Jurnal Riset Rumpun Ilmu Kesehatan 2026 Pusat riset dan Inovasi Nasional

This study examines changes in nutritional knowledge, dietary patterns, nutrient intake, and food acculturation among first-year migrant and non-migrant students. A 5 months prospective cohort design was employed involving 32 students from the Faculty of Public Health, Universitas Airlangga. Students were randomly divided equally into migrant and non-migrant groups. Data were collected using questionnaires, food frequency questionnaires, 3×24-hour food recall, and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The findings indicated no significant differences or changes in nutritional knowledge between groups throughout the observation period (p > 0.05). However, dietary patterns varied, with migrant students showing increased consumption of practical and fast foods. Nutrient intake, particularly energy and protein, was initially lower among migrant students but improved significantly over time, reflecting adaptation to a new environment. Food acculturation was evident among migrant students, with a significant increase in scores during the study period (p = 0.007), indicating gradual adjustment to local eating habits. These results highlight the influence of environmental adaptation on students’ dietary behavior and emphasize the need for targeted nutrition interventions to promote healthy eating habits during the early university transition.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan dan gaya hidup terhadap pengelolaan keuangan mahasiswa STIEPARI Semarang asal Nias. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori, data dikumpulkan dari 100 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik simple random sampling dari populasi 134 mahasiswa aktif asal Nias menggunakan rumus Slovin. Pengumpulan data dilakukan selama periode Januari hingga Februari 2026 melalui kuesioner terstruktur berskala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda melalui perangkat lunak SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, sedangkan gaya hidup berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan. Secara simultan, kedua variabel berpengaruh signifikan dan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,582, yang menunjukkan bahwa 58,2% variasi pengelolaan keuangan mahasiswa dapat dijelaskan oleh literasi keuangan dan gaya hidup. Temuan ini mengimplikasikan pentingnya penguatan literasi finansial yang diimbangi dengan pembentukan lingkungan yang mendukung gaya hidup produktif bagi mahasiswa perantau.

This study examines the role of spiritual intelligence in shaping students’ understanding of happiness in the digital era from an Islamic psychology perspective. Employing a qualitative phenomenological approach, the research involves university students who actively engage with social media. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed using thematic analysis. The findings reveal a significant shift in the meaning of happiness, from a substantive and intrinsic concept to a more symbolic and externally driven construct influenced by digital culture and online validation. Nevertheless, spiritual intelligence functions as a reflective and stabilizing mechanism, enabling students to reinterpret happiness as a deeper, more meaningful inner state. From the perspective of Islamic psychology, true happiness (sa’adah) is grounded in closeness to God and the internalization of spiritual values in daily life. This study underscores the importance of spiritual intelligence in addressing psychological challenges in the digital age and fostering a more balanced and authentic sense of well-being among students.

Economic empowerment of rural communities through the strengthening of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is a crucial pillar in achieving national economic independence. One of the fundamental obstacles faced by MSMEs in rural areas is financial exclusion due to low digital literacy and dependence on conventional cash transaction systems. The Community Service Program (KKN) of students from the State Islamic University of North Sumatra (UIN SU) in Pematang Tengah Village was designed to bridge this gap by optimizing the Indonesian Standard Quick Response Code (QRIS). Through an intensive participatory mentoring approach, students acted as agents of digital transformation who educated, trained, and facilitated 10 local MSME actors in adopting non-cash payment technology. The results of the program show a significant shift from digital skepticism to digital trust. The implementation of QRIS has been proven to increase operational efficiency, financial management accuracy, and strengthen the image of business modernity in the eyes of consumers. This article emphasizes that the role of students is not merely as information deliverers, but as catalysts of social capital that is crucial for the sustainability of digitalization at the village level.

Remaja sebagai generasi penerus bangsa memiliki peran penting dalam melanjutkan pembangunan Negara, oleh karena itu dapat dikatakan bahwa remaja merupakan aset atau modal utama sumber daya manusia bagi pembangunan bangsa di masa depan. Oleh karena itu, kesehatan remaja perlu dijaga agar dapat menjadi generasi penerus bangsa yang sehat, produktif dan berkualitas. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR). Metode PAR menggunakan beberapa teknik, antara lain; pertama, observasi, focus group discussion (FGD), Sharing Knowladge, wawancara mendalam, pelatihan dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa pertama, kegiatan bakti sosial yang dilakukan oleh Himpunan Mahasiswa Kebidanan (HIMADAN) tahun 2026 di Panti Asuhan Ma'had Tahfidz Al Anwar, Desa Tegalandong, Kecamatan Lebaksiu, Kabupaten Tegal, berhasil memberikan edukasi kesehatan reproduksi, Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS), dan gizi kepada 63 peserta anak dan remaja. Kedua, diskusi menekankan bahwa kesehatan reproduksi, PHBS, dan gizi merupakan aspek krusial bagi remaja, terutama dalam mencegah masalah seperti anemia, stunting, dan penyakit menular. Ketiga, secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini berhasil menjadi pemicu bagi remaja untuk menerapkan pola hidup sehat, meskipun diperlukan evaluasi lebih lanjut dan penguatan bahan gizi untuk dampak yang maksimal.

