This study examines thee regulations governing the post-notification obligation for share acquisitions from the perspective of competition law in Indonesia, as well as efforts to optimise it as an effective supervisory instrument. Indonesia adopts a post-notification system as stipulated in Law No. 5 of 1999 and its implementing regulations, which require business entities to report acquisition transactions to the KPPU after the transaction has taken effect. Although this system provides flexibility for business entities, in practice there are a number of weaknesses, including its reactive nature, low levels of compliance, and limitations in the effectiveness of oversight in preventing anti-competitive effects. This study employs a normative legal method using legislative, conceptual, and comparative approaches, as well as an analysis of KPPU decisions. The research findings indicate that the post-notification system is not yet optimal in maintaining healthy business competition. Therefore, there is a need to strengthen oversight mechanisms, improve business compliance, and update legal policies to be more adaptive, including the possibility of limited integration of pre-notification elements. It is hoped that these optimisations will enhance the effectiveness of acquisition control and prevent monopolistic practices and unhealthy business competition in Indonesia.

Mental health among Generation Z university students has become an increasingly important issue amid rising academic demands and the rapid development of digital life. Students today face various academic pressures, including competition for achievement, heavy coursework, and performance targets, which may negatively affect their psychological well-being. In addition, advances in digital technology have reshaped students’ daily lives, particularly through intensified information exposure and social comparison. This study aims to examine the influence of academic competition and digital dynamics on the mental health of Generation Z students using a literature review approach. The research employs a descriptive qualitative literature review method by analyzing 20 relevant scholarly articles published in national and international journals between 2018 and 2024. The findings indicate that academic competition is closely associated with increased levels of stress, anxiety, and emotional exhaustion among students. Prolonged academic pressure without adequate psychological support may lead to a decline in students’ psychological well-being. Furthermore, digital life reinforces psychological pressure through mechanisms of social comparison and self-presentation demands. However, several studies also identify protective factors, such as social support, mental health literacy, and emotional regulation skills, which help students manage academic and digital pressures more adaptively. Therefore, the mental health of Generation Z students is shaped by a complex interaction between academic competition and digital life, highlighting the need for comprehensive efforts from both individuals and educational institutions to promote students’ psychological well-being.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pengelolaan arus kas dalam mendukung keberlanjutan usaha kue tradisional dengan mengambil studi kasus pada Toko Roti Ganjel Rel Ambarawa. Pengelolaan arus kas yang efektif merupakan faktor krusial dalam menjaga keberlangsungan usaha kecil dan menengah, khususnya pada industri makanan tradisional yang menghadapi tantangan fluktuasi permintaan musiman dan persaingan dengan produk modern. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus melalui observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam dengan pemilik usaha, serta analisis dokumen keuangan selama periode enam bulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Toko Roti Ganjel Rel Ambarawa menerapkan beberapa strategi kunci dalam pengelolaan arus kas, meliputi sistem pencatatan keuangan harian yang terstruktur, pengelolaan persediaan berbasis permintaan historis, diversifikasi produk untuk menstabilkan pendapatan, serta penerapan kebijakan kredit yang ketat kepada pelanggan. Strategi-strategi tersebut terbukti efektif dalam menjaga likuiditas usaha dengan rasio kas rata-rata sebesar 1,8 dan periode perputaran kas selama 15 hari. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi pelaku usaha kue tradisional dalam merancang sistem pengelolaan arus kas yang berkelanjutan serta kontribusi teoretis dalam pengembangan model manajemen keuangan untuk usaha mikro kecil dan menengah sektor kuliner tradisional.

