Elderly residents who live in madania homes use the kitchen as a kitchen places for cooking activities, and have complaints about height and slippery floor conditions, according to the elderly as many as 32% of cooking kitchen users representing the elderly population using purposive sampling, proposed design improvements for elderly cooking places by considering the anthropometric size of elderly users, using a focus approach group discussion to facilitate the wishes and complaints experienced by the elderly, the shape and size of the proposed new kitchen design for the elderly by adding a foothold in front of the kitchen to facilitate cooking reach, with a cooking kitchen width: 53 cm; Height: 132cm; length 53 cm, using anthropometric measurements, namely front arm reach (JTD) 53 cm; shoulder width(LB) (maximum) 43 cm; height (TB) 158 cm; elbow height (TS) 132 cm. The design is the result obtained from the first focus group discussion, then the results of the second focus group discussion explain the proposed new design drawings for the elderly's kitchen to the elderly, related to the suggestions obtained from the results of the first focus group discussion and the senior citizens agree with the results drawn, by having a height, width, length according to body size by adding non-permanent footing facilities in front making it easier for users to reach the kitchen for cooking activities, floors that are designed to be safe and non-slippery, and additional cupboard facilities to make it easier to store cooking utensils.Sig (2-tailed) of 0.003 <0.05 indicates that the H1 hypothesis is accepted.

Childbirth is a series of processes that end with the expulsion of the products of conception by the mother. The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that there are more than 585,000 maternal deaths caused by complications of pregnancy and childbirth worldwide every year. Of the many who go through labor, not all of them experience tearing of the birth canal or perineal rupture. 1 in 4 women who experience perineum intact during labor. Due to the birth process, the perineum is widened by 170% from the transverse position (side to side) and 40-6-% in the vertical position (front to back) during the crowing process, so that there is a greater risk of perineal rupture. In Indonesia, out of a total of 1951 vaginal births, 1465 or 75% experienced perineal rupture, 158 or 8% received perineal sutures due to episiotomy and 566 or 29% experienced spontaneous tears. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the technique of straining in childbirth and the incidence of perineal rupture at the Kapasa Health Center The research method used was an analytic survey, using the Cross Sectional Study approach, which is a form of observational (non-experimental) study to find the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable by taking momentary measurements in the research conducted by analyzing the relationship between knowledge of Maternity Straining Techniques and Events Perineal Rupture at the Kapasa Health Center. The results showed that the level of knowledge was not good with the incidence of perineal rupture as many as 11 respondents (52.3%) and knowledge.

The sewing techniques in clothings can be added as a  value for the beauty of clothing. This research uses fabric manipulation techniques. Fabric manipulation is a technique of manipulating textile materials by using the technique of decorating fabrics to form new textiles. This writing aims to knowing the process of making tucking techniques using denim fabric on a croptop. Tucking technique is a fold that reduces the size of the fabric, it is usually folded in one direction or another. Method used in this paper is a qualitative method. The process of fabric manipulation with tucking technique using the denim fabric begins by determining the tucking technique that will be used. The tucking techniques used are pin tucks, bow-tied tucks and undulating tucks. After determining the technique that will be used, then prepare the tools and materials. The conclusion of the process of  making fabric manipulation with the tucking technique using denim fabric on the croptop is that tucking is made with great care in the measurement of each fold so that the results are accurate. The use of denim fabric with tucking technique can form the appropriate wave, the great is caused to make it look neater and less wrinkled. In the tucking process, you must pay attention to the fabric needs, so that when folded it is according to the pattern and it should be marked  so that it does not slide the folds. The choice of material should be considered well in the making of tucking, because the thickness of the material and the the composition of the material greatly affects the result of the tucking wave.

