The internship registration process at the Communication and Information Office of Tegal Regency is still carried out manually, resulting in several problems, such as lengthy registration procedures, difficulties in managing and retrieving data, and the risk of document loss. This study aims to design and develop a web-based internship registration information system that supports the registration, verification, selection, and information delivery processes in an integrated manner. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, which consists of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing stages. The application was developed using the Laravel framework and MySQL database. System testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method to ensure that all system functions operate according to user requirements.The results indicate that the developed system can simplify the internship registration process, improve data management efficiency, accelerate the selection process, and provide real-time registration status information to applicants. Based on the testing results, all system features function properly and meet the predetermined functional requirements.

This research focuses on developing an ERP application accessible through a web platform by utilizing the Laravel framework to support operational data integration within the company. The application development process adopted the Waterfall approach, which was carried out through several sequential stages including requirements identification, system design, implementation, evaluation, and maintenance. Laravel was used as the development framework and MySQL as the database management system. The findings indicate that the developed application is capable of consolidating operational information into a unified platform that can be accessed by different organizational units.

The development of information technology has brought major changes in government agencies managing data and information, including in the KPKNL office. Asset data management that is still done manually often causes various obstacles, such as recording errors, delays in preparing reports, and difficulties in data validation. These conditions can affect the effectiveness and efficiency of the ongoing administrative process. The development of this system is carried out by designing using UML, designing databases with ERD, and implementing web applications. The main features included in this web system are asset data, activity logs, asset monitoring, and asset reports. This web-based system makes it easier to manage asset data in the office at KPKNL. This improves employee work efficiency, reduces recording errors, and makes it easier for users to access information. With this web application, the asset data collection process runs faster, more integrated, and very well documented.

Teacher performance evaluation is a crucial factor in improving educational quality, but many schools still conduct it manually and subjectively, resulting in less transparent, time‑consuming, and error‑prone outcomes. This study aims to design and develop a web‑based decision support system using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method for selecting the best teacher at MTs Mambaul Ulum. The system was developed using the Waterfall model with the Laravel 12 framework and MySQL database, incorporating two evaluator roles: the principal (assessing 5 criteria: teaching hours, responsibility, mastery of material, personality, and attendance) and the vice principal (assessing 4 criteria excluding personality). Data were collected through observation, interviews, and document review. System testing employed Black Box Testing and accuracy validation by comparing system outputs with manual Excel calculations. The results show that the SAW method effectively ranks teachers objectively, with Kusyanti achieving the highest score of 0.9450. The system attained 100% accuracy, as no difference was found between manual and system calculations. Moreover, the system reduced evaluation time from days to seconds and provides well‑documented results, thus supporting more transparent and accountable decision‑making. Therefore, this system proves to be reliable, objective, and efficient in assisting school administrators in evaluating teacher performance in a structured and fair manner.

Children's literacy can be improved through interactive learning media. A digital children's story platform, previously a mobile application, required web version development to expand user accessibility via browsers. The main challenge in this development was presenting multimedia content such as text, images, and audio dubbing synchronously scene-by-scene without degrading system performance, as well as facilitating reader interaction through a rating feature. This research aims to design and develop the platform using a Decoupled Architecture approach. The software development method used is Waterfall, encompassing requirement analysis, system design (UML, CDM, and PDM), implementation, testing, and maintenance. During implementation, ReactJS is utilized on the client-side for responsive interface rendering and state management, while Laravel is implemented on the server-side as a RESTful API provider to manage multimedia asset transmission, rating records, and the MySQL database. Functional system testing was evaluated using Black-box Testing, while user experience was validated using Spearman's Rank Correlation. The results indicate that this architectural separation (front-end and back-end) effectively resolves server overload issues commonly found in monolithic architectures and produces a seamless, stable asynchronous data transmission system across various devices.

Digitalization in the fitness industry is increasingly essential to improve efficiency and service quality. However, many fitness centers still manage data manually, including KRESNA GYM, which faces challenges in member registration, workout scheduling, and facility information delivery. This study aims to design a web-based e-fitness application using the Laravel framework to support digital service management. The development follows the Waterfall model through stages of requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing, and evaluation. The application includes features such as a landing page, admin/member login and registration, management dashboards, workout schedules, equipment guides, and supplement listings. Black-box testing confirms that all features function as expected. This system simplifies administrative processes and enhances member experience, making it effective in supporting digital transformation at KRESNA GYM.

