Spinal anesthesia is a widely used anesthetic technique, particularly in surgeries involving the lower body, due to its effectiveness and safety profile. A critical component of post-spinal anesthesia recovery is the assessment of patient mobility, which can be quantitatively measured using the Bromage Score. The Bromage Score evaluates the degree of motor block, which is essential for determining when a patient can safely begin mobilizing after anesthesia. The education and implementation of the Bromage Score in hospitals are designed to enhance healthcare professionals' understanding of its significance, ensuring a more objective and systematic approach to patient recovery monitoring. This educational program involves a structured training session for healthcare workers, distribution of educational materials such as brochures and manuals, and evaluations both before and after the intervention to assess changes in knowledge and application. The results of the program indicate a significant increase in healthcare professionals’ understanding of how to apply the Bromage Score and improved quality in the monitoring of patient mobility after spinal anesthesia. The consistent and accurate implementation of the Bromage Score is crucial as it helps medical personnel determine an appropriate and safe time for patient mobilization, thus reducing the risk of complications such as falls, orthostatic hypotension, or delayed recovery. As a result, the program is recommended as a standard practice in healthcare settings to improve post-spinal anesthesia recovery outcomes and patient safety.

Introduction :Tubercolosis (TB) diseases is one of the most public health problems in Indonesia. Indonesia known as a the third highest of TB cases in the world after India and China. In 2010, the Ministry of Health In Indonesia reported that patient with TB in worldwide about 5,8 % cases was found in Indonesia. In Indonesia, TB drugs treatments called the OAT Program. The study about the interpersonal factors who can be related to the compliance of patient with TB determined how important the role of doctors and other health professionals to do verbal and non verbal communication with patients. The aim of this study was to describe complianced of patient with TB in OAT program at Sanjiwani general hospital, Gianyar. Method : This was observational descriptive study. Data were collected through questionnaires. The total of patient with TB who participated in this research were 78 collected by consecutive sampling technique. Result :Based on the research, the complianced of patient with TB in OAT program showed that 38 respondent (48,71%) had complianced with the OAT program and 40 respondent (51,28 %) didn’t have compliance with the OAT program. Conclusion :Most of the patient with TB in Sanjiwani general hospital didn’t have compliance with OAT program.Key words: Compliance; OAT program; Tubercolosis.

Background: The prevalence of isolated systolic hypertension (HST) is expected to occur approximately 25% in the age group of 60-90 years, and found as much as 59.1% in males and 61.9% in females. This research aims to determine the factors related to the incidence of hypertension in the elderly. Methods: This study uses a descriptive analytical design with the Cross Sectional approach. The research samples used are seniors aged ? 60 years and older with Consecutive Sampling technique in the working area of Puskesmas III North Denpasar. Data retrieval takes place from April to May 2012 by filling out questionnaires, measuring weight, height and blood pressure. The Data obtained is analyzed univariate and bivariate using Chi-Square test. Results: Based on the analysis gained that the factors associated with the occurrence of hypertension in the elderly are The age factor (OR: 10,833; 95% CI: 1,961-59,834), Gender factor (OR: 7,467; 95% CI: 1,400-39,837), Genetic factor (OR: 10,083; 95% CI: 1,658-61,330), Activity factors (OR: 0,095; 95% CI: 0,017-0,529), and the habit of drinking coffee (OR: 15,556; 95% CI: 2,586-93,571). Conclusion: Age, gender, genetic, activity and coffee habits are factors related to hypertension in the elderly. Uric acid or urine acid is a product of purine nucleic acid catabolism. Uric acid is produced from within the body (genetic) and from outside (food consumed). Uric acid is measured to assess purine metabolism abnormalities, to confirm the diagnosis and monitoring of treatment, and to detect abnormalities in kidney function. In this situation, the results of purine metabolism (uric acid) that should be excreted out of the body through the kidneys do not occur, so that uric acid in the blood will increase over time. Kidney failure disease kidney organ function has decreased so that eventually unable to work as a filter, dispose of body electrolytes, and maintain fluid and chemical balance in the blood or urine production. This study aims to determine uric acid levels and the percentage of uric acid levels that are outside the normal range and the relationship between hemodialysis time and uric acid levels in patients with kidney failure. The research method used is the descriptive method and the examination method uses the uricase enzymatic method. For data analysis using the SPSS Bivariate test program with Spearmen's Rank test with a sig value of 0.608 which was carried out on 32 samples of serum from hemodialysis patients at random. The results of this study showed that the average uric acid level was 7.1 mg/dL, while normal uric acid levels were 2.7 mg/dL, and the highest was 10.2 mg/dL. Uric acid levels that showed normal results were 12 respondents or 37.5% and increased results were 20 respondents or 62.5%. There is no relationship between the length of hemodialysis time and uric acid levels in patients with kidney failure.

