Legal protection of children refers to all actions that ensure and safeguard children and their rights so that they can live, grow, develop, and engage maximally in line with human dignity and honour, as well as get protection from violence and discrimination within legal laws. In Indonesia, the proportion ranges from 22 to 100%, indicating that the aforementioned conditions occur often. As a result, researchers are interested in performing this study utilising normative research methodologies. Legal protection for minors who distribute pornographic videos on social media, choosing to release minors, is regulated by Law No. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection, Article 16 (1) Every child has the right to receive protection from being the target of abuse, torture, or inhumane punishment, (2) Every child has the right to obtain freedom in accordance with the law, and (3) Arrest, detention, or incarceration of a child must be carried out in accordance with relevant legislation and only as a last option. And advocate LPKA in the form of independence coaching, which includes instruction for foster children in skills that may be developed after the foster time ends, such as sewing. Meanwhile, personality development is moral development, with the goal of providing foster children with an understanding of social norms as well as an understanding of themselves so that they can accept responsibility for all actions they take and refrain from repeating illegal actions. Suggestions in this protection are expected to be safeguarded by anybody, regardless of circumstance, and the local government needs to get to the field to inspect the status of special child development institutions so that any deficiencies may be corrected quickly, allowing development to proceed correctly.

In the dynamic landscape of Human Resource Management (HRM), the emergence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies presents both challenges and opportunities. This research aims to explore strategies for empowering talent amidst AI innovations in HRM. The research adopts a phenomenological approach to delve into the lived experiences of HR professionals and employees within organizations integrating AI technologies. Through purposive sampling, data were collected via in-depth interviews and focus group discussions. Thematic analysis was employed to identify patterns, themes, and insights from the narratives. The findings reveal a nuanced understanding of how AI impacts talent management practices, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and career development. Moreover, the research elucidates the importance of human-centric approaches in leveraging AI to augment rather than replace human capabilities. These insights contribute to enhancing organizational strategies for talent empowerment in the era of AI-driven HRM innovations.

This activity emerged from the inspiration and desire of the writers to improve the English language skills of students in the neighborhood where the writers live, namely neighborhood V, Sei Putih Barat sub-district, Medan Petisah District, North Sumatra Province, who basically still have difficulties in understanding the language. English, especially in the Vocabulary aspect, is why the authors held this activity with the hope that students will have good knowledge after participating in this activity. Community Service (PKM) is an integral aspect of community progress and sustainable development. By actively engaging in community-based initiatives, individuals, organizations and institutions contribute to addressing social problems, building trust and fostering social cohesion. This activity involved around 20 students ranging in age from 8 - 12 years. This activity will be carried out for around 3 days, namely 17 – 19 November 2022 with a duration of 90 minutes/session. Background: Poltekkes Denpasar is one of the health universities that certainly has the task and role of doing community service and its role is needed in the context of disaster mitigation and response. Community assistance and empowerment activities, especially the younger generation, can be carried out with the aim of assisting the community in the process of strengthening community potential in anticipating and facing disasters. Purpose: The purpose of this community service activity is to make the community able and aware of disasters by providing education about disasters and BHD training. Methods: Community service is carried out by providing education and training to stripling warriors as a disaster resilient group. Results: This BHD training activity improves participants' knowledge scores on basic life support. This activity is felt to be very useful by the stripling family, where they hope that they will later be able to provide first aid to people who experience respiratory arrest or cardiac arrest before health workers arrive. Handling respiratory arrest and cardiac arrest during the golden period will go a long way towards saving lives. The development of the era, which has experienced many changes from time to time, does not necessarily change the heritage that exists in the lives of people in Indonesia. The evolution of generation does not cause changes to the legacy system that exists in Indonesia. In the Civil Code, there are 3 principles that describe heirs who are entitled to and can obtain inheritance distribution according to the Civil Code inheritance system. The legacy of the heir can not only be in the form of valuable assets, but can also be tangible objects, intangible objects or just a testamentary message conveyed. In life in society, the division of inheritance creates conflict between families which causes the division of one family. In dealing with inheritance problems that will cause conflict between families, the government allows lawsuits related to this inheritance. The Civil Code regulates the principles governing heirs, namely the personal principle, the bilateral principle and the principle of equalization. In addition to regulating these 3 principles, the Civil Code also regulates the elements included in the law of inheritance, namely there are heirs, heirs and also inherited assets as assets that will be delegated by the heir to the heirs. Heirs are also classified into 4 groups, namely Group I, Group II, Group III, and group 4. In addition, the Civil Code also regulates the absolute share of assets in inheritance. Theft is a crime that is intended for property and goods and often occurs in society. This crime is an action that can shake the security stability of both the assets and the lives of citizens. Therefore, the Criminal Code (KUHP) emphasizes detailed and severe punishment for violators. This can be seen from the form of punishment and the threat of punishment imposed(Arief Rahman Kurniadi 2022: h.77). Theft is also a criminal act, if it is committed by an adult, he will undergo a legal process, but in general, if he is caught, he must go through the legal process that has been in effect. But it is different if the crime of theft is committed by children, and of course the legal process that is enforced is also different(Usep Tatang Suryadi and Yana Supriatna 2019: h.15).