This study evaluates the legal perspective concerning business competition in Indonesia regarding alleged abuse of dominant power in the competition between digital platforms TikTok Shop (including the acquisition of Tokopedia) and Shopee. The method applied is normative juridical with a case study approach, referring to Law Number 5 of 1999, particularly Articles 19–21 related to market control and Article 20 concerning below-cost selling practices. The analysis focuses on inter-platform integration, aggressive discount strategies, use of cross-platform data, as well as post-acquisition behavior that may hinder healthy competition. The assessment is conducted by considering market structure, business actors' behavior, and law enforcement efforts by the Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU). Research findings indicate that although TikTok Shop has strong competitiveness following the acquisition, proving the existence of abuse of a dominant position requires meeting legal and economic provisions rigorously. Therefore, the implementation of conditional approval and remedial measures by the KPPU is considered a reasonable step to maintain a healthy business competition environment in the digital era.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of enforcement actions undertaken by the Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU) in Indonesia in 2025 against various forms of unfair business practices. Using a juridical-normative approach combined with an analysis of recent market data, this article examines the KPPU’s strategic response to the challenges posed by the digital economy. The study focuses on the enforcement of competition law against cartel practices, algorithmic collusion, abuse of dominant positions, and anticompetitive vertical integration, particularly in the logistics and food sectors. The findings indicate that 2025 marks a significant turning point in Indonesian competition law enforcement, characterized by a shift toward more aggressive and data-driven supervision. Strengthening enforcement authority, particularly in the execution of fines, along with the adoption of algorithmic audits, has enhanced the KPPU’s ability to detect and deter anticompetitive behavior. These measures aim not only to preserve market efficiency and fair competition but also to ensure that national economic growth is not concentrated among a small number of dominant firms, thereby promoting more equitable opportunities for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).

Penelitian ini mengkaji identitas visual merek Pia Saronde—salah satu produk kuliner khas Gorontalo—dengan menggunakan pendekatan semiotika yang berlandaskan teori Roland Barthes. Sebagai salah satu UMKM yang bergerak di sektor pangan, merek ini sangat bergantung pada peran logo untuk membentuk persepsi konsumen, memperkuat posisi merek, serta membedakannya dari produk lain dalam persaingan pasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan menelaah struktur visual yang membentuk logo, menginterpretasikan makna denotatif dan konotatif yang muncul, serta menilai sejauh mana logo tersebut mampu merepresentasikan nilai-nilai budaya lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan memadukan pengamatan visual terhadap logo dan kajian pustaka yang relevan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi warna kuning dan coklat pada logo mampu menimbulkan kesan hangat, manis, dan menggugah selera, sedangkan bentuk tipografi yang melengkung menghadirkan citra tradisional, akrab, dan bernuansa rumahan. Selain itu, penggunaan nama “Saronde” menciptakan hubungan simbolis dengan Pulau Saronde yang terkenal, sehingga memperkuat keterikatan merek terhadap identitas daerah. Secara keseluruhan, temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa logo tersebut berhasil mengomunikasikan keterkaitan budaya dan citra kuliner yang diusung produk. Meskipun demikian, penelitian ini merekomendasikan adanya pengembangan pada beberapa elemen simbolik dan peningkatan adaptasi visual untuk kebutuhan media digital guna memperkuat daya saing merek.

This study discusses allegations of abuse of dominant position by Lion Air Group in the domestic aviation market and air cargo services in Indonesia. By controlling more than 50% of the market share, the group is suspected of unilaterally setting ticket prices and logistics costs, which could hinder healthy business competition and harm consumers and competing airlines. This study uses a normative juridical approach with a descriptive qualitative analysis method, supported by secondary data from legislation, KPPU reports, and academic literature related to competition law. The study's findings indicate that the concentrated market structure and weak regulatory oversight contribute to the formation of dominant behavior that harms the market and consumers. Legally, such actions violate Article 25 of Law Number 5 of 1999, as they result in discriminatory practices and unreasonable price control. Synergy between the KPPU and the Ministry of Transportation is needed to strengthen regulations in the aviation sector in order to create a business climate that is more fair, competitive, and oriented towards public welfare.

