Puberty is an important period in the development of young girls, marked by various physical, emotional, and social changes. A lack of understanding about puberty and menstruation often leads to feelings of anxiety, shame, and poor hygiene practices. Therefore, early education is essential to help female students recognize their body changes and maintain reproductive health properly. This community service was conducted at MI Tamrinussibyan 1 Al Hikmah Benda, specifically targeting early adolescent female students. The activity was carried out through interactive counseling and group discussions, supported by presentation media and illustrations. The topics covered included an introduction to puberty, understanding menstruation, healthy eating habits, and practices for maintaining personal hygiene and reproductive health. The results showed an improvement in the students' understanding of reproductive health, accompanied by a positive change in their attitudes toward self-care during menstruation. This program is expected to provide essential knowledge for students to navigate puberty in a healthy, clean, and confident manner.

Personal hygiene during menstruation is important to determine the health of reproductive organs in adolescent girls to avoid infection. According to the Central Bureau of Statistics, 2023, the number of adolescent girls in Indonesia in the early adolescent stage is more than 21 million. Errors in maintaining personal hygiene during menstruation can increase the risk of reproductive health disorders in adolescent girls. The purpose of this service is to increase the knowledge and awareness of adolescent girls about the importance of maintaining personal hygiene behavior during menstruation. The method used was an interactive lecture using an educational and participatory approach. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in knowledge scores from an average of 2.65 in the pre-test to 9.30 in the post-test (p<0.001). These results reflect that the lecture method with an educational and participatory approach used, as well as the leaflet media, is effective in increasing the understanding of adolescent female students about the importance of maintaining personal hygiene during menstruation., without any reference or formula.

Early menarche in elementary school children means that children need to have knowledge about menstruation from an early age. Knowledge about menstruation affects children's responses during their first menstruation and personal hygiene during menstruation, so children need correct information about menstruation. This community service aims to provide information about menstruation and complementary therapies, especially relaxation therapy to reduce anxiety and pain. There are four stages in implementing this education, namely the planning stage, preparation stage, implementation stage and monitoring and evaluation stage. There was an increase in students' knowledge after providing education. The results of this community service can show that providing education can increase students' knowledge.

Background: Menstruation is the discharge of blood from the genitals. At the time of menstruation, the blood vessels in the uterus are very susceptible to infection. In areas that are hot enough to make the body sweat, this sweat increases the body's moisture levels, especially in the closed and multiplied sexual and reproductive organs. Purpose: For this reason, this community service activity aims to socialize personal hygiene education during menstruation. Method: This community service activity uses the lecture method, and question and answer. The lecture method is carried out by delivering material about personal hygiene during menstruation. Meanwhile, the question and answer method is carried out by asking participants about the material that has been presented. Results: The results of this community service activity were obtained that participants were able to understand and apply the material that had been delivered. Conclusion: Based on the community service activities that have been carried out, many of the participants enthusiastically received the entire series of events ranging from material presentations to question and answer interactions.

Feminine hygiene (personal hygiene), especially during menstruation is often ignored by adolescents, if they do not maintain genital hygiene properly, then in a humid state, fungi and bacteria that are in the female area will thrive. The use of underwear that uses thin materials and not absorbing sweat can also make the female area moist and smelly, making it easier for fungi and bacteria to grow. smells can make it easier for fungi and bacteria to nest and the length of time using sanitary napkins that are more than 2-3 hours can make it easier for fungi and bacteria to nest.The aim is to provide new insights to adolescent girls about how to maintain personal hygiene during menstruation. about how to maintain personal hygiene during menstruation and the incidence of vaginal discharge in high school students in class X.I at SMA Negeri 3 Ambon. The method of this community service was carried out using the lecture method and question and answer discussions as well as pre and post tests. The result is an increase in knowledge of adolescent girls regarding menstrual hygiene and the incidence of whitish discharge.
