This study analyzes the role of supporter fanaticism and loyalty in influencing the purchase decisions of official PSMS Medan merchandise. A qualitative descriptive method was employed through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, supported by secondary data from literature studies. The results show that fanaticism is reflected in emotional attachment, active involvement, long-term support, and social environmental influences. Supporter loyalty appears in consistent attendance at matches, following games, discussing the club, and repeated purchases of official merchandise. Purchase decisions are influenced by product type, design/form, and quantity, while also considering financial capability. Overall, fanaticism shapes emotional bonding, whereas loyalty drives repeated purchasing behavior; both contribute significantly to merchandise purchasing. These findings highlight the importance of design innovation, product quality improvement, and marketing strategies based on emotional and historical attachment to the club. Dowry and slaves are two different things. Mahar is property or something given by a husband to his wife as part of their marriage. This is supported by a hadith from Muhammad Shallallahu 'Alaihi wa Sallam which says "Marry a woman with a dowry even if it's only a piece of egg." (Narrated by Bukhari). Meanwhile, slaves are human beings who are the same as other people and have rights that must be respected. There are several hadiths from Muhammad Shallallahu 'Alaihi wa Sallam which emphasizes protection for slaves. One example is "Indeed Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala will empower three people: a young man who is given an advantage by Allah in worship, a man who donates alms in secret so that his left hand does not know what his right hand is doing, and a slave owner who are honest and treat them well." (Narrated by Bukhari). This shows that slaves must be treated fairly and well by their employers and must not be seen as merchandise or exploited to work without pay.

The development of traditional markets is increasingly threatened by market transformation, both physically and through online sales systems (e-commerce). This study aims to analyze the forms of resilience implemented by clothing vendors at Wage Market, Tulungagung, in maintaining their business continuity amidst declining market conditions. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study research design. This research utilizes James S. Coleman's Rational Choice Theory. The methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects in this study were six people consisting of four clothing vendors, the Head Coordinator of Wage Market, and the Heads of Market Technical Implementation Units throughout Tulungagung Regency. Subject selection was based on a purposive sampling technique. The results show that the forms of trader resilience consist of economic, innovation, social networks, and psychological aspects. Economically, traders maintain their businesses through managing capital owned by personal savings and cooperative loans. In terms of innovation, traders utilize simple technology and a variety of merchandise patterns. In terms of social networks, family support and solidarity among traders are the main strengths, while psychologically, optimism and religious beliefs help them survive. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of strengthening vendor strategies through digital marketing training and support for market revitalization policies from local governments to maintain the economic sustainability of vendors during times of market transformation.

Many nonprofit organizations in Indonesia face challenges in managing resources, operations, and Fundraising strategies, particularly in maintaining financial stability. Only about 13% have sustainable financing strategies, making this study relevant to evaluate the Fundraising model implemented by a nonprofit organization. This research analyzes the implementation of the “Berkala Baik” Fundraising program at the Janji Baik nonprofit organization, focusing on organizational management, functional strategies, and the supporting and inhibiting factors of the program. The study employs a qualitative case study approach with data collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation review. Data analysis involves reduction, presentation, conclusion drawing, and triangulation validation. The findings indicate that Janji Baik operates under the Baik Media Indonesia Foundation, focusing on education, social welfare, and technology. The Berkala Baik program is an innovation for sustainable funding through monthly donations over one year (ranging from IDR 25,000 to IDR 100,000) accompanied by exclusive merchandise. Fundraising strategies include membership systems, volunteer engagement, campaigns, and special events. Supporting factors consist of timely member payments, high public interest, and active volunteer participation. Inhibiting factors include delayed donations, limited public understanding of Fundraising concepts, and communication challenges. This study is expected to enrich the literature and practical insights on nonprofit management and Fundraising practices in Indonesia.