Industri portal lowongan kerja daring mengalami persaingan ketat, menuntut platform seperti Toploker.com untuk membangun brand awareness yang kuat, di mana iklan video menjadi strategi promosi yang sangat efektif. Namun, produksi video konvensional menghadapi kendala biaya tinggi dan waktu pengerjaan yang lama. Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) menawarkan solusi dengan mengotomasi produksi konten, mulai dari penyusunan naskah hingga personalisasi audio-visual. Penelitian empiris menunjukkan bahwa iklan video berbasis AI dapat meningkatkan tingkat engagement hingga 6–9 persen poin lebih tinggi dibandingkan iklan baseline dan meningkatkan efektivitas persuasi hingga 12,5% lebih tinggi dalam hal ekspektasi pendapatan. Untuk memastikan proses pengembangan konten video promosi yang menarik, efisien, dan relevan bagi audiens digital Generasi Z, penelitian ini mengadopsi kerangka kerja Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC), yang mencakup tahap Konsep, Perancangan, Pengumpulan Bahan, Produksi, Pengujian, dan Distribusi. Tujuannya adalah merancang panduan teknis yang terstruktur untuk mengintegrasikan alat AI modern (seperti CapCut, Suno AI, dan Freepik AI) demi mengoptimalkan kualitas dan efisiensi produksi konten.

The development of information technology in the era of globalization continues to accelerate. This has brought significant changes in various fields, one of which is online business, namely e-commerce. This study aims to analyze competition and provide optimal strategies for Shopee and Tokopedia in addressing their dependence on subsidies and large-scale discounts, so that both platforms can remain competitive effectively without experiencing a decline in profit margins. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a survey research method. The data used is primary data analyzed using Game Theory with Pure Strategy, Mixed Strategy, and Linear Programming. The results show that Shopee obtained optimal strategies for Price (proportion 0.3568) and Product Completeness (proportion 0.6427). Meanwhile, Tokopedia obtained optimal strategies for Promotion (proportion 0.3568) and Product Completeness (proportion 0.6427). The implication of this study is that companies can use the optimal strategies obtained to overcome their dependence on subsidies and large-scale discounts, which result in declining profit margins for both platforms.

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy implemented by the Ngurah Rai Taxi Transportation Cooperative in responding to competition in the transportation industry in the digital era. Unlike application-based transportation companies, Ngurah Rai Taxi is a local transportation service provider that does not use a booking application, but instead relies on direct marketing activities at Ngurah Rai International Airport and the use of social media as a marketing communication tool. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation. The research informants consist of an operational manager, field staff, a social media administrator, and taxi drivers. The findings indicate that the marketing strategy of Ngurah Rai Taxi emphasizes personal interaction, trust, and its image as an official airport taxi. Analysis using the AIDA model shows that consumer attention and interest are built through physical presence in the airport arrival area and direct communication, while desire and action are influenced by factors such as safety, fare certainty, and service comfort. This study confirms that direct service-based marketing strategies remain relevant and competitive within the context of Bali’s tourism market.

