concern for pet owners. Consequently, cat owners seek equipment that can support and simplify their daily pet care activities. However, the busy schedules of many cat owners often make it difficult for them to provide consistent care, raising concerns about the neglect of their pets. To address this issue, this study developed an automatic cat feeding system for a cat enclosure using an experimental research method. The proposed system utilizes a load cell sensor, a Real-Time Clock (RTC), a servo motor, and an ATmega16 microcontroller. The load cell sensor is employed to determine the appropriate food portion based on the cat's nutritional requirements, while the RTC controls the feeding schedule by dispensing food twice a day at predetermined times. The experimental results demonstrate that the system was successfully implemented, with the load cell measurement exhibiting an error rate of 10.71% relative to the predefined set point. Furthermore, the servo motor effectively controlled the valve mechanism, achieving a maximum opening angle of 85 degrees. Overall, the developed system performed reliably and met the expected operational objectives..

This study analyzes the potential use of solar cells as a renewable energy source on the MV SARI INDAH. With the increasing demand for energy and the negative environmental impacts of fossil fuels, solar cells provide a promising eco-friendly alternative. The research focuses on developing a prototype system to charge batteries using solar power, converting DC power into AC for ship operations. The methodology includes measuring sunlight intensity, current, and output voltage, while also calculating the battery capacity and the ship’s electrical load. Tests were conducted at various tilt angles, with data recorded hourly over two days to assess performance. The results show that a 75° tilt angle yields the highest voltage, current, and power output when compared to other angles. Based on these findings, the study recommends installing solar panels at a 75° angle on the compass deck. The system design utilizes two panels positioned opposite each other, forming a 150° angle to optimize energy capture. This setup is capable of supplying power to key areas on the ship, such as seven lamps in the E/R 2nd Deck, Control Room, Emergency Generator Room, and CO₂ Room. The system is designed to meet the total daily energy demand of approximately 1,400 Wh, which can be efficiently fulfilled by eight solar cells rated at 50 Wp each, providing a sustainable and efficient energy solution for the vessel.

The amount of load on the vehicle requires a balance current and voltage. To fullfill the requirement, vehicle use a energy stroage media called lead acid battery. Although the lead acid battery have a impaccable durability, the performance will be decrase as long as use, especially in term of power and durability. The downgrade performance from the battery make high cost replacement, meanwhile there is a change to fix the battery. One of the methode to fix is replace the cell and added H₂SO₄ electrolyte concentrat variation. This research intend to examine repairment effectivity and electrolyte concentrat variation on power for used lead acid battery NS40 type. H₂SO₄ electrolyte that used is 30%,40% and 45%  examine with 5 static dummy load 1 Ω 100 W pararrel circuit. Each electrolyte examine 60 times to obtain performance and durability data. The results show that increasing the concentration of H₂SO₄ has a significant effect to produce the voltage and current. At 30% concentrate, an average voltage is 9.8 V and the current is 30.125 A at 40% concentarte, the voltage is 10.18 V and the current is 32.731 A and at 45% concentrate, the voltage is 10.19 V and the current 33.375 A.

A conveyor is a tool with a large rubber band arranged transversely between two pulleys at a constant speed as a transporter of solid material in this case coal with the provisions of the permitted amount. Damage to the conveyor tool has a major impact on the smooth running of a coal loading and unloading process, so a coal monitoring tool was designed using an ESP32 microcontroller-based data logger. The purpose of this study is to find out how to design a coal load monitoring tool based on a data logger using the Research and Development (R&D) method type ADDIE. Using the following types of testing: static and dynamic. The research results show that the load monitoring system based on a load cell and ESP32 microcontroller demonstrates high accuracy, with a reading deviation of less than 2% from the actual weight. The system is also considered effective, as it can detect loads, adjust the hatch door angle, and transmit data to Google Spreadsheet in real-time without disruptions. Its ability to adapt to varying loads indicates that the prototype operates stably, responsively, and in accordance with the design objectives.

Diabetes Mellitus is a metabolic disease caused by problems in the body in producing insulin, insulin produced is lacking or nonexistent, or it can be due to the insulin receptor not functioning so that cells cannot receive glucose for metabolism (Black, M. J. & Hawks, 2014; Pranata, S & Khasanah, 2017). Diabetic wounds are caused by infection as a result of high blood glucose, thereby increasing bacterial proliferation, and added to the deficiency of the immune system which causes the wound inflammation period to last a long time. In addition, inappropriate treatment of diabetic wounds (ulcers) can worsen the condition of the wound (Ekaputra, 2013). Therefore, proper and optimal wound care is needed. The wound care method that is currently developing is moist wound healing, which is more effective than conventional methods because it is easy to install, can adjust to the shape of the wound, easy to remove, comfortable to wear, does not need to change dressings frequently, absorbs drainage, presses and immobilizes wounds, prevents new wounds from mechanical injury, prevents infection, improves hemostasis by pressing the dressing. Wound care procedures through Debridement and dressing. Wound debridement can accelerate healing by removing necrotic tissue, particulates, or foreign material, and reducing the bacterial load. The conventional method is to use a scalpel and cut away all unwanted tissue including callus and eschar. Saline-moistened (wet-to-dry) gauze dressings; moisture-retaining dressings (hydrogels, hydrocolloids, hydrofibers, transparent films and alginates) that provide physical and autolytic debridement respectively; and antiseptic dressings (silver dressings, cadexomer). Newer advanced dressings are being studied, such as Vulnamin gel made from amino acids and hyaluronic acid used in conjunction with elastic compression have shown positive results.

