Generators are one of the important auxiliary aircraft needed on ships for power generation. During the operation of a diesel generator, continuous rotation occurs resulting in friction and erosion of the moving parts. The supporting factor for the smooth running of a diesel engine is a lubrication system that is supported by good lubricating oil quality, besides that it also needs to be supported by an adequate and good cooling system. The use of lubricants is one of the most important factors to ensure the performance of diesel engines. The lubricant is in charge of maintaining the condition of the engine so that it remains stable. This study aims to analyze the effect of using lubricating oil beyond the operating hours limit on engine heat. Furthermore, it also discusses steps to ensure diesel engine temperatures remain normal. This research was carried out during the practice of sailing on a ship for approximately one year. This study uses a descriptive quantitative research method. The primary data obtained directly utilizes observation methods, and documentation. Secondary data was obtained from existing articles and journals. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The results of this study show that the working hours of lubricating oil use have a significant influence on the increase in the temperature of diesel generator engines as evidenced by hypothesis tests on two engine units, namely AE1 and AE2. In the AE1 unit, a t-value of 18.467 with a significance of 0.000 was obtained, while in AE2 the t-value was 14.289 with a significance of 0.000. The significance value in both units is less than 0.05 so it can be concluded that the working hours of lubricated oil have a significant influence on the temperature of the genarato diesel engine on the ship.

The Pertamina Gresik (PUG) Lubricant Production Unit is located on Jl. Harun Tohir et al. Pulo Pancikan. Gresik, East Java 61113. Pertamina Lubricants Gresik has a role in collecting information, data and documentation needed in this design. This role aims to provide information to stakeholders regarding the production flow and products produced by Pertamina Gresik lubricants. This marketing is also a strategic medium in improving the company's image. Research methods include presentation content analysis, surveys, discussions and interviews with Pertamina Gresik lubricant practitioners. The design results show that an effective company profile presentation can be an attractive promotional medium for the audience. Animated isometric visual elements which can ultimately become an interactive company profile presentation that has a positive impact on customer understanding and memory.

Management and characteristics of B3 waste at PT Ketenagalistrikan based on the potential hazards produced have been carried out by grouping and storing B3 waste based on physical, chemical and based on potential hazards with the aim of security and safety in the Temporary Storage Warehouse for B3 Waste. PT. Ketenagalistrikan has implemented a comprehensive Hazardous and Toxic Materials (B3) waste management system based on Government Regulation No. 22 of 2021 and Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry No. 6 of 2021. Power plant operational activities produce various types of B3 waste such as used oil, used batteries, and other contaminated materials. B3 waste management is carried out through the stages of identification, sorting, containerization, labeling, temporary storage at licensed B3 TPS, as well as transportation and processing by licensed third parties. A quarterly recording and reporting system to environmental agencies is also carried out routinely. This program has succeeded in reducing the risk of environmental pollution and increasing the company's compliance with applicable B3 waste management regulations. Occupational Safety and Health (K3) at PT. Electricity, especially in the handling and storage of Hazardous and Toxic Materials (B3) waste, also plays an important role in avoiding unwanted things. B3 waste generated from PT. Ketenagalistrikan office operations such as used lubricants, batteries, used TL lamps, printer cartridges, and other electronic equipment require special handling in accordance with Government Regulation No. 22 of 2021. Compliance with K3 standards in the storage of B3 waste is an effort to minimize the risk of environmental pollution and potential health problems for workers. The implementation of K3 in the storage of B3 waste in PT. Ketenagalistrikan offices not only fulfills regulatory obligations but also supports the company's commitment to environmental sustainability in accordance with ISO 14001:2015, as well as ensuring the safety and health of its workers.

The development of the automotive world to date has grown rapidly, especially two-wheeled vehicles. Large temperature changes in lubricating oil viscosity, even if the value is too low, will reduce the lubrication of engine parts, increase friction between metals, and cause engine parts to heat up quickly. Efforts to control and overcome excessive engine heat can replace mineral-based lubricating oils with environmentally friendly and biodegradable lubricating oils. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of using a mixture of cooking oil and surfactants C64H124O26 and C42H80NO8P as engine lubricants on the power and temperature produced by motorized vehicles. The independent variables of this research are RPM variation and mixture of pure cooking oil with lecithin and polysorbate surfactant (2.5%, 5%, 7.5%). The dependent variables are engine temperature and power. The control variables of this research are testing at room temperature, 4 stroke 125CC matic vehicle, and Raw Material using Palm cooking oil. The test method uses an infrared thermo gun for temperature and Dyno test for the highest power test on the type of Cooking Oil + Polyosrbate 7.5% with an average overall power of 5.872, then for the lowest temperature on the type of Cooking Oil + Polysorbate 2.5% with an average value of 86.2ºC.

In the reform era the world development changes very rapidly, free trade is wide open and businesses similar to PT. Pertamina also started a lot. PT. Pertamina began to use several marketing strategies, including through marketing personnel and occasional advertisements in print media. Based on the marketing strategy used, it turns out that it has not yet achieved satisfactory results. This condition is supported by information for consumers to get to know PT. Pertamina more broadly. Based on data and facts obtained from PT. Pertamina Semarang sales of fuel and lubricants have not been satisfactory and are still as stable as the previous years. This condition causes PT. Pertamina Semarang intends to increase sales of fuel and lubricants more widely. Another obstacle is the problem of selling fuel and lubricants at PT. Pertamina Semarang is a service to facilitate the purchase of fuel and lubricants for consumers who have locations outside the city are still lacking. So far, services for consumers who are outside the city only by telephone or fax machine.
