This study useid a quantitativei meithod with deiscriptivei analysis and simplei lineiar reigreission. Thei data weirei obtaineid through queistionnaireis distributeid to reispondeints involveid in clinkeir loading activitieis. Thei reisults showeid that trucking peirformancei was in thei good cateigory, with aveiragei indicator scoreis ranging from 3.7 to 3.9. Thei higheist indicator was opeirational coordination and communication at 3.9, whilei thei loweist indicator was loading punctuality at 3.7. Thei reisults of thei simplei lineiar reigreission showeid thei eiquation Y = 249.374 + 34.930X, which meians that trucking peirformancei has a positivei eiffeict on thei clinkeir loading proceiss. This study examines the role of the General Affairs (GA) Division in ensuring the effectiveness of administrative processes and facility management at PT. Panorama Indah Permai (Saloka Theme Park). The research was conducted during an internship program from September to December 2025, during which the researcher was directly involved in daily operational activities. Using a descriptive qualitative method, data were obtained through direct observation, administrative document analysis, and informal interviews with GA personnel. The results show that the GA Division functions as a critical support unit responsible for logistics management, documentation control, meeting room preparation, and operational vehicle administration. Several challenges were identified, including inconsistencies in documentation, high workload during peak operations, and limited digital integration. Despite these challenges, the GA Division plays a central role in coordinating with other departments to maintain workflow continuity. This study reinforces the relevance of operations management, office administration, facility management, and organizational communication theories in practical workplace settings. The findings imply that improving digital administrative systems, enhancing coordination mechanisms, and standardizing procedures could significantly strengthen GA performance and overall organizational efficiency.

Aceh Tamiang Regency is an area with a high risk of annual flooding. This emergency condition often triggers a surge in environment-related diseases such as skin diseases, respiratory infections, and diarrhea. The success of managing health crises heavily depends on pharmaceutical logistics management, especially the availability of essential medicines and ease of access for refugees at evacuation points. This study aims to analyze the extent of medicine availability at community health centers and health posts, as well as to evaluate the barriers to medicine accessibility for flood victims in Aceh Tamiang Regency. This study uses a qualitative/quantitative descriptive method (choose one) with a case study approach. Primary data were collected through in-depth interviews with pharmaceutical logistics officers and surveys of flood survivors. Secondary data were obtained from the drug stock reports of the Aceh Tamiang District Health Office. Analysis was conducted on variables such as drug types, stock amounts (Buffer Stock), and distribution channels during the emergency response period. The results of the study indicate that the availability of drugs in the initial disaster phase tends to be (state the prediction, e.g., sufficient/limited). However, accessibility is often hindered by damaged road infrastructure and uneven distribution to remote posts. There is an urgent need to strengthen the logistics early warning system so that the types of medicines available match the disease patterns that emerge after floods. Although medicine stocks are generally available in central pharmacy warehouses, geographical constraints and distribution coordination are the main factors hindering accessibility. It is recommended that local governments map out alternative distribution routes and provide disaster-specific buffer stock of medicines at the sub-district level.

Minang Rua Beach in South Lampung possesses significant tourism potential that has not been optimally utilized, primarily due to the lack of creative promotional events and limited community skills in event management. This community service aimed to enhance the capacity of the local Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) and youth in designing, managing, and promoting tourism events effectively. The method employed was a participatory training approach that included lectures, discussions, and hands-on practice covering creative event design, logistics management, budgeting (RAB), and digital promotion strategies. The training activities were met with high enthusiasm and active participation from the community members. The participants gained new, practical knowledge and skills in event planning and promotion, as demonstrated by their active engagement during interactive sessions and simulations. The improved capacity of the local community is expected to foster the independent and sustainable organization of creative events, thereby enhancing the destination's attractiveness and increasing tourist visits. This research seeks to examine the innovative governance of police logistics to enhance the operational service efficiency at the Logistics Bureau of East Java Regional Police. The research context arises from the need to reform police logistics management to meet technological innovations and demands for public accountability. This research utilized a qualitative method featuring a case study approach, incorporating extensive interviews with logistics officers, operational personnel, and third-party providers, along with firsthand observations of digital logistics management systems. The results indicate that the adoption of the Integrated Logistic Management System (ILMS) and barcode tracking has improved transparency, distribution speed, and efficiency in operational budgets. Nonetheless, difficulties persist in human resource capability and interdepartmental collaboration. The dialogue suggests that these advancements correspond with adaptive governance theory, stressing bureaucratic adaptability in response to organizational shifts, and public service motivation, which underscores the importance of motivation and professionalism in enhancing the quality of public services. The research finds that digital innovation and performance-oriented assessment enhance the efficiency of police operational services. It suggests enhancing human resource capabilities, performance assessment systems, and collaboration among units to attain transparent, effective, and sustainable logistics management.

