This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the level of understanding of the principles of good governance on financial performance at the Bireuen Regency Financial Management Agency. This study uses a quantitative research method. The population in this study were all employees at the Bireuen Regency Regional Financial Management Agency, with a sample size of 77 people. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires, and the results were processed quantitatively using SPSS 22. Based on the results of the study with partial hypothesis testing (t-test) showed that the variable Level of Understanding of the Principles of Good Governance (X) has a t-value of 3.321 while t-table is 1.665. This means that t-count> t- table, so the results of the study reject H0 and accept H1. So it can be concluded that partially the variable Level of Understanding of the Principles of Good Governance has a positive effect on the Financial Performance of Bireuen Regency at the Bireuen Regency Regional Financial Management Agency.

The image of government bureaucracy is influenced by the performance of public service agencies. For this reason, it is necessary to carry out continuous reform, in anticipating and adapting to developments in society. In an effort to improve the image, performance and professionalism of government agencies towards good governance, it is important to have unity of direction and views among government employees. In this research the problem is how the government of Kuala Kurun District, Gunung Mas Regency, Central Kalimantan Province improves the quality of public services and what only inhibiting factors in improving the quality of public services This research uses a qualitative approach, the data displayed is generally in the form of actual and accurate sentence descriptions and connects the problems studied with a qualitative approach. Researchers go out into the field to research the object of study and hold direct interactions with the community with the aim of obtaining in-depth information about this matter, conducting in-depth interviews and observations The results of this research show that the public service bureaucracy at the Kuala Kurun Subdistrict Office has not been maximized, public satisfaction with services in the dimensions of reliability, responsiveness, guarantees, empathy and direct evidence is implemented with minimum standards, this is because there is still an imbalance in the distribution of tasks and implementation The work that is the responsibility of employees at the Kuala Kurun Village Office, especially the main tasks and functions that have been determined. The causal factor is limited facilities and infrastructure which influences the provision of maximum public services. From the results of this research, it is recommended to evaluate the performance of public services, so that bureaucratic reform can be implemented in the Kurun Village Office, Gunung Mas Regency, Central Kalimantan Province.

Good governance is a necessity in running the government. The West Java government has made various efforts to implement good governance, one of which is the publication of leaders’ activities on Instagram @biroadpimjabar. The publication aims to raise awareness among the people of West Java by sharing informative and educational content about the activities of West Java leaders and their internal teams, as well as some useful information about West Java. The main purpose of this research is to explore how information about leaders' activities is Share, Optimize, Manage, and Engage as the concept of The Circular Model of SOME by Regina Luttrell. The method used in this research is qualitative. Data was collected through observation and in-depth interviews. The results showed that at the Share stage, the shared content of the leader's activities showed transparency so that it could build public trust. In the Optomize stage, the leader uses interesting video content and informative captions. In the Manage stage, a third application is used to monitor the performance of social media to evaluate its activation. The last stage is Engage, for interaction and community involvement in the form of comments and direct messages, even more followers want to conduct audience activities with West Java leaders after learning about the @biroadpimjabar account. These findings provide recommendations for improving public communication strategies to strengthen the implementation of good governance in West Java.

This study examines the impact of Sri Mulyani’s inclusive leadership on human resource development (HRD) in the Indonesian Ministry of Finance, with a focus on gender equality policies and employee capacity-building programs. Using a literature review method, this research analyzes relevant studies on inclusive leadership and its application in the public sector. The findings indicate that Sri Mulyani’s inclusive leadership, which emphasizes openness, accessibility, and equality, has successfully increased women's participation in leadership positions and fostered a more collaborative work environment. The gender equality policies implemented have not only increased the number of women in strategic positions but also strengthened overall organizational performance. Additionally, capacity-building programsdesigned to enhance technical and managerial skills have proven effective in improving productivity and innovationwithin the Ministry of Finance. This study concludes that Sri Mulyani’s inclusive leadership can serve as a model for other public sector organizations, both in Indonesia and internationally, to promote gender equality and enhance organizational performance through inclusive HR development.

The Online Document Information System (Si-DOI) represents a digital innovation aimed at improving the quality of population administration services. This research analyzes the implementation and performance of Si-DOI at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Palangka Raya City. The research methodology employs a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design, utilizing data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Research respondents include office employees, service users, and relevant stakeholders. The findings indicate that Si-DOI implementation has facilitated document access, accelerated administrative processes, and enhanced public service transparency. However, several technical constraints and infrastructure limitations still require improvement. The research recommends system capacity enhancement, human resource development, and continuous updates to optimize Si-DOI performance. The conclusion suggests that Si-DOI has the potential to become an effective population administration information system, but requires ongoing commitment to development and improvement.