This study is motivated by the importance of actualizing Pancasila values in students’ lives, not only at the cognitive level but also in daily social interactions within the campus environment. Phenomena such as digital individualism, exclusivity in social relationships, and bullying practices indicate a gap between understanding and implementation of Pancasila values. This study aims to analyze the forms of Pancasila value actualization through students’ social interaction patterns and their implications for character building. The research employs a qualitative approach using a library research method, with secondary data derived from scientific journals, books, and relevant academic documents. Data collection was conducted through documentation study, while data analysis used descriptive-critical content analysis. The findings show that the actualization of Pancasila values is reflected in religious tolerance, rejection of bullying, cross-cultural inclusivity, deliberative decision-making, and fairness in academic collaboration. These results indicate that students’ social interaction serves as an important indicator of successful internalization of Pancasila values. Practically, this study highlights the importance of strengthening character education based on social practices to develop ethical, inclusive, and Pancasila-oriented young generations.

Clean water quality is an important factor in supporting public health. In Kaliwader Village, Bener District, Purworejo Regency, drilled well water is used as the main source of clean water, however, based on initial testing, discrepancies were still found in several water quality parameters, particularly turbidity. The Community Service Lecture (KPM) activity of the Al-Qur'an Science University (UNSIQ) aims to improve the quality of drilled well water through the implementation of a water filtration system combined with a venturi aerator and providing education to the community about clean water management. The method used is a descriptive method with an observational approach, including water sampling, laboratory testing at the Regional Health Laboratory UPT, and the implementation of a Malang sand-based filtration unit with venturi aeration. The test results showed that the water turbidity level before treatment reached 8 NTU, exceeding the established quality standards. After the implementation of the filtration system and venturi aerator, the physical quality of the water improved, marked by a decrease in turbidity and an increase in water clarity. Chemical and microbiological parameters were generally within safe limits according to the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 2 of 2023. This activity demonstrated that the application of simple technology by UNSIQ KPM students can play an effective role in improving the quality of drilled well water and supporting the provision of more adequate clean water for the people of Kaliwader Village.

Health counseling is one of the strategic approaches to increase students' knowledge and awareness of the importance of maintaining holistic health which includes physical, mental, social, and reproductive aspects. This activity will be held on March 19, 2025 at Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Mitra Sejati with interactive lecture methods and educational games "Smart Cards". This study aims to determine the effectiveness of educational methods in improving students' understanding of health issues such as balanced nutrition, personal hygiene, reproductive health, and the dangers of smoking. Through pre-test and post-test analysis of 35 students, a significant increase in participants' understanding was found after participating in counseling. In addition, a fun and participatory approach has been shown to be effective in encouraging active engagement of students, including those who were previously passive. Educational games help to convey material in a more engaging and easy-to-understand way. The results of this activity show that the combination of interactive methods and visual educational media is able to strengthen students' understanding and awareness of the importance of healthy living behaviors. This program has the potential to be replicated in other educational environments to encourage the implementation of a healthy lifestyle among adolescents and students.

This research focuses on comprehensive analysis of the crucial role of English proficiency as a vital instrument in enhancing the holistic communication competence of English Literature students amdist the dynamics of globalization. Utilizing a literature study research method trough a systematic review of various scholarly references, academic journals, and empirical findings, this study evaluates interaction barries such as limited vocabulary, syntatic complexity, and psychological constraints including low self confidence. The findjngs demonstrate that proficient language mastery is directly proportional to the improvement of critical literary work analysis and active participation in broader academic discourse. Furthermore, this study confirms that the implementation of interactive active learning methodologies such as role playing, thematic debates, and collaborative presentations integrated with cutting edge technology acts as a primary catalyst. These strategies not only mitigate communicative barriers but also substantially enhance self directed learning efficiency and career readiness in multilingual professional environment. Ultimately, this research offers a new theoretical contribution to higher education curriculum roadmaps that are more adaptive, responsive, and outcome oriented for learners domestically and internationally. Through this approach, educational institutions are expected to produce competitive graduates ready to face the dynamic challenges of the rapidly evolving global stage.