This study examines the influence of club image, sponsor factors, and fan loyalty on the purchase intention of official merchandise among Bali United supporters. The focus of the research is to understand how these three factors contribute to driving merchandise sales in sports marketing, with the aim of providing insights that can improve the club's revenue strategies. By adopting a quantitative approach, primary data were collected from 87 respondents who are active supporters of Bali United, using an online questionnaire. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to evaluate the significance and direction of the relationships between the variables. The results reveal that each of the factors, sponsor factors and fan loyalty has a positive and significant effect, meanwhile club image has no significant effect on the intention to purchase official merchandise. This indicates that a stronger perception of the relevant and reputable sponsorships, and higher levels of fan commitment all contribute to an increased likelihood of supporters purchasing merchandise. The findings highlight the synergistic role of branding, partnerships, and community engagement in influencing consumer behavior within the sports fandom context. A positive impact from sponsor factors, such as the alignment of brands with the club's values, enhance the overall appeal of the merchandise. Moreover, fan loyalty acts as a significant driver, as loyal fans are more likely to invest in merchandise as a way to support their club. This study concludes that while Bali United’s club image does not significantly influence fans’ intention to buy merchandise, sponsor factors and fan loyalty have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention; therefore, strengthening fan loyalty and effectively managing sponsorship partnerships are key drivers in maximizing merchandise sales potential, while club image plays an indirect role.

This study aims to examine the role of Tim Hadrah Nurul Musthofa in promoting Islamic art products and its contribution to strengthening the community’s economy through a literature review approach. As a religious art group, Tim Hadrah not only serves as a medium for da’wah and the preservation of Islamic culture, but also holds potential as a community-based creative economic agent. This research employs a literature study method by analyzing various written sources such as books, scientific articles, media documentation, and relevant digital content. The findings indicate that Tim Hadrah Nurul Musthofa is actively engaged in producing and marketing Islamic art products through social media platforms, live performances, and merchandise sales. These activities contribute to local economic empowerment and open up opportunities for synergy between art, da’wah, and the Muslim economy. This study underscores the importance of developing culturally grounded da’wah through Islamic arts as a means of social and economic empowerment in modern society.

The contemporary beverage business in Indonesia is experiencing rapid growth, driven by lifestyle changes and the influence of social media. Competition in this industry is very tight, so collaboration is the key to survival. Chatime has successfully maintained its position as the most popular contemporary beverage brand through collaboration with the music group JKT-48. This study aims to analyze Chatime's marketing strategy through collaboration with JKT 48 in increasing sales and consumer appeal. This study was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach. Research data were obtained from the results of observations and digital reviews as well as support from various secondary literature. The results of the study indicate that collaboration with JKT48 is a successful marketing strategy, especially during the Senbatsu Sousenkyo (SSK) event, which increases sales. Chatime's collaboration with JKT48 has proven effective in increasing sales through the launch of an attractive collaboration menu, the creation of exclusive merchandise, and holding events for joint promotions. This influencer marketing strategy has succeeded in utilizing the loyalty of JKT48 fans to encourage purchases of Chatime products. The author suggests that Chatime products need to continue to innovate in creating new flavor variants and unique products to maintain their appeal amidst fierce competition. And continue to conduct market research periodically, to find out the developing trends. And maximize the use of social media for promotion and interaction with consumers, especially JKT48 fans.

The limited knowledge of MSME entrepreneurs in Binjai Estate in managing their business finances affects the business continuity of MSMEs, causes errors in determining the amount of the cost of goods sold resulting in errors in determining the amount of the selling price, resulting in difficulty of increasing competitiveness which will affect the level of sales and profits of MSMEs. The purpose of these activities is to help MSME players increase their sales by providing simple financial management training and promoting their merchandise through social media and online shops so that later they can increase MSME sales. The methods used are observation, interview, and documentation methods. The results of this service activity are that Bandrek Jahe Merah and Gedebog Pisang MSMEs can already recognize the importance of business financial management and identify company assets to be separated from personal assets. However, further training is needed to assist businesses in making budgets and determining the cost of production and the cost of goods sold to determine the selling price of their products.

