This research endeavours to delve into the potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in bolstering Project Resource Management (PRM), discerning the principal challenges inherent in project resource planning, acquisition, and human as well as physical resource management, while also appraising the utilization of AI tools by project team members (PTM) and their efficacy in daily tasks. This research contributes a theoretical basis for what lies ahead studies in PM and unveils the benefits of AI in task monitoring, scheduling, team assignment, cost estimation, and the monitoring of physical project resource availability. This study employs a mixed-method approach, commencing with an initial literature review to identify project challenges. Data collection is facilitated through the administration of questionnaire surveys and interviews with project managers, encompassing both closed-ended and semi-structured questions. The research reveals that PTM readily embraces the utilization of AI for daily tasks and Project Resource Management can be enhanced through AI.

The enhancement number of incident non-infectious disease (PTM) is created through the implementation of non-infectious disease health screening and education presentation, especially for the society of Negeri Latuhalat in productive age and elders. This activity is conducted from house to house or door to door. The method that has been utilized is screening implementation also the presentation of education about the non-infectious disease in the society of Negeri Latuhalat. The steps that have been used during the activity are: planning and preparation, health checkup, also the presentation of education. The result of the screening pursuit towards non-infectious disease obtains average participant with stomach circumference above common, there are 55%, IMT overweight 45%, IMT obesity rate I 15%, hypertension 55%, diabetes 15%, high-uric acid 45%, total cholesterol 45%. Therefore, it is needed to provide education for the society of Negeri Latuhalat in allied with the changes in lifestyle for preventing the enhancement number of non-infectious diseases, particularly in productive age and elders.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi  pemanfaatan Posbindu Penyakit Tidak Menular (PTM) oleh Penderita Hipertensi di Puskesmas Agam Barat Kabupaten Agam. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode penelitian (mixed methods)/Metode pengumpulan data kuantitatif dan penelitian kualitatif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Jumlah Populasi dalam penelitian sebanyak 728 orang Puskesmas maninjau dan Puskesmas Lubuk Basung 320 orang menggunakan Purposive sampling. Penelitian kualitatif menggunakan wawancara, telaah dokumen dan observasi pada informan dan penelitian kuantitatif menggunanakan Analisa univariat, bivariat dan multivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Pendidikan, pengetahuan, kemudahan akses dan dukungan keluarga dengan pemanfaatan posbindu PTM oleh penderita hipertensi. Faktor yang yang paling berpengaruh adalah kemudahan akses. Input SDM sudah cukup dan untuk dari segi kualitas perlu dilakukan pelatihan, pembinaan, Dana sudah cukup dari BOK dan Nagari. Tempat sarana dan prasana yang kurang, proses pelaksanaan Pelaksanaan skrining PTM sudah maksimal seperti penyuluhan, pemeriksaan labor dan ditindak lanjuti jika ada masalah yang ditemukan saat pelaksanaa. Output PTM yang baik dan berkelanjutan belum mencapai target sesuai dengan Standar Pelayanan Minimal, hal ini terlihat masih adanya masyarakat usia 15-59 tahun belum terskrining dengan baik. advokasi dan koordinasi kepada camat dan wali Nagari untuk membentuk Masyarakat dan Kampung Peduli Hipertensi, ambilance desa, peningkatan promosi kesehatan.

Background The Healthy Living Community Movement (GERMAS) is a program launched by the Ministry of Health to reduce the main risks of communicable and non-communicable diseases (PTM), especially through nutritional interventions for the first 1000 days of life, improving balanced nutrition consumption patterns for the whole family, increasing regular and measurable physical activity. , improve a healthy lifestyle, improve a healthy environment and reduce cigarette and alcohol consumption. Purpose is to improve the health status of the community through early detection of non-communicable diseases (DD-PTM), especially those with diabetes mellitus. Method begins with interviews with health cadres in the Bulustalan village area, followed by early detection programs and fitness exercises. Results:. Result The health checks carried out were anthropometric measurements in the form of height, weight, abdominal circumference, blood pressure measurements and temporary blood sugar measurements. Of the 50 residents who participated in the DD-PTM implementation, as many as 24% of the residents (12 people) just found out that they had pre-diabetes mellitus, 16% (8 people) already knew that they had hypertension and diabetes mellitus, as many as 6% (3 people) ) had an abdominal circumference of more than 100 cm, 54% (27 people) were in good health. Conclusion: Early detection of non-communicable diseases is very important to prevent further complications. Keywords:
