The increasing number of employees and vehicles at the Head Office of PT Bukit Asam Tbk Tanjung Enim has created a growing demand for adequate parking facilities. Limited parking space tends to encourage the use of on-street parking, which may lead to traffic congestion and reduce the comfort of the office environment. This study aims to analyze parking capacity and provide optimal management recommendations. The research was conducted through a preliminary survey, literature review, collection of primary and secondary data, and descriptive analysis to determine the parking space requirements for each type of vehicle. The results show that the maximum parking duration for cars and motorcycles is 440 minutes, with peak volumes of 142 vehicles/hour for cars and 124 vehicles/hour for motorcycles at 06.00–06.59. The parking index reached 96.52% for cars and 73.33% for motorcycles. The available static capacity is 115 SRP for cars and 210 SRP for motorcycles, while the ideal parking space requirement is 122 SRP for cars and 151 SRP for motorcycles. In conclusion, the current parking capacity is sufficient for motorcycles but insufficient for cars. Therefore, optimization of parking patterns, such as adjusting the parking angle to 90°, is necessary to increase capacity and improve convenience for all employees.

This study aims to examine the implementation of post-mining environmental rehabilitation programs carried out by PT Bukit Asam Tbk in the Tanjung Enim mining area, South Sumatra. Coal mining activities have significant ecological impacts, especially on vegetation damage, soil erosion, and habitat degradation. In this context, rehabilitation efforts are a crucial step to restore the ecosystem and ensure environmental sustainability. The method used in this study is a qualitative literature study with a descriptive-analytical approach to official company documents, environmental reports, and relevant academic references. The results of the study indicate that PT Bukit Asam has implemented various rehabilitation strategies, including revegetation, wastewater management, and community empowerment through agroforestry programs. The success of this program is reflected in the increased vegetation cover, land stability, and biodiversity indicators in the reclamation area. However, challenges such as natural factors and limited supervision still need to be addressed. In conclusion, the rehabilitation practices carried out by this company can be used as a model for sustainable post-mining management in Indonesia. This study recommends the need for multi-sector collaboration and increased transparency and monitoring technology to support long-term effectiveness.

This research aims to analyze the effect of solvency ratios on profitability in mining companies in Indonesia, namely PT. Bukit Asam Tbk which is a state-owned company engaged in the mining industry. The solvency ratios used are debt to Equity Ratio (X1) and Debt to Asset Ratio (X2) while the profitability ratio used is return on assets (Y). The research method used is quantitative descriptive analysis with multiple linear regression as an analysis tool. The data used comes from the company's annual report for the period 2014 - 2023. The research results show a significant influence of the solvency ratio on the profitability ratio.

This study aims to describe and analyze the financial performance of PT Bukit Asam Tbk Indonesia, which is reviewed using the analysis of liquidity, solvency, and profitability ratios. The analysis method used is the descriptive analysis method. The data used in this study is secondary data derived from the main website of PT Bukit Asam Tbk and focuses on the financial statements for the period 2018–2022. The results of the research analysis show that the company performance of PT Bukit Asam Tbk Indonesia in terms of liquidity, solvency, and profitability ratios is in the "very good" category by industry standards. However, there are only two aspects of measurement in the "less good" category of PT Bukit Asam Tbk Indonesia's financial performance in several years, namely in terms of debt-to-assets ratio and net profit margin. It can be seen that this company can increase the value of assets and capital to pay corporate debt and guarantee creditor interest payment.

CSR telah diatur secara tegas di Indonesia yaitu pada Undang-Undang Nomor 40 tahun 2007 tentang Perseroan Terbatas, Undang-Undang Nomor 25 tahun 2007 tentang Penanaman Modal, dan Peraturan Menteri Negara Badan Usaha Milik Negara Nomor Per-5/MBU/2007 tentang Program Kemitraan BUMN dengan Usaha Kecil dan Program Bina Lingkungan, khusus untuk perusahaan - perusahaan BUMN. Setelah itu tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan dicantumkan lagi dalam Undang-Undang (pemerintah indonesia, 2007) tentang Perseroan Terbatas. Dengan demikian, penulis akan mengevaluasi tentang program dana CSR oleh PT Bukit Asam Tbk mengenai pemberian pompa sebagai irigasi petani di Desa Tanjung Raja Kecamatan Muara Enim. Dengan membahas konsep dasar CSR, dasar pemahaman CSR bagi setiap perusahaan, pengembangan masyarakat terhadap CSR, dan dampak yang dihasilkan dari program pompa irigasi dari PT Bukit Asam Tbk. Dari hasil pencarian informasi mengenai dampak pemberian pompa irigasi dari PT Bukit Asam Tbk, Desa Tanjung Raja mengalami perbedaan yang sangat baik, yang sebelumnya petani pada saat masa hampir panen pasti merasakan hal yang sangat takut dikarenakan asupan air yang mengaliri sawah mereka sangat minim dan hampir gagal panen. Metode dalam penulisan penelitian digunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Dengan adanya bantuan pompa tenaga surya untuk mengaliri persawahan sangat membantu dan 525 petani merasakan dampak positif dari hasil panen sesuai dengan rencana dari PT Bukit Asam yang panen 3 kali per tahun, bahkan dari petani perasakan dapat panen lebih dari 3 kali pertahun dan mendapatkan hasil mencapai 567 ton per tahun.
