This research is motivated by the low number of sales of typical food products in Dua Koto District, which is caused by the lack of promotion and innovation of products. The purpose of this research is to analyse the right strategy to increase product sales in the future. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and SWOT analysis. The results showed that the most effective strategy is the ST strategy, which utilises existing strengths to overcome various threats that arise. This strategy includes increasing promotions, product innovation, and improving service quality to make products more competitive in the market. With the implementation of this strategy, it is expected that managers and sellers of typical food products can be more active in promoting their products, both through social media and direct marketing. In addition, innovations in packaging and product variations also need to be considered in order to attract more consumers. If this strategy is implemented optimally, it is expected that the number of sales of typical food products in Kecamatan Dua Koto will increase significantly in the future.

This research aims to explore strategies for realizing sustainable performance management at PT. Tanjungpinang Branch Pawnshop. This research uses qualitative research through data collection, observation and interviews. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The informant is Mr. HR as Marketing Officer. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis, namely the researcher collects, processes and analyzes data to describe the problems that exist at PT Pegadaian Tanjungpinang Branch. The research results show that the strategy applied at PT. Pegadaian Tanjungpinang Branch in realizing sustainable performance management, namely the digitalization strategy of Human Resources and Talent Management. In this case, the Human Resources digitalization strategy includes transforming the Human Resources Management system through digital platforms, increasing employee skills in technology, using data for strategic decision making, and implementing an adaptive technology-based work culture. Meanwhile, talent management includes recruitment planning and appropriate individual selection, as well as skills development through training and mentoring.

Product placement is a promotional strategy which can be identified as a purposeful incorporation of product into an influential manner with a use of any other media. However, most of the countries have prohibited advertising soft liquor products via traditional media because of health issues caused by soft liquor products. Thus, the soft liquor manufacturers tended to invest in product placement. This paper reports the findings of how product placement influence on consumer purchases intention of soft liquor products. The study has focused on investigating the possible reasons for consumers to influence on product placement strategies and the product elements that they exposed to and used to, even in the presence of a wider range. Suggestions for further research are presented in the form of propositions.

This research was conducted to determine the appropriate CV Restu Mande business strategy design using strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) analysis and the Business Model Canvas (BMC) in achieving export targets. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection carried out in this research was interviews with the leadership of CV Restu Mande, observation both directly and indirectly, and documentation. The SWOT analysis carried out in this research produces a SWOT matrix as a recommendation for CV Restu Mande's business strategy. The results of the SWOT analysis, SWOT matrix, and proposed new Business Model Canvas at CV Restu Mande are that in the customer segments section, target consumers are added in the form of Indonesian communities abroad, in the channels section, websites, international e-commerce and overseas retail need to be added, in the customer relationship section, rewards need to be added for resellers, dropshippers and loyal customers, in the key resources section we need to add production facilities, in the key activities section we need to add more interesting and detailed marketing activities, in the key partnership section we need to add agent collaboration. or distributors, loyal customers, production partners, and international trade consultants or experts, and in the cost structure section it is necessary to focus on investment in production facilities.

Mr Oluak is a food stall that provides dishes such as oysters and fried prawns covered in egg and flour. These dishes are inspired by Singaporean cuisine which is commonly known as Oluak / Fried Oyster. For the last 3 years the owner Mr. Oluak grows gradually, starting from product evaluation to employee training so that it can produce products that are more delicious and better known to the local and international community. Mr Oluak is located at HU Foodcourt , Batam Centre. One of the main problems faced if you don't have a strong brand and unique taste is the large number of competitors in the same field. With the increasing operational complexity of Mr. Oluak began to realize the importance of having a more structured and integrated marketing strategy. Therefore, it is hoped that the implementation of this marketing can help overcome existing problems.