This research aims to explore a culture shock phenomenon and its impact on the stress levels and adaptation processes of migrant students at PASIM national University, as individuals who move into a new environment, culture, different geographical features, migrant students often face problems in communication or psychological pressure. Data collected process done by interviewing respondents, thru qualitative method with phenomenological approach to deeply describe life experiences. Basically culture shock has four phases, start with initial disorientation and cognitive load due to the uncertainty of social life, followed by emotional pressure leading to social isolation and homesickness. After those two the adaptive coping process activated starting with building relationships with peers, after all of these phases formed the increase of post-crisis increase in intercultural and social competence. This finding indicate that early phase of culture shock does indeed have a negative impct, however, as the adaptation process an individual can develop an independence dan stronger self-identity. Conclusion, this research emphasizes the importance of internal resilience and the support external support in transforming challenges into opportunities for self-development that can lead to personal growth and benefits.

Students have a strategic role as agents of change that requires adequate leadership and managerial skills. Formal learning in the classroom has not been able to fully develop these practical skills. This community service activity aims to improve the basic management skills of students at the Faculty of Computer Science, Universitas Dian Nuswantoro through Basic Student Management Skills Training (LKMM TD) with the theme Sailing Beyond Limits. The implementation method uses a Participatory Learning Action approach that includes problem identification, strategic planning, activity implementation, and joint evaluation. The activity was attended by 193 students from student organizations and general students. The learning process was carried out through lectures, case studies, discussions, group work, and pre- and post-tests. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in participant capacity, marked by an increase in the average score from 68.21 percent in the pre-test to 91.69 percent. LKMM TD activities effectively equip students with managerial, leadership, communication, and motivational control skills as provisions for carrying out the role of student agents of change.

This study aims to comprehensively examine the role of social media influencers in shaping public opinion among university students through a literature review approach. The background of this research is based on the rapid development of information technology and social media, which has given rise to influencers as new communication actors with strong influence in the digital public sphere. Influencers act as opinion leaders who not only deliver information but also frame messages, construct narratives, and disseminate various issues to their audiences. University students are selected as the focus of this study because they represent an active, critical group of social media users who are highly exposed to digital content. The research method employs a literature review by analyzing various national and international scholarly journals relevant to the topics of influencers, social media, and public opinion formation. The findings indicate that influencers have a significant impact on shaping students’ mindsets, attitudes, perceptions, and attention toward social, political, cultural, and lifestyle issues. Factors such as credibility, popularity, and the intensity of interaction between influencers and their audiences play an important role in determining the effectiveness of this influence. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that social media influencers play a strategic and increasingly dominant role in the process of public opinion formation among university students in the era of digital communication.

This study aims to describe the role of Biology Education Community Service Program students in improving the quality of biology learning at SMPN 1 Mappakasunggu. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the Community Service Program students played an active role in various aspects, from lesson planning, implementation of teaching and learning activities, to evaluation of learning outcomes. In addition, the Community Service Program students were also involved in mentoring simple practicums that helped students understand biology concepts more practically. They also contributed to the development of innovative learning media that facilitated students' understanding of the material. The presence of Community Service Program students at the school had a significant positive impact on improving students' conceptual understanding, motivation, and learning activity. Students showed higher enthusiasm in participating in biology learning and experienced improvements in their learning outcomes. Thus, the Community Service Program teaching program is a tangible form of student contribution in supporting the improvement of education quality, especially biology learning in schools with limited resources. This program also provides valuable experience for students to be directly involved in the world of education and have a positive impact on society.

The academic crisis among Physics students often arises due to the pressure of the credit semester sistem (SKS), grade demands, and heavy study loads. This condition drives students to focus solely on achieving academic results, while the essence of learning as worship is often overlooked. This study aims to explore how the values of Islamic education, particularly the orientation towards rewards, can help students cope with academic pressure. The methods used include literature review and a quantitative survey with an online questionnaire completed by 56 Physics and Physics Education students at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. The analysis results show a significant correlation between the SKS pressure and changes in learning behavior (r = 0.807), while the orientation towards rewards acts as a spiritual balance. The findings suggest that Islamic education plays a crucial role in building academic resilience through values of sincerity (ikhlas), patience (sabar), trust in God (tawakal), and balance (tawazun). Thus, academic achievements can become a means of worship while contributing positively to society. This study highlights the importance of spiritual values in achieving balanced academic success.

