PLN is a monopoly trading company that sells electrical energy sources and manages all aspects of electricity in Indonesia, especially the Ponorogo area. In Ponorogo there is a company under the auspices of the Indonesian Electrical and Mechanical Contractors Association (AKLI) with the company name PT. Heroine of Eternal Blessing. In carrying out its work PT. Srikandi Berkah Abadi did not run smoothly, but there were many obstacles that disrupted the work process, one of which was the data input process. In this research we used a descriptive qualitative method where we carried out observations and direct interviews while conducting KKL within a period of 1 month. Based on the results of research that has been carried out previously, conclusions can be drawn, including: We carry out data processing activities on the implementation of connection work in people's homes, process data input on network maintenance and changes, and input employee hard disk data. While we were carrying out the KKL for 1 month, the problems we experienced were the ones we mentioned above, when inputting data in Microsoft Excel, it often had errors, crashes, and exited so that the data we were working on was lost and not saved.

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of orchid ornamental plants in South Tangerang, especially in the context of opportunities and challenges faced by local producers. Conducted in December 2023, this study took objects from 10 housewives cultivating orchid ornamental plants in South Tangerang City. The method used is descriptive qualitative, by conducting in-depth interviews and observations of local producers to understand the marketing strategies they use, as well as identifying opportunities and challenges faced in marketing their products. The results showed that local producers used a variety of marketing strategies, including local exhibitions, online sales, and cooperation with local florists. However, there are several challenges faced, including limited market access, price competition with imported products, and lack of understanding of digital marketing. In-depth discussions are conducted to evaluate effective marketing strategies and overcome the challenges faced. The implications of this research highlight the importance of developing innovative and adaptive marketing strategies for local producers in the face of increasingly fierce market competition. Recommendations include improving market access through cooperation between local producers, training on digital marketing, and improving local product branding to increase competitiveness in local and international markets. Thus, this research contributes to strengthening the local orchid cultivation sector in South Tangerang.

In this digital era, we can use e-commerce marketing media as a place to sell. Apart from marketing and sales media, there is also an important thing that attracts customers, namely packaging. A common problem that occurs in the business world in this era of digitalization is not being able to adapt to technology, this is also an obstacle for the business world today. So the aim of this community service activity is to provide assistance and guidance in using the online e-commerce sales platform. Apart from that, to increase product value we will provide insight into packaging design with the ultimate goal for business actors to increase productivity and profitability of course. In this case, the method used is direct counseling and guidance at the Cyqul Food business location in Harjamekar Village, North Cikarang. Guiding the use of e-commerce and developing packaging design is very necessary to improve business.

The implementation of this service activity is carried out by providing material regarding the preparation of proposals and planning for a Potato Processed Food Products Business. The delivery of this training material is carried out by means of lectures and discussions. Assistance is provided by providing direction on how to start business planning, marketing and business development strategies, as well as preparing business proposals. The aim of this assistance is to foster and develop the entrepreneurial spirit at the Indonesian Christian University of Toraja so that students are increasingly interested in entrepreneurship. The form of activity is in the form of guidance in creating a business, such as determining a business idea first/determining the product to be sold, developing a business idea (market segmentation), marketing strategy, finance, and making a business proposal. After that, a business and product proposal presentation was carried out to find out to what extent the students were able to prepare a business proposal for processed potato products.

