The garment industry faces challenges in grouping diverse goods based on their characteristics, which can affect the efficiency of the production process and inventory management. This study aims to apply the K-Means Clustering algorithm in garment goods classification to improve business process management and optimization. The K-Means algorithm, as one of the popular clustering methods, is used to group garment goods data based on features such as size, color, fabric type, and product model. This method begins with the selection of relevant features from the dataset obtained from the garment industry. Furthermore, the K-Means algorithm is implemented to determine the optimal number of clusters using the elbow score and silhouette methods. The clustering results are analyzed to evaluate the extent to which the algorithm can form homogeneous and business-relevant groups of goods. The results of this study indicate that the K-Means Clustering algorithm is effective in grouping garment goods into several categories that are consistent with business patterns and needs. The application of this method results in a better understanding of goods grouping that can improve production efficiency and facilitate inventory management. This study contributes to the best practices in the use of the K-Means algorithm in the convection sector and shows the potential of this method in supporting data-driven decision making.   Keywords:,

The inheritance law itself is part of the civil law and the smallest part of the family law. The customary law inheritance system includes 3 (three) patterns, namely patrilineal, matrilineal, and parental. One of the tribes that still applies customary inheritance law is the Talang Mamak Tribe. This research explores the application of the inheritance of the Talang Mamak Tribe in the customary inheritance system in Indonesia and its legal consequences in terms of aspects of Indonesian civil law. This research is of a normative juridical type using a statutory debate approach and a concept approach. The secondary data used comes from literature studies with analytical descriptive analytical methods. The result of the research obtained by Penilis is that most of the Talang Mamak people are known to have converted to Islam. The traditional inheritance of the Talang Mamak Tribe basically uses a matrilineal system, where the heirs are daughters. The role of Ninik amak and the daughter here is to be the ruler or controller of the inheritance and the custodian of all the brothers of the wife including the sons. According to Article 105 and Article 109 of the Civil Code, this is inversely proportional to the position of women who are classified as legally incompetent. The inheritance system in the Talang Mamak Tribe should be given legal protection by the government specifically.     Keywords: , , ,

Therefore, the most suitable application is using an Android-based application, the use of an Android-based application is an option because almost all customers have an Android device, so that services can be directly carried out quickly, easily, effectively and efficiently. With this application, it is easier for the customer and the BUMDES Lantongau in services ranging from customer registration, meter recording, billing payments, customer complaints and information on service disruptions, all can be done through the application. 21st century learning has had a huge impact on students and teachers. Students must be guided to be able to think critically to overcome various kinds of problems that occur. Furthermore, teachers as education play an important role in honing problem solving skills in their students. The problem solving learning model is a learning model that directs students to solve problems in the learning process. In addition, the problem solving learning model is not fully capable of being applied by science teachers. Although, in the 2013 curriculum in Indonesia a teacher is required to be able to apply the problem solving model in conducting science learning. Not only that, the limited experience of teachers in applying variations of these learning models is still the main obstacle in learning science. So, teachers in Indonesia must have extensive experience in adopting problem solving learning models. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the problem solving learning model in learning science in Indonesia. This research is a kind of meta-analysis research. The research sample came from analyzing national and international journals published from 2010-2022. The selection of data used as samples was carried out very strictly and thoroughly. Searching for this research sample through Google Scholar, Eric, Hindawi, Sage, Springer, Proquest, IEEE, DOAJ, and Wiley. The sample selection technique is a purposive sampling technique. In this technique, the data that is used as a sample must have a relationship with the research variable. In searching for sample keywords, namely problem solving learning models in learning science (Biology, Chemistry and Physics) in various schools in Indonesia. Data analysis is descriptive statistical analysis with the OpenMEE application. Data analysis was performed by calculating effect size, standard deviation (SD), average value (mean), and N-gain. The results of this study concluded that the application of the problem solving learning model was very effective in learning science in Indonesia. This learning model is able to increase student learning outcomes with an average score of 86 students in the experimental class and 65.5 in the control class, the effect size value is 1.39 in the high category and N-Gain is 0.55.

Covid-19 pandemic that hit almost all countries and no exception beloved our country Indonesia, has resulted in destruction and the collapse of the community’s economy. At the same time there is information about the covid-19 virus that still needs to be questioned about the validity of the source. With the development of technology in today’s era, it is easier for us to filter information that has valid sources so that there are no misunderstandings about the information obtained. So on this basis, this study aims to develop a chatbot model regarding Covid-19 in a relevant and fast manner according to the questions and statements entered. Chatbot itself is an Artificial Intelligence-based program or we can call it a digital assistant, which can simulate user conversations or chats like humans through an application either based on Android or the web. By using chatbot technology, users can get valid and relevant answers whose sources are clear so as not to cause anxiety and also make it easier for users to get information about the Covid-19 virus.   Keywords: Covid-19; Technology; Chatbot; Artifical Intelligence

