This community service program aims to transform the management of tempeh MSMEs in the Sanan area through the integration of management strengthening, business digitalization, and legality based on the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. The activities were carried out by combining the ABCD and Participatory Action Research (PAR) approaches through the stages of discovery, dream, design, and destiny, involving the active participation of business actors in every process. This approach emphasizes the utilization of local potential and community assets, enabling MSME actors to develop their businesses independently and sustainably. The results of the program indicate that the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and cross-training programs improved the consistency of production processes, work efficiency, and workforce flexibility in responding to changing production demands. In addition, the use of social media and business location tagging on digital platforms contributed positively to expanding market access and increasing product visibility. Assistance in copyright registration also strengthened the legality and protection of MSME products. Overall, this activity significantly enhanced the adaptive capacity of MSMEs in facing market dynamics and encouraged more structured, competitive, innovative, and sustainable business management.

This community engagement program aims to strengthen the halal value chain of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Hagu Selatan Village, Banda Sakti District, Lhokseumawe City through knowledge transfer based on the Indonesian halal value chain model. MSMEs play a vital role in regional economic development, yet many still face challenges in understanding halal–thayyiban principles, fulfilling certification requirements, managing production processes, and accessing Islamic financing. Limited adoption of digitalization also reduces their competitiveness in the rapidly growing halal industry. The program applies a participatory approach by involving universities, village authorities, and MSMEs. Key activities include needs assessment, training on halal value chain concepts, technical assistance for halal certification documents, workshops on digital business practices, and business clinics on Islamic financing. A Halal Value Chain Learning Circle is also established to support continuous collaboration and knowledge sharing. The program is expected to enhance MSME capacity, improve product quality, expand market access, and contribute to a sustainable halal ecosystem in Aceh.

The social transformation that has occurred in the digital era has encouraged Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to adapt to developments in information technology to increase competitiveness and expand market reach. One form of this adaptation is the use of e-commerce platforms as a means of marketing and managing their businesses online. This community service activity aims to empower the Kartika Taro Chips MSME through the introduction and implementation of an e-commerce platform based on Odoo.com, an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This activity was carried out by students of the Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Computer Science, Victory University Sorong, with the assistance of lecturers from the Information Systems and Sociology fields. The training method includes several stages, namely: the stage of material preparation and analysis of participant needs, the implementation of a workshop that includes the installation and configuration of Odoo.com, and the post-training mentoring stage to ensure the sustainability and independence of participants in managing their online stores. The results of the training showed that participants were not only able to build and manage online stores independently, but also understood the basic concepts of ERP systems and experienced a significant increase in digital literacy. From a sociological perspective, this activity reflects a technology-driven social transformation process, where MSMEs are actively expanding their social networks through digital spaces and increasing their involvement in the digital economy. This demonstrates that integrating technological and social approaches can be a relevant MSME empowerment model in local contexts. Overall, this training has had a positive impact on strengthening MSMEs' digital capacity and opening up new opportunities for sustainable business development in the era of digital transformation.

MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) play a significant role in supporting economic development and improving community welfare, especially in rural areas like Saringembat Village, Tuban Regency. This community service aims to empower local MSMEs through skill training, enhancing market access, and utilizing simple technologies to help them grow their businesses. The activities involve direct assistance to MSME actors in the fields of crafts, culinary arts, and local agriculture. The outcomes of these activities demonstrate increased income, business growth, and active community participation in strengthening the local economy. Digitalization, including marketing and business management processes, has also been initiated to help MSMEs become more competitive in the current era. Improving community welfare through this development is expected to contribute directly to sustainable development in Saringembat Village.

Digital branding is the process of building and framing a business brand online, especially using social media such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and many more. By getting to know customers more closely, communication becomes easier than before, this is one of the keys to success for all businesses. The objectives of this service activity include knowing how to use social media in online-based business marketing and knowing how to apply social media as an online marketing medium in the era of globalization. The method used is assistance to business actors regarding the importance of applying social media as a means of promoting products among the public. The results of this mentoring activity support that business digitalization can increase the role of digital branding, through the use of social media access so that it can facilitate the reach of target markets in business development and also as a way to help increase revenue at Berdikari Kopi, and can compete globally, and contribute to the opening of jobs for the surrounding community.