Village regulations are set out in Law No. 6/2014, which explains that a village has the authority to regulate and oversee the needs of the community, including the authority to manage their own finances. The goal of this study is to maximize the Corruption Eradication Commission's (KPK) ability to stop corrupt activities. Within the executive power group, the Corruption Eradication Committee (KPK) is a state institution that exercises its authority and functions independently, unaffected by other powers. This study employs a qualitative approach and descriptive research methods. The study's findings indicate that while the Corruption Eradication Commission's (KPK) performance has improved, it is still not at its best. Corruption can result in large financial losses and erode public confidence in the government.

This study aims to evaluate the efficiency of Batam’s regional investment policies, focusing on their effectiveness in fostering sustainable economic growth. Batam, one of Indonesia's fastest-growing cities, has experienced significant industrial development, making investment policies a crucial factor in ensuring continued economic progress. The research examines key aspects of these policies, including efforts to reduce bureaucracy in investment processes, create incentives that align with regional development goals, and enhance the monitoring of investment activities. By analyzing the current policies through a comprehensive evaluation framework, this study identifies challenges such as institutional dualism, legal uncertainties, and slow investment growth, which hinder the city's economic development. Additionally, it explores solutions for optimizing these policies to improve their efficiency, thereby contributing to sustainable growth and greater competitiveness for Batam. The findings of this study provide critical insights for policymakers seeking to enhance Batam's investment climate and overall economic performance.

This study aims to examine the strategies implemented by the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) in providing adequate clean water and sanitation services in Labuan Bajo Village, Komodo District, West Manggarai Regency. The results indicate that PDAM possesses several strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in carrying out its functions. The main strengths of PDAM include an extensive distribution network, strong regulatory support, adequate technical capacity, stable availability of raw water, and responsive services. However, its weaknesses include aging infrastructure, limitations in human resource management, financial constraints, the long distance of raw water sources from the distribution center, and frequent service disruptions. The opportunities that PDAM can leverage include regulatory support from the government, increased public awareness of the importance of clean water, the implementation of innovative projects, partnerships with the private sector, and the adoption of modern technology. On the other hand, threats faced by PDAM include the impact of climate change on raw water availability, limited water resources, suboptimal human resource management, and issues with cash flow and long-term funding.By understanding these factors, PDAM can formulate more effective strategies to enhance its performance and provide better clean water and sanitation services. Several recommendations are proposed, including infrastructure revitalization, improved staff training and development, diversification of funding sources, adoption of innovative technologies, and strengthening collaboration with external partners. Implementing these recommendations is expected to support the sustainability of PDAM Labuan Bajo's services in meeting the community's needs for clean water and sanitation in the region.

Plans are a vital component in a government to achieve directed and sustainable development. This research aims to identify the importance of plans in managing resources, setting priorities, and creating transparency and accountability in government. The method used in this research is qualitative analysis based on literature reviews and case studies related to plan implementation in various governments, both national and local. The focus of this research includes the role of plans in resource efficiency, risk mitigation, and coordination between institutions. The research results show that governments that have thorough planning are better able to optimize the use of budget, labor and time compared to governments without clear plans. In addition, a good plan helps the government anticipate potential risks and challenges, as well as provide strategic solutions to face them. In terms of transparency, planning documents enable the public to monitor government performance, increase public trust, and support public participation in the development process. This research also found that plans that are inclusive and involve various stakeholders are able to create stronger synergy between institutions and maintain program sustainability even if there is a change in leadership. In conclusion, plans in government are not only a tool to direct development, but also an important instrument to ensure stability, effectiveness and efficiency. With a structured plan, the government can achieve development goals optimally and have a significant impact on community welfare. This research recommends strengthening planning capacity at all levels of government to improve the quality of governance and public services.

The Srikandi application is an electronic-based management information system designed to support digital transformation in administration and archiving to enhance efficiency, transparency, and accountability in public services, particularly within the Secretariat General of the Indonesian House of Representatives (Setjen DPR RI). This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Srikandi application, evaluate its impact on work efficiency and service quality, and identify the main challenges in its adoption. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The findings indicate that the Srikandi application has successfully improved administrative efficiency through features such as electronic signatures and real-time document tracking, as well as supporting the restructuring of organizational work processes. However, several key challenges remain, including slow system performance, low user competence, resistance to new technology, limited accessibility for the public, and data security risks. The implications of this study highlight the importance of enhancing user competence through training, optimizing technological infrastructure, and strengthening data security policies. This study is expected to serve as a reference for other government institutions in adopting digital technologies to support more responsive and accountable public services.