This study aims to assist a non-profit organization in compiling financial reporting automatically through the application of a simple financial reporting system. Orphanage or LKSA is an institution engaged in the social sector which is a non-profit entity. A non-profit organization is an organization that is engaged in community services that does not aim to make a profit (profit) but in its activities also requires funds for its operations so that it requires a financial report. Like other types of non-profit organizations, LKSAs are also required to be able to present reports in an accountable and transparent manner. This research was conducted at LKSA Ananda Seva Dharma which was started by conducting a situation analysis regarding the need for a simple financial application. Furthermore, the researchers designed a simple excel-based financial reporting system and implemented it in the process of preparing LKSA financial reports. The results of the study shows that a simple financial application that has been designed can be used by LKSA Ananda Seva Dharma for the preparation of financial statements so that the preparation of financial statements can be done more easily and efficiently. In addition, the financial statements produced are in accordance with non-profit accounting standards and describe the financial condition of LKSAs in full, so that accountability for the resources provided can be better described through these financial statements.  

Background: The discipline of health protocols is one of the first steps for the revival of tourism in Bali, which during the pandemic period experienced very difficult phases for tourism activists as well as local, domestic and international tourists. Bali Rise is Bali's tag line to re-open itself to accept tourists from abroad, of course with a health protocol that has become an absolute price. Purpose: The purpose of this article review is to evaluate the application of health protocol discipline, especially in Bali. Method: the method used in this article review is to search for articles with the keywords health and tourism protocols. The inclusion criteria are literature on health protocols during a pandemic with a range of publication years from 2019 to 2021, while the exclusion criteria are review articles. The results of the literature search carried out deletion of double articles, screening of titles, abstracts, and full-text obtained 20 articles. Result: tourism activists in Bali have increased their attention to support the recovery of Bali tourism by participating in training and socialization of health protocols and even some tourist objects that make strict SOPs regarding the implementation of health protocols. Conclusion: tourism in Bali is ready to rise with the application of health protocol discipline

The development of a village information system must be done because it is mandated by Law no. 6 of 2014 concerning villages, especially article 86. In article 86 point (2), it states that "the government and regional governments are obliged to develop a village information system and rural area development," and in point (3), "the village information system as referred to in paragraph (2) includes facilities hardware and software, networks, and human data sources”. Brawijaya University's strategic community service team developed an information system in Sumberbrantas village, Batu City, in the form of websites and applications, as well as capacity building. The methods used are survey, observation, brainstorming, youth involvement, data collection, creating website & application, training, and launching as well as socialization. The purpose of making the Sumberbrantas.id website and application is an information system, service, product marketing place, information delivery, government activities and villagers, as well as supporting the development of tourism in Sumberbrantas village. Children with disabilities are part of diversity, but there are problems such as the lack of character formation of children, not yet optimal in developing the potential and limited skills and independence of children with disabilities. So the PKM-PM team at Slamet Riyadi University Surakarta provided a mentoring activity through the application of the aquaponics system in order to empower children with disabilities in improving the life skills of children with disabilities at YPAC Professor Doctor Soeharso Surakarta. The methods applied in this service include: (1) providing counseling and socialization related to the aquaponics system, (2) aquaponics assembly, (3) training related to aquaponics seeding and care, and (4) monitoring the development of aquaponics. The result of this service is that children with disabilities who become participants during the service process have gained knowledge related to the aquaponics system. Children routinely carry out maintenance such as spraying hydroponic vegetables, feeding catfish to cleaning fish waste at the bottom of the pond. Assistance is carried out to train the independence and responsibility of children with disabilities in aquaponic care as well as become vocational skills for them which if aquaponics continues to be developed it will become a source of income for children with disabilities, especially those living in dormitories. This service has achieved the expected results and the sustainability of this program continues to be carried out with a monitoring pattern. The method of learning the universe at TK Pertiwi Bebengan, Kec. Boja, Kab. Kendal, Central Java is still simple, namely explaining the material by displaying a 2-dimensional still image. This makes students unable to see directly the process of rotation and movement of celestial bodies in the universe. For this reason, it is necessary to create an application that can display the process through 3D animated moving images using Augmented Reality (AR) based technology. The research method used is Prototype, while the architectural design uses UML and software applications using Unity3D, Vuforia, Photoshop CS6 and Blender. The final results of the study are 1) on testing application features made with Unity3D and Vuforia software can run well, 2) on device testing there are 2 out of 4 smartphones that cannot run the application so that a minimum specification of a smartphone is required, 3) on distance testing with a height of 20 cm, it requires the right camera tilt angle, which is between200 to 900. The conclusion of the research is that this application can run well on mobile devices registered in Google's ARCore database and minimum specifications of Android 8.0 Oreo. In addition, it is necessary to pay attention to the right camera tilt angle so that it can display 3D objects.