Elderly residents who live in madania homes use the kitchen as a kitchen places for cooking activities, and have complaints about height and slippery floor conditions, according to the elderly as many as 32% of cooking kitchen users representing the elderly population using purposive sampling, proposed design improvements for elderly cooking places by considering the anthropometric size of elderly users, using a focus approach group discussion to facilitate the wishes and complaints experienced by the elderly, the shape and size of the proposed new kitchen design for the elderly by adding a foothold in front of the kitchen to facilitate cooking reach, with a cooking kitchen width: 53 cm; Height: 132cm; length 53 cm, using anthropometric measurements, namely front arm reach (JTD) 53 cm; shoulder width(LB) (maximum) 43 cm; height (TB) 158 cm; elbow height (TS) 132 cm. The design is the result obtained from the first focus group discussion, then the results of the second focus group discussion explain the proposed new design drawings for the elderly's kitchen to the elderly, related to the suggestions obtained from the results of the first focus group discussion and the senior citizens agree with the results drawn, by having a height, width, length according to body size by adding non-permanent footing facilities in front making it easier for users to reach the kitchen for cooking activities, floors that are designed to be safe and non-slippery, and additional cupboard facilities to make it easier to store cooking utensils.Sig (2-tailed) of 0.003 <0.05 indicates that the H1 hypothesis is accepted.

High school students are the young generation who have the potential and have the opportunity to play an active role in the development of the nation and the nation. To support their ability to compete in today's era, high school students are required to have self-confidence, be able to communicate politely, and be polite as part of public speaking. If you do not have the ability to communicate in public appropriately due to a lack of self-confidence, then the interaction cannot run smoothly. Therefore, to provide understanding, public speaking training is held using the CCP (Confident, Content and Performance) method. This dedication activity was a collaboration between the lecturer who held the tridharma activities of higher education and the UPTD SMAN 13 Maros which is located in Pucak Village. By using the practice method which begins with increasing self-confidence, followed by creating content and finally preparing for a live performance. the enthusiasm of the participants was very high, various questions were asked during the discussion so that this activity could provide training in the development of public speaking presentation skills

Globalization has penetrated the territorial boundaries of countries in the world, and has affected the order of people's lives, namely in the political, economic, social, cultural and legal aspects. Indonesia as a part of the world community cannot be separated from these influences, including the influence of the development of narcotics abuse. This paper will discuss the problem of the influence of globalization on the development of narcotics abuse, as well as strategies to deal with the development of narcotics abuse in the era of globalization. The discussion shows that the problem of narcotics abuse seems endless in Indonesia. For this reason, a strategy is needed in overcoming narcotics abuse, namely with pre-emptive, preventive and recessive efforts. Besides that, it is necessary to cooperate with the police of other countries in the form of cooperation between countries, the ASEAN regional area and internationally through the United Nations (UN) through the Interpol forum.

Aggressive behavior is dangerous when it causes intentional physical or psychological harm to another person. Adolescents who successfully complete developmental activities will be in a favorable state of social adjustment for the rest of their lives. However, if youth fail in the growth process, they run the risk of committing crimes and becoming more arbitrary in their power over others. Children engage in ways that often result in aggressive behavior, both individually and collectively. Fighting, forming convoys on the street to block traffic, skipping classes, and using unpleasant language such as swearing, insults, and ridicule are examples of aggressive behavior that are common among students. The research method uses a qualitative approach with case studies. The results of this study are discussed. is that there are students who have aggressive behavior, namely Physical Aggressive and Verbal Aggressive and are factored from External and Internal factors, then a form of handling can be carried out by researchers.

Older people tend to stay at home, a condition that poses new problems for older people. They are alienated from their environment and forgotten by people, resulting in rejection and loss of self-esteem. Therefore, church ministry to the elderly must be viewed as a specific ministry and taken seriously by special workers and servants of God who truly understand the problems of the elderly. These categorical services morally oblige the church to treat its congregation members, the elderly, seriously and responsibly. Ultimately it means striking a balance between being careful and acting responsibly. A church is an institution with an organization. But more than that, the church is a community of believers. According to God's command in Matthew 28: 18-20, After becoming a disciple of Christ and being baptized, a disciple of Christ must be taught the doctrine of the Christian faith, how to live the Christian life.

The purpose of this research is that those who are studying have a definite goal of gaining as much knowledge as possible and getting good results on exams, for those who are working, the goal is to work as best as possible to complete existing responsibilities and get good income from what they do. . The research method used is a qualitative method in the form of a literature study where the author presents and discusses overcoming PAK Learning Difficulties, and invites all of us to dedicate what we do in our daily lives just to glorify His name. The Lord God will see whether what we are doing glorifies His name or not. By teaching PAK so that more and more souls are saved.

