SR12 Herbal Perkasa is a company engaged in the field of herbal & skin care which was established in 2015 by Toni Firmansyah, S. Farm., Apt as the main director, Asrianty Salam, S.Farm as a pharmacist who is responsible for Plant Operational. The Sr12 Distributor Store requires more active and wider marketing to increase sales. To improve marketing, an information system is needed that can make it easier for consumers to find information about product information and marketing of sr12 products. One of the media that is widely used in marketing is a website. A website is a collection of addresses that display interrelated information in the form of text, images, videos, animations, sounds or a combination of all of them that can be accessed using the internet. To build a website, a method is needed. Personal Extreme Programing (PXP) is a software development method that tries to simplify the various stages in the development process so that it becomes more addictive and flexible. Entering an increasingly advanced era, the role of information technology is very important in various sectors. Currently, many business people have used information technology as a system in an agency or company. CV. Untung Maju Bersama is a company engaged in the sale of snacks and basic necessities. In its journey, the system used is still using a manual system. To maximize the sales system, therefore an analysis of the sales system design was made using the prototyping method to help improve the existing system. The system used on this website has three users, namely admin, sales, and delivery who have different access rights and have different tasks according to their respective job descriptions. In the analysis of this information system design, a prototyping method is used where the design made must be in accordance with the system to be built. Several features will be added in this proposed design system which did not exist in the previous system, namely the addition of an item tracking feature. This feature allows customers to see how far their orders have been processed. It is hoped that the design of this system can help CV. Inventory is a current asset that has a major role in the accounting cycle. Assyfa Farma Pharmacy is the business of an individual-owned dispensary that is developing in Mranggen District, Demak Regency. The problem faced by Assyfa Farma Pharmacy is that there is no minimum stock of goods because there is no warning that the stock will run out. The number of products that are almost entering the expiration date are on shelves and insecure data storage so that they have a very large risk of data being lost because it is stolen by irresponsible parties. This system will alert the user to the remaining stock of existing goods and the expiration date of the goods. The security of inventory processing data will be guaranteed with a password for users so that anyone cannot access the database. This inventory information system will be built with Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 programming language, Microsoft SQL Server 2000 as database and multi user network using FEFO method as goods storage method.
