This study aims to analyze the role of inventory management in improving financial efficiency at CV. Sumber Jaya Putra Perkasa. The main problems faced by the company are manual inventory management, technological limitations, dependence on certain suppliers, and suboptimal demand planning, which affect distribution effectiveness and financial efficiency. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The analysis was conducted on the stock management process, inventory turnover, and its impact on storage costs and operational efficiency. The results show that good inventory management contributes significantly to increased financial efficiency. With proper stock planning, companies can minimize the risk of excess and shortage of goods, reduce storage costs (holding costs), and increase inventory turnover so that working capital can circulate more quickly. However, the inventory management system currently used by CV. Sumber Jaya Putra Perkasa still has limitations, especially in terms of digitization and information integration. This study recommends the implementation of a technology-based inventory management system, a multi-supplier strategy, and the application of demand forecasting methods to improve stock planning accuracy. With this strategy, it is hoped that the company can achieve more optimal financial efficiency and strengthen its competitiveness in the distribution industry.

Inventory management plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth business operations by preventing stockouts that may cause losses. Toko Cat Gani still relies on manual recording, which is prone to data loss, duplicate entries, and delays in stock reporting, thus requiring a systematic solution. This study aims to design and implement a web-based inventory information system using the buffer stock method to overcome these issues. The research method employed is Research and Development (R&D) with a prototype model, consisting of needs analysis, system design, validation, and testing stages. The system was developed using PHP, MySQL, and XAMPP, featuring item data management, supplier management, inbound and outbound transactions, buffer stock calculations, and real-time inventory reports. The implementation results show that the system facilitates transaction recording, minimizes data entry errors, provides notifications when stock reaches the minimum threshold, and generates accurate and timely reports. Expert validation and user testing confirm that the system is feasible and effective in supporting inventory management at Toko Cat Gani. Therefore, the implementation of a web-based inventory information system with the buffer stock method can be considered an efficient and reliable solution to improve accuracy and effectiveness in inventory control.

PT Bumi Daya Plaza faces various obstacles in managing inventory because it still relies on a manual system based on Microsoft Excel. This approach causes a number of problems, such as recording errors, low data security, and limited real-time access, which negatively affect operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This study aims to develop a web-based inventory system to overcome these problems. This system is designed to be able to monitor stock in real time, automate the reordering process, and generate accurate reports automatically. The research methodology includes interviews, observations, and document analysis to ensure user needs are met. The implementation results show that this system can improve work efficiency, reduce recording errors, and strengthen data-based decision making. With this innovation, PT Bumi Daya Plaza is expected to increase competitiveness and respond to market needs more effectively.

This research discusses the application of the sales budget as a tool for planning and controlling finished goods inventory. The aim of this research was carried out based on the application of a sales budget to find out how to implement a sales budget which can be used as a planning and control tool for finished goods inventory to optimize profits at CV Wecono Asri. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative, namely providing a picture of the actual situation of the object under study based on facts, by collecting data processing such as collecting related data, namely raw material costs, labor costs and factory overhead costs. The data examined in this research is from 2021 to 2022 as a basis for calculating sales forecasts in 2023 which will then be prepared for implementing the sales budget. From the results of the research that has been carried out, it shows that the implementation of the sales budget at CV Wecono Asri is more controlled compared to before the sales budget was prepared because the resulting acquisition costs also increase due to the difference between the profit and loss budget report and the profit and loss realization report, which produces results The final difference in profit and loss was IDR 16,660. So with these results it is recommended that CV Wecono Asri prepare a sales budget, production budget, raw materials budget, labor budget and factory overhead budget, the company will get a greater profit than the previous year.