The purpose of this research is to analyze how strategies for collecting and managing Third Party Funds (DPK) affect the profitability level of Bank Jatim. As the bank’s main funding source, the effectiveness of DPK management significantly determines its ability to distribute credit, maintain liquidity, and improve financial performance. This research applies a qualitative descriptive methodology within a case study framework at Bank Jatim, with data collected through comprehensive field observations. conducted during the MBKM internship program in the Accounting and Financial Management Division, complemented by the analysis of Bank Jatim’s financial statements for the 2024–2025 period. The findings reveal that the 15% growth in DPK in 2024 positively contributed to the increase in productive assets, net interest margin (NIM), and return on assets (ROA). Bank Jatim’s main strategies include increasing the proportion of low-cost funds (CASA), digitalizing services through the JConnect application, collaborating with local governments, and providing exclusive services for priority customers. These approaches not only promote the growth of low-cost funds but also strengthen customer loyalty and the bank’s competitiveness amid the evolving banking landscape. The study concludes that innovative, efficient, and digitally based DPK management enhances Bank Jatim’s profitability and reinforces its role as a regional development bank. The study recommends strengthening financial literacy among the public and diversifying deposit products to expand the customer base..      Keywords: Third Party Funds, Bank Jatim, Profitability, Digital Banking, Financial Management Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana strategi penghimpunan dan pengelolaan Dana Pihak Ketiga (DPK) berpengaruh terhadap tingkat profitabilitas Bank Jatim. Sebagai sumber pendanaan utama, efektivitas pengelolaan DPK memiliki peran penting dalam menjaga kemampuan bank untuk menyalurkan kredit, mempertahankan likuiditas, serta meningkatkan kinerja keuangan secara keseluruhan. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus pada Bank Jatim. Data dikumpulkan melalui kegiatan observasi langsung di lapangan. program magang di Divisi Akuntansi dan Manajemen Keuangan, serta melalui analisis laporan keuangan Bank Jatim periode 2024–2025.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan DPK sebesar 15% pada tahun 2024 memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan aset produktif, Net Interest Margin (NIM), dan Return on Assets (ROA). Strategi utama yang diterapkan Bank Jatim mencakup peningkatan proporsi dana murah (CASA), digitalisasi layanan melalui aplikasi JConnect, kolaborasi dengan pemerintah daerah, serta penyediaan layanan eksklusif bagi nasabah prioritas. Strategi tersebut tidak hanya berhasil mendorong peningkatan dana murah, tetapi juga memperkuat loyalitas nasabah dan daya saing Bank Jatim di tengah ketatnya persaingan industri perbankan.Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan DPK yang inovatif, efisien, dan berbasis digital berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan profitabilitas Bank Jatim sekaligus memperkuat perannya sebagai bank pembangunan daerah. This study aims to analyze the strategies used by business actors in facing local market competition through Porter's Five Forces Model approach, which includes: the threat of new entrants, the threat of substitute products, the bargaining power of suppliers, the bargaining power of consumers, and the intensity of competition between competitors. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were conducted through in-depth interviews with three categories of informants, namely business owners, employees, and consumers. Data analysis was conducted by identifying patterns, differences, and linkages between the strategies applied and aspects of Porter's Five Forces Model. The results showed that the main strendgth in local competition lies in the high intensity of competitors and the increasing number of alternative products offered. The integration strategy between online and offline marketing is proven to help dealers reach consumers more widely and build customer loyalty. The use of social media, digital promotions, and direct-to-consumer services such as exhibitions and local community partnerships are key to adaptation in the digital era. By understanding Porter's five aspects in depth, businesses can formulate strategies that are more adaptive, innovative, and highly competitive in the local market.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Wingstop Margonda Depok. Fenomena yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini adalah meningkatnya persaingan di industri kuliner, khususnya restoran cepat saji, yang menuntut setiap perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk dan pelayanan guna mempertahankan pelanggan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Wingstop Margonda Depok sebanyak 177 orang, dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 122 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 5%. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin baik kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan Wingstop, maka semakin tinggi pula keputusan pembelian konsumen.

The implementation of a recommendation feature in the courier service selection system on e-commerce platforms is a technological innovation aimed at improving logistics efficiency while providing a more optimal user experience. Through this feature, consumers can find alternative delivery services based on certain indicators, such as cost, estimated time, and service quality. However, in practice, the implementation of recommendation features has the potential to raise legal issues when platforms prioritize internal couriers or certain partners without transparency and clear objective indicators. This situation can lead to discriminatory treatment, limit market access for other businesses, and reduce consumer freedom in choosing services. This study aims to analyze the implementation of recommendation features by e-commerce platforms from a competition law perspective, specifically based on Law Number 5 of 1999 concerning the Prohibition of Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Business Competition. The method used is normative juridical research with a descriptive-analytical approach, through the review of secondary data in the form of laws and regulations, literature, and the practice of implementing recommendation systems in the digital industry. The research results indicate that recommendation features that unilaterally prioritize internal couriers without objective basis and without information transparency have the potential to violate Article 19 letter d of Law Number 5 of 1999. This practice can hinder competition, close opportunities for other courier service providers, and create distortions in the digital logistics ecosystem. Therefore, this study recommends that recommendation features in e-commerce be designed in a neutral, transparent manner, and based on objective indicators, such as rates, estimated delivery times, and service performance. This will maintain healthy business competition and protect consumers' rights to obtain the best service options.

