Indonesia is an agrarian country, where the main source of livelihood for its people is in agriculture. The utilization of agricultural resources is the key in increasing agricultural productivity so that these limited resources must be allocated as efficiently as possible. Management that is not wise and refers to the future will result in a decrease in the quality of the resource itself which ultimately affects agricultural productivity. As is the case in Karapuh Village, the agricultural sector plays a very important role as the main source of income for farming communities, generally farmers produce agricultural products to meet their daily needs. This study aims to calculate the income of lowland rice farmers in Karapuh Village, Dolok Masihul District, Serdang Bedagai District, and also to determine the factors that affect the income of lowland rice farmers in Karapuh Village, Dolok Masihul District, Serdang Bedagai District. This research was conducted in Karapuh Village, Dolok Masihul District, Serdang Bedagai District. The results showed that the income of rice farmers in Karapuh village, Dolok Masihul sub-district, was relatively high, namely that labor had a significant effect on the income of lowland rice farmers, with income costs between Rp. 2,796,000 - 6,891,000 (25.71% - 45.71%). Fertilizer costs and land area variables do not significantly influence income, while pesticide cost variables, seed costs and labor have a significant effect on income.

A healthy and well-maintained environment is a shared responsibility. However, problems often occur in the environment because many people do not care. Especially in the upstream part of the river which is always used as a place for laying the results of river backfill every year. Another problem is the narrow area due to the dense population of the area. Narrow land occurs everywhere, not familiar with urban areas or semi-urban villages. In carrying out community service activities, the service team uses the following activity methods: 1. Observation 2. Project planning 3. Evaluation and sharing. In connection with the problem of narrow land, the actions of the branch management and the community around Aisiyah Sukodono Kindergarten affected the success of reforestation carried out by the KKN team. All forms of involvement, efforts, and roles starting from design, implementation and maintenance are real actions in making the surrounding environment more productive. In establishing self-reliance, it is necessary to cooperate with the branch management and the local village government to develop a productive yard culture on limited land. It is hoped that this reforestation can be done by planting plants and plants that support the basic ingredients of the surrounding community.

Traditional family medicinal plants or herbs or often abbreviated as Toga, are very beneficial for health and when planted around the house create a beautiful environment. Currently, people prefer to use chemical-based medicines for several reasons, including: the first is the lack of knowledge about medicinal plants, the second is the limited land for growing family medicinal plants, third, the lack of information dissemination about family medicinal plants on easily accessible media. or informative to citizens.From some of the problems above, we can draw the main points of the problems that are discussed and this writing tries to find ways to provide education to the community in terms of the types of family medicinal plants, as well as the design and implementation of the construction of the toga garden.The scope of this paper is related to the author's discipline, namely in the architectural realm and takes a case study on an empty land next to a security post located in RT 08, RW V, Sumurboto Village, Banyumanik District, Semarang.The purpose of writing related to knowledge of the types of family medicinal plants, toga garden designs and their implementation are: first so that people know about the types and benefits of family medicinal plants, second so that people understand the importance of family medicinal plants for health, third so that people maximize and utilize the land. that exist in their respective environments.

This study aims to determine the implementation of PP 24/1997 in the process of registering the transfer of land rights due to inheritance based on the statement of heirs, and to find out the process of registering the transfer of rights due to inheritance at the Makassar City Land Office not using the Deed of Sharing Joint Rights as stipulated in PP 24 /1997, but using a statement letter based on heirs. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling, namely the purposeful sampling, which is carried out by taking subjects based on a specific purpose, citing limited time, effort and cost, so it cannot be obtained. taking samples that are large in number and far apart.1 Especially PPAT, the main criterion in determining the sample is PPAT who has been in contact with the Makassar City Land Office in relation to land registration. The results showed that the registration of the transfer of land rights due to inheritance applied by the Makassar City Land Office could be carried out only by making a statement of heirs on the basis of a statement of heirs whose contents designate one of the heirs as the right holder, the registration of the transfer of rights can be directly carried out. without any legal action before the authorized official, namely PPAT, by making a deed of sharing rights together. The process of registering the transfer of rights due to inheritance at the Makassar City Land Office does not use the Deed of Sharing Joint Rights due to strong customary influence so that there are still many community members who transfer land rights under their hands.