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever is still one of the disease problems in Indonesia today. The first case of DHF in Indonesia itself occurred in 1986 in the city of Surabaya, this disease continues to increase and spread throughout Indonesia, which causes all parts of Indonesia to be at risk of being infected with this disease. Dengue fever or dengue fever is an infectious disease caused by the dengue virus and is transmitted through the bite of Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus mosquitoes. This disease is one type of health disorder that interferes with everyone's productivity and is one of the infectious diseases that often causes outbreaks and causes death. This study aims to determine the hematocrit value in dengue hemorrhagic fever patients and what percentage of the hematocrit value in dengue hemorrhagic fever patients is in accordance with the normal value standard with descriptive research methods and examination methods using a hematology analyzer. For data analysis using the SPSS program, the K Independent Samples Test with a sig value of 0.000 was carried out on 33 blood samples obtained from dengue hemorrhagic fever patients in a regional hospital 45 kunngan purposively. The results showed that there were differences in the hematocrit value in patients with dengue hemorrhagic fever. The results of the examination of the hematocrit value of dengue hemorrhagic fever patients showed an increase in the hematocrit value of 12 people with a percentage of 36.40%, a decrease of 6 people with a percentage result of 18.20% and for normal numbers as many as 15 people with a percentage result of 45.50 %

Disasters are events either natural or non-natural that cannot be predicted in advance. The impact of natural disasters can be in the form of comprehensive environmental damage that can cause mass human deaths. Fires can occur anywhere and at any time, fire management needs to be understood so that when a fire occurs there are no casualties. Thus, preparedness is needed to face disasters. Indonesia is one of the disaster-prone countries. The age groups that are vulnerable to this problem are babies and toddlers. Disaster management specifically for this age group includes the Infant and Child Feeding (IYCF) program. The aim of this service is to meet the nutritional needs of the infant and toddler age group in the Maccini Sawah Community Health Center Working Area, so that it can prevent nutritional problems due to disasters and can handle nutritional problems. The method used in service activities is demonstrating IYCF to the community and also providing IYCF counseling at disaster sites. The results achieved were that IYCF education ran smoothly so that feeding services for the infant and toddler groups were carried out well in phase one of the emergency. IYCF is mandatory in disaster situations to prevent and treat acute nutritional problems during disasters

Preparedness is the key to safety. This shows that there is a need for an earthquake and tsunami disaster preparedness plan so that losses can be minimized. Earthquake and Tsunami Disaster Preparedness education was provided on November 18 2021 at Bawakaraeng High School. The aim of this service is to provide education on earthquake and tsunami disaster preparedness provided by Lecturers and Students of the D3 Nursing Study Program, Makassar College of Health Sciences, which can provide benefits and refresh the knowledge of Bawakaraeng High School children in dealing with earthquake and tsunami disasters. The method used was lecture and question and answer with 50 participants (i) level II (Class XI). The results of the activity showed that there was an increase in knowledge after the education was carried out, namely 96%, so it is hoped that when an emergency disaster occurs students will be ready and understand the things that must be done.

