Penerapan EWS yang baik diharapkan akan terjadi penurunan mortalitas, penurunan angka kejadian code blue, peningkatan admisi HCU, penurunan admisi ICU, dan penurunan length of stay pasien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan penerapan sistem National Early Warning Score (NEWS) denganpenilaianmortalitas pasien di Intalasi Gawat Darurat Rumah Sakit TK.II Robert Wolter Monginsidi Manado. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Deskriptif Analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional dimana variable independen dan dependen diteliti secara bersamaan. Sampel responden sebanyak 20 orang dengan menggunakan total sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi. Di analisa dengan uji statistic Chi Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada penerapan sistem National Early Warning Score (NEWS) dengan penilaian mortalitas pasien di Intalasi GawatDarurat Rumah Sakit TK.II Robert Wolter Monginsidi Manado dengan nilai ? < ? atau 0,031 < 0,05. Kesimpulan penelitian ini ada hubungan penerapan NEWS dengan penilaian mortalitas pasien di instalasi gawat darurat Rumah Sakit TK.II Robert Wolter Monginsidi Manado. Saran penelitian ini diharapkan pihak Rumah Sakit dapat meningkatkan penerapan NEWS sehingga dapat meningkatkan mortalitas pasien.

Hypertension is situation where blood pressure exceeding the limit of normal with blood pressure 140/90 mmHg and which includes non contagious disease. Complementary therapy can reduce the risk of hypertension complications. SEFT therapy one of a complementary therapy that can be used to overcome the problem of increasing blood pressure. The purpose of this study was to carried out SEFT therapy towards decreasing blood pressure in hypertension patients in the built area of Puskesmas Rowosari Semarang. This type of researAch is descriptive using the case study approach method. The criteria used in the case study: primary hypertension patients, hypertension sufferers were able to communicate well, hypertension patients who did not take anti-hypertension drugs. Case study analysis was carried out by processing data through observation of blood pressure before and after SEFT therapy. The results of the case study showed that there was a decrease of blood pressure. Before therapy the blood pressure of  the subject I was 170/110 mmHg decreased to 120/80 mmHg and in subject II before therapy, blood pressure 160/100 decreased to 140/80 mmHg. The recommendation is with control of blood pressure by using SEFT therapy, the society can apply this therapy.

Hypertension is a medical condition in which the systole and diastole pressure abnormally elevate. Q.S. Ar Rahman Murottal is a complementary therapy for lowering blood pressure. This case study aims at describe the effect of Q.S. Ar Rahman Murottal therapy on the blood pressure pattern in patients with hypertension at RSUD Ungaran. The method of this study is descriptive. The subjects of this case study are two Moslem patients with hypertension who have no hearing problems. The data are collected through observation and measurement by using medical tools such as sphygmomanometer and stethoscope before and after the therapy. The result of this study shows that the blood pressure in Subject I decreases from 150/90 mmHg to 120/80 mmHg, while in Subject II the blood pressure decreases from 160/90 mmHg to 120/90 mmHg. It means that Q.S. Ar Rahman Murottal therapy is effective in lowering the blood pressure in patients with hypertension at RSUD Ungaran. It is hoped that this case study can be the beginning of extensive researches in Q.S. Ar Rahman Murottal in lowering the blood pressure in hypertension patients. Hopefully, Ungaran Hospital will make Q.S. Ar Rahman Murottal as an SOP to be given to hypertension as a nonpharmacological therapy for pharmacological therapy.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of management information systems on the work effectiveness of outpatients at the Prof.Dr.H.M Anwar Makkatutu Regional General Hospital, Bantaeng Regency. The type of research used is quantitative research. This research method uses primary data through a survey using a questionnaire as many as 73 outpatient employees of the Regional General Hospital Prof.Dr.H.M Anwar Makkatutu Bantaeng as the research sample. Data were analyzed through univariate and bivariate analysis with Chi-Square test using SPSS program. The results showed that: (1) The quality of the system showed a value of p = 0.001 < from = 0.05, which means it can be concluded that Ho is rejected, meaning that the system user has an effect on the work effectiveness of outpatients at Prof. Hospital. Dr. H. M. Anwar Makkatutu 2020, (2) The quality of information affects the work effectiveness of employees with a p value = 0.000, (3) System users affect the work effectiveness of outpatients with a p value = 0.000, (4) User satisfaction affects the work effectiveness of outpatients path with p value = 0.000. This shows that the quality of the management information system can increase the work effectiveness of outpatient employees at Prof. Hospital. Dr. H. M. Anwar Makkatutu Bantaeng. If the management information system is good, it will increase the work effectiveness of outpatients and increase employee satisfaction.

