At RT 06/014 Kel. Palmerah, West Jakarta, there is an urgent need to increase digital literacy among parents, who vary in age and level of technological knowledge. Reliance on digital technology poses challenges in supervising children and online safety. This challenge can be overcome by conducting digital literacy training designed to close knowledge gaps, improve online security, and provide skills to use technology responsibly. This training is carried out through lectures, simulations, and practice. Survey results showed high satisfaction (4.2/5) with the training content, but there was demand for more hands-on activities, especially regarding social media and data security. This training aims to equip parents with the skills necessary to support their children's education in a dynamic digital environment.

CV. Daya Patra Sentosa is a company that produces paving. Of the several types of products available, T6 paving, T8 paving, and hexagon paving are the types of products with the most demand. CV. Daya Patra Sentosa has problems in production scheduling, namely there are frequent delays in product delivery because they do not yet have an optimal production scheduling system and still use FCFS rules. The purpose of this study is to provide alternative production scheduling suggestions in order to obtain optimal production processing time and prevent delays in product delivery. These problems are solved by the method of Campbell Dudek Smith and Palmer. These two methods are compared to find out the production process time and get the optimal choice of production time. The calculation results show that the application of the method applied by the company, namely FCFS is 12342.9 minutes, the Campbell Dudek Smith method is 11953.9 minutes, and the Palmer method is 12023 minutes. It can be seen that the Campbell-Dudek-Smith method provides a shorter time of 389 minutes (3.15%) to the company's schedule.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan konflik sosial dalam novel Perempuan yang Menangis Kepada Bulan Hitam karya Dian Purnomo dengan pendekatan sosiologi sastra. Sumber data penelitian adalah novel Perempuan yang Menangis Kepada Bulan Hitam karya Dian Purnomo berjumlah 320 halaman diterbitkan oleh Gramedia Pustaka Utama di Palmerah Barat, Jakarta, cetakan keempat Maret 2022. Data penelitian ini adalah konflik sosial novel Perempuan yang Menangis Kepada Bulan Hitam karya Dian Purnomo. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan cara mengumpulkan data, mendeskripsikan data, dan menganalisis data. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pedoman dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah membaca berulang-ulang novel, menghayati, memahami, mengumpulkan data, menggarisbawahi, mendeskripsikan dan menyimpulkan hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan beberapa konflik sosial di antaranya: konflik pribadi, konflik kelompok, konflik politik dan konflik budaya. Konflik pribadi banyak ditemukan sebab antar tokoh di dalam novel ini saling bersitegang, adu mulut dan melakukan perkelahian. Konflik kelompok terjadi antara Dangu dengan masyarakat desa. Konflik politik terjadi karena penyuapan yang dilakukan oleh salah seorang warga kepada polisi. Konflik budaya terjadi karena ada beberapa adat yang tidak lagi relevan jika diterapkan di masa kini.

Education, training and motivation greatly affect the performance of employees of an organization. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of education, training and motivation on the performance of the Fire and Rescue Service Sub-dept. of Sector 2, Palmerah District, West Jakarta. The research population was 80 people and the research sample, that is, all the population was used as the research sample (census). The analysis method uses correlation, determinant coefficient, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test (Anova) with SPSS software. The results of the study were only education which had no significant effect, while training and motivation had a significant effect on employee performance, while simultaneously had a significant effect on the performance of the Fire Service Sub-dept. Linear Regression Analysis Y = 0.617 + 0.150 X1 + 0.222 X2 + 0.158 X3 and the determinant coefficient is 80.1%.