This research seeks to evaluate how asset and logistics management innovation enhances operational efficiency in the Household Division of the East Java Provincial Secretariat. The study focuses on the bureaucratic reform initiative aimed at attaining transparent, accountable, and effective asset management via digital transformation. The emphasis lies on how digital inventory systems, purchasing methods, and asset allocation aid in minimizing budget waste and improving efficiency. This research utilized a qualitative descriptive strategy through a case study technique. Data were gathered via extensive interviews, direct observation, and analysis of internal documents, subsequently undergoing data reduction and triangulation to confirm validity. The results indicate that the adoption of the e-inventory system has enhanced administrative efficiency by as much as 30%, but issues persist with data integration and employee digital skills. Additionally, the lack of a real-time public monitoring system restricts transparency in logistics management. The research advises enhancing employee training, creating cohesive SOPs, and adopting technology-driven assessment systems. These actions are anticipated to promote effective, efficient, and sustainable asset management in the East Java Provincial Secretariat.

This study addresses the issue of unit delays in providing goods receipt notes and routine distribution of supplies to the general logistics department, which impacts the inefficiency of the non-medical logistics management process at Ibnu Sina General Hospital, Bukittinggi. Untimely logistics management can hamper the availability of goods, disrupt the smoothness of services, and increase the risk of stock outs. The purpose of this study is to obtain a comprehensive overview of non-medical logistics management at the hospital, particularly in the aspects of planning, procurement, and control. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with in-depth interviews with five informants. The research informants include Mrs. D as triangulation, Mr. Y and Mr. B as general logistics staff, and Mrs. D and Mrs. S as unit staff. Data were analyzed to identify patterns and obstacles that occur in the non-medical logistics management process. The results show that the entire non-medical logistics management process at Ibnu Sina General Hospital, Bukittinggi is guided by requests from the unit. Logistics planning is carried out based on the receipt notes submitted by the unit, procurement can only be carried out after the receipt notes are received, and stock control is carried out by summarizing requests in the stock card. Although the procedures complied with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) established by the hospital director, obstacles were identified, including delays in unit submissions and weak stock control at the unit level. This situation has the potential to lead to management inefficiencies and stockouts. The conclusion of this study confirms that the non-medical logistics management system at Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital, Bukittinggi, complies with SOPs. However, improvements in timeliness in submitting orders and strengthening stock control within the units are needed to optimize logistics management efficiency.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the backbone of Indonesia's economy with a contribution of around 60% to the Gross Domestic Product and the absorption of more than 90% of the national workforce. In the culinary sector, MSMEs face various challenges, especially in terms of limited access to technology, efficient logistics management, and the implementation of hygiene practices that meet standards. This community service activity aims to empower culinary MSMEs through a structured and comprehensive approach that includes technology training, managerial capacity building, and the implementation of food safety standards. The method of implementing activities consists of three main stages: (1) preparation and planning, (2) implementation of training and mentoring, and (3) evaluation and follow-up. The training is focused on the use of digital technology for business operations, financial and logistics management, and hygiene practices in food production. Mentoring is carried out intensively to ensure that knowledge and skills transfer is effective. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in the understanding and skills of culinary MSME actors. Partners are able to adopt simple technology to support business operations, improve management systems, and implement better hygiene practices. In addition, this activity succeeded in building a collaborative network between MSMEs, academics, local governments, and the private sector, which strengthened the local business ecosystem. However, challenges in the form of limited financial resources and the need for ongoing assistance are still major concerns. Overall, this program makes a real contribution to increasing the competitiveness of culinary MSMEs, encouraging local economic growth, and supporting the development of an inclusive and sustainable business ecosystem based on community empowerment.