The thesis supervision process in higher education institutions is still frequently conducted manually, which may lead to inefficiencies in recording supervision data. This study focuses on the development and implementation of a web-based thesis supervision attendance application designed to facilitate attendance documentation, supervision session administration, and systematic monitoring of thesis supervision history. The methodology applied in this study is the Waterfall model, which includes the phases of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The application was developed using the Laravel framework and a MySQL database. The system design was modeled using Unified Modeling Language (UML), while the validation process was conducted through Black Box Testing techniques. The research findings indicate that the developed application is capable of performing real-time supervision attendance recording, managing supervision information, and generating attendance reports effectively and efficiently. It can be concluded that the web-based thesis supervision attendance application improves the efficiency and accuracy of supervision record management and supports a more effective thesis supervision monitoring process..

Public services are one of the essential functions of village-level government as they are directly related to the needs of the community. However, in Pontap Village, Palopo City, service processes are still carried out manually, which often leads to obstacles such as service delays, difficulties in record-keeping, and limited access to information for residents. This study aims to design and develop a web-based public service information system to improve the efficiency and quality of services at the village office. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, which consists of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. The system was built using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and utilizes MySQL as the database which is managed using HeidiSQL. System modeling was carried out using use case diagrams and activity diagrams, while testing was conducted using the black-box testing approach to ensure that all functions operate according to specifications. The resulting system provides community complaint services, administrative letter services, and information on health service schedules such as posyandu and puskesmas activities. It is expected that this system will facilitate residents in accessing information, accelerate service processes, and improve data accuracy through an integrated digital platform. This research is expected to serve as a solution to support the digitalization of public services in Pontap Village and to become a reference for the development of similar systems in other regions.

The absence of integrated blood stock management in hospitals, relying on current manual procedures, frequently results in delayed services and challenges in fulfilling blood requirements under emergencies. This research seeks to design and build a web-based blood stock monitoring platform called HemoBridge, offering real-time data accessible by the public, healthcare facilities, and the Ministry of Health. The System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) framework with the well-known Waterfall approach was adopted, encompassing needs analysis, system architecture, development, verification, deployment, and upkeep. This study used a qualitative methodology through field observation and literature review. The platform was developed using PHP and the Laravel framework, with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL as supporting technologies. Findings indicate HemoBridge was successfully deployed with core features comprising a comprehensive landing page, donor education, role-based access control, an integrated hospital management panel, a Ministry of Health dashboard, and an advanced blood stock search module with referral capability. Validation through Black Box Testing across six primary functions confirmed all features performed as intended. The platform demonstrates the capacity to enhance data management efficiency, accelerate information retrieval, and strengthen evidence-based decision-making in healthcare. Prospective enhancements include automated stock alerts, data encryption, and wider interoperability with health institutions throughout Indonesia.

This research aims to develop a web-based Attendance Monitoring System for CPNS Latsar Training Participants using the Laravel and Filament framework at the University of Jambi. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall model, which includes the stages of needs analysis, design, Implementation, Testing, and Maintenance of the system. The results of the study show that the system successfully runs digital attendance features, real-time monitoring, and generates automatic reports with a test success rate of 100%. In addition, the results of the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) obtained a feasibility score of 92.8% in the category of "Very Feasible". These findings confirm that the developed system is able to help the attendance administration process, improve the ease of monitoring participants, and support the management of attendance data in a more structured and efficient manner. Thus, this web-based monitoring system can be an innovative solution in supporting the effectiveness of the Implementation of CPNS Latsar Training within the University of Jambi.

Public service institutions currently utilize digital technology to improve information accessibility for society. Satres PPA and PPO Polresta Banyumas has an important role in providing services, protection, and education related to violence cases against women and children. However, information regarding services, reporting procedures, and educational materials is still not fully accessible to the public. This study aims to design and develop a service and educational website for Satres PPA and PPO Polresta Banyumas using the Laravel framework. The research method used in this study is the Waterfall method, which consists of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. The website was developed using Laravel, MySQL, and Bootstrap to support responsive interface design. The results show that the developed website is able to provide service information, educational articles, reporting procedures, and contact information effectively. System testing results indicate that all website features function properly according to user requirements. The website is expected to improve public access to information and increase awareness regarding the protection of women and children.