Hipertensi merupakan gangguan pada sistem sirkulasi.Seseorang dikatakan hipertensi apabila keadaan tekanan darah mengalami peningkatan diatas normal yaitu ? 140 mmHg untuk tekanan sistolik dan atau ? 90 mmHg untuk tekanan diastolik secara terus-menerus. Penatalaksanaan dalam mengatasi hipertensi terbagi menjadi dua, yaitu pengobatan farmakologis dan nonfarmakologis. Terapi non farmakologis yang relatif praktis dan efisien yaitu saalah satunya dengan cara pemberian aromaterapi bunga mawar. Tujuan penelitian yaitu mengetahui pengaruh pemberian aroma terapi bunga mawar terhadap tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi di Puskesmas Kombos Kota Manado. Penelitian dilakukan bersifat eksperimental menggunakan desain penelitian one group pretest-postest design. Sampel diambil berdasarkan jumlah responden sebanyak 22 orang dengan menggunakan accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara melakukan observasi. Selanjutnya data yang terkumpul diolah dengan menggunakan bantuan komputer program SPSS versi 16.0 untuk dianalisa menggunakan uji wilcoxon sign test. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa sebelum pemberian aroma terapi bunga mawar didapatkan rata-rata tekanan darah yaitu 151/90 mmHg. Setelah pemberian aroma terapi bunga mengalami penurunan rata-rata tekanan darah yaitu 136/81 mmHg. Data di uji dengan wilcoxon sign test. Dengan hasil nilai p value= 0,000 < ? = 0,05 dengan demikian H_0 ditolak dan H_aditerima.Artinya ada pengaruh pemberianaroma terapi bunga mawar terhadap tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi di Puskesmas Kombos Kota Manado. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh pemberian aroma terapi bunga mawar terhadap tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi di Puskesmas Kombos Kota Manado. Saran agar penelitian ini dapat menjadi tambahan informasi kepada mahasiswa tentang pengaruh pemberian aroma terapi bunga mawar terhadap tekanan darah pasien hipertensi danjuga dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan bacaan maupun pembelajaran bagi mahasiswa.

Schizophrenia is a neurological disease that affects the person's perception, thinking, language, emotional, and social behavior of a person. One of the symptoms of schizophrenia is hallucinations. Hallucination is a lost person's ability in distinguishing the stimulation from the outside or from within. The results of a survey obtained from RSJD Dr. Amino Gndohutomo central java province of hallucinations is the most common problem that is reaching 2.398 inhabitants. One of the efforts to deal with the hallucination is scolded. Scolded is an effort that can be done to control his hallucinations by way of rejecting the hallucinations that arise. The purpose of this case study to find out the decrease in the score of the hallucinations of schizophrenia patients have heard before and after the therapy done and scolded. This research uses descriptive analysis type by using the method of approach to the case studies. The subjects used are 2 subjects with impaired auditory hallucinations. The results showed there is a difference between before and after the therapy is carried out on the subject I from 42 became 37, and subject II from 39 became 30. It can be concluded that the result of this study indicate that scolded therapy able to reduce the level of hallucinations in schizophreia patients, therefore if done with a routine then the level of hallucination will come down and help the healing process.

