Data security in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is a crucial issue in health information governance in Indonesia. This study evaluates the compliance of health facility information security systems with Ministry of Health Regulation (PERMENKES) No. 24 of 2022 and Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP) No. 27 of 2022, and analyzes the impact of non-compliance on service quality and patient trust. The method employed is a systematic narrative literature review on the Google Scholar database (2023–2026) using the keywords "data security and privacy," "electronic medical records," and "CIA Triad," focusing on the implementation of Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability. The four healthcare facilities examined have implemented controls such as role-based access control, Electronic Signatures (TTE), Virtual Private Networks (VPN), data encryption, and SSL/TLS protocols in accordance with PERMENKES provisions and Article 35 of the UU PDP. However, the effectiveness of implementation is hindered by weak authentication due to the use of simple passwords and excessively long auto-logout durations, the absence of comprehensive written standard operating procedures (SOPs), low staff compliance with security protocols, and minimal patient awareness regarding personal data protection rights. These weaknesses heighten the risk of patient data breaches as well as potential administrative sanctions and fines, and carry negative implications for service quality and public trust. Recommendations include strengthening internal security policies, developing written SOPs, providing continuous training for healthcare workers, implementing stronger authentication mechanisms (e.g., multi-factor authentication/MFA), and conducting patient awareness programs to ensure regulatory compliance and maintain public confidence.

This study examines the strategic role of Integrated Reporting (IR) in shaping investor perceptions in emerging markets, where transparency is essential for investment decision-making amid complex and volatile conditions. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with the PRISMA framework, this study ensured objective source selection and rigorous article screening. A total of 119 articles were identified from Scopus and Google Scholar using the keywords “Integrated Reporting,” “Investor Perception,” and “Emerging Markets.” After applying inclusion criteria, 29 relevant articles were selected for analysis. The findings indicate that IR plays a significant role in building positive investor perceptions by reducing information asymmetry, enhancing reporting transparency, and improving the disclosure quality of non-financial information. Investors in emerging markets generally respond positively to IR implementation, particularly when supported by strong corporate governance and clear regulatory frameworks. However, the relationship between IR and investor perception varies across contexts due to differences in institutional environments, regulatory systems, and capital market maturity. This study contributes by mapping IR dynamics in emerging markets and identifying conceptual gaps and implementation challenges for future research and policymaking.

This community service activity aims to enhance the understanding of local business actors in Kanekes Village (Baduy Luar) regarding the implementation of a sales information system to support the management and marketing of traditional handicraft products. The main problems faced by partners include unstructured transaction recording, low utilization of sales data, and business management that is still based on memory. The implementation method uses a participatory approach through socialization, training, hands-on practice, and mentoring, with data collection techniques carried out through interviews and field observations. The activity was conducted on April 17, 2026, involving MSME handicraft actors as the main partners. The results show an increase in business actors’ understanding of the importance of sales recording systems as a basis for business management. Participants began to be able to record transactions in a more structured and simple manner and utilize sales data to monitor business performance and identify the most in-demand products. In addition, there was a shift in business management patterns from memory-based to simple data-based systems. This activity also encouraged improvements in digital literacy through the introduction of social media utilization and digital marketing strategies. Overall, this program contributes to strengthening the capacity of business actors and supporting the more effective and sustainable development of traditional product marketing. CV KIA is a shop engaged in the field of computer sales and services, coming directly to make transactions and provide computer service information services. So there are obstacles that are quite time consuming and transportation costs for customers to find out information on goods, stock of goods, and the process of purchasing goods because customers have to come directly to the store. Product information on CV Kia cannot be updated in real time so that there is a delay in calculating stock of goods. The method used in this study is the prototype development method and is designed using UML. This system uses two programming languages, namely PHP. Implementation using the Xampp application, and MySQL. The results of this study are the design and creation of a web-based sales information system. The system that is built will also later facilitate the sales transaction process which can later reduce the level of competition with the outside market. This system displays information about product sales, and can carry out the sales transaction process so that customers do not need to come to the store to get information and make product purchases. The results of testing that has been carried out involving 10 Respondents that the conclusion of the quality of the feasibility of the software produced has a percentage of success with an average total of 100%.  Keywords: Sales, Prototype, PHP, Information Systems, Sublime Text