Pengolahan nilai akademik di sekolah dasar masih banyak dilakukan secara manual menggunakan buku nilai atau aplikasi sederhana seperti spreadsheet, sehingga menimbulkan ketidakefisienan, duplikasi data, dan tingginya risiko kesalahan pencatatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pengolahan nilai akademik berbasis web dengan mengimplementasikan framework Laravel dan metode Agile. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mixed method, yaitu pengumpulan data kualitatif melalui observasi dan wawancara, serta evaluasi kuantitatif melalui pengujian sistem. Proses pengembangan sistem mengikuti tahapan Agile yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian secara iteratif. Sistem dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan framework Laravel serta basis data MySQL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan kecepatan dalam pengolahan data akademik, khususnya pada proses input nilai, pengelolaan data, dan pembuatan laporan otomatis. Pengujian menggunakan black box testing menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur sistem berjalan dengan baik. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi berupa solusi yang terstruktur dan fleksibel dalam pengelolaan data akademik serta mendukung transformasi digital di bidang pendidikan.

Inventory management is a crucial aspect of business sustainability, particularly for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) that often face limitations in data management and technological adoption. Selaras Muba Lestari is Incubation Center, which supports MSMEs in Musi Banyuasin Regency, encounters challenges in managing product inventory due to reliance on manual recording systems. This study aims to design and develop a web-based inventory application using the Laravel framework to improve the efficiency and accuracy of stock management. The research adopts the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall model, which includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The results indicate that the developed system is capable of improving data accuracy, accelerating the recording process, and providing real-time inventory reports. Furthermore, this study reinforces previous findings that digitalizing inventory systems serves as a strategic solution to enhance the competitiveness of MSMEs.

Mekanisme administrasi barang pada REA TEHNIK sebelumnya masih mengandalkan cara-cara konvensional melalui pencatatan fisik serta bantuan perangkat lunak Microsoft Excel. Namun, pola kerja tersebut memicu sejumlah hambatan praktis, di antaranya lambatnya akses terhadap informasi stok, risiko diskrepansi data akibat kelalaian input, hingga birokrasi validasi laporan yang memakan waktu lama [1], [2]. Keterbatasan ini mendasari urgensi pengembangan sebuah platform digital yang terintegrasi dan bersifat real-time guna mengoptimalkan kinerja perusahaan serta menjamin akurasi data inventaris secara menyeluruh. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada perancangan dan implementasi sistem manajemen inventori berbasis web dengan memanfaatkan keunggulan framework Laravel. Proses pengembangan perangkat lunak ini mengadopsi metodologi Waterfall yang dilakukan melalui tahapan sistematis, meliputi identifikasi spesifikasi kebutuhan, perancangan arsitektur sistem, tahap pengodean, verifikasi fungsional, hingga fase pemeliharaan. Aplikasi yang dibangun mengintegrasikan berbagai modul krusial, seperti manajemen katalog produk, pelacakan mutasi barang, formulir permintaan barang (Item Request), permohonan pembelian (Buy Request), mekanisme otorisasi manajerial, serta otomasi pembuatan laporan bulanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa solusi digital ini secara masif mampu mendongkrak efisiensi operasional, khususnya dalam mempercepat siklus pencarian data stok dan durasi persetujuan administrasi. Berdasarkan pengujian menggunakan metode Black Box Testing, seluruh fitur telah beroperasi secara optimal sesuai dengan spesifikasi kebutuhan pengguna. Digitalisasi ini terbukti berhasil meminimalkan risiko kesalahan dokumentasi serta meningkatkan keterpaduan proses bisnis dibandingkan dengan metode manual yang digunakan sebelumnya.

The development of information and communication technology encourages Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to manage data more effectively, efficiently, and integratively to create consumer loyalty. Efforts can be made using a web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Information system to manage customer data and transaction history in an integrated, effective, and efficient manner. The many complaints from several stores in Grobogan Regency, especially Toko Sumber Rezeki, regarding errors in inputting consumer data, data loss, and difficulties in preparing sales reports, prompted the author to conduct this research with the aim of providing practical contributions to MSMEs in managing data effectively by using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) information system. The method used in this research is Research and Development (R&D) with a Waterfall software development model that includes the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system was developed using PHP with the Laravel 11 framework and a MySQL database. The system's main features include customer data management, real-time transaction recording, integrated purchase history, a sales summary dashboard, and reports that can be exported to PDF and Excel. The results of this study indicate that the system meets user needs and helps improve recording efficiency and data accuracy. Therefore, the designed system can support data-driven decision-making and improve the quality of customer service at the Sumber Rejeki Store in Grobogan Regency.