Village officials are government employees in the field of public services who have duties and obligations towards services to the community who work and support the Village Head in carrying out his duties. In the relationship between the government and the community, various concepts are known such as state administrative law which studies the actions in organizing a country, including in villages. Public services are very necessary in fulfilling the desires and needs of the community in the village government.This research was conducted using a normative legal research method. The data collection methods used by the author were interviews and literature studies. Interviews are data collection techniques conducted through face-to-face and direct question and answer between researchers and informants, while literature studies are data processing conducted by systematically analyzing written legal materials with a statutory approach and a case study approach.The results of this study indicate that the performance of village officials in Pasar V Kebun Kelapa Village has not fully implemented good public service performance in terms of understanding of duties and functions, innovation, work speed, work accuracy and work between employees to realize excellent service.

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of developments in the implementation of Trias Politica principles in the performance of high state institutions in Indonesia. Trias Politica, which refers to the separation of powers into executive, legislative and judiciary, is an important foundation in a democratic government system. Through a qualitative approach, this research evaluates how the division of power has transformed since the implementation of political reform in Indonesia, as well as its impact on the performance of state institutions in carrying out their duties and functions. The research results show that although there have been significant developments in the implementation of Trias Politica, several challenges such as overlapping authority, lack of synergy between institutions, and political influence remain obstacles. However, the application of the principle of separation of powers has generally increased accountability, transparency and efficiency in the performance of high state institutions. Law enforcement of road transportation traffic is one of the important aspects in maintaining road safety and order. However, the effectiveness of monitoring and evaluating the performance of Civil Servant Investigators (PPNS) in law enforcement is often hampered by unstructured processes and lack of transparency in reporting. This research aims to analyze the role of information technology (IT)-based system development in improving transparency, efficiency, and accountability in monitoring and evaluating PPNS performance. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, which involves analyzing the application of information systems in institutions that handle traffic law enforcement. The results showed that IT systems can improve transparency by providing clear and real-time data access, increase efficiency by speeding up data processing and analysis, and strengthen accountability through auditable digital records. The study concludes that the development and implementation of IT systems in the oversight of PPNS performance not only improves the effectiveness of traffic law enforcement, but also strengthens the integrity and public trust in the institutions that carry out these tasks. The implementation of IT systems is expected to be a strategic solution in improving the quality of public services in the field of traffic law.

In the context of university students, communication patterns are often influenced by the level of emotional maturity, cultural background, and social environment. Unhealthy communication patterns, such as domination, manipulation, or a tendency to avoid conflict, can be the main trigger of toxic relationships. Conversely, healthy communication with openness, empathy, and respect can prevent toxic relationships and improve problematic relationship dynamics. This research uses a type of qualitative research using the literature study method sourced from books, journals regarding the research discussed by examining the Role of Communication Patterns in Student Human Relations Against Toxic Relationship. Communication patterns have a significant role in shaping the dynamics of student relationships, including toxic relationships. Healthy communication patterns, including openness, empathy, and respect can prevent toxic relationships, while unhealthy communication patterns such as domination, manipulation, or closure, are often the main triggers. Students who lack interpersonal communication skills are vulnerable to getting trapped in toxic relationships, which can have a negative impact on their mental health and academic performance. Increased self-awareness, use of assertive communication, boundary setting, and external support are key steps to prevent or overcome toxic relationships. With positive communication patterns, students can build healthy relationships, support personal development, and create a harmonious social environment.

The role of State Attorneys (Jaksa Pengacara Negara, JPN) is vital in recovering state assets lost due to corruption, aligning with the principles of Indonesia’s legal state (Rechtsstaat). This study examines JPN's authority under Law No. 31 of 1999, emphasizing its dual role in civil and administrative litigation. Using a normative juridical approach, the research analyzes legal frameworks and conceptual perspectives on JPN’s functions. The findings indicate JPN’s strategic position in representing the state, not only in civil lawsuits but also in non-litigation processes for recovering state financial losses. Challenges such as limited human resources, inter-agency coordination, and protracted case resolutions hinder optimal performance. The research suggests reinforcing the institutional capacity of JPN through targeted training and promoting synergy with related agencies, such as the KPK and police. Enhancing legal competence and procedural efficiency are critical to meeting public expectations for justice and transparency in handling corruption cases.
