The development of information technology has affected a large number of sectors, one of which is the culinary industry, namely Cafe D'Carlos located in Parepare. This cafe has problems with the manual catering ordering process due to impracticality, recording errors, and long processing times. This study aims to design and develop a web-based catering ordering application to improve operational efficiency and service quality. In general, the development method for various applications tends to be the same depending on the case being handled. The method used includes several stages, namely: literature study, observation, system design using UML, implementation with PHP programming language and testing with the black box method. The features available in this application consist of main features including user registration, menu package selection, online ordering, payment, order and data management by the admin. The results of the application testing indicate that the system has run according to its function, namely it can reduce frequent order compliance, speed up the ordering process and increase customer satisfaction.

Rice plants (Oryza sativa L.) are rice-producing plants which are a source of carbohydrates for most of the world's population. Almost 95% of Indonesia's population consumes rice as a staple food, so every year the demand for rice increases as the population increases. Therefore, farmers must choose quality seeds. In this era of fast and efficient technological progress, this is a very good thing for all progress in various fields. more and more fields of knowledge are developing, one of which is the existence of a decision-making system. a set of model-based procedures for processing and valuing data to help managers make decisions. This decision-making system uses several variables as input consisting of: type of variety, seed shape, seed color, root, seed age. The method used by the author is Fuzzy Tsukamoto. In the Tsukamoto method, it is explained that each consequence in IF-Then must be explained with a fuzzy set that has a membership function that does not change or is monotonous and for programming it uses PHP. The results obtained from the research that the authors conducted were in the form of a decision-making system to get the best seed yields.

Cryptography is a solution or method of information security that is good for maintaining the confidentiality and security of information, and can improve information or information security in an era of very rapid development of information technology. The rapid development of this technology, many new implications and problems arise in the delivery and communication of information, this is because everyone has easy access to the media and this affects the security of information and messages on the media. Therefore, to protect messages, we can use Caesar encryption, which is relatively easy to implement in PHP. How to apply message security in this study by designing web-based applications using the PHP and HTML programming languages. Message protection uses the Caesar encryption algorithm by changing every character of the original message into ciphertext. Characters in plain text are replaced with keys that are determined based on the number of alphabetical orders of plain text. In this way, unauthorized parties cannot read these private messages and users can interact with private messages more freely.

In developing a business or sale is to follow technological developments including the use of systems for buying and selling interactions. There are already many sellers who make buying and selling interactions online. In addition, to develop a business, it is also necessary to predict future sales so that the seller knows and prepares the number of goods to be sold to avoid shortages or excess quantities of goods. To find sales predictions, various methods can be used, one of which is Double Exponential Smoothing method. Double Exponential Smoothing  method is the time series method that uses data from the past to predict the next period. The data processed is sales data at Dasni clothing stores for one year. The results obtained are in the form of a sales prediction system for the next 3 months period which calculates the level of prediction accuracy using MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error) with the smallest error sought because the smaller the error, the more accurate it is to predict the number of sales in the next period. This prediction system is also designed using the PHP programming language.