One of the new beverage or food industry competitions that are ready to compete and enter the market nationally is the white coffee industry. Efforts to increase promotion, price adjustments, and product quality, or need to carry out a more effective marketing strategy in accordance with the findings of market research conducted. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of advertising attractiveness, product quality, brand image, and price on purchasing decisions for Luwak White Coffee drinks. The quantitative approach method carried out is based on concrete research data, which is a numerical value that will be measured by statistics as a calculation test tool and related to problems, resulting in a conclusion. The population of this study was consumers of Luwak White Coffee drinks at the Virdasari store in SiDate Village. The sample was obtained from subjects 25% of the population of 332 people, obtained 83 respondents. The research instrument used is the primary data from filling out the questionnaire. The results of the study found that advertising attractiveness does not affect purchasing decisions, product quality does not affect purchasing decisions, brand image does not affect purchasing decisions, price affects purchasing decisions. Marketing strategy is a very important thing for a company to do to develop and improve the quality of its products. This strategy can be carried out by any business, be it a large business, medium business, small business or micro business. In this research the author gave the title 'Analysis of Marketing Strategies Carried Out by Small Businesses'. The purpose of this research is to provide information to readers or entrepreneurs regarding the marketing strategies carried out by the Dgilangemil business. From the research, readers and entrepreneurs can take examples of what the Dgilangemil small business did in developing their business which they started from zero until their business began to be known by many people using the marketing strategy of SWOT Analysis and Marketing Mix. In this research the author used a qualitative descriptive research method. Qualitative research is a research process carried out by observing and investigating a phenomenon that occurs and producing descriptive data. In this research, the author conducted observations, interviews and documentation with the owner of this business, namely Dea Puspita, which was carried out on December 11 2023 at the production site in the city of Langkat.

This research is motivated by business networks to expand professional networks, create opportunities and businesses or jobs. Achieving professional success relies heavily on having a network of quality contacts. Therefore, networking is key in work life. Breakfast in the morning has become a culture for Indonesian people. The breakfast culture has become an activity as evidenced by the diversity of sellers offering various types of food suitable for breakfast. Breakfast is an activity of eating and drinking between morning and 9 o'clock to meet nutritional needs. Based on the above, easy and practical rice innovation is needed. To respond to this, the author conducted marketing development strategy research on business networks carried out by the UMKM Nasi Gigit Candu. The aim of this research is to find out the marketing development strategy for the Nasi Gigit Candu business network. This research was conducted directly with the owner of Nasi Gigit Opium. This research looks for how the development of business network marketing is carried out by entrepreneurs of the Nasi Gigit Opium Business to decide on product marketing development starting from making breakfast products to products that are marketed into the hands of consumers. This research uses qualitative and quantitative methods, namely by direct interviews with Nasi Gigit Opdu MSME owners and financial management.

 Business has an important role in society. One of significant factor influencing the sustainability of a business is through business networks. With the establishment of business networks, information can be spread quickly (Wiharjo, 2012). Business networking is very important for business, including printing business. Printing is an attempt to mass produce writing and images using a printing press. (Nggaibo, 2021). Printing business is one of the fastest growing businesses. CV. Aslan Grafika is a printing business located in Banjaran, Bandung, West Java. The reason the author conducted Business Network research on CV. Aslan Grafika because author is interested in marketing strategies undertaken by CV. Aslan Grafika thus became the pioneer of printing in Banjaran area which provides many printing services. This research aims to determine the business network used in CV. Aslan Grafika and how the influence of this business network on the performance of printing, especially manufacture and sale of books du'a Hajj and umrah which is the main highlight of the author in this study. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The data source used consists of primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques are interview techniques. Data analysis techniques used are qualitative data analysis techniques.

In an increasingly diversified business landscape, marketing strategies stand as a primary key to a company's success. This study delves into the marketing strategies of PLN UP3 Sidoarjo, specifically in boosting the sales volume of its electricity services. The research method employed is qualitative descriptive, involving in-depth interviews and analysis. The findings reveal a spectrum of marketing strategies encompassing product, price, promotion, and distribution/placement. Implemented marketing strategies such as service diversification, setting affordable tariffs, educational campaigns, and community partnerships have contributed to a stable increase in the number of customers. However, evaluating these strategies should extend beyond customer acquisition, also considering the increase in electricity consumption per customer. In conclusion, PLN UP3 Sidoarjo adopts a holistic approach that successfully enhances public awareness of its electricity services, augments the customer base, and improves customer service.