SAE Kerupuk Bawang adalah UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah) yang bergerak dalam bidang kuliner (makanan). Pengelola SAE Kerupuk Bawang hanya mencatat pengeluaran dan pemasukan secara global serta tidak menggunakan perhitungan yang terperinci sehingga dalam menentukan laporan masih dikatakan belum memenuhi standar akuntansi. Penulisan laporan keuangan perlu diperhatikan karena akan berpengaruh pada perhitungan rasio untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Perbandingan rasio menggunakan metode Profitabilitas yang digunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan perusahaan dalam menghasilkan laba. Sistem informasi untuk pengolahan harga pokok produksi dan laporan keuangan dibutuhkan perusahaan untuk menghetahui perbandingan rasio, sehingga dapat mengetahui kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Perancangan sistem informasi perbandingan rasio laporan keuangan dengan bahasa pemrograman Visual Studio .Net 2010, XAMPP sebagai server, dan MySQL sebagai database. Hasil yang diperoleh dari sistem informasi ini yaitu dapat memperhitungkan perbandingan rasio laporan keuangan periode bulan ini dengan periode bulan sebelumnya 

The research objective was to find out what kind of system used in processing the existing finance on Rt.04 Rw. 13 Desa Waringin Jaya and the obstacles faced in implementing the application. In addition, the authors hope that readers can understand the use of an application, especially the financial administration system. The research method used by researchers is the Extreme Programming (XP) method, which is a method that includes several rules in practice, consisting of planning, design, implementation / coding and test. During the study the authors found that at Rt. 04 Rw. 13 Desa Waringin Jaya does not yet have an effective and efficient financial administration system. After conducting the research, the authors gave conclusions, especially Rt. 04 Rw. 13 Desa Waringin Jaya requires a computerized system that is effective and efficient so that it can help the treasurer work. The author makes a system, namely the Financial Administration Application Rt. 04 Rw. 13 Waringin Jaya Village based on Java SE.

Latar belakang: Timbulnya komplikasi dan berujung kematian pada pasien DM (Diabetes Mellitus) ini dikarenakan rendahnya self efficacy dan perilaku perawatan diri pasien DM itu sendiri. Perilaku perawatan diri pasien DM masih rendah dikarenakan kurangnya paparan informasi dan media yang tepat yang dapat dijadikan acuan dalam melakukan perawatan mandiri dirumah. Tujuan: Memberikan pendidikan kesehatan dengan media kalender DM kepada pasien DM agar dapat melakukan perawatan mandiri dirumah dengan tepat. Metode: Pendidikan kesehatan diberikan kepada pasien DM diwilayah kerja puskesmas Sukawati I sebanyak 48 orang dengan pemilihan sampel secara accidental menggunakan metode ceramah diskusi disertai demonstrasian dengan media kalender DM dan dinilai gula darah sewaktu sebelum dan sesudah penerapan kalender DM dalam perawatan diri dirumah. Hasil: . Hasil evaluasi menunjukan hasil 100% peserta mengikuti kegiatan dari awal hingga akhir. Nilai gula darah sewaktu peserta sebelum kegiatan menunjukan hasil lebih dari normal dan ada yang masuk dalam kategori gula darah tidak terkontrol (Mean: 183) sedangkan setelah menjalankan program manajemen DM dengan media kalender DM nilai gula darah sewaktu peserta rata-rata masuk dalam kategori terkontrol (Mean:146). Simpulan: penerapan kalender DM sebagai media dalam manajemen DM secara mandiri dapat membantu pasien mempertahankan guladarahnya tetap terkontrol. Program pengabdian ini juga berdampak positif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pasien DM dalam manajemen DM secara mandiri.