Knowledge of finance plays a very important role in the sustainability of a business, from the main aspects of business finance and management knowledge are always the main foundation. As times progress, especially in the era of digitalization, it is very unfortunate when business people pay less attention to financial aspects and optimizing business management. Financial management can be carried out when the Human Resources in the business have the competence to adapt to current developments in the 4.o industry. Moved from a living environment where business actors have very little education regarding finances and how to manage a business so that it can grow and adapt to digital developments as well as the lack of education and training provided for business actors, especially micro businesses, in this community service activity We aim to provide assistance and consultation to business actors in Bumi Citra Lestari Housing which is expected to start from one business actor and expand to other business actors. This service activity is designed to focus more on providing business assistance starting from business management to finance, so as to provide maximum results with the competence of the human resources they have, especially for business actors who have high competitiveness in this era of digitalization so that in the future they can optimize all business activities in order to improve profits and sales as well so that the business can survive for a long time and continue to grow.

Implementing Community Service (PKM) activities is very important because it will provide an introduction and knowledge about entrepreneurship. Empowerment and development of local potential through digitalization has become the main focus in Medokan Semampir RW 03. This research aims to explain the method of activities carried out in solving problems related to the development of MSMEs in the region. Through this activity method, it is hoped that empowerment and development of local potential can be achieved by improving the problems faced by MSME actors. Steps such as consultation with local authorities, direct approaches to MSME players, as well as providing education and assistance in the form of banners and stickers are expected to help improve marketing and branding of their products. Apart from that, by creating new business ideas such as making grass jelly iced milk, it is hoped that it can encourage innovation and creativity in local businesses. In the process, follow-up and monitoring of MSME actors as well as evaluation of work program results are carried out to ensure the success of implementing solutions and evaluating their effectiveness. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide benefits in improving the economy and strengthening local potential in Medokan Semampir RW 03. By utilizing digitalization and community empowerment holistically, it is hoped that it can create a conducive environment for the development of MSMEs and improve the quality of life of local communities.

The development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the current digital era requires product branding through social media. Strengthening MSMEs product branding by providing business assistance through the Business Work Lecture (KKU) program conducted by YPPI Rembang University. In this case, the MSMEs assisted is MSMEs Anis Tempe which is located in Meteseh Kaliori Village, Rembang Regency, Central Java. The problems experienced by MSMEs Anis Tempe are at the marketing (branding) stage, lack of ability in digitalization, not having a business license and not having a business logo. The solution to this problem is to carry out a community service program with development and assistance in strengthening product branding through social media as a marketing strategy and expansion, as well as creating attractive logos and product labels. The results of this service activity are creating attractive logos and product labels, having a social media account, including the location of MSMEs on Google Maps, and having a business license continue their business. Human Resources (HR) competency is one of the main factors that must be possessed by MSME business actors. Managing human resources is a skill that must be possessed by business actors. Apart from that, in facing business challenges in the digital era, MSMEs need to adapt to technological developments so as not to be left behind. Therefore, this community service activity aims to provide knowledge about HR competencies in the era of digitalization to business actors in Bekasi Regency, especially North Cikarang. The method used in this community service activity is in the form of counseling and assistance to strengthen employee competency in this era of digitalization, especially the development of digital marketing so that in the future micro businesses have the potential to increase the profitability of their businesses. Human resource management in micro businesses has a specific goal, namely that participants in community service activities are expected to be able to adapt to current developments so that they can maintain the existence of their business and increase their business productivity. Implementation is carried out by providing materials, lectures, discussions/questions and answers and practice with business actors.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) which are active in the world of handicrafts in the Sentul Village area are one of the community service partners. Through changes in the 4.0 revolution which is accompanied by changes in digitalization through the development of technology and information. Adaptation of changes to MSMEs is also needed in the modernization of digitalization by implementing various innovations. The existence of innovation from various technologies and information is what helps MSMEs to keep moving in increasing consumers, namely with digital marketing. The method used in community service activities in the Sentul sub-district is a qualitative approach as well as the socialization and implementation of MSMEs assistance. The results of this activity are services in creating business accounts on digital media such as Instagram, Tiktok, shopee accounts, with optimal management of digital media, as well as making product photos.

Narasumber Teknologi Indonesia is a company that focuses on cooperative computerized accounting training, technical guidance for the implementation of technology for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), national cooperative software training, sharia supervisory board for cooperatives, computerized management training for cooperatives and SMEs, as well as the digitalization of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Additionally, PT. Narasumber Teknologi Indonesia serves as a platform for the younger generation to develop their potential as agents of business digitization through the final project of the program activities. This involves providing training and mentoring to local MSMEs as an effort to digitize their businesses and help solve the problems that hinder or constrain the development of local MSMEs. This research provides insights for local business practitioners to implement digitization in their businesses in order to achieve sustainable growth and success for MSMEs in the ever-evolving digital era. The implementation of training and mentoring for local MSMEs is expected to help them Go Digital, improving efficiency and productivity, enhancing product quality and services, and increasing market access for local MSMEs.