In the digital era, online buying and selling transactions are increasing, so that shipping services have an important role. However, there are various problems in package delivery, such as loss or damage due to the absence of the recipient at the location. This study aims to design and build an IoT-based Smart Box that allows safe package receipt. This system is equipped with a keypad, ultrasonic sensor, load cell sensor, and ESP32-CAM for automatic image capture and sending notifications to users via Telegram. Tests were carried out on various aspects of the system, including sensors, IoT connectivity, and package storage security. The test results show that the tool can function well in securing packages and providing real-time notifications to recipients.

The importance of innovation in waste management is increasingly felt in this modern era. This research introduces an automated waste handling system utilizing Arduino Uno-based sensors. Arduino Uno, as a versatile microcontroller, is employed to control the automation process in waste bins. Integrated ultrasonic and load cell sensors assist in identifying the presence of individuals disposing of trash and monitoring the weight of the waste, triggering the automatic disposal mechanism. This implementation not only enhances the efficiency of waste management but also provides convenience for sanitation workers. The study details the design, implementation, and performance evaluation of the automated waste bin system, showcasing the potential utilization of Arduino Uno technology in creating intelligent and sustainable solutions for waste management.

The increasing population in Indonesia has resulted in increased food needs. One of the factors that affects chicken production is the management of the feeding system. The purpose of this study is to design and create an automatic chicken feeder based on Arduino. Calibrate the Load Cell Sensor. Control the AC motor as a metal screw driver for feeding with a load cell sensor. Determine the amount of chicken feed according to the specified setting point and Connect the MCU Node to the telegram. This study uses the "Research and development" research method. Consisting of literature studies, hardware design, software design, tool design, and data collection, analysis and conclusions. Overall testing was carried out for 2 days starting from 6 am to 4 pm. The capacity of the tank is filled with 3 kg of feed. The setting point for feeding in the morning is 200 grams while in the afternoon it is 300 grams, for feed output there are 2 containers. Testing on the first day at 7 am the weight of the feed coming out of container 1 was 221 grams while in container 2 it was 225 grams, for 4 pm the weight of the feed coming out of container 1 was 352 grams while in container 2 it was 357 grams. Testing on the second day at 7 am the weight of the feed coming out of container 1 was 219 grams while in container 2 it was 221 grams, for 4 pm the weight of the feed coming out of container 1 was 346 grams while in container 2 it was 348 grams. Telegram notification sends a message when the amount of feed remaining is 1405 grams. The results of the weight of the feed coming out are different from the specified setting point value, the amount of feed coming out exceeds the setting point value. This is because the output hole of the feed that comes out through the PVC pipe is too large. An "automatic chicken feed tool based on Arduino" has been successfully created, the tool created is equipped with a load cell sensor that facilitates the process of feeding chickens. Making a system for pouring feed into the hopper automatically by making a conveyor so that it does not need to be done manually. Making automatic chicken feed based on Arduino on a large scale so that it can cover a larger number. Addition of making automatic drinking places on automatic chicken feed based on Arduino.

The development of cellular communication technology has reached a significant point with the presence of 4G LTE networks, which offer high speed and spectrum efficiency. This study aims to evaluate the performance of 4G LTE networks from two operators, Telkomsel and Axis, at two locations of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University (UNTIRTA), namely Campus A and Campus C. The method used is a drive test with the help of the SpeedOf.me site, which measures download speed, upload speed, and latency parameters. The test results show that Telkomsel excels in upload speed with relatively good latency stability, while Axis has the advantage in the highest download speed but shows large fluctuations in performance, especially in the latency parameter. This performance variation indicates that location factors, network load, and device conditions greatly affect service quality. Overall, Telkomsel shows more stable performance, making it more reliable for network-based academic activities, while Axis is suitable for needs with a priority of download speed in optimal conditions. This study is expected to be a reference for the development of network infrastructure in higher education environments.

The obesity rate among adolescents in Indonesia is increasingly worrying. Obesity in adolescents is affected by a variety of factors, including lifestyle changes that tend to lead to an unhealthy diet and lack of physical activity. To overcome this problem, early prevention efforts are very important, one of which is by measuring Body Mass Index (BMI) as an early indicator of obesity. This research uses a Research and Development (RnD) approach, which aims to develop or improve existing tools to obtain new data and insights into the use of these tools in various contexts. This tool is a development of the previous tool with the HC SR04 sensor to measure height, the Load Cell sensor to measure weight, and the Atmega328p microcontroller to calculate BMI. The main innovation of the tool is the use of a 433 MHz Radio Frequency module that allows wireless communication between height and weight data, increasing the mobility of the tool as it does not require cables and poles as a support. With the result of an error value in the IMT measurement of 1,28%. With an error value of 1.28% in BMI measurements and 93.40% in BMI measurement validity. So from the results of the above percentage, it can be stated that this tool is suitable for use.