Pengabdian pada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan oleh pengabdi berupa pelatihan pemrograman aktivitas fisik melalui outbound dan braingym sebagai implementasi pembentukan karakter dan kedisiplinan bagi guru Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Patimuan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk diantaranya: (1) saling memahami dan saling pengertian/peduli dengan orang lain dan belajar membangun kepercayaan diri dan mempercayai kepada yang lain, (2) belajar membangun tim kerja yang cakap dan handal dan memahami arti penting kerjasama kelompok dalam lingkungan kerja, (3) membangun individu dalam kelompok secara lebih energik dan mendorong individu dalam menghadapi tantangan kelompok yang ada, (4) memberikan pembekalan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kreativitas dalam penyusunan pembelajaran olahraga rekreasi bagi siswa agar memiliki kompetensi yang kreatif dalam mengembangkan pembelajaran penjas di tingkat sekolah. Metode Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah ceramah, demonstrasi dan praktik/latihan. Metode Ceramah ceramah digunakan untuk menyampaikan informasi kepada para guru Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Patimuan tentang pemrograman aktivitas fisik melalui outbound dan brain gym. Metode demonstrasi sangat penting keberadaanya dalam kegiatan pelatihan ini, karena dalam pelatihan suatu proses kerja akan lebih mudah diikuti oleh peserta pelatihan manakala ketrampilan yang akan ditransformasikan bisa dieksplisitkan secara konkrit melalui demonstrasi. Metode Praktik dilakukan oleh para guru untuk mencoba menguasai gerakan braingym dan outbound yang dapat di implementasikan pada setiap pembelajaran penjas disekolah. Dalam evaluasi, Tim Pengabdi melakukan pengamatan langsung kepada para peserta dengan kriteria antusiasme, perhatian, dan kesungguhan dalam mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan. Hasil Pengabdian pada masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan kegiatan berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan program yang telah dibuat. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh animo peserta yang cukup tinggi. Pemrograman aktivitas fisik dan praktik yang terdiri dari penguasaan teknik dasar outbond training dan brain gym yang dapat membentuk karakter bagi siswa seperti: nilai-nilai kerjasama, kepercayaan, kemampuan memecahkan suatu masalah, proses pendewasaan diri, kebersamaan, leadership (kepemimpinan), kedisiplinan, kemampuan akselerasi untuk mencapai suatu tujuan, melatih mental dan keberanian serta kesenangan batiniah. Indikator keberhasilan ditandai dengan tingginya motivasi peserta dalam mengikuti kegiatan ini serta dimilikinya pengetahuan dan keterampilan baru tentang outbond dan brain gym.

ABSTRACT A web-based futsal field reservation system was developed to help facilitate the process of booking or leasing a futsal field. The system uses PHP and HTML programming languages by using MySQL as data storage. The purpose of designing this system is to make it easier for users to rent futsal fields. With the futsal field reservation system is expected to facilitate in data processing, scheduling and registration of members or customers. In the end, this system is expected to help the company's performance, and can also facilitate customers in the ordering process.

Universitas Maritim AMNI carried out community service activities at Tambak Lorok  to support the government of Semarang program. It is not only students/cadets and lecturers who carry out community service activities but also the surrounding community. They are very enthusiastic in participating in implementing various program activities carried out at Tambak Lorok  . The method of implementing this activity uses a direct socialization and training approach , observation, interviews and literature studies. Socialization and training materials on efforts to increase fishing yields to increase fishing family income. The observation was held in Tambak Lorok  . The data collection was carried out through interview methods and as a reference for implementing community service activities was using the literature study method. The success of these program was  indicated by improve the healthy lifestyles and increase the income of the Tambak Lorok  Community.

Husna Roti is a business specializing in cakes and bakery products that has been operating for nine years in Desa Purwosari, Comal District, Pemalang Regency. As part of a community service program, faculty members and students are involved in providing assistance to help develop this business. The program includes various improvement efforts, particularly in the areas of marketing and human resource management. The actions taken include creating Grabfood and Instagram accounts to expand the digital market, making official stamps, obtaining halal certification, and producing promotional videos and documenting the production process. Additionally, the company profile and organizational structure were prepared to strengthen management. Financial reports and cost of goods sold calculations were also made to optimize cost management. Through this collaboration, the faculty members and students aim to provide concrete solutions to the challenges faced by Husna Roti. With this assistance, it is hoped that the quality of the products and the competitiveness in the market will improve, allowing the business to grow and positively impact the local economy.

This community service aims to develop human resources to improve employee performance at PT Insan Ki Angka. This activity was carried out in November 2021, using training and development methods which included workshops, skills training and mentoring programs. This method is applied on an ongoing basis to ensure effective transfer of knowledge and skills to employees. The results of the activities show that human resource development through comprehensive and ongoing training can significantly improve employee performance, operational efficiency and job satisfaction. While there are challenges such as limited training time and variations in technology skills, the benefits are far greater. Therefore, it is recommended that companies continue to implement structured HR development programs and provide ongoing support for employees, as well as ensure that adequate facilities and resources are available to support the implementation of new knowledge. These steps will help the company achieve its vision and mission and strengthen its competitiveness in the market.