Weaving is a unique variation whose manufacturing method is quite complicated and requires precision and patience. The process of making woven fabric which is quite complicated with unique results makes the writer interested in choosing woven as a variation of dramatic exotic clothing in the clothing. The problem discussed is how to apply variations of woven techniques to dramatic exotic clothing. The aim is to find out how to apply variations of woven techniques to dramatic exotic clothing. The benefit is to know about how to apply variations of woven techniques to dramatic exotic clothing. The method used is the method of research and development (research and development). The process of applying variations of weaving techniques in dramatic exotic clothing is as follows: making designs, determining the materials and weaving techniques to be used, preparing the tools and materials, taking measurements, making patterns, cutting fabrics, merging, pressing, weaving, making trials, sewing the clothing, applying weaving to clothing. The completion process is soom stitching and attaching the buttons. In the process of weaving, it is better to use a used cardboard base or Styrofoam, then both ends of the material are pinned using a pin to ease the weaving process. For woven braids, it should be decorated with stitches to beautify the appearance and maintain the shape of the weaving. The four-axis weaving should be pinned by hand sewing using a hand sewing needle and the thread to maintain the shape of the weaving. 

The purpose of this study is to examine specifically related to the governance and accountability of cooperatives that have been carried out in Indonesia. This study used a qualitative design, with a population of 125 journals and through purposive sampling, a sample of 35 journals was obtained. The results of the journal review can be concluded: (1). The trend of research on governance and accountability of cooperatives in Indonesia is mostly done with a qualitative design, obtained the concept: to improve governance can be done through socialization and training on SPI to managers; comply with ethical principles and rules; the accountability aspect must be audited by KAP; the role of government; principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness. Measurement of the dimensions of democracy, the quality of human resources, transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness. Good financial planning, transparency and accountability in financial management, increasing management commitment, knowledge, understanding of the duties and authorities of management regarding business risks and communication. Stroke is the number one cause of disability and the second cause of death in the world. Blood flow that is not smooth in stroke patients causes hemodynamic disorders including changes in the value of oxygen saturation in the blood (SpO2) which can interfere with the function of internal organs including the heart due to lack of oxygen intake. So we need a system to monitor the oxygen saturation value which can be used as an early indicator in recognizing stroke patients. This system uses detection of two sensors to measure oxygen saturation in the blood, a microcontroller to process data, a monitor to display data, a buzzer as a warning of the lower limit of measurement and a micro sd card module to store measurement data that has been running. Parameters displayed include the date of measurement, patient ID, SpO2-1, SpO2-2, last SpO2-1 and last SpO2-2. This system will measure and display the SpO2 value of both right and left arms simultaneously. Stroke patients who experience muscle weakness in one hand may experience different values with a hand that does not experience muscle weakness. This study aims to develop an SpO2 monitoring system that will be used to detect stroke patients with non-invasive methods. The results show that the system has been developed and can be used to measure the patient's SpO2 from both hands simultaneously with a measurement error rate of ±2% for each sensor from standard medical equipment.

Tujuan   kegiatan memperkenalkan    bahwa   masyarakat    harus   mengenal perkembangan  teknologi   saat  ini,  dan  bagaimana   teknologi   mampu  memberikan  kontribusi  dalam  dunia  usaha. Kegiatan  juga  membukakan  wawasan  dan cakrawala  berpikir  terhadap  teknologi blockchain yang disebut teknologi masa,   karena   Kegiatan   PKM juga   menghadirkan   mitra   bisnis   dari   PT   Alko   Sumatera   International. Hasil   kegiatan   ini   dapat   memberikan   semangat   baru   terutama   masyarakat    agar  produk  yang dipasarkan melalui FB, WA dan IG bisa efektif, maka perlu dilakukan evaluasi secara berkelanjutan  dengan selalu menghadirkan  value dalam setiap usaha yang dijalankan, selanjutnya  pelaku bisnis harus mengenal yang  namanya go digital  atau  digital  transformation,  agar value dapat hadir dengan pengkuran yang jelas dan membuat perencanaan keuangan  yang  omset   meningkat  sebesar 15 -20%. Jika  masih  belum  tercapai  maka  pelu  lakukan  strategi yang jelas konsentrasi  dalam area tertentu.