If you don't have customers, then you won't get any income. Therefore establishing a good relationship with customers becomes important for the sustainability of the company. By definition, a customer relationship is a marketing strategy that retains and manages customers to make repeat purchases. Customers that you have successfully attracted must be managed as well as possible so as not to switch to competitors. The more customers you have, the better the impact on business development. The way this is done is to manage it in such a way that it encourages purchases repetitive and prevents them from switching to competitors.this can also be done by providing answers and solutions to problems owned by customers. The company's success in influencing consumers in purchasing decisions is strongly supported by efforts to build communication with consumers by building brands for consumers with marketing strategies, as well as innovating new variants of a product. E-Commerce is a new concept which is usually described as the process of buying and selling goods or services on the Internet or the process of buying and selling or exchanging products, services and information via information networks including the internet. e-commerce sells products to consumers online. Simply put, E-commerce is creating, managing and expanding commercial relationships online Judging from the phenomenon above, researchers are interested in researching the influence of E-commerce on Muslim clothing purchasing decisions among female students in the city of Palembang. The number of samples in this research was 100 respondents, this research used a quantitative approach. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire, and the sampling technique uses a non-probability-purposive sampling method. The results of this study show that e-commerce has no influence on the purchasing decisions of Muslim clothing for Palembang city students.

This research aims to describe an overview of the management of educational marketing strategies using social media at Primagraha University. This type of research uses Field Research. The research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques carried out through interviews, documentation and social media content analysis. The most effective social media used in the educational marketing process include 3, namely: Instagram, YouTube, and websites. The content presented is in the form of academic activities, promotions, information regarding new student admissions, campus activities, and student achievements. PT Pos Indonesia is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) which operates in the delivery services sector. One of the services businesses offer is sending letters and packages. Companies with this delivery service will really need a marketing strategy to attract customers who operate in the business world which aims to satisfy consumers and increase sales volume. The data collection method in preparing the Final Assignment is the method of observation, interviews and documentation studies with the analysis method in the form of qualitative analysis, namely a data analysis method without using statistical analysis. The first thing to do in a marketing strategy is to look at market needs first. Then determine the market segment to be targeted, namely the business market segment. By determining the business market segment, determining the target market determines the strategy for selecting the company. By choosing a target that suits the business market segment, the market position will automatically become the label for the business product itself in society. The marketing mix in a marketing strategy will automatically follow the flow of segmentation, targeting and positioning, this is because the product, place, price and promotion are determined according to the business market segment.

Digital marketing has changed MSME players to continue to develop their business so that they are not left behind and are able to utilize this digital media, as an effort to market their products so that consumers are more familiar with the products produced by these MSMEs. Batik Tedjo is one of the MSMEs that plays a role in preserving written batik, which is one of the cultural heritages of the Indonesian nation. This study aims to determine how Batik Tedjo SMEs implement digital marketing and whether the implementation of digital marketing has obstacles. The problems faced by Batik Tedjo MSME players in implementing digital marketing show that there are problems in the form of a lack of understanding of social media operators at Batik Tedjo and the imbalance of consumer demand with human resources or a very minimal number of employees in managing Batik products which are quite a lot every month, reaching 200-300 pcs. The development of the business world has increased rapidly in the modern era like today. This causes intense competition between business actors in developing their products in the face of developments in the business world. Micro, small and medium enterprises or MSMEs now play a very important role in the growth of the economy in Indonesia. Mrs. Maubah's porridge business is one of the MSMEs in Cilegon City, Banten which operates in the food sector. This business can provide jobs for the local community. My mother's porridge business itself is a type of food business which sells various variations of porridge and various other fried foods. This research aims to find out what marketing strategies are implemented by Ibu Majadi's porridge business to increase sales. Carrying out a SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat) analysis in determining the marketing strategy. This research is included in qualitative descriptive research, because it aims to describe the situation of phenomena in the field. Researchers used data collection methods in research, namely observation and interviews. To find out how the strategy is used, the Swot Analysis Method (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat). From the results of the SWOT analysis, it was concluded that the results of the IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Summary), for the strength and weakness variables, each obtained a strength value of 1.89, while a value of 1.00 was obtained for weaknesses. This means that the strengths of Mrs. Matahu's porridge business are greater than the weaknesses. Meanwhile, the value obtained for the EFAS (External Factor Analysis Strategy) Matrix was 1.47 for opportunities, while the value for threats was 0.64. This means that for Mrs. Matahu's porridge business, the opportunity value is greater than the threat value. From the results of the SWOT analysis, it was found that Ibu Ma's porridge business has strengths and opportunities so that it will be able to take advantage of existing opportunities. The strategy that must be implemented in this condition is to support the policy of growing aggression.

