Improving service quality is a primary priority in hospital management. Service quality can be improved by reducing the percentage of non-value added activities through the Lean Hospital approach. This study aims to identify activities and analyze the root causes of critical waste in the drug distribution and utilization processes at the Outpatient Pharmacy Installation of Karanganyar Regency Hospital. This study is a non-experimental research with a qualitative descriptive design. Critical waste was obtained through the distribution of a waste weighting questionnaire assessed by all personnel involved in the drug distribution and utilization processes. The results show that the Value Stream Mapping calculation for the drug distribution process obtained a lead time of 147.41 minutes and a VAR value of 36%, while in the drug utilization process, compounded prescription service obtained a lead time of 128.53 minutes and a VAR of 24%, and non-compounded prescription service obtained a lead time of 75.8 minutes and a VAR of 26%. The critical waste questionnaire calculation using the Borda method in the drug distribution process showed overproduction 60%, inventory 53.33%, and waiting 43.33%, while in the drug utilization process, waiting 43.75%, overproduction 42.85%, and defect 39.70%. The 5S method, a Lean method, was used to eliminate waste in the service process at the Outpatient Pharmacy Installation of Karanganyar Regency Hospital.

Epilepsy is one of the most common chronic neurological disorders in children. Long-term use of antiepileptic drugs carries the risk of Drug Related Problems (DRPs) such as drug interactions, inappropriate dosing, and untreated indications. This study aimed to identify the types and incidence of DRPs in pediatric epilepsy outpatients at Embung Fatimah General Hospital, Batam. This was a descriptive, non-experimental study with a retrospective design. Data were collected from pediatric medical records (<18 years) between January–December 2024, with a total of 45 patients. DRPs were identified using the American Society of Hospital Pharmacist (ASHP) classification. Of 45 patients, the majority were aged 1–5 years (38%) and female (53%). The most frequently used antiepileptic drug was sodium valproate (56.36%). Identification DRPs included drug interactions (63.16%), untreated indications (5.26%), and inappropriate drug selection (5.26%). No cases of overdose or failure to receive medication were found. The most dominant DRP in pediatric epilepsy patients was drug interactions, particularly between valproic acid and folic acid.

The performance of pencak silat athletes is influenced by several important factors including physical condition, technique, tactics and psychology. This study aims to determine the body composition, level of nutritional knowledge, and endurance of pencak silat athletes. The type of quantitative research uses a non-experimental observational research design, the participants of this study were 20 Lumajang pencak silat athletes, consisting of 9 male athletes and 11 female athletes. The data in this study were obtained from body composition measurements using the Onemed 825 scan body fat scale, nutritional knowledge level tests from the adoption of the Nutrition for Young and Adult Athlete (NUKYA) questionnaire, and endurance tests using the Beep test. The results of the study showed differences in body composition in male and female athletes in terms of body weight indicators, Fat Free Mass (FFM), Skeletal Muscular Mass (SMM) and Body Mass Index (BMI). The athlete's body composition must be improved in the upper extremity muscle mass of the left and right arms and left and right fitness for female and male athletes and reduce fat mass for female athletes. The level of nutritional knowledge is higher for male athletes with fairly good scores and good endurance levels for both female and male athletes. For coaches, it is recommended to provide weight training programs for athletes with Circuit Training and for athletes to be more active in reading and understanding athlete nutritional knowledge.

Knowledge of the reproductive system and organs greatly affects the health of adolescent girls. Adolescence is also called puberty. Preconception is the time when the egg unites with the sperm, which occurs in women before pregnancy. Methods: This study is a non-experimental study that applies a quantitative approach, where the information collected is in the form of numbers. It implements a descriptive analytic design with a cross-sectional correlational method. Data was collected by filling out a questionnaire. The number of respondents was 107 people who were taken by purposive sampling technique. The data obtained were then statistically analyzed using Somers'd Correlation. Results: The results obtained from the analysis showed that of the 107 respondents, most had characteristics of 17 years of age as much as 72.9%. The results also showed that 82.2% of respondents experienced good reproductive health knowledge and 3.7% of respondents experienced poor reproductive health knowledge. A total of 51.4% of respondents had good preconception management and 2.8% of respondents had poor preconception management. Conclusion: In this conclusion states that, there is a relationship between the knowledge of adolescent girls about reproductive health and preconception management with a value (p value = 0.001 <0.05) and the value of r (correlation) is 0.627 which indicates that the value of a strong correlation means, the better the reproductive health knowledge, the better the preconception management value.

Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) is a disease that attacks the body's immune system so that it is unable to fight various diseases. Communities with low levels of health literacy will face more problems. According to the Central Java Provincial Health Service, the number of HIV sufferers has also increased rapidly to Central Java, Semarang City with 331 cases, and the majority of those infected are men. The general aim of this research is to determine the relationship between health literacy and adherence to taking antiretroviral drugs (ARV) in people living with HIV (PLHIV). This research is a type of non-experimental descriptive analytical research with a cross-sectional approach. The samples taken were all patients with HIV (PLHIV) who took ARV drugs in the work area of ​​the Poncol Health Center, Semarang City. The technique used was consecutive sampling of 83 people. The correlation test used in this research is the chi-square test. From the results of the analysis, it was found that of the 83 research respondents, there was a relationship between the health literacy of people living with HIV (PLHIV) and the use of antiretroviral drugs (p value 0.003). The research results showed that the majority of respondents had high health literacy and were compliant with medication consumption with a total of 55 respondents (96.5%).

Diarrhea can be defined as a condition in which a person defecates with more liquid feces than usual and with a frequency of three or more times in 24 hours. Diarrhea is closely related to the occurrence of stunting cases. Diarrhea generally attacks toddlers because their immune systems are still weak and vulnerable. WHO and UNICEF policies in the treatment of diarrhea are the provision of oralit and zinc, based on research over 20 years. Iron plays a role in various physiological processes of the body, one of which is the immune system. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between hemoglobin levels and compliance with zinc intake with the incidence of recurrent diarrhea in toddlers at the Jaury Jusuf Putera Makassar Academic Hospital. The research design used was a non-experimental analytical cross-sectional study, namely a study conducted observationally to see the relationship between hemoglobin levels and compliance with zinc intake with the incidence of recurrent diarrhea, without providing treatment to the research subjects. The sample in the study was toddlers who experienced recurrent diarrhea at the Jaury Jusuf Putera Makassar Academic Hospital in March - May 2024 as many as 32 people. The results of the study showed that there was a relationship between hemoglobin levels and the incidence of recurrent diarrhea (p = 0.015). And there was a relationship between compliance with zinc consumption and the incidence of recurrent diarrhea (p = 0.004). It is recommended that health workers provide more education and control over the use of zinc drugs given in the management of diarrhea, as well as educate to maintain normal hemoglobin levels in toddlers. So that it can reduce the prevalence of recurrent diarrhea.

Human resources (HR) is one of the main organizational capital that can encourage other resources, therefore the success of a company or organization is highly dependent on the quality of human resources in the organization. In developing a company or organization, it cannot be separated from the problem of employee turnover intention. One of the influences on turnover intention is job satisfaction in employees. In this study, the effect of job satisfaction is further investigated to determine whether employee job satisfaction affects employee turnover intention. The research design used is non-experimental quantitative with survey method. The participants of this study amounted to 65 people and data collection was carried out online with purposive sampling technique and the data were processed using simple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis showed a significant negative influence, meaning that the higher the job satisfaction will have a significant effect on the lower the turnover intention.It is hoped that the results of this research can have implications for PT. Majuperkasa Indonesia to make efforts to increase job satisfaction, such as providing clear compensation, rewards and punishment.