Back pain during pregnancy peaks at week 24 to week 28, when abdominal enlargement reaches its maximum. Pregnancy and childbirth are natural processes that can cause pain. However, many women feel the pain more severely than they should because they are affected by panic and stress. This is known as the fear-tension-pain concept, where fear triggers tension or panic which causes muscles to stiffen and ultimately increases pain. Overcoming this discomfort requires non-conventional therapy, one of which is pregnant gymnastics. Based on this, the community service team conducted the implementation of pregnant exercises for third-trimester pregnant women with the aim that pregnant women can do pregnant exercises independently at home and reduce complaints of back pain they experience. This training method is carried out using lectures and demonstrations of pregnant exercises. Implementation was carried out 1x / once a week for 1 month at Puskesmas Lembang Lego Village, Lembang Kec. Lembang, Polman Regency in January 2021 which 20 pregnant women attended. The care method used is qualitative with case research (CSR) by collecting pre- test and post-test data with pain scale observation using Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) measurement. Physical training of pregnant women to prepare for their labor through pregnancy exercises is considered effective as a preventive measure for pregnant women in preparing for their labor. It can reduce the intensity of back pain in Trimester III pregnancy.

This study aims to see and find out whether there is a relationship between the ability to learn mathematics and the results of learning physics online. Physics is a branch of science that studies the behavior of nature through experimental observations and quantitative measurements. In studying nature, Physics uses the language of mathematics to model natural phenomena in mathematical equations. In studying Physics, it is necessary to be able to The research method used is descriptive correlation analysis. The sample of this study was 60 students for three different classes. The research instrument is a report on student learning outcomes or a list of odd semester report cards for the 2020/2021 school year. The results of data analysis show that there is a significant relationship between mathematics learning ability and online physics learning outcomes with a large correlation coefficient (r) of 0.787 For class X-1, the value of the correlation coefficient is r = 0.734 for class X-2 and r = 0.661 For class X-3. This shows that if the ability to learn mathematics is high, the learning outcomes of physics will be high as well.

Almost all surgeries cause pain, the pain that is felt is the result of the incision. The effects of pain that do not subside are myocardial ischemia, increased morbidity, and hopelessness. One intervention to relieve postoperative pain is Spiritual Emosional Freedom Technique (SEFT). The purpose of this case study is to describe the reduction in pain scale of postoperative patients in Nusa Indah Room TK.III 04.06.02 Bhakti Wira Tamtama Semarang Hospital after SEFT intervention. This type of research is descriptive using a case study approach. The subjects in this study were 2 postoperative patients with criteria of moderate to high pain. Analysis of pain measurements using the Numerical Scale Branch scale. The analysis showed that there was a decrease in pain scale after the intervention. On subject 1 the pain scale 7 (high pain) became the pain scale 4 (moderate pain) and subject 2 the pain scale 8 (high pain) became the pain scale 4 (moderate pain). Effective SEFT therapy is used to reduce postoperative pain in the room because it is easy and simple. Good therapy is applied by nurses in the room to reduce the scale of pain in postoperative patients.

Excessive anxiety can affect pregnancy and fetal growth. Irrational anxiety makes pregnant women uneasy and triggers stress. Babies born to stressed mothers tend to be hyperactive children and have difficulty controlling emotions(Maulana, 2016). To determine the level of anxiety of pregnant women and the factors that influence it in dealing with childbirth anxiety in the remote waters of Dabong Village, Kubu District, Kubu Raya Regency, West Kalimantan. The research methodology uses this research method using an analytical research method with a Cross Sectional approach. The sample in this study were 31 pregnant women respondents. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate data analysis. The sampling technique used was total sampling. The research instrument consisted of a DASS (Depression Anxiety Stress Scale) questionnaire for anxiety levels. Data were analyzed using Chi-square statistical test to determine the relationship between two independent variables and the dependent variable, namely the level of anxiety and the factors that influence it (age, education, occupation, parity, level of knowledge). The results of the univariate data analysis showed that the anxiety level of many pregnant women experienced anxiety with a mild level of 12 pregnant women, 7 pregnant women, 6 pregnant women heavy. Bivariate data analysis with statistical test results obtained p value = 0.018 for age, statistical test results obtained p value = 0.043 for education, statistical test results obtained value for work p = 0.035, statistical test results obtained p value = 0.024 for parity and test results statistically obtained p value = 0.029 for the level of knowledge, on the anxiety of pregnant women, it can be concluded that there is an effect of the level of anxiety of pregnant women on anxiety in facing childbirth and the factors that influence it, The conclusion of the study is that pregnant women experience anxiety with levels of anxiety from mild to severe and there is an influence on the level of anxiety of pregnant women on anxiety in facing childbirth. There is a need for health education related to pregnancy and focusing on the psychology of pregnant women as well as family support, husbands (active roles) and the environment for pregnant women. Anxiety assessments for pregnant women are also carried out.