Transformasi digital menjadi kebutuhan penting bagi usaha kecil untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan daya saing. Toko Dmelz, sebuah usaha kuliner rumahan, awalnya masih mengandalkan sistem penjualan manual melalui media sosial, yang sering menimbulkan kesalahan pencatatan, keterlambatan proses, dan kesulitan dalam pembuatan laporan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengembangkan sistem informasi penjualan berbasis web untuk mengotomatisasi proses pemesanan, pengelolaan produk, dan pelaporan penjualan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan tahapan identifikasi masalah, perancangan sistem, implementasi menggunakan framework Laravel dan basis data MySQL, serta pengujian dengan metode black-box. Sistem diuji menggunakan 10 akun pengguna dan sekitar 50 transaksi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan seluruh fitur berfungsi dengan baik sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Implementasi sistem ini meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mengurangi risiko kesalahan, serta mempermudah akses bagi pelanggan dan admin. Secara keseluruhan, sistem informasi ini menjadi solusi digital yang mendukung pertumbuhan, keberlanjutan, dan daya saing Toko Dmelz di era digital.

Rendahnya tingkat literasi masyarakat desa masih menjadi tantangan dalam peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Desa Kunangan telah memiliki pojok baca sebagai sarana literasi nonformal, namun pengelolaannya masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga akses informasi dan pemanfaatannya belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi pojok baca berbasis website untuk mendukung pengelolaan literasi desa secara lebih efektif dan terpusat. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Extreme Programming (XP) yang meliputi tahapan perencanaan, perancangan, pengkodean, dan pengujian dengan iterasi singkat serta keterlibatan pengguna secara aktif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan perangkat desa dan masyarakat guna mengidentifikasi kebutuhan sistem. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan framework Laravel dan menyediakan informasi koleksi buku, lokasi pojok baca, serta akses bacaan digital. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan Black Box Testing dengan teknik Equivalence Partitioning. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem meningkatkan akses informasi literasi dan efisiensi pengelolaan pojok baca, serta mendukung transformasi digital desa.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem presensi karyawan berbasis mobile dan web dengan penerapan teknologi geolocation dan face recognition. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan framework Flutter untuk aplikasi mobile dan Laravel Filament untuk sistem web. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi PT Linkfortune adalah ketidakefisienan dalam pencatatan kehadiran manual serta potensi manipulasi data presensi. Dengan penerapan teknologi geolocation, sistem mampu memastikan karyawan melakukan presensi di lokasi yang valid, sedangkan face recognition digunakan untuk memverifikasi identitas pengguna secara otomatis. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan pendekatan Waterfall yang terdiri dari tahapan analisis, desain, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat berjalan dengan baik, akurat dalam mendeteksi lokasi, dan mampu mengenali wajah dengan tingkat keberhasilan tinggi. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kedisiplinan serta efisiensi proses administrasi kehadiran di perusahaan.

CV KIA is a shop engaged in the field of computer sales and services, coming directly to make transactions and provide computer service information services. So there are obstacles that are quite time consuming and transportation costs for customers to find out information on goods, stock of goods, and the process of purchasing goods because customers have to come directly to the store. Product information on CV Kia cannot be updated in real time so that there is a delay in calculating stock of goods. The method used in this study is the prototype development method and is designed using UML. This system uses two programming languages, namely PHP. Implementation using the Xampp application, and MySQL. The results of this study are the design and creation of a web-based sales information system. The system that is built will also later facilitate the sales transaction process which can later reduce the level of competition with the outside market. This system displays information about product sales, and can carry out the sales transaction process so that customers do not need to come to the store to get information and make product purchases. The results of testing that has been carried out involving 10 Respondents that the conclusion of the quality of the feasibility of the software produced has a percentage of success with an average total of 100%.  Keywords: Sales, Prototype, PHP, Information Systems, Sublime Text

The Information System registration module for the Regional Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWPD) was developed using the Laravel framework and implemented by the Taxpayer Identification Agency (BPPKAD) at Kediri City. The system was designed to digitize the NPWPD registration process, which was previously done manually. This traditional approach often led to long queues, extended processing times, and, at times, errors in data entry. The new system offers several key advantages, including an online registration form that allows taxpayers to upload required documents such as photos of ID cards, business locations, and other necessary paperwork. Data validation is performed by officers to ensure accuracy, and automatic notifications are sent to taxpayers, informing them of the status of their applications. The implementation of this system has had several positive impacts, such as significantly improving the efficiency of administrative processes, reducing the manual workload for officers, and increasing transparency and accountability in public services. Moreover, it has improved customer satisfaction by providing faster, more accurate, and more responsive services. This system supports the creation of a streamlined, user-friendly, and effective method for taxpayers to register for NPWPD online, enhancing the overall quality of public sector service delivery.