Singular Digital Printing is the name of a business operating in the printing, digital printing, advertising & merchandise sector. As a business activity in providing services to consumers and in the midst of increasingly tight competition, companies are required to provide services quickly and precisely according to the expectations of today's consumers who want smart services. Therefore, in an effort to motivate the performance of its employees, Singular Digital Printing provides rewards in the form of additional income to its employees in the form of incentives, the results of which have yet to be felt. Suryani (2019) states that incentives are stimuli given to employees with the aim of encouraging employees to act and do something for company goals. In this Community Service, the aim is to carry out socialization activities regarding the mechanism/pattern of giving rewards in the form of additional income in the form of incentives so that when implementing incentives there is a standard operational basis/guidelines, and employees know and understand their rights and obligations.  Incentives provided programmatically in the form of performance bonuses, awards or additional allowances have fostered motivation, loyalty and enthusiasm to be more productive and perform better in employees.

To ensure the competitiveness and sustainability of community businesses, one strategy that needs to be implemented is to focus on packaging (product packaging) and product cleanliness. Denai Lama Village, located in Pantai Labu District, Deli Serdang Regency, is one of the tourist villages that has a traditional market that produces local products, especially in the food and handicraft sectors, so that it has its own appeal and can be a significant source of income for the local community. The main objective of this community service is to implement product marketing strategies through product packaging and cleanliness in order to support the desires of the community. In addition to conducting socialization to Traditional Market traders in the Denai Lama tourist village, namely Paloh Naga Market and Selayar Denai, a survey was also conducted using a questionnaire method to obtain data that would be analyzed descriptively. The results obtained were that 56 percent of traders in the Denai Lama tourist village, Pantai Labu District, had a final education of Elementary School or equivalent, with the majority of business actors being mothers aged 51 years and over as many as 44 percent, with approximately 16 types of merchandise, and There are 36 percent of traders who use banana leaves as their merchandise packaging.

Bis Mania Community is a community of bus lovers, especially regional coordinators in Surabaya, which was founded in 2012. In 2024, precisely on November 10, 2024, Bis Mania Community held its 12th Anniversary in Tulungagung. In celebrating this 12th Anniversary not only organizes Family Gathering and garage visits, but the Bis Mania Community also sells various kinds of Merchandise as a medium to display identity. One of the merchandise that will be made is a T-Shirt. Merchandise offered by brands or communities in the form of T-Shirts currently has value and appeal to the community itself. Merchandise itself is a souvenir that is often found in the community as a container or means in the form of promotion of a product or brand. Merchandise itself is made with various forms or items that are commonly used daily such as T-Shirts, Tumblers, Totebags, key chains, and others. Designing a Merchandise requires research and the right illustration design so that it can attract buyers to have the merchandise. In doing the design for the Bis Mania Community Anniversary Merchandise with the theme of a vacation to the beach featuring the Object Bus, Sura and Baya Characters, and Echo Beach as the destination chosen by the Bis Mania Community. Therefore, the use of merchandise can be a souvenir that is appropriate, memorable, and as a promotional medium as well as a souvenir.

Quality service should be carried out continuously in accordance with the needs of consumers and the company's goals. The phenomenon of variations in slogan language in advertisements in Malacca district offline uses various languages ​​consisting of Latin, Tetum, Dawan and English. The seller's aims and objectives are conveyed briefly and concisely through the slogan and advertisement. The phenomenon of variations in advertising language will have an impact on people's understanding of offline site advertisements. The aim of this research is to determine the various variations of language used by sellers in promoting their merchandise. The method used in this research is qualitative description. The results of this study show that the phenomenon of using advertising language in Malacca district, especially on shopping sites, is increasingly diverse and gives rise to the phenomenon of language variations. However, in reality, not all people understand the forms of language variation and the function of language variation. In this research, variations in advertising language were identified, for example English, slang or social languages. The functions of language variations identified are informative function, directive function and expressive function. The advertising language used by online shopping sites should be able to provide clear information and be easily understood by the public so that goals can be achieved.