Abstract. Government data centers in Indonesia face significant challenges related to data integrity and transparency, impacting policy-making accuracy, operational efficiency, and public trust. Data fragmentation, information inconsistency, and vulnerability to manipulation and cyberattacks have become crucial issues. Blockchain technology, with its fundamental characteristics such as decentralization, immutability, cryptography, and consensus mechanisms, offers innovative solutions to address these problems. This research employs a systematic literature review and conceptual analysis approach to identify how blockchain principles can be effectively applied. The proposed conceptual model, which utilizes permissioned blockchains like Hyperledger Fabric and distributed storage systems such as the InterPlanetary File System (IPFS), demonstrates significant potential in creating a secure, transparent, and auditable data ecosystem. Blockchain implementation is expected to enhance data security, strengthen auditability, prevent fraud, improve operational efficiency, securely manage digital identities, and increase data availability and redundancy. Although implementation challenges exist, including technical complexity, immature regulations, costs, and human resource gaps, global case studies and initial initiatives in Indonesia indicate significant feasibility and benefits. This report recommends a holistic approach encompassing adaptive regulatory development, infrastructure and human resource investment, phased pilot projects, and multi-stakeholder collaboration to realize blockchain's full potential in improving government data governance.   Keywords: Blockchain, Cybersecurity, Data Integrity, Data Transparency, Government Data Center

In this study, to analyze the interest factors in using e-commerce-based accounting information systems among Surakarta private students. This research is quantitative research. The population of this research is private students from Surakarta. The sample determination technique uses the Slovin formula. Data analysis uses SPSS 25. The results of this study prove that perceived ease and trust influence interest in the Shopee e-commerce based accounting information system and perceived risk does not influence interest in using the Shopee e-commerce based accounting information system. So, Shopee e-commerce features must pay attention to service, privacy & security and provide functional features so that they can attract students' attention to use Shopee e-commerce.

ABSTRACT Information services on campus are often delayed due to reliance on staff, resulting in long queues and inefficient waiting times. This study aims to design and develop a robotic interaction system based on speech recognition and Natural Language Processing (NLP), equipped with a virtual button as an alternative activation method. The system allows users to interact with the robot using voice, while the virtual button provides an additional option for users who are more comfortable with touch-based interaction. The research method employed is prototype development, which includes the design, implementation, and evaluation of the system. Testing was conducted to assess the effectiveness of the system in delivering information services quickly and accurately. The results show that the developed system can enhance service efficiency, reduce dependence on staff, and facilitate faster and more practical interactions between users and the robot. This study is expected to contribute to the development of technology-based public service systems, especially in the campus environment. Operational efficiency is one of the key indicators in determining the success of industrial companies amid increasing competition. One of the strategies that can be implemented to improve this efficiency is through systematic and integrated business process management. This study aims to examine the role of business process management in enhancing the operational efficiency of industrial companies. This research uses the literature review method by analyzing various national journal publications from the last five years relevant to the topic. The results show that implementing effective business process management helps companies reduce waste, shorten production time, and improve product quality. The utilization of information technology, particularly ERP systems, supports the integration of business processes, allowing for more effective decision-making. However, several challenges remain, including resistance to change and limitations in human resources. Therefore, the implementation of business process management requires appropriate strategies and active participation from all organizational elements to achieve the desired efficiency.   Keywords: , , , ,

To improve marketing, an information system is needed that can make it easier for consumers to find information about product information and marketing of sr12 products. One of the media that is widely used in marketing is a website. A website is a collection of addresses that display interrelated information in the form of text, images, videos, animations, sounds or a combination of all of them that can be accessed using the internet. To build a website, a method is needed. Good pharmaceutical procurement management can prevent stock shortages, reduce costs, and improve healthcare service quality. However, issues such as medication shortages, delayed procurement, and discrepancies between demand and supply are still common. This literature review aims to analyze pharmaceutical procurement management in hospital pharmacy units. The literature search yielded 10 relevant articles on pharmaceutical procurement management in hospital pharmacy units. The databases used were Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, and Semantic Scholar. The keywords used were management, pharmaceutical procurement, and hospital. The search results underwent a screening process using the PICO elements and the CRAAP method. The findings indicate that pharmaceutical management in various hospitals has shown progress, but still faces challenges such as inaccurate data collection, delayed drug supply, and storage facilities that do not meet standards. Other obstacles include limited funds, inability to pay on time, and a lack of integrated information systems. However, some aspects are well-managed, such as the use of e-purchasing and proper drug storage categorization.

Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) is an information technology designed to manage the entire process of health services in an efficient and integrated manner. SIMRS implementation plays an important role in supporting decision making, increasing work efficiency, and improving the quality of hospital services. The purpose of this study is analyze the effect of SIMRS implementation on employee performance in the health sector. The method used is a The study employs a literature review methode by national research articles published between 2017-2024. Data sources were obtained through the Google Scholar database with keywords related to hospital management information systems and employee performance. The data was analyzed based on research results from several relevant journals. The results showed that SIMRS implementation has a significant influence on hospital employee performance. SIMRS is proven to improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, and speed in health services. The majority of studies reviewed showed a significant relationship between SIMRS and improved employee performance, as indicated by a significance value of p < 0.05 in various studies. SIMRS implementation has a positive impact on employee performance, both in terms of work effectiveness and quality of health services.

Current developments in technology and information systems This is progressing quite rapidly. Electronic human resource management (E-HRM) as an organizational unit consisting of personnel who process human resource data using computer and non-computer technology. This study uses the literature review method related to business law (BL), economic analysis of law (EAL), and E-HRM research. Literature sources in this study used books, information sources from official government agencies and international organizations as well as scientific articles accredited by Science and Technology Index (SINTA) or SCOPUS. The search strategy uses keywords related to related topics. E-HRM is the embodiment of the intelligent society 5.0 culture in managing the staffing system. Various scopes of personnel management such as planning, administration, payroll and staff evaluation can be carried out effectively and efficiently in mining industry

Abstract. One technology that is widely used today is ChatGPT, a chatbot that utilizes AI in its operation. One of the impacts that needs to be considered is the decline in student interest in reading. Students reading interest may decrease due to the convenience offered by ChatGPT through services that use natural human language. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of using ChatGPT on students' reading interest as well as identify other factors that may affect reading interest. This study investigates the effect of using AI ChatGPT on reading interest by involving respondents through filling out a Google Form questionnaire, that is Information Systems students at ITS. The results showed that there was no significant effect of using ChatGPT on the reading interest of ITS Information Systems students. The proposed recommendations include increasing student awareness of the importance of reading accredited literature, books, and scientific articles in the era of digital development. In conclusion, this study provides an in-depth insight into the influence of AI Chat GPT respondents regarding the reading interest of ITS Information Systems students.   Keywords: Artificial Intelligences (AI), Chat GPT, Reading Interest.   Abstrak. Minat baca mahasiswa dapat menurun karena kemudahan yang ditawarkan oleh ChatGPT melalui servis yang menggunakan bahasa alami manusia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan ChatGPT terhadap minat baca mahasiswa serta mengidentifikasi faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi minat baca. Studi ini menyelidiki pengaruh penggunaan AI ChatGPT terhadap minat baca dengan melibatkan responden melalui pengisian kuesioner Google Form yaitu mahasiswa Sistem Informasi di ITS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari penggunaan ChatGPT terhadap minat baca mahasiswa Sistem Informasi ITS. Rekomendasi yang diajukan mencakup peningkatan kesadaran mahasiswa akan pentingnya membaca literatur terakreditasi, buku, serta artikel ilmiah di era perkembangan digital. Kesimpulannya, penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mendalam mengenai pengaruh AI Chat GPT responden terkait minat baca mahasiswa Sistem Informasi ITS. The development of information technology has significantly impacted the evolution of business into the digital era 5.0. In this context, the role of Computer Information Systems (CIS) becomes crucial in facing the challenges and opportunities that arise. This study aims to explore the role of CIS in Business 5.0, focusing on technology integration and business processes, analytical capabilities and data-driven decision-making, automation and operational efficiency, information security and compliance, as well as accountability and transparency. The research methodology involved literature search from academic databases and scientific journals using relevant keywords such as "digital transformation," "Business 5.0," "Computer Information Systems," and "technology integration." Selected information sources were then filtered based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, such as relevance, source credibility, and publication year. The results of literature analysis indicate that technology integration and business process serve as the foundation for the role of CIS in Business 5.0. Analytical capabilities and data-driven decision-making, along with automation and operational efficiency, also significantly contribute to increased productivity and organizational innovation. Additionally, aspects of information security and compliance, together with accountability and transparency, are key to building trust among stakeholders. The discussion of the results highlights the importance of understanding and implementing these concepts in the context of Business 5.0. By considering technology integration and business processes, analytical capabilities and data-driven decision-making, automation and operational efficiency, information security and compliance, as well as accountability and transparency, companies can optimize the role of CIS in transforming their businesses into the digital era 5.0, enhancing competitiveness, and achieving long-term success.

