Employee performance is a critical element in organizational success, particularly in labor-intensive industries such as garment manufacturing. This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress (X1) and work environment (X2) on employee performance (Y) in garment industry companies in Semarang Regency. A quantitative descriptive approach with multiple linear regression analysis was employed. The population and sample comprised 96 employees using total sampling. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire (1–5) with 10 items per variable. All classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity) were satisfied. Reliability tests yielded Cronbach's Alpha of 0.866 (work stress), 0.941 (work environment), and 0.937 (employee performance), confirming instrument reliability. Results indicate: (1) work stress has no significant partial effect on employee performance (t = 1.581; sig. = 0.117); (2) work environment has a significant positive partial effect on employee performance (t = 9.618; sig. = 0.000); (3) simultaneously, both variables significantly affect employee performance (F = 56.630; sig. = 0.000) with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 54.9%. These findings confirm that optimizing the work environment both physical and non-physical is the primary strategic priority for enhancing employee performance in the garment industry.

This study aims to systematically analyze the implementation of severance pay policy as a manifestation of post-employment compensation and its profound impact on the harmony of industrial relations within the regulatory framework of the Omnibus Law in Indonesia. Utilizing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology aligned with the PRISMA framework, this research comprehensively synthesizes data from 25 selected academic articles encompassing human resource management, employment law, and organizational behavior. The findings reveal that the paradigm shift from the previous labor regulations to the Omnibus Law framework has fundamentally altered the calculation mechanisms and statutory floors for severance pay. While these legislative adjustments are strategically designed to enhance organizational agility and mitigate financial distress for corporations, they have engendered substantial apprehension among the workforce regarding the degradation of normative rights. Consequently, this policy transformation presents a critical challenge to sustaining industrial harmony, frequently precipitating labor disputes, diminishing employee morale, and intensifying bipartite conflicts. This study recommends that human resource practitioners proactively develop transparent communication strategies and design complementary post-employment benefit architectures to restore distributive justice. Furthermore, policymakers are urged to institute robust oversight mechanisms to ensure equitable implementation and safeguard worker welfare without compromising long-term business sustainability.

Changes in labor regulations through the Job Creation Law have brought significant changes to the employment system in Indonesia, particularly in terms of labor flexibility. This study aims to analyze labor flexibility after the implementation of the Job Creation Law from the perspective of Human Resource Management (HRM). The research method used is a qualitative approach through a literature study with thematic analysis of 16 scientific journals, books, and regulations related to labor flexibility and strategic Human Resource Management (HRM) practices. The results show that labor flexibility has positive impacts on companies in improving operational efficiency, productivity, and adaptability to market changes. However, on the other hand, such flexibility also creates several challenges, including job uncertainty, decreased job security, and reduced protection for contract and outsourced workers. From the HRM perspective, companies are required to create a balance between business interests and labor protection in order to maintain harmonious industrial relations. This study is expected to provide a more comprehensive understanding of labor flexibility as part of human resource management strategies in the post-labor deregulation era in Indonesia.

This study aims to analyze the bankruptcy process of PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk (Sritex) according to Law Number 37 of 2004. In addition, the legal impact on its subsidiary, PT Primayudha Mandirijaya in Boyolali, including legal protection for affected employees, will also  yang be reviewed. The research method used is normative legal research with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. Data were obtained through a literature review of relevant regulations and legal literature. The results of the study indicate that although PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk has been declared bankrupt by the commercial court, legally, the assets of PT Primayudha Mandirijaya as a subsidiary do not immediately become part of the bankruptcy estate of its parent company. This is based on the principle that the legal entity is independent (separate legal entity) and its responsimerupakan bilities are limited (limited liability), which separates the assets in question from the parent company and the subsidiary, unless there is evidence indicating a guarantee from the company (corporate guarantee). Furthermore, the legal study on labor protection emphasizes that the rights of PT Primayudha Mandirijaya employees need to be legally protected in accordance with national labor regulations and bankruptcy law to mitigate the social and economic impacts in the Boyolali region. The study concludes that the legal existence of the subsidiary remains independent despite the bankruptcy of its parent company. However, it is crucial to prioritize contractual risk reduction and worker rights security during the curator's handling.