In the era of rapid technological and information system developments that encourage people, both groups and individuals, both government and private institutions to utilize technological developments have a very important role in the progress of human life. Rapid technological developments One of the advantages of computers in processing data can increase effectiveness, productivity, and efficiency in carrying out work in current technology makes it easier to manage inventory. Cash sales transactions are said to have been carried out if the company has received payment from the customer and will then be handed over by the company to the customer of the Cat Jaya Gemilang Semarang shop, a company engaged in the field of building paint trading in Semarang. Currently, the system that is running is still manual, namely the administration section records incoming and outgoing goods, all recorded in the book for sales are also recorded manually. With manual recording, books are easily damaged or torn, data in the warehouse records is sometimes not the same as the physical goods that exist, and there is no data security. With the above problems, the author created a system that can reduce weaknesses by creating a systematic application in the database.

Inventory is one of the factors that play an important role in an entity can be in the form of goods available. This study aims to determine the application of merchandise inventory accounting in terms of recording, appraisal, measuring, presenting and disclosing CVs. Vita Permai, whether it is in accordance with PSAK No. 14. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research while the data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and documentation. The informant of this study is Supervisor CV. Vita Permai, Treasurer, and Administration CV. Vita Permai. The data analysis uses informal methods of observation in which the author has determined the behavioral indicators to be observed from the data subject. The results of research on CV. Vita Permai Bolawolon is an inventory recording system used using physical methods, and FIFO (First In First Out) assessment methods. The analysis of the application of inventory accounting is not in accordance with PSAK No. 14, because based on the research that the author conducted, deficiencies were still found.

Every sale of goods, sales report the number of goods sold to the warehouse admin. Because of the many types of goods being sold, sometimes the warehouse admin forgets about which items are almost out of stock and should be ordered. The aim of this research is to produce a goods ordering system with the EOQ and ROP control methods to overcome the occurrence of stockouts. The author uses the research object of employees who work at PT Kimia Farma Plant, namely sales, warehouse department, admin and HRD. With this system, the warehouse admin can see the number of items in real time. The EOQ method generates a report on the number of economic purchases (EOQ), the total costs that must be incurred by the company to reorder an item, the duration of the EOQ, up to the reorder point (ROP).

Data Processing PT. Daya Cipta Karya Sempurna regarding the entry and exit of goods at PT. Financial management is an administrative activity related to budget planning, storing, using, recording and monitoring the entry and exit of money or organizational funds. Inventory analysis is an activity to examine an asset issue that includes goods. Turn over inventory is the ratio between the total cost of goods sold and the average value of inventory owned by the company. in the process of managing finances and inventories, it is still carried out using a recording system in a ledger, so it is less effective. Therefore the author will develop a form of information system by selecting CV. Arris AC as research object. Based on the problems that occur in CV. Arris AC, the authors provide a solution that can overcome weaknesses by creating an Accounting Information System for Financial Management and Inventory Analysis using the inventory turnover ratio method which can be accessed via the web. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis seberapa besar Pengaruh Perputaran Persedian Barang Terhadap Kebutuhan Modal Kerja Pada Bos Q Ponsel Sibolga. Adapun hipotesis yang diajukan adalah : Ada Pengaruh Perputaran Persedian Barang Terhadap Kebutuhan Modal Kerja Pada Bos Q Ponsel Sibolga Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh laporan keuangan Bos Q Ponsel Sibolga. Sedangkan sampelnya adalah data laporan keuangan 3 tahun terakhir yakni tahun 2019 sampai tahun 2021. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Hasil perhitungan rasio persediaan barang diketahui tahun 2019 sampai tahun 2021 ditemukan sebesar 0,29 dan 0,30 artinya aset Bos Q Ponsel Sibolga hanya dapat menutupi 29% dan 30 % dari kewajiban jangka pendek Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan rasio modal kerja diketahui tahun 2019 sebesar 1,78 dan tahun 2020 sebesar 1,90 serta rasio modal kerja tahun 2021 sebesar 1,98 artinya Bos Q Ponsel Sibolga memiliki ketersediaan likuiditas tahun 2019 sebesar 178%, tahun 2020 sebesar 190% dan tahun 2021 sebesar 198% dari pembayaran kewajiban yang harus dilakukan. Koefisien korelasi persediaan barang terhadap modal kerja sebasar 0,998, hubungan tersebut sangat kuat  Model persamaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut Y = 1,273 + 0,824X menunjukkan kearah positif. Hasil uji thitung sebesar 15,973 > ttabel 12,706 maka hipotesis yaitu Ada pengaruh perputaran persedian barang terhadap kebutuhan modal kerja pada Bos Q Ponsel Sibolga dapat diterima

