This study examines the importance of legal protection for healthcare workers in medical services, particularly in the Central Surgical Installation of the Regional General Hospital of Mataram City, which involves high medical risks. The background of this research is based on the increasing potential for medical disputes and the vulnerability of healthcare workers to legal claims due to discrepancies between medical outcomes and patient expectations. The objective of this study is to analyze the implementation of legal protection and identify the challenges faced in practice. The research employs a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, utilizing interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The findings indicate that legal protection has been implemented through standard operating procedures, informed consent, and internal hospital policies in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. However, its implementation remains suboptimal due to several constraints, including limited legal awareness among healthcare workers, inadequate legal assistance systems, and increasing public demands. The study implies the need to enhance legal education for healthcare workers and strengthen the role of hospitals in providing effective legal protection to support professional and safe healthcare services.

There are still many students who do not fully understand the ethics of digital communication, as can be seen from the way digital communication is not ethical for students to lecturers through WhatsApp shared by private campuses in Mataram City. On the other hand, the concern of campus institutions about this is still not optimal, causing the increasing prevalence of unethical digital communication between students and lecturers. The purpose of the research is to explore and examine the integration of ethno-digital ethic values that can be applied in campus habituation, as well as its influence on strengthening communication ethics and social trust of students in Mataram City. The research method to be used is a mixed method with a concurrent triangulation design. The location of the research is in Mataram City. This research was conducted by involving 157 informants and respondents consisting of 132 students, 10 education staff, 10 lecturers, and 5 campus leaders from five universities in Mataram City. This research was carried out in several stages, initial and follow-up observation, tests, and analysis. The results of the study show that ethno-digital ethic values integrated into campus habituation through academic and non-academic activities have a positive impact on strengthening communication ethics and social trust among Mataram City students. The integration of traditional ethical values with digital norms not only provides a strong moral framework for students but also creates a more inclusive and trusting social climate.

The rescue effort of handling the archives of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic at the Archives and Library Office of Mataram City aims to document and preserve information related to the COVID-19 pandemic in Mataram City. The rescue effort is carried out by identifying, collecting, processing, and storing COVID-19 archives in physical and digital forms. These archives include policy documents, statistical data, activity reports, and other documentation related to handling COVID-19 in Mataram City. This is crucial for several reasons. First, these archives have high historical value and can be used to study how Mataram City handled the COVID-19 pandemic. Second, these archives serve as research materials for developing future disaster management policies and strategies. Third, these archives serve as evidence of government accountability and transparency in handling the COVID-19 pandemic. The archive rescue effort at the Archives and Library Office of Mataram City is still in its early stages. However, this effort demonstrates the commitment of the Mataram City government to document and preserve information related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Stunting remains a public health challenge in Mataram City. The Population and Family Planning Control Agency (DPPKB) of Mataram City plays a crucial role in stunting prevention efforts, but the results have not been optimal due to a lack of cooperation and synergy among parties. The collaborative governance approach offers a solution by emphasizing the importance of cooperation and synergy among the government, communities, academics, and non-governmental organizations. The DPPKB has implemented this approach through the formation of the City Stunting Forum, involving various relevant stakeholders. The forum serves as a platform for coordination, synchronization, and collaboration in stunting prevention efforts. The implementation has yielded positive results, with a decrease in the prevalence of stunting from 23.6% in 2021 to 20.1% in 2023. This approach has proven effective in enhancing cooperation and synergy in stunting prevention efforts, and these efforts need to be continued to achieve the target of reducing stunting in Mataram City.

This study aims to determine how effective the implementation of local government information systems (SIPD) in supporting financial reporting at OPDs in Mataram City, namely RSUD X. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of observations and interviews. The research analysis refers to the UTAUT effectiveness indicators consisting of Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influences and Facilitating Conditions. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of SIPD in supporting financial reporting at RSUD X when viewed in terms of indicators of performance expectancy, effort expectancy and facilitating conditions is still less effective because in its implementation SIPD still has many weakness both in terms of system stability and the availability of features needed, while for indicators of social influences SIPD can already be categorized as effective because the implementation of financial report data entry is adapted to user needs.
