Dinamika Akuntansi Keuangan dan Perbankan 2021 Faculty of Economic and Business Universitas STIKUBANK

This study aims to determine the relathionship between Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Investment (ROI), Return On Equity (ROE),  Earning Per Share (EPS), and Dividend Per Share (DPS)  to Stock Price. Population in this reseach is large tranding sub-sector food and bevarages on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during 2015 until 2018 period. Technique of sampling in this reseach using purposive sampling with a total sample based on criteria is 44. The results of the study indicate that partially Net Profit Margin (NPM) has positive affect the stock price, Return On Investment (ROI) has significant negative affect the stock price, Return On Equity (ROE) has positive affect the stock price, Earning Per Share (EPS) has significant negative affect the stock price, and Dividend Per Share (DPS)  has positive affect the stock price.  Keywords: stock price, net profit margin),  return on investment, return on equity, earning per share, and dividend  per share

Covid-19 memberikan dampak yang cukup luas terhadap kegiatan yang dilakukan masyarakat, salah satunya adalah dampak dalam kegiatan perekonomian dalam lembaga keuangan perbankan baik dalam bank konvensional maupum bank syariah. Kegiatan perekonomian adalah segala aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh manusia dalam upaya pemenuhan kebutuhan hidupnya. Definisi kegiatan ekonomi dapat juga diartikan sebagai upaya yang dilakukan manusia untuk mencapai suatu tingkatan kesejahteraan atau kemakmuran dalam hidup. Dalam karya ilmiah ini penulis akan memaparkan bagaimana dampak yang disebabkan oleh virus corona terhadap lembaga keuangan bank syariah.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Karena informasi yang diperoleh dari berita berita terbaru dan sumber-sumber terpercaya, mengenai bagaimana pengaruh/dampak yang diakibatkan oleh covid-19 (corona virus). Penulis menggunakan teknik pengamatan berupa observasi terhadap berita berita yang berkaitan dengan virus covid-19 (corona).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dampak dari pandemi covid-19 terhadap sektor ekonomi, adalah 1) Pertumbuhan ekonomi indonesia bisa minus 0,4. 2) Penurunan dalam sektor ekspor dan impor. 3) Sektor UMKM 4) Nilai tukar Rupiah anjlok terhadap Dolar AS. Selain itu juga terdapat Dampak covid-19 terhadap sektor Bank Syariah: 1) Penyaluran kredit (pembiayaan). 2) Penurunan kualitas asset. 3) Pengetatan margin bunga

Bank BJB Syariah Karawang provides Loans and KPR. Loans and mortgages are Bank products in which the Bank provides a sum of money to lend to customers, with interest giving, but only a small proportion of them know the interest calculations or called Sharia-Buying when taking credit, whether it is a home loan or vehicle. The methodologi that the authors use in the writing of this thesis include the method of identification and system design. System identification includes organization identification, system running, and problem identification. While the design of the system includes design input output, DFD, ERD, data dictionary and database. Implementation activities in this company has been running well and also has been using computer-based systems, but the technology used is still a technology of the past. In doing the calculation of home loans based on sharia has also been using a computer system. As the authors observe, there are still problems that occur such as recording the margin calculation of each customer that takes a long time, so that will result in errors in the calculation of bank margin that has been established Based on the above matters, the authors argue that to overcome these problems, it is necessary to design and implement an integrated system among related functions in a system using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 and its database Microsoft SQL Server 2005. With the implementation of the system it is expected that the input process and calculation of margin bank syaiah needed for the future can run smoothly and on time.

The research goals to obtain information and empirical evidence of the influence of intellectual capital on net profit margin, return on invested capital, and return on capital employed. This research was a quantitative research. This research used secondary data which is company financial reports in 2018-2019 taken from Indonesia Stock Exchange. Population of this research was Consumer Non-cyclicals companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange 2018-2019. Sample were 43 companies which taken using purposive sampling method based on several criteria. Data analysis was processed using SPSS 23. Data analysis technique used simple linear regression. The results pointed out that intellectual capital had significant positive influence on  net profit margin, return on invested capital, and return on capital employed.

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis adanya Manajemen Kasitif dan signifikan Kualitas Pelayanan service excelent terhadap kinerja Perusahaan PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Restu Klepu Makmur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan bersama-sama ada Manajemen Kasitif Makmur, sudah sesuai dengan misi yaitu mengetahui Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) khususnya dalam pelayanan ditujukan untuk memasarkan produkproduk, dan memberikan pelayanan prima kepada nasabah. Dalam menjalankan budaya kerja yang meliputi pelayanan prima, inovasi, keteladanan, professionalisme, Integritas, dan kerjasama sudah sesuai dengan SOP dan budaya kerja yang diterapkan dan diharapkan di BPR Restu Klepu Makmur. Para karyawan dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada nasabah juga sudah memperhatikan dan menerapkan strategi 5s, yaitu senyum, salam, sapa, sopan, dan santun. Kemudian saat melayani juga selalu memberikan edukasi produk, pelayanan, perhitungan margin, bagi hasil sampai manfaat perbankan. Penulis menyimpulkan bahwa manajemen pelayanan prima (service excellence) di BPR Restu Klepu Makmur, 80% sesuai dengan SOP yang ada.