Physical fitness is a person's ability to do something or a task well without excessive fatigue and can be useful in developing students' learning and insight. Apart from that, physical fitness is also important in learning, especially in learning PJOK. However, many people consider physical fitness unimportant. The aim of this research is to determine the level of physical fitness of students and the differences in physical fitness levels of vocational science and vocational social science at SMA Hang Tuah 5 Sidoarjo. This research involved class XI F2 and class XI F5. Class XI F2 has 33 students with a ratio of 17 male students and 16 female students. Class XI F5 has 36 students with a ratio of 19 male students and 17 female students. This research applies a non-experimental method with a comparative design using the Independent sample t-test data analysis technique. The TKPN test (Indonesian Student Fitness Test) was used as an instrument for this research. The results obtained from the SPSS application showed a hypothesis test value of 0.15 (p-value > 0.05), indicating that there was no difference in physical fitness. Meanwhile, from the norm results for fitness results in the TKPN test (Indonesian Student Fitness Test) there was a difference in scores of 4.47 for science vocational students in the very good category and 3.78 social science vocational students in the good category.

Pharmaceutical Services at the Hospital is an integral part of the Hospital's health care system that is patient-oriented, providing Pharmaceutical Preparations Medical Devices, and Medical Materials that are quality and affordable for all levels of society including clinical pharmacy services (Anonymous, 2016) Besed on the Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No 179 Menkes/SK/11/2008, the SPM indicator of hospital pharmacy services includes the waiting time for drug services to be a maximum of 30 minutes while the maximum concoction drug is 60 minutes, the absence of medication errors, stalaction customers at least 80% and prescription writing all must refer to the Hospital formulary This study aims to find out the Waiting Time (Respond Time) of Prescription Services for Finished Medicines and drugs mixed with BPJS patients Outpatient in Bangil Hospital. This research is a non-experimental research with descriptive approach, namely the type of research approach to obtain an overview of the state of a group of data based on observations the real thing is, data collection is done in the Outpatient Pharmacy Service at Hangil Hospital, and is carried out for three months. The total mumber of prescription samples erered in the pharmacy installation for three months a 12.587 prescriptions with details of 10,770 prescriptions of JKN BPJS 85.27% 1,808 peral recipes 14 66% and 9 other insurance recipes 0.07% Among the recipe for JKN BPIS obtained during the study were 90.23% of non-concoction recipes and 9.77% of recipe recipes. The results of the study were obtaining results, the number of prescriptions from patients was 85.27% more than prescriptions from general patients 14 66% and other insurance 0.07%. The average waiting time for non-concoction recipe services in 25 minutes, and concoctions are 62 minutes

The use of smartphones nowadays is increasingly rapid, even teenagers cannot be separated from using these smartphones, but several conditions cause dependence, especially on the internet network, which ultimately gives rise to incidents of nomophobia or conditions of anxiety, fear and even stress and depression in a person, which is caused by the absence of or being away from the internet network on a cellphone and this is considered a modern phobia resulting from individual interactions with information and communication technology, especially smartphones. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between self-esteem and the incidence of nomophobia in early adolescents at SMP Barunawati 1 Petamburan, West Jakarta. This type of research is non-experimental quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach. Sampling used proportional stratified random sampling and purposive sampling techniques to obtain a sample of 76 students with research instruments in the form of the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES) and Nomophobia Questionnaire (NMP-Q) questionnaires. Data analysis using Pearson Correlation Product Moment. The results of the research showed that the majority of early adolescents had high self-esteem (71.1%), and the majority of early adolescents had moderate nomophobia (65.8%) and there was a relationship between self-esteem and nomophobia in early adolescents at SMP Barunawati 1 Petamburan, West Jakarta and grades. p value 0.000 < 0.05. Based on the results of this research, it is hoped that research sites can provide counseling or health education about the impacts of excessive smartphone use.

Adolescence is a period of searching for identity and any information, including pornography. Data states that premarital sexual behavior starts from adolescence in middle and high school. This happens, among other things, due to peers and parenting patterns. Parenting patterns and lack of discipline are associated with increased risky sexual behavior. analyzing parental parenting patterns and premarital sexual behavior in adolescents. The research design used was a Systematic Review. Journal search via Google Scholar, Researchgate, ScienceDirect databases. The inclusion criteria were determined, namely a maximum publication time span of 5 years (2017-2023), non-experimental correlation descriptive study with cross sectional, the languages used are Indonesian and English, original type of research article, full text. The results of a review of 10 articles that have been reviewed state that parenting patterns, peers & acceptance of information influence premarital sexual behavior of teenagers. Based on the results of a review of 10 journals, it is stated that teenagers with democratic parenting patterns have good sexual behavior or are not at risk and there are 7 journals stating that there are There is a significant relationship between parental parenting patterns and premarital sexual behavior among teenagers and there are 3 journals which state that premarital sexual behavior among teenagers is influenced by peers and receipt of information.