Academic stress is one of the main challenges experienced by postgraduate students due to complex academic workloads, such as thesis writing, scientific publications, work demands, and personal roles. This condition can trigger emotional exhaustion, decreased concentration, anxiety, and burnout. This study used the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to analyze the role of mindfulness as a stress management strategy in college students. The literature analyzed included studies from 2020–2025 that examined the relationship between mindfulness and academic stress, including interventions based on Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). The study results showed that mindfulness has a significant effect on reducing academic stress, improving emotional regulation, learning focus, sleep quality, and psychological well-being. Mindfulness also helps students build resilience and develop adaptive mindsets in dealing with academic pressure. These findings confirm that mindfulness can be an effective and applicable strategy in supporting the mental health of postgraduate students.

This study aims to analyze the role of UINSU’s Community Service Program (KKN) students in enhancing Islamic entrepreneurial awareness among the residents of Pahang Village, Talawi District, Batu Bara Regency. The KKN program serves as a platform for applying academic knowledge while empowering communities through educational, persuasive, and participatory approaches. The students introduced fundamental concepts of Islamic entrepreneurship, including principles of justice, honesty, sustainability, and the avoidance of riba, gharar, and maisir. Through a series of activities such as seminars, micro-business training sessions, financial management mentoring based on sharia principles, and simple business model simulations, the villagers began to show improved understanding of Islamic economic values. Moreover, the active involvement of students created an inclusive learning environment that was accessible to various community groups. The findings indicate that the presence of KKN students contributed positively to cultivating entrepreneurial motivation, particularly among youth and micro-business actors. This improvement was reflected in changes in mindset, interest in initiating halal businesses, and increased awareness of applying sharia principles in daily economic activities. Thus, the KKN program not only provides practical experience for students but also offers a tangible contribution to strengthening sharia-based economic empowerment at the village level.

This study examines the role of KKN students in supporting the economic development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through bazaar activities in Selayang Village. The bazaar programs facilitated by KKN students proved effective in improving product marketing, expanding business networks, increasing public awareness of local products, and ultimately raising the income of MSME actors. In addition to their economic impact, the bazaars functioned as promotional platforms and spaces for social interaction that strengthened relationships between community members and local entrepreneurs. Despite facing internal challenges such as limited funding, inadequate human resources, and a lack of product innovation, the initiative demonstrated positive outcomes. Collaboration among KKN students, local government, and the community is considered essential to ensure the sustainability of such empowerment programs. Overall, the findings indicate that bazaar activities represent an effective strategy for rural economic empowerment, contributing to the long-term competitiveness and growth of MSMEs while fostering community participation and local economic resilience.

Selayang Village is one of the villages in Selesai District where most of the residents have micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) as the main source of livelihood. However, until now, MSME actors in the village still face limited knowledge and skills in utilizing digital technology, especially in the field of marketing. Most business actors still rely on conventional marketing methods, such as word-of-mouth promotion, which has an impact on limited market reach. Through this community service activity, it is hoped that MSMEs will be able to optimize digital marketing so that their marketing area becomes wider and more competitive. This service aims to assist and assist the community in registering the location of MSMEs and public facilities on the Google Maps platform. The method of implementing the service includes the stages of socialization, technical assistance, and direct MSME registration. The results of the activity showed that as many as nine MSMEs were successfully registered and their business profiles were optimized through a door-to-door approach. All business actors responded positively because they now have a digital footprint that makes it easier for consumers to find business locations. Thus, this activity is expected to increase business visibility, the competitiveness of MSMEs, and the welfare of the people of Selayang Village

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh lokasi, biaya kuliah, dan promosi terhadap minat mahasiswa untuk melanjutkan studi di Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis (ITB) Semarang. Fokus penelitian diarahkan pada faktor-faktor eksternal yang diduga memiliki peran penting dalam menentukan minat mahasiswa dalam memilih perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan memanfaatkan data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner berbasis Google Form. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh mahasiswa ITB Semarang, sedangkan sampel penelitian adalah mahasiswa tahun ajaran 2024/2025 yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 65 orang. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda untuk menguji pengaruh dari  masing-masing variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lokasi, biaya kuliah, dan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat mahasiswa memilih ITB Semarang sebagai tempat melanjutkan pendidikan tinggi. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa semakin strategis lokasi kampus, semakin terjangkau biaya kuliah, dan semakin efektif promosi yang dilakukan, maka semakin tinggi minat mahasiswa untuk mendaftar.

The rapid development of digital technology and the increasing demand for entrepreneurial competence in higher education require students to possess adequate digital literacy and financial literacy, as well as obtain continuous institutional support to shape and strengthen their entrepreneurial interest. This study aims to empirically analyze the influence of digital literacy, financial literacy, and institutional support on the entrepreneurial interest of students in the Islamic Business Management Study Program at the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta. A quantitative approach was used, involving 75 respondents selected through accidental sampling, while the research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that all three independent variables have a positive and significant effect on students' entrepreneurial interest, with the model contributing 42.7%.