Satisfaction is a person's feelings of pleasure or disappointment that arise after comparing the results of a service that are in accordance with or not in accordance with the expectations they had before getting service. Patients as users of nursing services demand nursing services in accordance with their rights, namely quality nursing services. In providing nursing services, Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) is very important to assist nurses in achieving quality nursing care. In giving medicine, one must pay attention to the six "correct" principles which have become mandatory procedures before giving medicine, namely: right patient, right drug, right dose, right method, right time, and correct documentation. This study aims to identify the effect of applying standard operational procedures (SOP) for drug administration with the six correct principles on the level of patient satisfaction in Ungaran Hospital. The design of this research is descriptive analysis using a cross sectional approach, the number of samples used is 90 respondents using the Slovin formula to determine. The results of the study using the Chi Square analysis test showed that there was a significant effect between the application (SOP) of drug administration with the six correct principles on the level of patient satisfaction (p = 0.000). From the results of the analysis obtained the value of Odds Ratio (OR) of 59.160. The recommendation from this research is that nurses always apply the SOP correctly to increase patient satisfaction.

The quality of health services shows the level of perfection of health services in creating a sense of satisfaction in patients.In this study, researchers used a purposive sampling type of research, namely sampling with special criteria, namely inclusion and exclusion criteria with a cross sectional approach, namely research that explores, analyzes and explains the relationship between the quality of health services and patient satisfaction at the Ridge Health Center. The data needed comes from filling out questionnaires by patients or families of patients seeking treatment at the Ridge Health Center.The sample in this study used 44 respondents who received treatment at the Ridge Health Center. And in this research, the instrument used was a questionnaire with a total of 40 questions.The results of this study show that there is a relationship between the quality of health services, reliability (0.038<0.05), assurance (0.000<0.05), tangibility (0.002<0.05), empathy (0.000<0.05), and responsiveness (0.000 <0.05) with patient satisfaction. The conclusion of this research is that there is a relationship between the quality of health services (reliability, assurance, tangibility, empathy and responsiveness) with patient satisfaction at the Ridge Community Health Center. The advice that researchers can give is that they can evaluate and improve management to improve the quality of service so that patient satisfaction is related to research results, namely the components of speed of administration, patient comfort as well as completeness of medical equipment and accuracy of information so that it is hoped that it can increase patient satisfaction.

Based on data from the Indonesian Ministry of Health, the number of MMR in 2020 reached 4,627 people. This number increased by 10.25% compared to 2019 of 4,197 people. The number of infant deaths in 2019 was 26,000 cases and increased by almost 40% to 44,000 cases in 2020. The Bumiayu Health Center, one of the auspices of the Brebes Regency in Central Java, contributed 2 cases of AKI and 5 cases of IMR in 2020. by conducting comprehensive midwifery care with a continuity of care approach which is carried out starting from the mother during pregnancy to family planning. Researchers implemented comprehensive midwifery care for pregnant women, childbirth, newborns, postpartum, and family planning using Varney and SOAP documentation. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection uses interviews, observations, physical examinations, supporting examinations, documentation studies, and literature studies, as well as medical record documentation studies, the main informant is Mrs. W with 2 additional informants namely 1 coordinating midwife and 1 patient's family and 1 triangulation informant namely the head section of the brebes district health office. Based on the results of pregnancy, childbirth, newborns, postpartum, and family planning, there are problems in pregnancy, namely at 30+3 weeks of gestation with an Hb level of 10.4 g/dl in the category of mild anemia. There is no gap between theory and practice. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that comprehensive care for Mrs. W 25 years of gestation, psychological postpartum, physiological delivery, and physiological BBL. There is no gap between theory and practice.

Workload is the ability of the worker's body to accept the job. From the standpoint of ergonomics, every workload received must be appropriate and balanced against the physical and psychological ability. The good Response time for patients is <5 minutes. Handling of emergency is the whole act performed in emergency conditions that are effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship workload response time nurses with nurses in emergency departments of RSUD Bitung General Hospital. This study was descriptive and cross sectional study. Samples were taken based on the number of respondents as many as 31 nurses by using total sampling. The data collection is done by filling out the observation sheet and questionnaire. Furthermore, the data that has been collected processed with the aid statistics analyzed by chi square test with significance level is ? = 0.05. After the results, the value of p = 0.008, this may imply that there is a relationship between the workload of nurses response time. CONCLUSIONS of this study found that there is a relationship between nurses workload response time. Suggestions for the research was taking place is setting a good system including facilities and infrastructure in order to nurse response time can be improved.