Traditional markets are transaction centers and supply networks for people's basic needs so that in traditional markets there is quite strong competitiveness between traders because in traditional markets many traders sell the same merchandise as other traders. Therefore, in serving consumers, traders must provide good service so that consumers feel comfortable and will return and become regulars at the shop. In traditional markets there is a relationship or personality relationship between sellers and buyers. This is related to the concept of social capital which is getting to know each other and in which there are also elements of trust, social networks and normative values ​​between economic actors. Social capital in traditional markets plays a very important role in the existence of traditional markets so it is not surprising that the development of modern markets is increasingly widespread nowadays, but traditional markets can still survive and become a culture and necessity that is still very much needed by the local community to this day. The research method for analyzing Trader Interactions in Traditional Markets to Improve Economic Welfare in Tanggul Wetan Village uses descriptive methods. In this research analysis, we use social capital theory based on Pierre Bourdieu's perspective, which states that the definition of social capital is the amount of resources, actual or virtual, that are gathered in an individual or group because they have a long-lasting network of reciprocal relationships of acquaintance and more or less recognition. institutionalized (Field, 2011:23). We researchers use the concept of trust.

Currently in the city of Padang itself, death metal music is also widely favored among young people, marked by the emergence of many local bands in the death metal genre, one of which is called Norbit. Norbit is a Death Metal Cluster from Padang which was born in 2021 with 5 personnel, namely Adan Est as Vocalist, Cruelhammer as Guitarist, Blacksun as Bassist, Shiryo as Drummer and Juggernaut as Guitarist. The first single released by Norbit is titled Genocide. The number of metal bands like Norbit that develop in the middle of Padang city is a challenge for Norbit to compete, especially in introducing Norbit to the public and metal band lovers. One form of introduction is merchandise promotion. Based on the results of initial interviews with Norbit's vocalist about the promotion of merchandise clothes that have been done, it appears that the promotion of merchandise that has been done before is less effective and does not increase sales of Norbit clothes. The main media design that the author will use is in the form of promotional videos with cinematic techniques that will be published on social media such as Youtube and Instagram.The design of Norbit band merchandise promotion uses the Glass Box method, a rational thinking method that objectively and systematically examines things logically and is free from irrational thoughts and considerations.

Nagari Tuo Pariangan is a tourist village in Indonesia which is one of the supporting factors and drivers of the welfare of the people who live in it and is also a solution to accelerate village development which can have a positive effect in the form of improving the quality of the environment and the preservation of the culture contained therein. The purpose of this design is to produce a Destination Branding design for Nagari Tuo Pariangan as the oldest village in Minangkabau in order to optimize awareness and visitor interaction in Nagari Tuo Pariangan. The method used in this design is the 4D method, which consists of Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. By using the SWOT data analysis method. This branding design will produce the main media in the form of Brand Guidline Book, and supporting media in the form of DL Envelope, letterhead, business card, landyard, id card, Brochure, Instagram feed, Infographic, Wayfinding System, Signage, Billboard, Expo Booth, banner, Merchandise, Totebag, T-shirt, and umbrella.

Traditional markets are places of interaction between sellers and buyers which are characterized by direct transactions and frequent bargaining processes. The existence of traditional markets makes people happy because traditional markets provide many basic daily needs and necessities and of course the prices are much cheaper than in supermarkets. Because of this, the development of traditional markets really needs to be improved, so that public interest increases, changes to traditional markets are needed. The development of traditional markets in Blitar can be seen, among other things, by physical renovations, activities to clean the environment around the market, arrangement of places and grouping of types of merchandise, orderly administration, order and security. Supporting factors include traditional market traders who always follow the advice and directions of market managers, the presence of cleaning staff, and good support from the Trade Department. However, there are also factors that hinder the development of traditional markets in increasing public interest, including: lack of public awareness about not throwing away rubbish, packaging of goods for sale that does not attract public interest, water drains that are often clogged with rubbish. The approach we take is a qualitative approach, such as going directly to traditional markets to see firsthand a clear picture and accurate facts.

This research was conducted at Online Shop XYZ, a medical equipment shop that operates online and utilizes technology such as marketplaces and financial applications such as Jubelio. From the research results, it can be concluded that the Jubelio application has an important role for the inventory accounting information system owned by the XYZ online shop. The jubelio application makes it easier for the XYZ online shop warehouse to maintain its stock, the jubelio application can also improve the performance of the warehouse department. The jubelio application also makes it easier for the XYZ online shop which applies the perpetual method to always monitor its merchandise inventory.