This research is motivated by the development of the local fashion industry driving increasingly competitive competition, including in the bag product sector. This study aims to determine the effect of product design, word of mouth, and price on purchasing decisions for TBLZ Official bag products in Kediri, both partially and simultaneously. The approach used is quantitative research with a causal research type. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents who were TBLZ Official consumers. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling method, while data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression using SPSS software version 25. The results of the study indicate that partially the variables of product design, word of mouth, and price have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, as indicated by their respective significance values ​​below 0.05. Simultaneously, the three variables also have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, with a calculated F value of 330.712 and a significance of 0.001. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R²) value of 0.909 indicates that 90.9% of the variation in purchasing decisions can be explained by the three independent variables. Thus, companies are advised to focus on design innovation, strengthen word of mouth strategies, and consider appropriate pricing in order to increase consumer purchasing decisions. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh perkembangan industri fashion lokal mendorong persaingan yang semakin kompetitif, termasuk dalam sektor produk tas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh desain produk, word of mouth, dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian produk tas TBLZ Official di Kediri, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian kausal. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden yang merupakan konsumen TBLZ Official. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linier berganda menggunakan bantuan software SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel desain produk, word of mouth, dan harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi masing-masing di bawah 0,05. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 330,712 dan signifikansi 0,001. Nilai koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R²) sebesar 0,909 mengindikasikan bahwa 90,9% variasi dalam keputusan pembelian dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel independen. Dengan demikian, perusahaan disarankan untuk fokus pada inovasi desain, memperkuat strategi word of mouth, serta mempertimbangkan penetapan harga yang sesuai agar dapat meningkatkan keputusan pembelian konsumen.   Kata kunci: Desain Produk, Word Of Mouth, Harga, Keputusan Pembelian, Tblz Official

This study aims to examine the influence of digital promotion, service quality, and lifestyle on consumer decision-making in using the services of Omahbiru Wedding Organizer, located in Kediri. The background of this research stems from the increasing competition among wedding organizer businesses in the digital era, which requires service providers to adapt their marketing strategies to the preferences and behavior of modern consumers. A quantitative research approach was applied, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 108 respondents who had previously used Omahbiru’s services. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method, assisted by SmartPLS 3.0 software. The study examined three independent variables digital promotion, service quality, and lifestyle and one dependent variable, namely consumer decision. The findings reveal that all three independent variables have a significant simultaneous effect on consumer decisions. Individually, lifestyle and service quality have a stronger influence compared to digital promotion, which shows a moderate effect. The R-Square value of 0.488 indicates that these variables explain 48.8% of the variance in consumer decision-making. These results highlight the importance of aligning digital promotional strategies, service excellence, and lifestyle compatibility to attract and retain customers in the wedding organizer industry. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada meningkatnya persaingan antar wedding organizer di era digital, yang menuntut pelaku usaha untuk menyesuaikan strategi pemasarannya dengan preferensi dan perilaku konsumen modern. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner kepada 108 responden yang sebelumnya telah menggunakan jasa Omahbiru. Nilai R-Square sebesar 0,488 menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel mampu menjelaskan 48,8% variasi dalam pengambilan keputusan konsumen. Persaingan yang semakin kompetitif dalam industri wedang uwuh di Imogiri mendorong UMKM Taruna Agro Nusantara untuk berinovasi melalui produk wedang uwuh siap saji dalam kemasan paper cup yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan daya saing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui preferensi konsumen terhadap atribut kemasan wedang uwuh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah mixed method. Pendekatan kualitatif dilakukan melalui diskusi dengan pemilik UMKM dan pakar desain untuk merumuskan atribut kemasan. Selanjutnya, pendekatan kuantitatif dilakukan melalui analisis konjoin untuk mengetahui kombinasi atribut yang paling disukai konsumen. Atribut kemasan yang dipilih yaitu slogan, warna, informasi produk, dan ukuran kemasan yang kemudian ditentukan level atributnya. Dari 9 level atribut menghasilkan 54 stimuli yang kemudian direduksi menjadi 9 stimuli menggunakan  orthogonal array. Data yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa Persentase tingkat penerimaan responden terhadap stimuli tertinggi yaitu pada stimuli 4 sebesar 78%  kategori tinggi dengan kombinasi slogan “manfaat terasa, tradisi terjaga”, berwarna merah, menggunakan Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris, serta berukuran 240 ml. Nilai kepentingan tertinggi terdapat pada atribut ukuran dengan nilai 47,147. Nilai kegunaan tertinggi untuk atribut slogan adalah “kehangatan dalam tiap genggaman”, atribut warna terdapat pada warna merah, atribut informasi terdapat pada informasi yang menggunakan bahasa Indonesia dan Inggris, sedangkan nilai kegunaan tertinggi dalam atribut ukuran yaitu pada ukuran 240 ml. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar pengembangan produk wedang uwuh siap saji yang lebih inovatif dan sesuai dengan selera pasar.

