Adolescence is an important period for reproductive health because it is a period of behavioral formation, where at this time, teenagers begin to try new or challenging things, including in health behavior, one of which is free sex behavior. This free lifestyle behavior is greatly influenced by a correct understanding of adolescent reproductive health. The impact that can occur due to free sex behavior is early pregnancy or Unwanted Pregnancy. Adolescent pregnancy is one of the health problems that requires serious attention so that efforts are needed to increase awareness of reproductive health for all teenagers. The purpose of this community service is to increase the knowledge of teenagers at MAN Seram Bagian Barat about reproductive health and increase adolescent awareness in preventing early pregnancy. The method used is to provide education to teenagers at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Seram Bagian Barat. Teenagers are very enthusiastic about this activity by asking various questions and the active discussion makes teenagers more enthusiastic. Indonesia's rapid population growth, particularly among adolescents, has raised concerns regarding its social and reproductive health implications, including rising rates of unintended pregnancies, premarital sexual activity, and the spread of sexually transmitted infections (STIs). In response to these issues, the government issued Government Regulation (GR) No. 28 of 2024 as a derivative of Law No. 17 of 2023 on Health. One of its provisions regulates the provision of contraceptives for school-aged children and adolescents. This study aims to examine the implications of this provision in relation to religious values, social morality, and the direction of national health policy. The research employs a normative qualitative approach using juridical-philosophical analysis, along with an assessment of public responses, religious leaders’ perspectives, and the views of state institutions regarding the regulation. The findings indicate that Article 103 paragraph (4) letter e has sparked controversy due to the use of the term "provision," which is perceived as ambiguous and contradictory to religious norms particularly Islamic teachings and is viewed as potentially legitimizing premarital sexual behavior among students. These findings highlight the necessity for the government to reassess regulations that conflict with religious and local cultural values. Furthermore, the study advocates for strengthening preventive reproductive health education grounded in religious and moral principles, rather than directly providing contraceptives within school settings.

Social media has become an integral part of adolescents' lives, offering quick access to information, including reproductive health information. However, exposure to inaccurate information can pose risks. This study aims to analyze the relationship between social media use and adolescent reproductive health knowledge and behavior. A quantitative research method with a cross-sectional approach and chi-square test was used to examine the relationship between the independent variable (social media use) and the dependent variable (reproductive health knowledge and behavior). The study population was all 10th grade students (23 students) and 11th grade students (30 students) at SMK Tamansiswa Boja Kendal. A sample of 53 respondents was taken using an accidental sampling technique, consisting of students who happened to be present and willing to participate during the study. The results showed that the majority of respondents (56.6%) had low social media usage intensity. The majority of respondents also had a high level of knowledge (75.5%) about reproductive health, with an average score of 8.13 and a median of 10. Most respondents (66.0%) demonstrated positive reproductive health behavior. However, the chi-square test results showed no significant relationship between social media use and levels of knowledge (p = 0.673) or reproductive health behavior (p = 0.495). Although social media did not show a significant direct relationship to adolescent reproductive health knowledge and behavior in the context of this study, the high levels of knowledge and positive behaviors found indicate that existing educational programs, both in schools and from other sources, have been effective. Further research with larger samples and wider geographic variation is needed to understand other factors that influence adolescent health behavior.

Reproductive health is key to the continuity of human life from one generation to the next. Good reproductive health conditions in prospective brides and grooms (catin) will have an impact on the quality of future generations. Catin refers to men and women who do not yet have a legitimate bond under both religious and legal terms and are in the process of preparing for marriage. Prospective brides and grooms are the primary target for efforts to improve reproductive health during the preconception period. Therefore, catin need to prepare their reproductive health to ensure they can have quality generations after marriage. To address reproductive health issues in prospective brides and grooms, the Indonesian government has organized premarital courses aimed at preparing a healthy marital life and producing quality offspring. A total of 20 participants attended the premarital course. Premarital counseling is conducted to provide understanding and knowledge about reproductive health, focusing on prospective brides and grooms. Health professionals provide reproductive health education, conduct health checks, and administer TT immunization to the participants. This counseling is essential to ensure that prospective brides and grooms gain sufficient knowledge about reproductive health before marriage.
