicate. One form of this development is the presence of social media. Social media has now facilitated fast and easy interaction. The increasing number of users also increases the potential for criminal acts of misuse of personal data. Misuse of personal data, especially on social media, requires comprehensive mitigation. This study aims to analyze efforts to overcome victims of criminal acts of misuse of personal data on social media, both through penal and non-penal channels. With a normative legal and empirical legal research approach through a study of laws and regulations and legal literature as well as interviews. This study uses a qualitative method. The results of the study show that penal efforts include collecting evidence, identifying perpetrators, and imposing sanctions in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law. Meanwhile, non-penal efforts are carried out through public education, the establishment of personal data protection institutions, and monitoring social media activities. The main inhibiting factors in this mitigation are the lack of implementing regulations, limited technical capabilities of law enforcement officers, and minimal public awareness of the importance of personal data. This study concludes that synergy between penal and non-penal efforts is needed to protect individual privacy rights in the digital era

Community Service Activities were carried out at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Mojokerto with the target of understanding legal socialization related to preventing deviant behavior from an Islamic legal perspective. Implementation of community service The main aim of this activity is to increase insight and knowledge regarding the prevention of deviant behavior from an Islamic Law perspective at MAN 1 Mojokerto. In order to increase knowledge and insight regarding deviant behavior carried out by teenagers and how it is regulated in Islamic law. Therefore, the socialization carried out at MAN 1 Mojokerto, Mojosari District, Mojokerto Regency is very important to carry out. Where adolescence is a transition period from childhood to adulthood, where children are not yet fully able to be independent. At this time, teenagers are at the stage of searching for self-identity which is full of various problems. One of the problems experienced by teenagers in their lives is related to deviant behavior. Deviant behavior is chaotic behavior that causes a teenager to be nervous, nervous and act uncontrollably. This behavior is often a reflection of anti-social personality in teenagers, we can see this from behavior that does not heed religious and social norms. Trigger factors can come from the individual teenager himself (internal) or outside the teenager himself (external). As parents, educators (teachers) should naturally contribute to resolving deviant behavior in adolescents. Emotional development in adolescents has not yet reached stability, so to help solve the problem we must understand its characteristics.

This research discusses the communication strategy between sellers and buyers on social media as part of an effective marketing strategy. Social media has become a key platform in modern marketing due to its ability to create direct interaction and build relationships between sellers and buyers. The communication strategies applied include the use of relevant content, personal approach, quick response, and utilization of interactive features of social media. The results show that effective communication can increase customer engagement, build trust, expand market reach, and drive increased sales. However, there are challenges in maintaining communication consistency and facing increasing competition in the digital world. Therefore, an innovative and customer-focused approach is required to achieve success in marketing through social media. Communication strategies between sellers and buyers on social media play an important role in supporting the success of marketing strategies in the digital age. Social media has evolved into a major platform for direct interaction between sellers and buyers, offering ease of access, wide reach, and cost-effectiveness compared to traditional marketing methods. This research explores the various communication strategies used by sellers to build relationships with buyers, including the use of relevant and engaging content, a data-driven personalized approach, and prompt responses to customer needs and questions. This research concludes that an effective communication strategy on social media serves not only as a promotional tool, but also as a means to build long-term relationships between sellers and buyers. With the right approach, social media can be a powerful platform to support marketing success, increase customer satisfaction, and achieve overall business goals.

Narcotics abuse is a very dangerous thing, because in addition to having an impact on the user's personal self, he will become addicted and his life will depend on narcotic substances, which if not prevented (treated), the type of narcotics that will be used will become stronger. and the larger the dose. Recidivism is the behavior of a person who repeats criminal acts after being sentenced by a judge's decision which has permanent legal force because of criminal acts that have been committed previously. The problem approach used is an empirical juridical method supported by a normative juridical approach. The data collection technique is that primary data is obtained through interviews with research subjects and secondary data is collected by reviewing through literature studies such as statutory regulations, books or literature, and journals. Data analysis uses qualitative data analysis. The factors that cause recidivism in narcotics abuse crimes are internal factors and external factors. Internal factors consist of uncontrollable desires, behavior, diligent praise, easily frustrated, and the character itself. External factors that cause someone to repeat the crime of narcotics abuse include environmental and social factors, economics, information and communication technology, and family factors. Efforts to overcome the recidivism of narcotics abuse that can be carried out are pre-emptive efforts, preventive efforts and repressive efforts.