Islamic microfinance institutions (IMFIs) in Indonesia have experienced notable progress in line with the growing public interest in Islamic economic principles. However, the competition between Islamic and conventional microfinance sectors is becoming increasingly intense. The LKMS BTM Artha Surya Cooperative, located in Tegal Regency, is currently facing pressure due to this competitive environment and must formulate an effective strategy to sustain and grow its business. This study aims to formulate a strategy using the Blue Ocean Strategy framework as an alternative to overcoming business rivalry. A qualitative approach was employed, gathering primary data through interviews and field observations at BTM Artha Surya Tegal, supported by secondary sources from relevant literature. The findings reveal that BTM Artha Surya has undergone transformation into Baitul Tanwil Muhammadiyah (BTM) Artha Surya and now provides various Sharia-compliant financing services. This research further elaborates on the murabahah financing process, including the recognition, measurement, and disclosure practices implemented in the financial statements of BTM Artha Surya Tegal.

Competition law is an important instrument in maintaining healthy and fair market dynamics, especially in the era of globalization marked by increasingly competitive economic growth. This article discusses how business competition takes place at the regional level, with particular attention to the obstacles faced by small entrepreneurs in facing the dominance of established companies. The competition that emerges is not only limited to price issues, but also involves difficulties in accessing capital, distribution networks, technology, and unfavorable regulations. Existing companies generally have strong structural strengths and networks, which create major barriers for new entrants. In addition, there are signs of unfair competitive practices that can threaten the survival of small businesses. However, advances in technology and digitalization are opening up new avenues for small entrepreneurs to enter the market and establish direct relationships with customers. This article aims to identify various forms of business competition at the local level, analyze the opportunities and challenges that exist, and develop strategies that encourage the creation of a healthy and inclusive competitive environment for the sustainability of local economic growth.

This study aims to analyze the superiority of Pegadaian products in competition between Branch Service Units (UPC) using the Competitive Profile Matrix (CPM) technique at UPC Karanglewas and UPC Alun-Alun Purwokerto. The approach used is descriptive qualitative through case studies, with data collection through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. CPM analysis is carried out by identifying key success factors such as service quality, product variety, price, promotion, ease of access, company reputation, and digital product innovation. The results of the study show that UPC Karanglewas has a stronger competitive position with a CPM score of 3.65 compared to UPC Alun-Alun Purwokerto which obtained a score of 3.25. The main advantages of UPC Karanglewas lie in a more complete product variety, ease of access, and digital innovation, while UPC Alun-Alun Purwokerto excels in promotion. This study recommends that each UPC strengthen product differentiation, increase digital service innovation, and optimize promotional strategies to strengthen competitiveness in the national pawn.
