Kalirungkut Village is an area located in Rungkut District, Surabaya City. The village has a variety of potentials that can be developed, especially the MSMEs sector as a leading potential. Based on village apparatus data, there are more than 50 MSMEs operating in the area. However, many Kalirungkut MSMEs are not well coordinated because there is no community as a forum. This has an effect on economic conditions, both for the MSMEs actors themselves and for the Kalirungkut Village. Thus, the purpose of the community service activity is to create a forum in the form of the Kalirungkut MSMEs Association which functions as a means to gather, foster, manage, and coordinate all MSMEs actors in the local village. The service method used is Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) which consists of three stages, namely selecting the association chairman, developing the association's management structure, as well as inaugurating and developing the association's operations. The results obtained from the service activities were the formation of the Kalirungkut MSMEs Association chaired by Ismudji Rahayuningsih and accompanied by four other administrators.

A hospital is an institution or health service organization with broad and comprehensive functions, dense in expertise and capital intensive. Hospitals carry out broad functions so they must have resources, both capital and experienced and professional humans. Nursing service is part of the health service system in hospitals which has the function of maintaining the quality of service, which is often used as a barometer by the community, in assessing the quality of hospitals, thus demanding the professionalism of nurses in their work as shown by the results of the performance of nurses, both implementing and nursing nurses. management in providing nursing care to clients. Information and Communication Technology / IC is very important in the era of globalization. At this time, electronic government (e-gov) has begun to develop as an implementation of the use of information and communication technology in regional and provincial governments. One of the E-gov applications in government organizations is the local or provincial government website. Like the Jambi Province Culture and Tourism Office which uses the government's website as the simplest tool for viewing e-Government, the content is still in the form of general information needed by the public as information seekers. The problem is how to manage the web-based Government-to-Citizen (G2C) e-Gov model at the Jambi Province Culture and Tourism Office. Gov at the Jambi Province Culture and Tourism Office. To answer this problem is to use the management function of G.R. terry. This study used an exploratory qualitative research design. The results of the study show that the G2C web-based e-Gov management model at the Jambi Province Culture and Tourism Office is in the second stage, namely maturation. This condition can be seen from the planning, organizing, implementing and controlling in culture and the Jambi Provincial Tourism Office. Obstacles in the management of e-Gov based on the G2C web model at the Jambi Province Culture and Tourism Office seen from the process of planning, organizing, implementing, controlling have not been optimal as a whole. Inadequate human resources, lack of outreach to the community, sectoral ego in several local government agencies, and lack of budget from local government. There have been several improvements and change management in several aspects of planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling. Increasing outreach to the community, having good budget planning, and increasing the ability of employees are suggestions for improvement.

Human resource management (HRM) is an important component in any organization or business. The effectiveness of HR management will have an impact on  the company's performance and output. In an Islamic perspective, effective HR management should be built on ideas that uphold Islamic ideals. Allah Almighty has given responsibility to man to manage human resources as effectively as possible. This is related to the idea of trust, which states that everyone is responsible for the property that Allah Almighty has entrusted to him. Man is assigned to use human resources as efficiently as possible by Allah SWT. This relates to the concept of amanah, which states that each individual is responsible for the material possessions that Allah Almighty has given them. Therefore, it is very important to apply justice and kindness in managing human resources. The list of books and articles in this review does not provide a comprehensive picture. Although these restrictions are sufficiently mitigated by the selection of different authors and publications, the results may be improved by a more thorough study. In many types of conflict, including war, religion has been shown to be a motivating factor in demonstrating human commitment and devotion. Knowing how religion functions in business can help develop the potential of HRM. A brief review of Islam's place in business, particularly in HRM, has the potential to have a significant impact.  

The Financial Services Authority (OJK) as a regulator of the money management sector, especially the financial sector, must adequately equip its capabilities to properly implement and support financial management sector activities. economic growth. OJK has a position in managing Islamic banks. The description of Islamic commercial banks is very important because they are only marginal in accelerating the development of the financial economy, especially micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The Financial Authority carries out the functions, duties, authority to regulate and control activities in the financial sector in an integrated, independent and responsible manner, particularly in the world of banking. The problems of this research are: First, how independent is the Financial Services Authority in regulating and supervising banks? Second, what is the role of the Financial Services Authority in regulating and supervising banks? Third, what is the role of the Financial Services Authority in consumer protection and consumer investigations? The type of research method is normative law and the type of research is descriptive. In conclusion: First, other parties do not interfere with the independence of OJK in its regulation and are found to be inseparable from government interference. Such deals can lead to government intervention. Second, the role of OJK in regulating and supervising banks related to the regulation and supervision of micro stability is very broad. Third, OJK's role in consumer protection is to inform and educate the public about the good quality of the financial sector, its services and products. Stop if it can harm consumers. It is recommended: First, in addition to regulating the independence of the OJK, there must also be freedom from state intervention, so that the government cannot intervene. Second, that the OJK really places the interests of the national economy and not the interests of entrepreneurs as the center of its regulatory task. Third, clarify the provisions that make it easier for the OJK to handle consumer complaints, so that there is no prejudice as if the OJK is providing financial support to consumers.  

Libraries play an important role in determining how the academic climate in schools is formed. To maximize scientific activities, the library is organized as a hierarchical system with many purposes and functions. The main reason why the goals and functions of libraries cannot be implemented effectively is because most of the school libraries in Indonesia currently do not meet the demands, both in terms of convenience and selection of library materials. Therefore, steps must be taken to restore proper library operations. The impact of better library services on the reading interest of SMP Kartini Taman students was one of the topics raised. This project is just one of many that Kampus Merdeka is undertaking as part of the Teaching Campus initiative. The service period in 2023 lasts from February 20 to June 16. Through the implementation of school library management reform initiatives, this program seeks to restore the function of the school library in accordance with its vision and mission. Collecting data in this service is carried out using a qualitative descriptive methodology which includes interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Based on the initiatives made and the findings, the children's enthusiasm for reading in class increased. Thus, efforts to improve library services are ensured to be successful and right on target.
