Reaching souls in GPKdI Nek Kompong, Andeng Village in conjunction with reaching out to souls in GKSI Moria Empaong-Nala Congregation is very much needed by pastors who are serious and sincere in their ministry. The ministry of a pastor to reach the soul is a very important act today. The purpose of reaching out to souls is to save lost souls to live like Christ. In order for the pastor to be more enthusiastic in reaching lost souls, prayers and fasting are required to be carried out by the pastor, the church assembly, and all members of the Nek Kompong GPKdI, Andeng village and in the GKSI Moria Empaong-Nala Congregation. This study uses a qualitative methodology with a data processing approach of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study showed that some members of the GPKdI Nek Kompong and GKSI Moria Empaong-Nala congregations already had an awareness of fellowship with God in places of worship and other spiritual fellowship carried out in the congregation. The conclusion is that pastors must be loyal in reaching out to souls in GPKdI Nek Kompong and GKSI Moria Empaong-Nala Congregation continuously and even ministry to reach souls must also be carried out by pastors/congregations in all interdenominational churches, both in Indonesia and elsewhere world.

Children with disabilities are part of diversity, but there are problems such as the lack of character formation of children, not yet optimal in developing the potential and limited skills and independence of children with disabilities. So the PKM-PM team at Slamet Riyadi University Surakarta provided a mentoring activity through the application of the aquaponics system in order to empower children with disabilities in improving the life skills of children with disabilities at YPAC Professor Doctor Soeharso Surakarta. The methods applied in this service include: (1) providing counseling and socialization related to the aquaponics system, (2) aquaponics assembly, (3) training related to aquaponics seeding and care, and (4) monitoring the development of aquaponics. The result of this service is that children with disabilities who become participants during the service process have gained knowledge related to the aquaponics system. Children routinely carry out maintenance such as spraying hydroponic vegetables, feeding catfish to cleaning fish waste at the bottom of the pond. Assistance is carried out to train the independence and responsibility of children with disabilities in aquaponic care as well as become vocational skills for them which if aquaponics continues to be developed it will become a source of income for children with disabilities, especially those living in dormitories. This service has achieved the expected results and the sustainability of this program continues to be carried out with a monitoring pattern. The research method in data collection uses primary data and secondary data and the technical model of data analysis uses an inductive model. The Week of Admission of New Members (PPAB) for the GMNI Luwuk-Banggai Branch Leadership Council will be held on 24-26 September 2022 at the General Assembly Hall (BPU) of Luwuk Village, Luwuk District, Banggai Regency with the theme "Forming Progressive Marhaenis Members Towards a Golden Indonesia 2045". The participants of the activity were students from Luwuk Muhammadiyah University, Luwuk Tompotika University and Luwuk Banggai Computer and Informatics Management Academy. There were 13 participants who passed the PPAB, namely Aprianto Dukalang, Gita Hi Musa, Moh. Nabil Saputra Samali, Aurel Juliana Sambuhak, Afriani Hamzah, Ronal Nang, Awaludin Mulayo, Wandrik Ndilaman, Rizki amaliyah, Yosua Arifin Wakim Avenda Gultom, Matias A. Pompana, Arbia Bidilah and Sarbia Sapae.

Management of zakat funds requires an institution that handles it in a professional, trustworthy and accountable manner, starting at the central level to the regional level (read: at the lower level it is called UPZ). UPZ (Zakat Collector Unit) is an institution that collects as well as distributes or distributes zakat, formed and officially issued by the local regional BAZNAS. The purpose of its establishment is in accordance with the mandate of Law No.23 of 2011 concerning zakat, namely by becoming UPZ BAZNAS, UPZ operations have been standardized according to the principles of proper zakat management. The services provided by UPZ BAZNAS are more optimal with the authority to provide Evidence of Zakat Deposit (BSZ) printed by BAZNAS. The BSZ can be used as evidence that the zakat paid can be calculated as a deduction from taxable income (zakat as deductible items). One area in East Java in Gresik Regency, Dukun District, has formed a UPZ which is coordinated by the Dukun District UPZ Coordinator who oversees several UPZs, be it Village UPZ or Mosque UPZ and Taklim Assembly UPZ. The existence of the UPZ Coordinator is quite effective in coordinating the management of Zakat, Infaq and Shodaqoh (ZIS) for Muzakki (Zakat Givers), or Mustahik (Zakat Recipients) and Munfiq (Shodaqoh Givers). The potential of ZIS in Dukun Subdistrict, Gresik Regency is quite high, both from the trade, agriculture or animal husbandry sectors as well as from the professions through Professional Zakat. From the early 2017 formation of UPZ until 2021, there was a significant increase. From simply recording ZIS acquisitions to making direct deposits to BAZNAS Gresik, the nominal amount of potential starts from the acquisition of 800 million rupiah to more than 3.5 billion in 2021. This is none other than community participation after going through education and socialization from the Coordinator UPZ either through official or non-official forums such as Friday Khutbah, Tarawih Kultum or existing Taklim Assembly activities.
