The formulation of the problem in this research is how does the mapping of local tax potential in Sikka Regency based on leading sources, potential sources, developing sources, and underdeveloped sources? This research aimed to determine the mapping of local tax potential in Sikka Regency based on leading, potential, developing, and underdeveloped sources. Research methods used in data collection were interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique was quantitative descriptive analysis using Klassen Typology analysis. The results of the research concluded that of the ten sources of local tax revenue in Sikka Regency included in quadrant I (leading sources) there were no sources of local tax revenue included in the leading sources because the ten sources of local tax revenue lack of potential revenue and the ability to manage high potential. Quadrant II (developing sources) were entertainment tax and billboard tax, where the government has high revenue potential but had the ability to manage low potential. Quadrant III ( potential sources) were road lighting tax, rual-urban land and building tax, and acquisition duty on land building where the government had low potential but had a high capacity to manage. Those included in quadrant IV (underdeveloped sources) were hotel tax, restaurant tax, parking tax, groundwater tax, and non-meltallic mineral and rock tax. That five sources were lack potential revenue and the ability to manage high potential.

The results of this study indicate that consumer motivation consumer trust have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision. Meanwhile consumer attitude has a positive as a moderating variable has a significant positive effect on the effect of consumer motivation and consumer trust on property purchasing decisions, with a coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) of 0.799 which means that together independent variables explain the purchase decision by 79.9%, while the remaining 20.1% is influenced by other variables

This study aims to analyze the implementation of social studies learning as strengthening character education in elementary schools. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The research subjects were social studies teachers and sixth grade students at an elementary school in Manggarai Regency. The results of the study show that social studies teachers have implemented character education in social studies learning through various activities, such as discussions, questions and answers, presentations, and educational games. The implementation of character education is also seen in students' attitudes and behavior, such as discipline, self-confidence, and social awareness. The obstacles encountered in the implementation of character education are the teacher's lack of understanding of the concepts and goals of character education, limited learning time, and limited resources and facilities. The school is trying to overcome these obstacles, such as increasing teachers' understanding of character education, using technology in learning, and collaboration between schools and communities in strengthening character education in elementary schools.                                                                                    Keywords: Implementation, Social Studies Learning, Character education This study aims to analyze the implementation of social studies learning as strengthening character education in elementary schools. Behind the success of successful online teaching and learning, there must be careful preparation in creating or building the system. Some complaints that are around us are that some students have difficulty in online-based mathematics learning. Some of them have difficulty signaling due to cloudy or rainy weather, not having money to buy internet quota, boredom during the teaching, and learning process, and difficulty understanding the material in online learning. Although there are examples that have been explained by the teacher, they still do not understand what their teacher teaches them. The teacher had already made learning materials using instructional video media, but it was still not enough for students to understand the polynomial material taught by the teacher, and according to the teacher the main problem was that the students' ability to memorize formulas was still lacking. The objectives of this research to see validity, effectiveness and practicality of the video development using PowerPoint and Filmora application. This research is development research that applies the Dick & Carey development model. This research focuses on developing learning videos using PowerPoint as a learning media, and Filmora as a learning video editing medium.