Abstrak – Wabah Covid 2019 adalah penyakit menular serta dapat menyerang organ pernapasan yang sangat mematikan di Negara Tiongkok. Masyarakat Indonesia yang terjangkit virus Covid 2019 ini perlu dilakukan peramalan untuk mengetahui jumlah kasus masyarakat yang terjangkit wabah Covid 2019 pada bulan berikutnya. Dengan menggunakan Metode Single Exponential Smoothing, Double Exponential Smoothing, dan Triple Exponential Smoothing ini kita gunakan pada aplikasi RStudio untuk mengetahui nilai parameter α, β, dan γ kita dapat mengetahui perbandingan dari ketiga metode tersebut. Dari ketiga metode tersebut akan menggunakan parameter nilai α, β, dan γ. Dari ketiga metode tersebut dicari nilai SSE yang terkecil. Dengan mengetahui nilai SSE yang terkecil maka akan di dapatkan hasil peramalan yang lebih akurat. Data yang saya gunakan berjumlah 30 periode. Dengan menggunakan 30 periode kita mendapatkan nilai SSE terkecil 33042318. Dengan nilai tersebut kita mendapatkan nilai coefficient 1179.6161 atau masyarakat yang terjangkit wabah covid 2019 pada hari berikutnya berjumlah 1741 orang. Dengan dilakukannya penelitian ini diharapkan untuk setiap masyarakat dapat menjaga kesehatannya dengan cara menjaga kesehatan, kebersihan, serta mengkonsumsi makanan yang sehat dan bergizi sehingga dapat terhindar dari virus covid-19. Dengan menggunakan Metode Single, Double, Triple Exponential Smoothing kita dapat meramalkan kasus covid-19 di Indonesia selama beberapa bulan kedepan.   Abstract – The 2019 Covid outbreak is an infectious disease and can attack the respiratory organs which is very deadly in China. For the Indonesian people who have been infected with the 2019 Covid virus, forecasting needs to be done to find out the number of community cases infected with the 2019 Covid outbreak in the following month. By using the Single Exponential Smoothing, Double Exponential Smoothing, and Triple Exponential Smoothing methods, we use the RStudio application to determine the value of the parameters α, β, and γ we can find out the comparison of the three methods. Of the three methods will use the parameter values ​​ α, β, and γ. From the three methods, the smallest SSE value is sought. By knowing the smallest SSE value, more accurate forecasting results will be obtained. The data that I use is 30 periods. By using 30 periods, we get the smallest SSE value of 33042318. With this value we get a coefficient value of 1179.6161 or the people who were infected with the 2019 covid outbreak on the next day amounted to 1741 people. With this research, it is hoped that every community can maintain their health by maintaining health, hygiene, and consuming healthy and nutritious food so that they can avoid the Covid-19 virus. By using the Single, Double, Triple Exponential Smoothing method, we can predict COVID-19 cases in Indonesia over the next few months.

Abstrak – Kebutuhan informasi yang semakin cepat. Menjadi alasan dibangun e-government web portal ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan Website ini adalah dengan metode Web Development Life Cycle (WDLC). (WDLC) adalah metode yang digunakan dalam membangun sebuah website. Dimana WDLC merupakan sebuah proses pengembangan sebuah website akan disampaikan kepada pengguna. Dalam pembuatannya, dilakukan proses menganalisis data dan informasi yang ada pada dinas komunikasi dan informatika agar dapat di masukan ke proses implementasi perancangan sistem dengan menggunakan metode WDLC dan diterapkan dengan Framework Laravel V7. Disimpulkan bahwa Penerapan Metode ini berhasil dan akan mempermudah pengelola Web dalam mengelola informasi responsif dan compatible. Dengan terciptanya web portal ini akan mempermudah kinerja admin dalam menyebarluaskan informasi yang secara otomatis juga akan mengurangi beban tenaga IT di Dinas Komunikasi dan informatika yang minim tenaga IT.   Kata Kunci – E-Government, WDLC, Website, Internet   Abstract – The need for information is getting faster.Be the reasonbuilt e-government webportalthis. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of quality human resource, quality application, reward and punishment, organization management, and socialization and training on the effectiveness of the preparation of cash withdrawal planning. This research method uses primary data with a sample of 92 respondents. The analytical tool used is SmartPLS version 3.3.3. The results of the study show that the quality of human resources and reward and punishment have a positive effect on the effectiveness of the preparation of cash withdrawal planning. Application quality and organizational management have no effect on the effectiveness preparation of cash withdrawal planning. This service aims to provide knowledge and practice of making online art appreciation learning media during the COVID-19 pandemic based on Android smartphones. The use of android smartphones as a tool for making learning media is based on the consideration that android smartphones have increasingly diverse uses because they are supported by the availability of various applications. The training was conducted for middle school art and culture teachers in Karanganyar. Implementation of the training using the lecture method to convey theoretical material about learning media, discussions to determine the concept of learning media to be made, and assistance in making learning media based on Android smartphones. The results of the training in the form of learning media are then carried out field trials to determine the success and shortcomings.
