Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, leverage dan growth terhadap kebijakan deviden pada perusahaan LQ45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2016-2022. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 12 perusahaan LQ45 dengan total 84 sampel pengamatan yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling.  Data pada penelitian ini diolah dan diuji dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah profitabilitas berpengaruh positf dan signifikan terhadap kebijakan deviden. Leverage berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kebijakan deviden. Growth berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kebijakan deviden This research aims to determine the effect of profitability, leverage and growth on dividend policy in LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2016-2022 period. The number of samples used in this research was 12 LQ45 companies with a total of 84 observation samples obtained using the purposive sampling method.  The data in this study were processed using and tested using the multiple regression analysis method. The results of this research are that profitability has a positive and significant effect on dividend policy. Leverage has a positive and insignificant effect on dividend policy. Growth has a negative and insignificant effect on dividend policy

The research aims to analyze whether macro fundamentals, dividend policy, funding decisions and investment decisions influence company value with financial performance and ownership structure as intervening variables. The method used in the research is quantitative with secondary data sources originating from the 2018-2023 financial reports. The population in the research are companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange, while the sampling technique used in the research uses purposive sampling where 5 industrial companies are selected by researchers with certain criteria. The tool for processing and analyzing data uses the Smart-Pls version 4 application. Analysis results shows that macro fundamentals, dividend policy and investment decisions do not have a direct effect on the company's financial performance, while funding decisions have an effect on the company's financial performance; Macro fundamentals, investment decisions, funding decisions do not influence the ownership structure, while dividend policy influences the ownership structure; Ownership structure has an insignificant influence on financial performance, financial performance has a negative and significant influence on company value, ownership structure has a positive and significant influence on company value.

This research aims to analyze the relationship between capital structure, dividend policy, financial performance and company value in the telecommunications industry. This research uses quantitative methods and applies secondary data. The research results show that capital structure, dividend policy and financial performance greatly influence company value. In other words, making decisions about capital structure, dividend policy, and financial performance can positively influence increasing company value. In other words, the results of this research can be used by practitioners and decision makers in the telecommunications industry to help them increase the value of their business.

The business world is getting tougher due to the large number of new companies. Company management must compete and overcome difficulties. Shareholders need to evaluate the company's prospects in the future. The stock return received by shareholders is one of the important factors that help investors assess the company's prospects. The purpose of this study is to analyze and review the effect of dividend policy, sustainability reporting, funding cash flow on stock returns moderated by firm value. This research method uses descriptive qualitative. By describing the data obtained from literature review, a phenomenon can be studied. These data can provide new insights into the phenomenon and identify problems that remain unanswered. The results of this study indicate that the variables of dividend policy, sustainability reporting, and funding cash flow affect stock returns. And company value can moderate dividend policy, sustainability reporting, and funding cash flow on stock returns.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, kebijakan dividen, dewan komisaris independen, corporate social responsibility terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Periode waktu penelitian yang digunakan adalah 4 tahun yaitu periode 2017-2020. Populasi penelitian ini meliputi seluruh perusahaan barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2017-2020. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan diperoleh 18 perusahaan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari situs Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi logisik data panel di dukung dengan aplikasi program Eviews 12. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, kebijakan deviden tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, dewan komisaris independen berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan dan corporate social responsibility tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.

This research aims to examine the influence of profitability, institutional ownership, and dividend policy on debt policy on companies from automotive sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research period used is 7 years which is the period 2015-2021. The research population includes all automotive sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2015-2021. Sampling techniques use purposive sampling techniques. Based on the established criteria obtained 6 samples of companies from automotive sub-sector manufacturing companies. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The method of analysis used is the regression analysis of the data panel. The result showed the Return On Asset has a significant positive effect on debt policy. Institutional ownership that has no effect on the debt policy. The dividend policy has no effect on the debt policy. Firm size has no effect on the debt policy.  Return On Asset, Institutional ownership, and Dividend policis Jointly affect Debt policy.

The capital market is an investment vehicle for those who have excess funds. People invest in the capital market with the aim of earning income or return on investment. Investment can be defined as an activity of placing funds in one or more assets during a certain period in the hope of obtaining income and or increasing the value of the investment. The main purpose of the company to invest is the rate of return. The main purpose of investors investing their funds in securities is, among others, to get the maximum rate of return through policies, for example, dividends at a certain risk will get certain results with minimal risk. From the results of the research, it is found that there is a negative influence of Ownership Structure, a positive influence of Dispersion of Ownership, and a negative influence of Capital Structure on the Dividend Policy of Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2007-2011.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Funding Decisions, Dividend Policy and Tax Aggressiveness on Firm Value.Population in this study is the property and real estate sector companies listed on the IDX in 2015-2019. The sample companies obtained and meet the criteria are 9 companies and the data that can be processed is 45 annual report data. The data analysis used is descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 21.0 program. The results of the partial test (t test), Funding Decisions have a significant positive effect on Firm Value, Dividend Policy has a significant positive effect on Firm Value, while Tax Aggressiveness has no effect on Firm Value.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, company growth, dividend policy and tax avoidance (study on the manufacturing sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange). The population in this study were all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 period, totaling 76 companies. The data collection method used in this research is documentation. The source of data in this study is secondary data in the form of financial reports published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression which was preceded by classical assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test and heteroscedasticity test. While hypothesis testing is done by using the coefficient of determination, t test and F test. In this study, the results of the analysis show that profitability has effect on firm value, liquidity has no effect on firm value, firm growth has no effect on firm value, dividend policy has effect on firm value, and tax avoidance has  effect on firm value.

The aim of this research is to obtain a partial and empirical evidencefrom a simultaneous monetary policies which affect the share dividends oncompany non financial institutions are listed at the Indonesian stockexchange (BEI).The samples of this research arenon financial company in2009-2012, with purposive sampling method.Hypotheses test to partial results showed that price to book value of noeffect and not significant to the dividend payout ratio, return on investmentis no effect and no significant impact on the divident payout ratio, net profitmargin is not effect and not significant to the dividend payout ratio, currentratio is not effect and not significant to,dividend payout ratio debt to equityratio is not affec insignificant to the dividend payout ratio, total assets andturnover of not effect and not significant to the dividend payout ratio,earning pershare is not effect and not significant to the dividend payoutratio.

Debt Policy is policy to decision finance is a policy in determining the company’s funds are sourced from external. Managers must determine the exact proportion of debt with due regard to the risks of the debt. The purpose of this research is to explore how the influence free cash flow, growth of the company, dividend policy and firm size toward the debt policy. Population in this study are all companies listed on the indonesia stock exchange year 2013 obtained 137 company. This research used purposive sampling method. The analysis show that they have one variable is dividend policy has positive influence to debt policy. As for the other three variables independent are free cash flow, growth of the company, and firm size that insignificant influence to debt policy. The conclusions of this study proved that the dividend policy can improve the company’s debt policy. Suggestion for future research to use an independent commissioner and the implementation of good corporate governance to supervise the activities of the company and improve its performance.