Background: Cesarean section (CS) is a mode of delivery frequently used in women with high-risk pregnancies. Over the past two decades, the rate of CS has increased significantly worldwide. Although CS can be a life-saving intervention when performed based on appropriate medical indications, it may also result in adverse outcomes for both mothers and infants and increase the clinical and economic burden on healthcare systems. Limiting CS rates can be achieved through the control of modifiable risk factors. Purpose: This study aimed to describe the factors contributing to the occurrence of cesarean section. Method: This study employed a descriptive cross-sectional design and was conducted at Singasana Regional General Hospital, Tabanan Regency, from February to May 2025. The study sample consisted of 259 women who underwent cesarean delivery during the period 2020–2024. Data were collected through a review of medical records using a checklist instrument. Univariate analysis was performed to describe maternal characteristics and indications for cesarean section. Result: Most cesarean deliveries occurred in women aged 20–35 years (77.99%) and in multiparous women (48.65%). The most dominant maternal factor was a previous cesarean section (37.6%), while the most common fetal factor was fetal distress (42.7%). Conclusion: Maternal age of 20–35 years, multiparity, a history of previous cesarean section, and fetal distress were the dominant factors associated with cesarean delivery. These findings highlight the importance of early antenatal risk screening and optimal labor management to reduce unnecessary cesarean sections and improve maternal and neonatal safety.

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Open Unemployment Rate (OUR), Human Development Index (HDI), and zakat on poverty in Mandailing Natal Regency. The study employed a quantitative approach using the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) based on quarterly secondary data from 2015 to 2025. The analytical procedures included stationarity testing, optimal lag selection, Johansen cointegration testing, VECM estimation, Granger causality testing, as well as Impulse Response Function (IRF) and Variance Decomposition (VD) analyses. The findings indicate that all variables were stationary at the second difference level, with an optimal lag length of four, and exhibited a long-run cointegration relationship. The VECM estimation reveals that, in the long run, the Open Unemployment Rate has a positive and significant effect on poverty, while zakat has a negative and significant effect in reducing poverty. In contrast, the Human Development Index does not significantly affect poverty, which may be explained by the presence of a development time lag and employment mismatch between workforce competencies and labor market demands. The Granger causality test indicates a one-way causal relationship from the Open Unemployment Rate to the Human Development Index. Furthermore, the Variance Decomposition analysis shows that poverty variation is predominantly explained by its own shocks (96.25%), reflecting the persistence of structural poverty. Therefore, policy synergy through employment expansion and the optimization of productive zakat programs based on business empowerment is recommended to accelerate poverty alleviation in Mandailing Natal Regency.

One key measure of a region's economic growth is the employment rate, as it reflects the ability of the economy to absorb labor and improve community welfare. In Jambi Province, employment opportunities are influenced by several factors, including Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), population growth, and the Human Development Index (HDI). This study aims to analyze the effects of GRDP, population growth, and HDI on employment growth rates across regencies and cities in Jambi Province. The research employs a quantitative approach using panel data regression analysis covering 11 regencies and cities during the period 2017–2023. The findings indicate that GRDP growth, population growth, and HDI simultaneously influence employment levels. Partially, population growth and HDI have significant effects on employment, indicating that improvements in human development and demographic dynamics contribute to labor absorption. Meanwhile, economic growth, as measured by GRDP, has a relatively small negative effect on employment. This suggests that economic expansion does not always generate proportional employment opportunities, possibly due to structural changes and technological developments. Therefore, policies aimed at improving human capital and labor market conditions are essential to support sustainable employment growth in Jambi Province.