The community's participation in various health development efforts can be seen, among other things, from Community Resource Health Efforts (UKBM) which are growing rapidly in the form of (Posyandu), (POD) and Health Funds. This study aims to determine the relationship between the role of cadres and the completeness of basic immunizations for babies aged 9 - 12 months at the Posyandu in Wakasihu Village. This type of research is non-experimental quantitative research with an analytical survey method, a cross sectional study approach. This research was conducted in Wakasihu village. A sample of 87 mothers of babies was taken using a total sampling technique. The research instruments were questionnaires and observation sheets, and the research results were analyzed using the chi-squer test. Most of the cadres' role in providing services is not good, namely 31 people (35.6%), most of the basic immunization requirements for babies aged 9 - 12 months at posyandu have not received complete immunization, 29 people (33.3%). The chisquere test results were obtained with a p value of 0.048. This means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted where there is a relationship between the role of cadres and the completeness of basic immunization for babies aged 9 - 12 months at the posyandu in Wakasihu Village. From the results obtained, the majority of mothers who have babies in Wakasihu village do not want to take their children to the posyandu because according to them the role of cadres is lacking, so for future researchers, please look again at the role of cadres during the posyandu.

Drug storage is one of the security activities for drugs that have been received. Storage of drugs in pharmacy installations is part of the integrity or feasibility of drugs before they are given to patients. Because errors in drug storage can make the dose or potency of the drug decrease and cause losses to the hospital. This research includes non-experimental research in the form of quantitative descriptive research conducted by observation and interviews related to the process of storing pharmaceutical preparations through an evaluation based on the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No. 72 of 2016, and the Director General of Binfar in 2010 and analysis of drug storage indicators. The average result of conformity to the Permenkes is 86%, the average is obtained from 70% storage requirements, 100% storage components, 100% storage systems, 80% storage methods and 80% storage equipment. The average result of conformity at the Director General of Binfar is 93%, the average is obtained from the spatial arrangement of 100%, preparation of 100% drug stock and 80% storage facilities. And the average results of storage indicators are 40%, with a TOR value of 5,1 times a year, warehouse arrangement is based on FIFO/FEFO, the percentage of expired/damaged drugs is 0.25%, and the percentage of empty drugs is 92%, the percentage of drugs dead by 0.04%. Based on the evaluation of the suitability of drug storage in the Pharmacy Warehouse of RSUD dr. Soekardjo, City of Tasikmalaya, it is necessary to increase the suitability of drug storage.

Maternal mortality during childbirth is a global concern, and in Indonesia, this issue remains significant. According to the Ministry of Health (Depkes) in 2020, the primary cause of maternal mortality during childbirth is hemorrhage (28%). Anemia and energy deficiency are the main contributing factors to hemorrhage. Preventing iron-deficiency anemia can be achieved through the use of tablet supplements containing 200 mg ferrous sulfate + 0.25 mg folic acid (Fe tablets). Therefore, the level of coverage and compliance among pregnant mothers in consuming iron tablets becomes an intriguing subject for investigation. This research aims to identify determinant factors influencing the compliance of pregnant mothers in consuming iron tablets at the Barrang Lompo Island Community Health Center in Makassar in the year 2023. Method: This study employs a non-experimental quantitative research design utilizing a cross-sectional approach. The study is conducted at the Maternal and Child Health Clinic of the Barrang Lompo Island Community Health Center in Makassar from April to June 2023. The sample size for this research is 38 individuals, selected using Non-Probability Sampling, specifically Purposive Sampling. The data is analyzed using the chi-square test. Research findings indicate that the factors influencing pregnant mothers' compliance in consuming iron tablets during pregnancy exhibit low p-values. The p-values are as follows: 0.00 for knowledge, 0.01 for attitude, 0.00 for family support, and 0.01 for healthcare provider motivation. This demonstrates a significant relationship between these factors and the compliance of pregnant mothers in maintaining iron tablet intake during pregnancy, at a significance level of α = 0.05. Conclusion: Knowledge, attitude, family support, and healthcare provider motivation significantly influence the compliance of pregnant mothers in consuming iron tablets.

