Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan secara parsial iklim organisasi terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai, untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan secara parsial stress kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai, untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan secara simultan iklim organisasi dan stress kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai pada  Dinas Perpustakaan Kota Bima. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 pegawai yang terdiri dari pegawai negeri sipil sebanyak 34 pegawai dan honorer sebanyak 16 pegawai. Adapun sampel penelitian sejumlah 34 responden yang berstatus pegawai negeri sipil dengan tekhnik purposive sampling. Tekhnik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, kuisioner dan studi pustaka. Tekhnik analisis data yang digunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji t, dan uji f dengan bantuan spss 20 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial iklim organisasi terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai, terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan secara parsial stress kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan iklim organisasi dan stress kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai pada Dinas Perpustakaan  Kota Bima dengan pengaruhnya sebesar 42,2%.

The formulation of the problems posed in this study are as follows: 1. How does competence affect employee performance? 2. How does work motivation affect employee performance? 3. How does competence and work motivation simultaneously influence employee performance at the Banjar City Archives and Library Office? The method used in this study uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, literature, and documentation. With a research sample of 46 employee respondents and data analysis used through statistical tests of correlation and multiple regression using SPSS version 26.00 for windows. The research results show: 1). Competence tends to be good and employee performance is high, so competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the competency, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Archives and Libraries Office. 2). Work motivation tends to be high and employee performance is high, so work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher the motivation, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Archives and Library Service. 3). Competence and work motivation tend to be good and employee performance is high, so that competence and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the competence and high work motivation, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Archives and Library Service.

Kurangnya minat baca dikalangan mahasiswa mengakibatkan kurangnya ide-ide dan pendapat mereka dalam beragumentasi secara inovatif dan kreatif yang nampak dalam presentasi tugas dan menghasilkan karya.jurnal ini menggunakan metode penelitian studi pustaka (library research) dengan memanfaatkan artikel, jurnal, buku-buku, dan akses internet sebagai sumbernya. jurnal ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak kurangnya minat baca para mahasiswa, dampak rendahnya minat baca mahasiswa dan cara meningkatkan minat baca remaja. Adapun hasil yang diperoleh dalam panelitian ini yaitu dampak rendahnya minat baca mahasiswa dapat mempengaruhi kurangnya kemampuan mereka dalam penguasaan bidang ilmu pengetahuan dan cara menikatkan minat bacamahasiswa meningkatkan layanan perpustakaan di sekolah dan lingkungan masyarakat ketersediaan bahan bacaan memungkinkan tiap orang untuk memilih apa yang sesuai dengan minat dan kepentingannya. Adapun simpulan dari penelitian ini dampak dari kurangnya minat baca di kalanggan mahasiswa dapat mempengaruhi kemajuan bangsa dan sumberdaya manusianya.

Libraries play an important role in determining how the academic climate in schools is formed. To maximize scientific activities, the library is organized as a hierarchical system with many purposes and functions. The main reason why the goals and functions of libraries cannot be implemented effectively is because most of the school libraries in Indonesia currently do not meet the demands, both in terms of convenience and selection of library materials. Therefore, steps must be taken to restore proper library operations. The impact of better library services on the reading interest of SMP Kartini Taman students was one of the topics raised. This project is just one of many that Kampus Merdeka is undertaking as part of the Teaching Campus initiative. The service period in 2023 lasts from February 20 to June 16. Serving at the Junior High School which is located on Jl. Ki Suryo Jati Utara, Kedungturi Village, Taman District, Sidoarjo Regency, is the responsibility of our team. Through the implementation of school library management reform initiatives, this program seeks to restore the function of the school library in accordance with its vision and mission. The planning stage (Planning), the organizing stage (Organizing), the implementation stage (Actuating), and the control stage are the first steps in improving the administrative services of the implemented school library. Collecting data in this service is carried out using a qualitative descriptive methodology which includes interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Based on the initiatives made and the findings, the children's enthusiasm for reading in class increased. Thus, efforts to improve library services are ensured to be successful and right on target.