Humans need nutrients to live, grow, develop, move, and maintain health. Nutritional needs are not the same for everyone. The growth and development of school-age children, especially teenagers, depends on providing adequate and balanced nutrition. Teenagers have more a lot of activities that affect the amount of energy the body needs. If there is an imbalance between food intake and output of energy for a long time, it can also affect the value of a person's nutritional status. Nutritional status is one of the important elements in shaping health status. Nutritional status is a condition caused by a balance between food intake and nutritional needs. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between food intake, physical activity, and nutritional status in students of Vocation High School 1 Tegal City. The research design use analytic with a cross sectional design approach. The research instrument use a questionnaire and direct measurement. The number of samples in this study are 33 people. Sampling methode use simple random sampling. Statistical tests were carried out using the Somers’d test with a value of 0,05. If the p value is less than 0,05 then the results of the study are meaningful. From the results of the analysis, it finds that there is a relationship between food intake and nutritional status, and there was no relationship between physical activity and nutritional status.  

The main problem of this research, discusses "Knowledge of Religious Moderation Class VI at Ats Tsaqofiy Islamic Boarding School Tanjung Morawa". The main problems of the research are divided into two sub-problems, namely: 1) What is the Meaning of Religious Moderation in Indonesia, 2) How is Knowledge of Religious Moderation among Santri Class VI Pesantren Ats Tsaqofiy Tanjung Morawa. The objectives of this research are: 1) To find out the Purpose of Religious Moderation in Indonesia, 2) To find out the Level of Knowledge of Religious Moderation among Pesantren Ats Tsaqofiy Tanjung Morawa. This type of research is quantitative, with a normative theological approach. The sources of research data are primary data, data obtained using questionnaires, and several other community leaders. Second, from several books, journals, magazines, newspapers or online news. Supporting data are not taken directly from informants but through documents and research results that are relevant to this research problem to complete the information needed in the study. The results of this study can be seen that most of the respondents have a "sufficient" level of knowledge about religious moderation as many as 15 people (48.4%) and respondents have a "less" level of knowledge about religious moderation as many as 12 people (38.7%), and respondents have a "good" level of knowledge about religious moderation as many as 4 people (12.9%). So, according to Ari Kunto, the measurement of the level of knowledge about religious moderation in class VI students is categorized as "less" because the percentage of research results above is less than 55% (<55%).  

Almost every house already uses a Wifi network as internet access. With the help of this Wifi network, it is used as Middleware that can be controlled and monitored when outside the home. This study engineered data packet traffic using the ESP8266 wifi module on the Middleware device network to find out how fast the data packet capture time using wifi can be controlled and monitored when outside the home. Based on the analysis, the measurement results on the IoT device network to find out how fast the data time using wifi it reaches 2.95 kbps to 7.4 kbps.

The number of islands and the size of Indonesia's territory is a problems in building telecommunications infrastructure. VSAT satellite technology is a solution and is useful when terrestrial relations experience issues. This is because not all regions are terrestrial and can reach all islands and mainland in Indonesia. In this study, the Ku-Band VSAT was used, and the Ku-Band VSAT installation location was in Jangga Dolok Village, Lumban Julu District, Toba Samosir Regency, North Sumatra Province. The research method involves needs analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The results showed that the quality of the network obtained showed a bandwidth of 024 Kbps, 637 ms delay, 0% packet loss, 1.84 Mbit/s download throughput, and 319.18 Kbit/s uploads. The measurement analysis results in the field show that the IP Config VSAT IP can be connected to the gateway, and the connection test shows the reply response. The transmission parameter output IDU downlink SQF is 168, and the uplink is 16 Apsk 1024 K 9/10, the upload, and download measurement results show the upload results of 1.8 Mbps and 0.3 Mbps upload. All the analysis results were carried out, and it showed promising results, and the VSAT-based internet network in Jangga Dolok village was feasible to use. This research was aimed to investigate the effect of profitability, capital structure, firm size, and dividend policy on firm value. Measurement of firm value in this research used price to book value (PBV). This research used manufacturing companies of food and beverages industry listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange for periode 2016-2020. The sample selection method used purposive sampling technique and obtained 44 samples. The data analysis used multiple linear regression test with SPSS 25 were used to analyze data. The result of analysis showed that capital structure, firm size and dividend policy has no effect on firm value. On the other side, profitability has significant positive effect on firm value.

