This study aims to describe the implementation of worship training through fieldwork practice (PKL) activities carried out at the Sibau Hulu Mosque. The focus of the activities includes reading the Qur'an and performing congregational prayers as an effort to strengthen religious values ​​and foster spiritual discipline within the community. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach with observation, participation, and documentation techniques during the Qur'an reading and congregational prayers activities, which provide a positive contribution in increasing worship awareness, forming better worship habits, and strengthening social interactions among mosque congregations. In addition, this activity also encourages active participation, cooperation, and internalization of Islamic values ​​in daily life. Thus, religious-based PKL activities have an important role in supporting worship training and spiritual character formation within the Sibau Hulu Mosque community, which in turn can strengthen Islamic brotherhood at the local level. This activity is also expected to serve as a model for other mosques in improving worship development and spiritual character of the congregation.

Implementation of the Youth and Youth Service Section (SPRP) Worship Program at the GKE Barimba Congregation in the context of developing the character of Christian teenagers and young people. Using descriptive qualitative methods, data was collected through in-depth interviews with youth and youth leaders who play an active role in development activities at the church. The results of the study revealed various challenges faced by teenagers and young people, such as peer pressure that affects worship motivation, a less engaging atmosphere of togetherness in worship, and differences in age and maturity levels between teenagers and young people that cause emotional distance. Their spiritual needs include relational aspects, a contextual understanding of faith, real spiritual experiences, and the formation of strong moral character to face the challenges of the modern era. Effective development strategies involve the active role of families in spiritual development at home, Christian educators as guides and motivators, the use of interactive learning methods such as Bible-based games and digital media that are relevant to the character of the younger generation, and the implementation of dynamic and creative worship services to increase engagement. The implementation of this program aims to form a strong Christian character and prepare teenagers and young people to become faithful, responsible individuals who are able to serve actively in the church and society. Close synergy between family, church, and education is a key factor in the success of spiritual development of the younger generation amidst rapid social and technological change.

This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic education in character development within the family, focusing on strategies for fostering faith, worship, and ethics in the face of the challenges of globalization and digitalization. The family, as the primary educational institution, plays a crucial role in shaping the character of children, encompassing spiritual, moral, and social development. In the modern era, external influences through social media and globalization present significant challenges to family education, particularly in maintaining faith, practicing worship, and developing noble ethics. This research employs a qualitative approach, using literature review and in-depth interviews with parents and Islamic educators. The findings indicate that the strategy for fostering faith is carried out through the teaching of religious values, such as discipline in worship, and strengthening the relationship with Allah SWT. Worship development is emphasized through the practice of congregational prayer and voluntary worship, while the formation of ethics is achieved through role modeling, positive communication, and the habitual practice of good behavior in daily life. However, families face considerable challenges in implementing these educational strategies, including the influence of foreign cultures, the misuse of technology, and the busyness of parents. Nonetheless, with the wise use of technology and consistent family-based education, the goals of character education based on faith, worship, and ethics can be achieved. This study provides recommendations for parents and educators to continue strengthening the role of the family in educating children by emphasizing the importance of Islamic values in everyday life and utilizing technology to support positive educational processes

The internship activities of students from the Qur’anic Studies and Tafsir Department at Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara represent a form of community service aimed at providing tangible contributions in accordance with their field of expertise. Although the students do not come from an education major, the interns at SMP Muhammadiyah 05 Medan actively participated in the religious guidance of students. The guidance activities included mentoring in Qur’an learning, Islamic Religious Education (PAI), and tahfidz (Qur’an memorization), as well as training in practical acts of worship such as the procedures for ghusl janabah (ritual purification after major impurity) and the funeral prayer (salat al-janazah). In addition, the interns also organized various Islamic competitions, including short surah recitation contests, Islamic quiz competitions, and the call to prayer (adhan) competition. This study employed a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, where data were obtained through observation, documentation, and direct participation during the internship activities. The results indicate that religious guidance through practical worship training and Islamic competitions can enhance students’ understanding, skills, and enthusiasm in practicing Islamic teachings. Therefore, the student internship program provides a positive contribution in strengthening religious values and the religious character of students at SMP Muhammadiyah 05 Medan.

Permasalahan penelitian menujukkan bahwa sarana pendidikan. Skripsi ini membahas tentang upaya orang tua dalam pembinaan ibadah shalat lima waktu pada siswa kelas VIII MTs Negeri 3 Langkat. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif . Metode pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data melalui tahapan proses pengumpulan data, mereduksi data, penyajian data dan penyajian kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian bahwa pelaksanaan pembinaan ibadah shalat lima waktu pada siswa di MTs Negeri 3 Langkat dilakukan secara berjamaah dan terabsensi, dengan maksud dan tujuan agar supaya siswa bisa melatih untuk melaksanakan kewajiban dan dapat menambahkan sifat sadar diri bahwa shalat adalah kebutuhan dirinya. Upaya yang dilakukan adalah pertama, pembinaan generasi (pembinaan kelas atas), kedua, mengadakan absensi setiap waktu shalat, ketiga, menerapkan sangsi hukuman bagi yang tidak shalat berjamaah, keempat, melengkapi sarana dan prasarana

Ibadah haji adalah rukun islam yang kelima, dimana hukumnya wajib bagi yang mampu dan beragama Islam dan dilaksanakan satu tahun sekali secara serentak di Negara Arab Saudi tepatnya di Mekkah. Manasik ialah tata cara beribadah, sedangkan definisi dari Manasik Haji adalah pembelajaran, pembinaan, pelayanana dan perlindungan terhadap jama’ah haji. Kegiatan tersebut identik dengan berkerumunan atau secara bersama-sama. Pada saat ini kondisi tersebut bertentangan dengan protokol kesehatan Covid-19, yaitu physical distancing (Jaga Jarak) dan melarang untuk berkerumun. Salah satu contoh kasus Klaster Asrama Haji di Surabaya 81 orang terpapar positif Covid-19, setelah melakukan kegiatan manasik haji. Maka dari itu, dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang sedang trending yaitu VR (Virtual Reality). Virtual Reality secara gampang merupakan ruang digital yang sebelumnya sudah berisikan data-data dan objek-objek yang dibentuk secara nyata sesuai dengan benda aslinya. Metode yang digunakan sudah tersaji dalam kerangka pemikiran dari awal sampai proses evaluasi. Dengan adanya peneraan VR dapat mencegah terpaparnya Covid-19.