Introduction the management of expired drugs is an important part of the hospital's pharmaceutical logistics system to ensure the safety of patients, staff, and to protect the environment. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the implementation of procedures for returning expired drugs to the manufacturer or pharmaceutical company, as well as to examine the expired drug disposal system, particularly the methods of direct disposal to the Final Disposal Site (TPA) and open burning at RSUD Mohammad Natsir Solok. However, the implementation in the field has not been entirely effective. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The approach involved several informants who were directly involved in pharmaceutical logistics management in order to obtain in-depth and relevant data. The results of the study show that the hospital has not carried out expired drug destruction using the methods of direct disposal to the TPA or open burning. No clear information or official documentation was found regarding the use of these two methods. Informants stated that even if such methods were used, they occurred in the past and were not formally documented. The conclusion of this study is that open burning and direct disposal to the TPA have not become part of the expired drug management system at RSUD Mohammad Natsir Solok. The use of office stationery (ATK) plays a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of administrative activities within government agencies, particularly within the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP). As an agency responsible for supervising and evaluating state financial management, the availability of adequate and timely ATK is a crucial supporting factor in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of BPKP. Unavailability of ATK can hamper administrative processes, while excess stock can lead to budget waste and inefficiency in logistics management. This study aims to implement an inventory control system for ATK use at BPKP using the Min-Max Stock method. This method is used to determine the ideal minimum and maximum limits for ATK inventory, with the aim of minimizing overstock and stockouts. With this approach, agencies can manage ATK procurement more efficiently based on actual needs and existing usage patterns. The results of the study indicate that the application of the Min-Max Stock method provides significant results in inventory management. For the type of ATK in the form of F4 size HVS paper, the minimum and maximum values are set at 12 reams. Meanwhile, for A4-sized HVS paper, the minimum quantity is 72 reams and the maximum is 98 reams. For other types of stationery, such as printer ink, the minimum and maximum quantities are set at 74 and 92 bottles, respectively. For BPKP logo folders, the recommended minimum is 240 sheets and the maximum is 325 sheets. By implementing this method, BPKP can optimally manage stationery inventory, thereby minimizing the risk of stockouts that could disrupt operations and preventing inefficient stockpiling. This approach contributes to more orderly, transparent, and cost-effective logistics governance within the government.

The implementation of this community service involves one MSME, namely 'Mask and Furniture Wholesale Shop'. Located in Jayamukti Village, Central Cikarang District, Bekasi Regency or about 4.0 km from Pelita Bangsa University. MSMEs wholesale masks and furniture play a strategic role in meeting community needs, especially during the pandemic and changes in people's lifestyles that lead to online shopping. This service aims to examine the effect of training and e-commerce utilization in improving the competitiveness and operational efficiency of wholesale stores in this sector. Through training that focuses on the use of e-commerce platforms and internet-based marketing strategies, it is hoped that this training can evaluate the impact of digital transformation on the business growth of mask and furniture wholesale stores. The method used is a qualitative method, namely through a case study approach and in-depth interviews with MSME players, with the aim of analyzing the effectiveness of training that focuses on the use of ecommerce platforms and online marketing strategies. The results of the service showed that ecommerce training improved the ability of MSMEs to access a wider market, optimize business management, and increase sales. In addition, MSME players also face challenges such as technology adaptation and logistics management. This study provides recommendations on the importance of continuous training, technological infrastructure support, and collaboration between the government and e-commerce platforms to maximize the potential of wholesale MSMEs in the digital era..  .

The function of artificial intelligence (AI) in creating a positive consumer experience on the Shopee e-commerce platform is covered in this study. Nowadays, artificial intelligence (AI) plays a significant role in the e-commerce sector, allowing businesses to offer more individualized, quick, and safe services. This study examines how Shopee customer satisfaction and loyalty are impacted by the use of AI technologies, including chatbots, tailored product suggestions, fraud detection, and inventory management. This study found that AI plays a significant role in making shopping more responsive and convenient by analyzing data on the use of chatbot services, the efficacy of personalized recommendations, the accuracy of predicting customer needs, transaction security, and the efficiency of logistics management. According to the study's findings, implementing AI technology reduced service response times by up to 20% and increased customer satisfaction by 15%. In addition to enhancing service quality, the use of AI increases Shopee customer loyalty. These results demonstrate how AI in e-commerce holds enormous promise for fostering startup expansion and enhancing client connections.