The process of recording cash receipts and disbursements is an important part of financial management of an entity, be it a business, organization or individual. This process helps ensure that money received and disbursed is recorded correctly, so that it can be used to control finances, prepare financial reports, and fulfill tax obligations. The aim of this research is to create an accounting information system for cash receipts and disbursements at UD. Berkat Berkawan by creating a web-based cash receipt and disbursement application program. This research method uses a study method with an approach used to understand and analyze how an accounting information system operates in a business or organizational context. The results of this research can be used to facilitate UD. An Accounting Information System (AIS) for inventory of consumable goods is important in inventory management, transaction recording and financial reporting. A consumables inventory AIS helps in monitoring stock, calculating inventory costs, and ensuring proper accountability within the company. The problems that occur in the inventory recording system for consumable goods, namely that the recording that is still being carried out is not in accordance with applicable accounting so that the physical entry and exit of goods cannot be known periodically and there is no SIA for the Banjarbaru City Regional Revenue Service Unit. This research aims to create a Web-based SIA for inventory of consumables at the Banjarbaru City Regional Revenue Service Unit. This research method uses the case study method. The results of the research found that web-based AIS for managing supplies of consumables at the Banjarbaru City Regional Revenue Service Unit runs more effectively and efficiently. Electronic-based nursing care in hospitals refers to the application of information technology and electronic systems in the process of providing care for patients. There are various impacts in the use of electronic nursing records that have implications for patient safety. The purpose of this study was to review the impact of using electronic-based nursing documentation on patient safety and quality of nursing care. The method used is literature review by searching articles in three electronic databases: PubMed, ProQuest, and Science Direct. The inclusion criteria used were articles that matched the research objectives, according to the specified keywords, were in English, full text and published until 2022. There were eleven research articles that met the inclusion criteria. The results of a literature review on the eleven articles illustrate that electronic-based nursing documentation has a positive impact on patient safety and the quality of nursing care. The use of electronic nursing documentation provides various benefits, such as efficiency in managing patient data, increasing accuracy and speed in processing information, and improving coordination and communication between health workers. In addition, two articles also convey the impact of using electronic nursing documentation which is considered detrimental in an effort to maintain patient safety. Thus, the information in this literature review can be useful for planning the development of strategies for implementing electronic-based nursing documentation in hospitals.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of hospital administrative systems in improving the quality of healthcare services. Effective administration plays a crucial role in accelerating service delivery, reducing administrative errors, and optimizing hospital resource management. This research employs a literature review method based on ten national and international scientific articles discussing the implementation of the Hospital Management Information System , administrative digitalization, and the relationship between administrative effectiveness and patient satisfaction. The findings indicate that integrated and technology-based administrative systems, such as Hospital Management Information System, significantly improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, and patient satisfaction. However, the success of implementation largely depends on human resource competence, training, and managerial support. Technical issues, user resistance, and limited infrastructure remain major challenges. Employment information systems are government-developed systems that support systematic and accurate employment information systems. The problem mainly occurs in the employment section because the system is not fully utilized because it still USES the system manually, paging files in the cabinet and opening one file at a time to search for information on each employee is enough to consume time and energy. It's boring, so it's less efficient. The purpose of this study is to design an employment information system that is expected to support corporate performance in the field of resource information systems. The methodology used was stage one interview, the second stage of observation. The final phase of library research. On this final assignment we successfully made the software. Final results are also available for the agency. It is hoped that this software can help the employees' data processing system in the hall office be structured to repair and refine the information. The purpose of this research was to design an employment resource system that is expected to support corporate performance in the field of information system.  

Entering an increasingly advanced era, the role of information technology is very important in various sectors. Currently, many business people have used information technology as a system in an agency or company. CV. Untung Maju Bersama is a company engaged in the sale of snacks and basic necessities. In its journey, the system used is still using a manual system. To maximize the sales system, therefore an analysis of the sales system design was made using the prototyping method to help improve the existing system. The system used on this website has three users, namely admin, sales, and delivery who have different access rights and have different tasks according to their respective job descriptions. In the analysis of this information system design, a prototyping method is used where the design made must be in accordance with the system to be built. Several features will be added in this proposed design system which did not exist in the previous system, namely the addition of an item tracking feature. This feature allows customers to see how far their orders have been processed. It is hoped that the design of this system can help CV.