In the modern era marked by technological advances, the use of smartphones has become an important part of everyday life. This technological advancement encourages people to continue to update the way they carry out their daily activities. Smartphones make various activities easier, including long-distance communication which now feels closer thanks to sophisticated technology. This sophistication is enjoyed by various groups regardless of age or profession. The digital payment system has experienced rapid development, providing significant convenience for its users. This technology plays a strategic role in encouraging the revitalization of MSMEs by offering fast, safe, and efficient transaction solutions. In the context of developing MSME digitalization, the digital payment system not only makes it easier for business actors to manage transactions but also increases consumer convenience in shopping. With proper implementation, digital payments support the operational efficiency of MSMEs, expand market access, and accelerate the adoption of the digital ecosystem. Based on research results, the use of digital payment systems has been proven to contribute positively to the transformation of MSMEs, helping them become more competitive and able to adapt amidst changes in the increasingly digital economic landscape. This emphasizes the importance of adopting digital payment technology as an integral part of the MSME revitalization strategy. This study aims to analyze the positive impact of the use of technology, especially in online marketing, digital payment systems on the revitalization of MSMEs.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) show greater flexibility in adapting to market changes compared to large companies. They have the resilience to survive in challenging economic conditions, such as the global economic crisis or pandemic. One of the MSMEs in Indonesia, Dimsum Haochi Bites, shows strong potential in the local culinary market due to its distinctive taste and high-quality raw materials. However, its growth has been hampered by a lack of developed brand identity and limited digital marketing efforts. This community service activity aims to overcome these challenges by assisting Haochi Bites in creating a strong brand identity and expanding its digital marketing presence. The program begins with a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis to identify internal and external factors that affect business performance. Furthermore, customized business support is provided, which results in the development of a new business logo and an improved digital marketing strategy through social media. In addition, the team facilitated product innovation by introducing new topping and sauce variants. The results of this community service activity increase the competitiveness of Haochi Bites and increase its market potential in the culinary sector in Tangerang.

The Community Service program partners in this activity are Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) engaged in crafts, such as weaving, knitting, and beaded jewelry, in the Cikarang Baru area. These MSMEs have been running their businesses for several years, but the marketing strategies applied are still conventional and therefore less effective. Therefore, it is important to provide training on the use of digital marketing so that the marketing system can be improved, expand market reach, and support increased product sales. In this activity, MSMEs receive training on the importance of digital marketing, as well as assistance in creating business accounts on digital platforms such as Google Business and Instagram, along with tutorials for optimal management. The outputs of this service include Google Business accounts, Instagram accounts, scientific articles published in national journals, and activity reports. The methods used in this service are lectures and practical tutorials in creating and managing accounts on digital media. The results of this activity indicate that digital marketing strategies need to be followed up with regular guidance so that they can function effectively and optimally in supporting marketing activities and increasing sales of MSME products.

The purpose of this study is to determine the extent of content marketing using storytelling. This study uses a qualitative research type with a netnography approach. with the creation of effective content marketing and storytelling to increase sales and even create awareness of the products being sold. Social media is the main media for implementing content marketing and storytelling strategies because of its speed in disseminating information. Marketing communication with social media can reach a wider target market. The use of content marketing and storytelling can increase sales as seen from the development of stores and the addition of branches.

This study examines the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in marketing strategy through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. AI has shown a transformative impact by outperforming traditional methods, especially in optimizing big data-based marketing strategies. With the ability to analyze consumer behavior in depth, AI enables businesses to personalize marketing efforts and improve user experiences more efficiently and responsively. However, challenges such as data privacy, high initial investment, and reliance on data quality remain major concerns that must be addressed. This study also evaluates the effectiveness of using AI across marketing channels, which shows significant differences in their impact on business strategy. In addition, the integration of AI-based fitness equipment is considered to have a major contribution in increasing consumer satisfaction while driving online business growth. The results of this study provide valuable insights into the effective implementation of AI, as well as highlight the importance of maintaining data security and implementing AI strategically to provide optimal benefits for consumers and business development.