PT Garuda Surya Raya is a company engaged in the supplier of smartphone boxes. Inventory recording is still done manually, there is often a discrepancy between the number of goods in stock and the physical goods in the field. So that there is an error in the amount that results in delays in ordering goods and delays in the production process. Based on the above problems, the research objective is to design a web-based inventory information system at PT Garuda Surya Raya. The method used in this research is the FIFO method and the waterfall development system. Starting with looking for problems, suggestions, and needs from the warehouse admin. Then it is implemented and the system is tested to find out its weaknesses. This system was built using PHP and MySQL as the database. The results of the research are the system can simplify the process of recording incoming goods, and outgoing goods, recording stock opname, and making reports.

The AWD Mranggen store is a store that is engaged in the sale of bags, belts, shoes with sales developments increasing from year to year, with fairly tight business competition, the AWD Mranggen store must be able to calculate the estimated number of items to be purchased based on previous sales data, the prediction is very influential on the decision to determine the number of items to be provided by the AWD Mranggen Store for the next sales period data. Inventory of goods that are not right cause some losses in terms of time and also costs, it is necessary to have a forecasting system. Forecasting is a technique to identify a model that can be used to predict conditions in the future. By using the weight moving average method, it can be seen that the error value is more than smaller than other methods and the estimated results can be more precise so that it can help owners make decisions in carrying out inventory.

In today's industry competition the use of a technology is very important, including in inventory management. This system is used to enter inventory data into the database so that there are no errors in the report. So that in it often occurs stock report errors in the availability of goods that result in data not being updated, the system that will be created by the author is a system of inventory information that is useful to overcome these problems. This system is also equipped with reports on incoming and outgoing goods data reports, minimum and maximum stock reports, and Web-based stock data reports. With this inventory information system, it is expected to be able to help the existing problems, facilitate data collection, the system built can provide access rights for each user, as well as facilitate the preparation of reports so that the Program is able to handle existing problems.

Sisfo Monitoring of Goods Inventory in Shop Based on Visual Basic 6.0 Multiuser with FIFO method Studin Case in Cimory on the valley Ssemarang Regency is an information system created to overcome the problem of data processing which is still in manual bookkeeping so it takes a long time and results are inaccurate or recap The data does not even have data storage yet undatabase which results in easy data loss. The existing problems can be overcome by making Monitoring of inventory and making data storage information systems more secure and efficient. The design method of monitoring inventory of goods made using the R&D methodology, Flowchat, DFD, ERD and Normalization. The program used to create this application uses the programming language Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 and MySQL as Database management. The results of this study indicate that the monitoring of inventory of goods applied in Cimory on the valley Semarang Regency can be used to solve data processing problems in the warehouse which include data data collection, data entry of goods, data collection of goods out, data collection of suppliers and customer data collection can make accurate reports , fast and efficient so that reports can be accounted for and the risk of loss of goods will be minimal.

SAI APPAREL SEMARANG, the authors try to develop a system in accordance with the needs needed, namely by changing the data processing program inventory system (inventory) that is still using a manual system into a computerized inventory processing program (inventory) based on computerized programming language microsoft visual basic. This change aims to adjust the needs. The use of a computerized inventory system (inventory) in a company or office plays an important role. Because with the presence of a computerized system the data taken and made will be more precise and accurate, while the existing system at PT. SAI APPAREL SEMARANG still uses a manual system so reports that will be given to the leaders are slow.