This study aims to describe and analyze the effect of readiness for change and agile leadership on the dynamic capabilities of SMEs. Furthermore, this study also examines the influence of dynamic capabilities on strengthening the digital ecosystem of SMEs. If SMEs are ready to change and have agile leadership, it will increase their dynamic capabilities. This dynamic capability of SMEs will ultimately improve the lives and long-term sustainability of SMEs in the digital world. This type of research is explanatory research to analyze SMEs’ digital ecosystem improvement. This research uses regression analysis methods and path analysis in managing data. The sampling technique used non-random sampling with a purposive sampling method. Data were collected from 250 SMEs in Central Java through a questionnaire. The results of the study show that readiness for change and agile leadership can increase the dynamic capabilities of SMEs. The increasing dynamic capabilities of SMEs are proven to be able to strengthen the digital ecosystem for SMEs. The results of this study are expected to contribute to SMEs strengthening the growth of the digital economy in Indonesia. The urgency of this research relates to factors that can strengthen the SME digital ecosystem and contribute to improving the economy.

In line with the development of social and economic institutions, the Muslim modern elite mostly live in cities, are highly educated, have religious knowledge, work in the New Order bureaucracy and in various secular modern institutions, the social and religious position of the modern Muslim elite makes them have social access. and strong politics. And they spread a lot to membership in the DPR both through Islamic and nationalist parties such as Golkar and others.

Believers who experience spiritual maturity will have the desire to serve God faithfully so that many souls are brought to Christ. Therefore, the role of the Bible is very much needed in distinguishing true maturity from a Christian spiritual point of view.

Therefore, the principal as a person who has entrepreneurial policies and competencies must be able to develop entrepreneurship well. This research uses a quantitative approach with a case study type. This research was conducted at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Paiton Probolinggo. The selection of the research location is based on the consideration that the researcher is easy to get information and the location is a madrasa that implements the Information technology class and the adiwiyata program in Paiton. The informants in this study were the principal, teachers and students. Techniques in data collection used participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The principal's strategy in developing entrepreneurship is done with three strategies, namely formulation strategy, implementation strategy, and evaluation strategy.

Clean and Healthy Living Behavior is an endeavor to live a healthy lifestyle at both the individual and communal levels. In the current pandemic era, it is crucial to focus on Clean and Healthy Living Behavior in order to avoid various viruses and diseases. The necessity of Clean and Healthy Behavior must continue to be emphasized to all segments of society. Youth is a group that need attention. According to a situational analysis conducted at SMA Kalam Kudus II in Jakarta, there is a problem with poor levels of cleanliness and health consciousness. To raise high school students' understanding of clean and healthy lives, it is required to conduct activities such as lectures, discussions, and outreach. This service activity takes place in Kalam Kudus II Jakarta High School. This service action was accomplished by performing a survey of service sites, preparing service locations, and delivering Clean and Healthy Behavior support resources. Youth members have participated in Clean and Healthy Living Behavior socialization activities using lecture, discussion, and question and answer formats. This service activity worked smoothly overall. The conclusion that can be derived from this is that service activity participants recognize the significance of clean and healthy lifestyle choices in preventing various diseases.

This article discusses social criticism in a short story entitled "Kemarau" by Andrea Hirata. This article will focus on mimetic approach research on things or events in short stories related to social criticism in the short story entitled "Kemarau", namely: (1) criticism of political issues, when people feel disappointed about government promises that are not implemented (2) ) criticism of the economy, where when a group of people who live on the outskirts cannot feel the development and progress of infrastructure like in big cities (3) criticism of the negligence factor of the government when it has occupied its position. The government seems to have forgotten the promises it made before taking up its post. From the short story, it can be understood that literary works do not only display positive impressions or messages but can contain absolute things such as criticizing or satirizing.

Seluruh daerah Indonesia mengalami dampak dari covid-19 di semua sektor terutama sektor pendidikan. Pada saat ini telah memasuki pembelajaran pasca covid-19 yaitu new normal, yang memasuki pada pembelajaran secara tatap muka atau nomal serta tetap memadukannya dengan pembelajaran virtual / daring dengan tetap menerapkan protokol kesehatan. Penerapan Blended Learning, memiliki lima kunci proses, antara lain: Live-Event yakni mampu mengintegrasikan proses pembelajaran dengan jadwal pembelajaran luring dengan daring. Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan dan pelatihan pendidik agar peser terbiasa  dengan pembelajaran tatap muka dan tatap maya. Pendidik dapat mengemas dengan 2 cara  yaitu daring dan luring belum pendidik terlatih dalam menciptakan model pembelajaran yang melibatkan teknologi informasi secara tatap muka secara langsung dan tatap muka maya. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah melalui pelatihan dan angket. Pelatihan ini berlangsung selama 2 hari. Hasil angket sebelum dilakukan pealtihan menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman peserta masih sangat kurang, sedangkan hasil angket setelah dilakukannya pelatihan menunjukkan pemahaman peserta sangat baik selama pelatihan. Dampak pelatihan ini memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peserta yaitu 1) Pendidik dapat mengemas pembelajaran yang melibatkan teknologi informasi secara daring dan luring, 2) Pendidik menjadi terbiasa menerapkan model pembelajaran daring dan luring dengan baik.