Quality control is one of the obstacles experienced by PT. Wahana Kasih Mulia on CV. KKN. Quality control is an important thing that must be done by companies to minimize defective products. To be able to analyze product defects, researchers use the six sigma model, by formulating the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control (DMAIC) stages. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of quality control using the DMAIC method with the Six Sigma model applied to manufacturing companies. The results showed that from the measurement of the number of Omiland brand baby mattress products in the January-October 2021 period, it was found that defective products came from three main causes of disability. The distribution data of the number of product quality characteristics and company performance are at the sigma level of 3.50 with a DPMO value of 27,082.275. This shows that the company has not been able to meet process quality standards. Based on this research, the recommendations for improvement given are that the company needs to provide periodic training to employees, perform maintenance on machines, apply a clearer and more detailed Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), conduct tighter supervision of newly arrived raw materials and the company needs to place quality control at every stage of the production process.

Study table is one of the supporting learning activities but the current study table design is not in accordance with consumer needs, especially for children. The development of this study table product is expected to answer the needs of custumers or consumers and produce an ergonomic study table. This multifunctional learning folding table product uses the parameter measurement of the Quality Function Deployment (QFD). The result obtained based on the customer show that there are 7 attributes (customer requitment) and 4 technical parameters ( technical response). In this regard, the product development of a multifuntional folding study table uses the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method using teak wood. This table also has several features, namely a reading light feature, a glass holder, a storange feature, equipped with a simple design, attaractive practical colors and ideal dimensions so as to increase comfort inusing the folding study table product.

A common disease experienced by the elderly is hypertension. Cases of hypertension in Demak are quite high, one of them is in Mranggen village. This reality proves that many people still ignore hypertension. Because there are sufferers who feel no symptoms and there are symptoms such as headaches, weakness, fatigue, shortness of breath and blurred vision. If not treated immediately it will cause complications such as kidney failure, stroke, coronary heart disease and retinopathy. It is of course important to make efforts to control blood pressure. A combination of non-pharmacological management of deep breathing exercise and religious music is one of the efforts that can be made. The purpose of this study was to describe the administration of a combination of deep breathing exercise and religious music therapy to the blood pressure of elderly hypertensive patients. This research uses descriptive case study research with a nursing care process approach.The number of samples is 2 respondents, with the criteria of elderly clients who have hypertension, clients who do not take medication during hypertension in order to determine the effectiveness of the action, clients who can communicate well, and clients who are willing to be respondents. Deep breathing exercises and religious music are carried out once a day for 3 days in 1 week with a duration of 15 minutes. Blood pressure measurement using a sphygmomanometer and stethoscope. Blood pressure measurements were taken before and after the procedure. The results showed that the blood pressure of respondent 1 before and after being given deep breathing exercise therapy and religious music for 3 consecutive days with a duration of 15 minutes, the blood pressure on the first day before receiving therapy was 160/70 mmHg and after being given therapy for 3 days on the last day the blood pressure became 150/60 mm Hg. In respondent 2 before and after being given deep breathing exercise therapy and religious music for 3 consecutive days with a duration of 15 minutes the blood pressure on the first day before receiving therapy was 179/80 mmHg and after being given therapy for 3 days on the last day the blood pressure was 156/70 mmHg .

An analysis of the uncertainty value of measuring spur gear dimensions using a profile projector has been carried out. Dimensions of spur gears measured are pitch diameter, root diameter and outside diameter. The manufacture of 3 samples of spur gears was first made with a shape milling machine based on the initial technical data that had been determined. Then measurements were made with a profile projector measuring instrument for the three measuring dimensions, the best repeated measurement average was found in the root diameter measurement for the PJ01 sample of 32.4053 mm with a standard deviation of 0.0077 mm. The uncertainty method used is statistically and applies only to a series of observations. Determination of the uncertainty value is done by performing repeated measurements five times on the same sample. This method refers to ISO GUM with type A evaluation. The uncertainty value obtained for the best measurement is 0.0034 mm with an expanded uncertainty of 0.0068 mm with a 95% confidence level.