This research explores the impact of using the application on Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the city of Semarang in the context of digitalization and the implementation of Artificial Intelligence. (AI). Research data were obtained from a survey of 100 MSME actors and in-depth interviews. The analysis method used is qualitative descriptive. The research results indicate that the application can potentially enhance MSMEs' operational and marketing efficiency through a digital system. However, it still faces the challenge of low digital literacy among MSME actors. The discussion shows that this innovation can improve the competitiveness of business actors in the digital era, especially in understanding consumer behavior and logistics management. The research conclusion emphasizes that implementing the application can be a solution to increase MSME income, help them adapt to market changes, and effectively utilize digital technology.

Good logistics management of medicines is one of the factors so that medicines can be managed well. The pharmacy unit of the Kolaka District Health Service has problems with inadequate storage or storage of medicines and delays in the arrival of medicines. The aim of this research is to determine the Analysis of Drug Logistics Management at the Kolaka District Health Service. The research uses qualitative methods through in-depth interviews, observations and observation guides. The results of the research show that at the drug planning stage using the consumption method, drug procurement using an e-catalog system, drug storage is still not good because the warehouse is not large enough for drug storage. Suggestions for the Kolaka District Health Service.

Elections serve as a crucial pillar of democracy, allowing citizens to participate in the selection of leaders and shaping national policies. In Indonesia, the General Election Commission (KPU) is responsible for organizing elections, ensuring that the process is transparent, fair, and accountable. Understanding public perceptions of the KPU's performance is vital for evaluating the success and legitimacy of the democratic process, particularly in regions like Benowo District, Surabaya, which reflects the broader dynamics of local democracy. This study employs a qualitative methodology to explore and interpret the views and experiences of the public regarding the KPU's performance in the 2024 Election. Data were gathered through in-depth interviews with community leaders and direct observation of the election process. The qualitative approach allows for a comprehensive analysis of the complex and nuanced perceptions held by the community. The findings reveal that the public in Benowo District generally holds a positive perception of the KPU's performance, appreciating the orderliness, transparency, and efficiency of the electoral process. However, challenges such as logistics management were identified, indicating areas where the KPU can improve in future elections. These insights are crucial for enhancing the quality of electoral administration and strengthening the democratic process in Indonesia.

Effective and efficient logistics management at the Nutrition Installation is an important factor in ensuring the availability and quality of food for patients. This study aims to analyze logistics management in nutritional installations. The method used is the content analysis method by searching 10 reviews in various health journal sources in Indonesia for the past 10 years. The results of an integrated literature review explain that logistics management in the Nutrition Installation ensures the availability and quality of food for patients. Logistics management includes storage systems, distribution systems, budget systems required annually or monthly. Several logistics management processes in each hospital are different but run well, even though there are many shortcomings. Logistics management at Nutritional Installations is carried out optimally by increasing the accuracy of planning food needs, procuring food ingredients appropriately, improving food storage standards, timely distribution of food, and carrying out regular monitoring and evaluation, making it easier for health workers to carry out their duties and minimize undesirable events.

Management transformation in the shipping industry has become increasingly important with the advancement of information technology. This research aims to analyze the role of information technology in management transformation in the shipping industry. Through a literature review approach, this study explores the use of information technology in enhancing operational efficiency, facilitating faster decision-making, and improving company competitiveness. The main findings indicate that information technology has been a key driver in management transformation, with the adoption of integrated logistics management systems and real-time ship monitoring. However, challenges such as infrastructure complexity, data security issues, and resource constraints are also identified in the implementation of information technology. Effective mitigation strategies are needed to address these challenges. This study also highlights the importance of collaboration and partnerships in the transformation of the shipping industry. Thus, this research provides a comprehensive understanding of the role of information technology in management transformation in the shipping industry, while highlighting the challenges faced and their practical implications.

Waskita Beton Precast is a company engaged in manufacturing. The products produced include Spun Pile diameter up to 1200mm and other girder products. Every company must have Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is an effort made to protect or prevent the risk of accidents and also as a complete form of other accident prevention efforts. Therefore, logistics management is needed to meet the needs of personal protective equipment in companies. The purpose of this research is to find out the process of obtaining raw materials and knowing inventory control. The method used is descriptive analysis. The results of this study are that companies obtain personal protective equipment from distributors who have worked with the company. PT. Waskita Beton Precast pre-orders personal protective equipment and completes payment so that personal protective equipment can be sent immediately.