Desa Tambu merupakan salah satu desa yang ada di Kecamatan Sausu Kabupaten Parigi Moutong. Sasaran kegiatan PKM ini adalah masyarakat yang memiliki ternak sapi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan program PKM ini dilaksanakan oleh tim pelaksana yang terdiri dari mahasiswa dan dosen Universitas Sintuwu Maroso Poso. Metode dalam kegiatan PKM meliputi observasi, pelayanan kesehatan ternak dan evaluasi. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan PKM menunjukan bahwa pengetahuan peserta PKM mengalami peningkatan. Secara rinci diuraikan bahwa 90% sangat mengetahui pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM, 82% sangat mengetahui tentang pemeliharaan kesehatan ternak sapi yang baik, dan 75% sangat mengetahui manfaat pemberian vitamin B kompleks pada ternak sapi.  

Research on the Effect of Presidential Aid BLT UMKM on Productivity of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Batang Regency aims to find out how UMKM working capital assistance affects the productivity of UMKM actors and to find out how the influence of this UMKM working capital assistance program has an effect on increasing the economic growth of UMKM actors in the Regency. Trunk. The research method used is quantitative, where data is obtained by distributing questionnaires to recipients of the MSME working capital Banpres while for sampling using a random sampling technique where a sample of 233 Banpres MSME recipients is obtained. Data analysis uses a regression formula. The results showed that 1) MSME working capital assistance had an effect on the productivity of MSME actors, 2) MSME working capital assistance had an effect on increasing the economic growth of MSME actors in Batang Regency

Program pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan tahun ini berfokus mengenai dampak ekonomi dari Pandemi Covid-19 terkait regulasi pemerintah berupa pembatasan aktivitas membuat banyak performa di berbagai sektor bisnis menurun, terutama bagi perusahaan besar atau korporasi. banyak pelaku UMKM yang kesulitan untuk memaksimalkan pemanfaatan digitalisasi ini baik bagi “pemain” lama maupun yang baru terjun ke dunia wirausaha sejak pandemi Covid-19 ini. Proses pengabdian masyarakat meliputi kegiatan tahap FGD, tahap survey, tahap sosialisasi, tahap pelatihan, tahap pendampingan, dan tahap evaluasi. Terlebih di masa pandemi Covid-19 sekarang ini dimana dengan diberlakukannya pembatasan aktivitas fisik diluar rumah dan mengakibatkan banyak dari pendapatan yang dilakukan oleh bisnis secara konvensional menurun dan mendorong mereka untuk beralih tempat berjualan ke ranah dunia maya dikarenakan meningkatnya aktivitas pengguna media sosial. UMKM yang berada di Jakarta yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 8 Mei 2021 hingga sampai saat ini.   Kata Kunci:

Program Pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan tahun ini berfokus mengenai industri sektor pertanian maupun perkebunan seringkali diarahkan untuk mendorong sektor industri lainnya untuk menyediakan bahan baku. Dan hal ini menjadi kelemahan dalam meningkatkan lapangan usaha industri yang seharusnya dapat lebih menguntungkan banyak pihak. Selain itu, penggunaan internet menjadi salah satu media yang tidak tertinggal dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan interaktif dengan target pasar dalam lapangan usaha sebuah industri. Kami berfokus pada usaha dalam mengoptimalkan hubungan antara sektor perkebunan dengan sektor industri agar bahan baku mentah hasil perkebunan dapat memiliki nilai tambah produk dan dapat menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang produktif. Berjalannya program ini, hasil yang telah tercapai sampai dengan 12 Juni 2021 yaitu, produksi 3 varian sambal (Sambal Bawang, Sambal Bajak, dan Chili Oil) yang di-packing dengan botol 150ml. Proses program ini dalam memproduksi sambal ‘Nyambel Neh’ sudah hampir mencapai tahap penjualan yang diharapkan mampu memberikan dampak dari segi ekonomi Padepokan Siti Dhumillah, Bogor.