Honey is a natural liquid that contains a lot of sugar produced by bees (genus Apis) from flower nectar and has a sweet taste. Honey contains a multitude of benefits that are good for the body, including being a source of nutrients, improving body metabolism, anti-bacterial, and others. The purpose of designing the Honey Harvest Monitoring System with ARDUINO-based IOT is to help breeders maximize honey harvesting results. This study aims to design an intelligent system for controlling the temperature in bee hives, humidity in bee hives, and monitoring honey yields, measuring the temperature and humidity of the storage room using DHT 11 sensors, and monitoring honey harvest time using Load Cell sensors. The temperature and humidity controller in the cage uses a blower/fan. Sensor data will be processed using the Wemos D1 R1 microcontroller and then sent to an Android application via the internet network using a real-time Firebase database so that it can be accessed anywhere and anytime. PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is a company that produces cement and runs the production process 24 hours a day. The company uses Roto Packer in its packaging process. In carrying out machine maintenance efforts, the company has implemented a maintenance system, namely preventive maintenance. However, even though preventive maintenance has been carried out, the company still experiences downtime on the spring load cell components. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out an analysis in order to determine the time between breakdowns, breakdown times, and arrange optimal maintenance schedules for spring load cell components. This study uses the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) method with the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test to develop preventive maintenance activities that have been scheduled by the company. The results obtained, for the spring load cell component, component replacement must be carried out every 4 days with a replacement time of 49 minutes and a reliability of 39.87%.

In everyday life, trucks are used to transport goods. Not infrequently seen a lot of use of trucks that exceed the carrying capacity. Accidents on the highway include the impact caused by trucks that are overloaded or overloaded. The purpose of this study is to reduce the risk of accidents due to overloading or overloading. The truck load monitoring system aims to make it easier for truck users to see the truck load weight directly through a smartphone with an application. In addition, users can also see the excess weight of the load and there is an overweight indicator in the form of a buzzer. With this system, users can reduce the risk of accidents on their vehicles. This system consists of a load cell sensor and HX711 module as a weight detector, NodeMCU as a microcontroller and data transmission, firebase as a database, and android studio as a container for creating applications. Payload weight data can be monitored remotely or close according to the principles of the Internet of Things (IoT). The results of this study indicate that the system works well with the sensor accuracy level on the prototype truck 1 and truck prototype 2 above 95%. Writing data on firebase, reading firebase through the application and testing the buzzer has a 100% success rate percentage. There is no diference transmission delay between serial monitor and firebase.

Jamur tiram (Pleurotus ostreatus) merupakan komoditas pangan yang sangat diminati masyarakat selain kandungan nutrisinya yang tinggi jamur tiram juga dapat diolah menjadi berbagai ragam makanan, Jamur tiram tumbuh baik pada temperatur 16 - 30°C dan kelembaban relatif 80 – 95%, Intensitas cahaya yang optimum bagi jamur tiram yaitu intensitas cahaya rendah, atau bahkan tanpa adanya cahaya. Akan tetapi, pada saat fase tubuh buah dewasa jamur tiram tidak dapat tumbuh pada kondisi cahaya gelap, melainkan dapat tumbuh dengan optimal pada lingkungan yang agak terang. Menyikapi masalah diatas maka dari itu penulis ingin mencoba melakukan percobaan penelitian dengan menerapkan pencahayaan dalam ruangan (box) dengan tiga jenis warna lampu yaitu merah (Red), hijau (green) dan biru (blue). dan perlu adanya suatu alat yang dapat melakukan monitoring, serta pendataaan pertumbuhan tanaman jamur tiram yang kemudian akan diambil datasetnya. Alat monitoring dan pendataan secara realtime dengan menggunakan multi sensor berbasis arduino untuk pendataan pertumbuhan jamur tiram ini dibuat sistem aplikasi android sebagai media untuk pemantauanya, data yang ditampilkan di aplikasi monitoring adalah hasil pembacaan dari beberapa sensor yang dipakai antara lain dari sensor load cell, sensor ultrasonik, serta sensor LDR dan sensor DHT11, Sistem monitoring dan pendataan multi sensor ini juga memiliki fitur untuk melakukan penyimpanan data, hasil data disimpan di penyimpanan internal smartphone, sehingga dari data tersebut dapat digunakan sebagai bahan untuk mengambil keputusan dari obyek yang sedang dimonitoring tersebut.

The purpose of this research is to design goods sorting equipment automatically using ultrasonic sensors, load cell sensors. A valid arduino-based servo motor so that the prototype product sorting device automatically uses ultrasonic sensors and arduino-based load cell sensors can be received by PT Wahana Prestasi Logistik Semarang. The method used in this research is the Research and Development (R&D from Borg and Gall) research method.
