The era of globalization is an era of quality competition, where only thosebwith high competence will be able to compete in the free market. Therefore, developing high-quality human resources is something that cannot be compromised. Education that supports development in this era is education that can foster students’ potential’ enabling them toface and overcome life’s challenges. Thus, in the learning process, teachers should not only serve as models or sources of knowledge but also act as learning managers. As learning managers, teachers play an important role in creating a learning environment that allows students to learn confortably and effectively. Based on observations at SMA Negeri 2 Taniwel, it was found that students in class X-2 have low learning outcomes in sociology. The writer’s observation in class indicated that sociology learning was dominated by lecture methods, resulting in students being less active during the learning process. According to research conducted by Al Muchtar (1991), learning in social studies education does not sufficiently simulate students to be actively involved in the learning process. Furthermore, the teaching and learning process of social studies carried out bye teachers has not been able to faster a learning culture among students, wich in turn significantly affects their learning achievement and outcomes. To support active learning strategies, teachers can apply various relevant learning models. Therefore, the learning process will become more varied, innovative, and constructive, creating interaction between teachers and students, among students themselves, and between students and other learning resources.

This community service program is designed to address the need for digitalization in administrative management and improve digital literacy in schools. The main focus of the activity is training on the use of Google Workspace as an integrated knowledge management system to improve work efficiency and collaboration among staff. Problems faced by schools include the continued use of manual administrative systems and a low understanding of how to use digital platforms. The training was conducted as a workshop with a learning-by-doing approach, allowing participants to learn directly and contextually. The training material covered the operation of various Google Workspace features, such as Google Forms, Sheets, Calendar, Docs, Drive, and Meet. This activity was designed so that participants not only understand the function of each application but also are able to integrate them into daily administrative activities. The training evaluation was conducted through pre- and post-tests, which showed a significant increase in participants' technical understanding. In addition to improving digital competency, this training also encouraged a shift in work culture towards a more collaborative, efficient, and data-driven one. The program's success demonstrates that digital transformation in educational environments can be achieved through an educational, participatory approach tailored to local needs. With positive results, this activity has the potential to be replicated in other educational institutions as a sustainable strategy for cloud-based administrative management. This training is proof that adopting digital technology in schools can strengthen administrative governance comprehensively and sustainably.

This research is motivated by problems in the implementation of the strategy of the Ciamis Regency Small and Medium Business Cooperative Office in the development of Micro and Medium Small Enterprises in Kujang Village, Cikoneng District, Ciamis Regency. The method used in this study is descriptive with a causative approach. Primary data is sourced from the results of interviews with 6 selected informants who are relevant to the problem. Secondary data is sourced from documents, books, journals, reports, and legislation. Data collection was carried out based on interviews, observations, and documentation with data analysis techniques through data reduction, data triangulation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that the MSME development strategy through digital platforms has not been running optimally. Obstacles occur in the lack of communication, active participation of MSME actors in policy formulation, mentoring activities, facilitation, evaluation, and programs that are still top-down.  Efforts to overcome obstacles are to increase the initiative of MSME actors in learning independently through digital media such as YouTube, and TikTok through e-commerce. The Kujang village government supports the implementation of training and facilitation if it is involved by the relevant agencies. The Cooperative Office, Small and Medium Enterprises and Trade is improving its strategy through further collaboration with village governments that have not received attention, especially Kujang village MSMEs in participating, mentoring, coaching, and facilitating.

Primary data in this study were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data were obtained through books, previous research, and articles relevant to this study. The data source in this study is interview transcripts obtained from a number of respondents called research informants. These informants were selected based on a certain method because their abilities or positions were considered able to describe the problems that would be the object of research. The informants of this study numbered four people consisting of one big order admin employee, two community event SPVs and one community event employee. The main objective of this study is to understand the application of digital literacy at PT XYZ, including the challenges faced in implementing digital literacy in daily work. Awareness of the importance of digital literacy has grown among employees, but its implementation is not evenly distributed. Recommended strategies to improve digital literacy include regular training, use of digital learning media, formation of internal learning communities, and improvement of technological facilities. This study aims to analyze digital-based Indonesian language learning strategies in higher education through a systematic review of articles published between 2020 and 2024. Based on a literature search in Google Scholar, 100 relevant articles were found, of which 84 articles met the inclusion criteria. The analysis results show that the technologies used in Indonesian language learning include ICT, Artificial Intelligence (AI), digital learning media, social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram), and interactive applications such as Kahoot and quizzes. Popular learning methods include flipped classroom, Problem-Based Learning (PBL), and Project-Based Learning (PJBL), which support the development of 21st-century skills such as critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration. Furthermore, the COVID-19 pandemic accelerated the adoption of digital learning, which significantly influenced Generation Z students' learning methods. However, limited access to the internet in remote areas remains the main challenge in implementing digital learning. Therefore, improving technology infrastructure and providing training for lecturers to optimize the use of technology in learning, as well as policies that support equitable access to digital education across Indonesia, are essential. This study provides insights for the development of digital-based learning strategies in higher education.

This study examines the effectiveness of Project Based Learning (PBL) in enhancing cross-cultural communication skills within international language education programs. As globalization increases, effective communication across cultures is essential, and language programs must equip students with these skills. PBL, a learner-centered instructional strategy, integrates real-world problems into the learning process, promoting student participation, collaboration, and critical thinking. The research found that students engaged in PBL showed significant improvements in communication competence, collaboration, and intercultural understanding compared to those in traditional lecture-based instruction. The study suggests that PBL not only enhances language proficiency but also fosters cultural awareness and empathy through projects involving cross-cultural collaboration and problem-solving. Furthermore, PBL offers a more effective platform for practicing language skills in real-world scenarios, as opposed to traditional methods focused on theoretical aspects. The findings demonstrate that PBL is particularly effective in international programs, where students from diverse cultural backgrounds work together to solve global issues, thus improving their ability to communicate and collaborate across cultures. The research concludes that integrating PBL into international language education programs significantly enhances students' cross-cultural communication skills. The study encourages educational institutions to adopt PBL and suggests further research on complementary strategies, including technology, virtual exchanges, and intercultural simulations.

The application of problem-based learning strategies is carried out through three activities, namely preliminary activities, core activities and closing activities. The activity starts from the teacher entering the class by greeting, conditioning the class and then praying together after that the teacher explains the indicators and learning objectives. The core activities of student learning are given related to learning problems then students will observe and find solutions to the problems that occur. Closing activities at the end with the teacher and concluding student lessons, giving assignments and praying together.