This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the influence of the 4P Marketing Mix on consumer decisions regarding PTPN IV Butong Tea & Tobasari Tea retail products. Marketing Mix 4P includes four main components, namely product, price, place and promotion, which are interrelated and have the potential to influence consumer decisions. In this context, Butong Tea & Tobasari Tea were chosen as retail products offered by PTPN IV. The research method used in this study involves interviews with willing sources as a means of collecting data. Research respondents were consumers of Butong Tea & Tobasari Tea who were randomly selected. The data collected will be analyzed using the narrative analysis method to identify the influence of each 4P Marketing Mix component on consumer decisions. The hope is that this research can provide more in-depth knowledge about the factors that influence consumer decisions in choosing Butong Tea & Tobasari Tea. Moreover, the main aim of this research is also expected to provide broader understanding for PTPN IV in optimizing their marketing strategy to increase product interest so that it influences consumer decisions. The conclusions from this research can contribute to knowledge and understanding of the influence of the 4P Marketing Mix on consumer decisions in the context of Butong Tea & Tobasari Tea retail products. Companies need to consider the principles of justice, business ethics, managerial skills, social responsibility, and halal transactions in marketing strategies and consumer decisions. This research can also provide practical input for PTPN IV and the tea industry in general in developing effective marketing strategies to increase sales and consumer satisfaction.

The purpose of this research is to compare how influencer marketing and traditional marketing strategies can influence young audiences' purchase intention. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method, and focuses on the influence of influencer marketing and traditional marketing strategies on young consumers' purchase intention. Influencer marketing is an important strategy for market segmentation, building trust, and faster turnaround time. With a large social media following, digital influencers can significantly influence consumers' purchase intention. Authenticity and personal engagement are key aspects of influencer marketing. Combining traditional and influencer marketing can create a responsive strategy for young audiences. Influencer marketing and traditional marketing significantly impact consumer interest and advertising effectiveness. The marketing mix increases trust and confidence, which leads to increased purchase decisions. Understanding the influence of influencers can help companies develop effective strategies, allocate resources wisely and increase profits.

Technological developments in Indonesia have an influence on current developments, especially fast food restaurants which are currently a trend among consumers, including McDonald's. With the trend of fast food such as McDonald's, many competitors have emerged with similar companies. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing McDoanald's marketing strategy using a SWOT analysis consisting of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. The method in this research is a case study using SWOT analysis. The data used in this research is secondary data. On the other hand, qualitative research is a type of research that uses techniques to extract information using data sets that are larger than one point of view, such as journals, articles, and so on. This type of qualitative research is carried out by collecting clear data to analyze information related to ongoing research. The research results show that McDonald's has strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in its marketing activities. The results of the analysis show that McDonald's must use a strategy to increase the effectiveness of promotions through advertising, media and existing websites as well as adding sponsorship and collaboration with other top artists.

This study aims to determine the Business Competition in the Novel Gadis Kretek by Ratih Kumala. The novel was published in 2012. The data collection techniques used are reading techniques and analyzing techniques. The method used in this research is qualitative method and descriptive analysis method. The source of data used in this research is the literary work of the novel Gadis Kretek by Ratih Kumala. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there are factors that affect business competition in the Gadis Kretek Novel, namely industry competition, bargaining power of buyers, and the threat of substitute products.