Preeclampsia is one of the leading causes of maternal mortality and may result in various complications during pregnancy and childbirth. In Tegal Regency, preeclampsia contributed to 27% of maternal deaths in 2024; therefore, studies on childbirth characteristics among mothers with this condition are needed. This study aimed to identify the characteristics of childbirth events in mothers with preeclampsia at Dr. Soeselo Slawi Regional Hospital, Tegal Regency. A descriptive design with a retrospective approach was used by reviewing the medical records of 202 mothers who delivered with preeclampsia during 2025. Data were analyzed univariately and presented as frequency distributions and percentages. The results showed that most mothers underwent operative delivery (62.38%), while spontaneous and induced labor accounted for 37.13% and 0.50%, respectively. Most deliveries occurred at preterm gestational age (62.38%), followed by term (36.14%) and postterm (1.49%) deliveries. Maternal and obstetric complications included bleeding (6.93%), fetal distress (4.95%), eclampsia (1.49%), and HELLP syndrome (0.99%). Most neonates had normal birth weight (82.18%) and did not require NICU care (95.05%), although low birth weight (17.82%) and NICU admission (4.95%) were still identified. The maternal clinical condition was dominated by blood pressure of 140–159/90–109 mmHg (75.74%). Proteinuria was found in 46.53% of respondents, with moderate proteinuria (+2) as the predominant category (38.30%). In conclusion, childbirth among mothers with preeclampsia was dominated by operative and preterm deliveries. These findings emphasize the importance of early detection and optimal management of preeclampsia to reduce maternal and neonatal complications and improve the quality of maternal-infant health services overall.

Agentic artificial intelligence (AI) systems capable of autonomous goal-directed behavior, multi-step planning, tool use, multi-agent coordination, and iterative self-correction represent a transition from passive clinical AI tools toward systems that can participate in complex healthcare workflows. However, empirical evidence remains fragmented across clinical decision support, patient monitoring, and administrative applications, and no systematic synthesis has evaluated which agentic principles have been technically demonstrated and which have accumulated sufficient evidence to support responsible clinical deployment. We conducted a PRISMA-informed systematic review of peer-reviewed empirical studies published between January 2025 and April 2026. Searches across five bibliographic databases and Google Scholar, supplemented by citation tracking, identified 443 unique records for screening, of which 25 met the predefined PICOS and quality appraisal criteria. Evidence was synthesized using an evidence-informed seven-principle framework derived from the integration of agentic AI, clinical AI, and healthcare governance literature. This framework provides a structured lens for examining how agentic principles are evaluated individually and in combination, enabling a deployment-readiness perspective that extends beyond capability-focused assessments alone. The evidence base was concentrated on technical capability principles, whereas human oversight, safety, compliance, and equity-related evaluation received comparatively limited attention. Most studies remained at the laboratory, benchmark, or proof-of-concept stage, and none reported demographic-stratified performance outcomes. Overall, the findings suggest a structural asymmetry in agentic healthcare AI: empirical research is advancing agentic capabilities more rapidly than it is generating evidence for the oversight, safety, equity, and governance mechanisms required for responsible clinical translation.

Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) such as Diabetes Mellitus and Gout pose a serious threat to the health of the elderly due to their often asymptomatic nature. Cost barriers hinder the elderly community from accessing laboratory services. This community service activity aims to improve health standards and early detection of NCDs through monitoring blood glucose and uric acid levels in the Generasi Kaleb community of the JKI Injil Kerajaan Church, Semarang. The Participatory Health Screening and Education method used includes health education, screening using the Point of Care Testing (POCT) tool, and personal consultation on the results. The service subjects were 50 elderly respondents. The examination results showed a prevalence of abnormal random blood glucose (GDS) of 8%, 32%, had high uric acid levels with a maximum value of 10.3 mg/dL. This activity successfully transformed the elderly's awareness from subjective perception to awareness based on objective data, and encouraged community independence in managing a healthy lifestyle to prevent further NCD complications. .