Akad Mudharabah adalah salah satu akad yang termasuk ke dalam akad yang berlandaskan atas dasar kepercayaan, harus ada sikap saling percaya antar dua belah pihak yakni pemilik modal (shahibul maal) serta pengelola modal (mudharib). Akad mudharabah ini kini juga telah banyak digunakan pada Lembaga - Lembaga Keuangan terkecil seperti Koperasi. Koperasi ini nantinya akan menyalurkan dana kepada nasabah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan mereka dalam keseharian, maupun dalam bercocok tanam. Tentunya dengan perjanjian bagi hasil yang harus dipenuhi sebagai akad dari kegiatan yang akan dilakukan. Pelaksanaan akad mudharabah yang kini mulai banyak dilaksanakan di tengah masyarakat tentunya harus di perhatikan agar tidak terjadi ketimpangan dalam pembagian hasil yang telah di sepakati. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendekripsikan efektifitas pengendalian risiko dalam pembiayaan mudharabah pada Koperasi Kelompok Tani “Gapoktan” di Jorong Pasanehan. Untuk melengkapi kajian tersebut, maka digunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) Datanya bersumber dari data primer dan skunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan untuk memperoleh data yang di perlukan  dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi, serta studi perpustakaan terkait dengan objek penelitian yang diteliti.

The purpose of this research is to determine the simultaneous and partial influence as well as the dominant variables of Service Quality (X) which include the variables Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Assurance (X3), Empathy (X4), Physical Evidence (X5), on Satisfaction of Library Members (Y) at the Paser Regency Archives and Library Service. From the results of the validity test of the total number of questions, 18 statements all have a value of rcount > rtable, which means all questions are valid (feasible). From the results of the reliability test, it can be seen that the results obtained were 0.836, which means that the questionnaire items can be said to be reliable, because the Cronbach's Alpha value is > 0.6. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis research, the regression equation Y= 0.465 + 0.366X1 + 0.265 X2 + 0.183 X3 - 0.185X4 + 0.246 X5. The correlation coefficient (R) is 0.843 at a relationship level of 0.80-1.000, which means it is at a very strong relationship level between the variables Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Assurance (X3), Empathy (X4), Evidence Physical (X5), to Member Satisfaction (Y). The Adjusted R square value (coefficient of determination) is 0.503, which means that the Service Quality (X) variable consisting of Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Assurance (X3), Empathy (X4) and Physical Evidence (X5) contributes of the dependent variable, namely Member Satisfaction (Y), while the remaining 49.7% is influenced by other variables not included in this research. From the results of the F test, the Fcount value is 14.372 > Ftable 2.37, so it can be concluded that the Service Quality (X) variable consists of Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Assurance (X3), Empathy (X4) and Physical Evidence ( X5) has a significant effect simultaneously (together) on the Member Satisfaction variable (Y), so that the first hypothesis can be accepted or H0 is rejected. Ha is accepted. From the results of the t test for the variables Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), and Physical Evidence (X5) have a significant effect on Member Satisfaction (Y) of libraries at the Paser Regency Archives and Library Service. Meanwhile, the variables Assurance (X3), Empathy (X4) do not have a significant effect on Library Member Satisfaction (Y) at the Paser Regency Archives and Library Service.  Furthermore, the t test results show that the Reliability variable (X1) has a dominant influence on Member Satisfaction (Y) which is strengthened by the highest t value of 3.299 and a significance value of 0.002. So the hypothesis states that it is not proven or rejected. H0 is accepted. Ha is rejected.

This study aims to determine the library strategy to obtain library accreditation at SMP Negeri 1 Pekanbaru. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design with the main objective of providing an objective description or description of a situation. The method used is observation, interviews, documentation. The results of this study found that the strategies carried out by the head of the library Insan Cendikia to obtain national school library accreditation were procurement of books, procurement of infrastructure, arrangement of equipment in the library, cataloging and human resource development. The supporting factor is the existence of a library card number (NPP), the library building has reached an area of ​​168m² and there is a reading area, work area and bookshelf area and the books are neatly arranged, there is a library management structure, the relationship between the librarian and the head of the library is quite good , the number of collections of library materials has met the national school library standards as many as 2,520 titles with 2,737 copies and professional human resources, while the inhibiting factors are insufficient funding, incomplete facilities and infrastructure, insufficient book procurement, and support from school principals who less strong.