Sub Arachnoid Block (SAB) regional anesthesia produces a sympathetic block of muscle relaxation, and a sensory block against peripheral temperature receptors thereby inhibiting the compensatory response to temperature. A factor that can cause a decrease in core temperature and disruption of the information pathways coming from the first receptor is a sympathetic blockage that causes peripheral vasodilation. This research is a non-experimental quantitative research with correlational analytical research methods and cross sectional research design. The study sample amounted to 72 respondents of spinal anesthesia patients. Sampling with consequential sampling techniques, the statistical test used is distribution frekuency. Of the 16 people who experienced high blocks, (75%) experienced shivering and (25%) did not experience shivering. Of the 36 respondents who experienced moderate blocking, (58.3%) experienced shivering and (41.7%) did not shivering. Of the 20 respondents who experienced low spinal block, (70%) did not experience shivering and (30%) experienced shivering.. In conclusion, there is the height of the anesthetic spinal block and the incidence of intraoperative shivering at the Central Surgical Installation of RSUD Jombang.

Childbirth is a series of processes that end with the expulsion of the products of conception by the mother. The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that there are more than 585,000 maternal deaths caused by complications of pregnancy and childbirth worldwide every year. Of the many who go through labor, not all of them experience tearing of the birth canal or perineal rupture. 1 in 4 women who experience perineum intact during labor. Due to the birth process, the perineum is widened by 170% from the transverse position (side to side) and 40-6-% in the vertical position (front to back) during the crowing process, so that there is a greater risk of perineal rupture. In Indonesia, out of a total of 1951 vaginal births, 1465 or 75% experienced perineal rupture, 158 or 8% received perineal sutures due to episiotomy and 566 or 29% experienced spontaneous tears. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the technique of straining in childbirth and the incidence of perineal rupture at the Kapasa Health Center The research method used was an analytic survey, using the Cross Sectional Study approach, which is a form of observational (non-experimental) study to find the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable by taking momentary measurements in the research conducted by analyzing the relationship between knowledge of Maternity Straining Techniques and Events Perineal Rupture at the Kapasa Health Center. The results showed that the level of knowledge was not good with the incidence of perineal rupture as many as 11 respondents (52.3%) and knowledge.

Patients who are going for sectio caesarea, face uncomfortable feelings including anxiety, this is related to concerns about the threat to their lives, therefore, family support is very important to reduce anxiety, because it can increase the spirit of life and reduce patient anxiety and strengthen commitment to undergoing treatment. The purpose of the study was to understand the relationship between family support and anxiety levels of preoperative sectio caesarea patients at the MA Sentot Patrol Hospital, Indramayu. This study uses a quantitative research design with non-experimental methods and a descriptive approach. The population in this study were all patients who underwent sectio caesarea surgery as many as 42 patients and the sample used a total sampling technique, where the entire population was taken as a sample. The results of the study: 59.5% of families supported preoperative sectio caesarea patients, 31% of preoperative sectio caesarea patients experienced mild anxiety and 23.8% experienced severe anxiety, based on the chi square statistical test obtained p value 0.000 < (0.05) . Conclusion: there is a relationship between family support and anxiety levels of preoperative sectio caesarea patients at the MA Sentot Patrol Hospital, Indramayu Regency. Suggestion: for nurses, considering that there is a relationship between family support and the patient's level of anxiety, they should provide nursing interventions, especially for preoperative sectio caesarea patients, involving the family, so that the impact of the patient is calm in facing the sectio caesarea operation.