Operational management is an important part of problem solving factors in manufacturing companies because they have to face changing environmental conditions. Marketing Strategy is a strategy designed to promote goods or services with the aim of generating profits. Especially in some contexts, consumers tend to focus more on brands than products when making purchases, choosing certain brands because they have a positive image. Qualitative research methods place more emphasis on observing phenomena that occur and more on examining the substance of the meaning of these phenomena. Descriptive qualitative research means that the researcher must describe an object, phenomenon, or social setting which will be outlined in narrative writing. This research aims to optimize cross-cultural property marketing through the implementation of Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) and competency training for the sales team at Central Group, one of the leading property developers in Batam. The main challenges faced by the company are the lack of cross-cultural communication skills in the sales team and a marketing strategy that is not yet fully integrated. Therefore, this program is designed to increase marketing effectiveness while strengthening brand image in the multicultural market. This research uses a descriptive-analytical method by collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation analysis. Research stages include planning, implementing training, implementing IMC strategies, monitoring and evaluation. The IMC strategy is implemented through various channels, including social media, paid advertising, traditional media, as well as organizing events such as the Central Property Festival. The research results show significant improvements in marketing strategy coordination, sales team skills, and synergy between the company and the local community. Apart from that, the implementation of IMC has been proven to be able to increase company brand awareness and support the growth of property sales in domestic and international markets. This research makes a practical and academic contribution by offering an integrated marketing strategy model that can be replicated in other property industry contexts.

This community service activity aims to provide solutions to the challenges faced by PT Citra Marindo in implementing digital marketing. PT Citra Marindo, a company engaged in providing products and services for the maritime industry, encounters obstacles in fully leveraging the potential of digital marketing. This activity focuses on assisting the company in improving and enhancing their digital marketing strategies. A more comprehensive digital marketing implementation was applied through various social media platforms such as Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and e-commerce platforms like Tokopedia. Additionally, business branding development included designing more attractive logos, professional product photos, and packaging that aligns with market preferences. Quality control systems were introduced to ensure high product quality, while effective promotional strategies were implemented to increase brand visibility and awareness among consumers. All steps were tailored to real-world conditions, including cost calculations for marketing elements to ensure they do not burden product prices and can be sustained. It is hoped that this activity will have a positive impact on increasing PT Citra Marindo business profits and serve as a useful reference for other businesses facing similar issues

This article discusses social media optimization strategies to improve MSME marketing. By analyzing the development of social media and digital consumer behavior, this article presents practical recommendations for MSMEs to increase their awareness, increase sales, and build customer loyalty. The approach used in this study is to conduct training and workshops involving professionals in the field of digital marketing. This study shows that social media optimization can be the key to increasing the competitiveness and success of MSMEs in the digital era.

This research discusses implementing digital marketing strategies through an entrepreneurship mentoring program for Mooi Gift MSMEs, which focuses on hampers and gift products in Malang. The methods used include individual approaches, training, and rebranding, to improve operational efficiency, digitalizing bookkeeping, and optimizing digital marketing. The mentoring results include the creation of e-commerce accounts, social media rebranding, digital financial management training, and website development to expand market reach. The findings indicate that digital marketing strategies can enhance SMEs' visibility and competitiveness while positively impacting product sales and branding. This study recommends continuously monitoring and developing digital marketing strategies so MSMEs can constantly adapt to market dynamics.

This research aims to provide new innovations in handmade products or knitted products. Apart from that, this research also aims to help UMKM in developing their handmade bag business. The methods we use in this activity are research, discussion, training, development and evaluation. The results of this research show an increase in product quality, creativity and sales through digital and offline marketing strategies. Collaboration with partners makes a big contribution, especially in practical training and product marketing. Even though there are challenges such as manual production processes and market competition, innovation and the right marketing strategy can help this product remain competitive and have the opportunity to develop sustainably. We hope that UMKM players can develop the handmade bag or knitted bag business by developing new innovations while maintaining product quality.

Effective marketing planning is the key to success for companies, especially in the increasingly competitive automotive industry. This research aims to analyze the planning and marketing process carried out by Mitsubishi Xpander. The method used is a literature review, which involves analyzing various reference sources related to marketing and business strategy. The findings show that Mitsubishi Xpander has successfully implemented a planned marketing strategy, including product adjustments, competitive prices and effective promotions. Additionally, in-depth market analysis helps companies in understanding consumer preferences and identifying opportunities in the market. The implications of this research highlight the importance of implementing marketing strategies that are adaptive and responsive to changing consumer trends to increase competitiveness and business sustainability. The results of this research can provide insight for other companies in formulating more effective and efficient marketing strategies.
