The events of the covid-19 pandemic produce an uncertain future. This has a very far-reaching influence on capitalization of capitalization and also social problems such as increasing levels of violence and crime rates. The purpose of this study is to analyze government policies regarding reactions due to inflation, especially in Indonesia. Inflation rate has a negative effect on the reaction load. The inflation rate affects the response because when the stimulus increases, inflation will decrease and vice versa. There are several government policies in overcoming pressure due to inflation, namely creating jobs, changing the investment climate, spreading several economic stimulus, and improving the quality of human resources through education.

There has been a lot of rapid growth in Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia in recent years. MSMEs are critical to the overall health of the national economy. They are responsible for creating jobs and generating profits, which in turn helps support other parts of the economy. The development of MSMEs is hoped to reduce the unemployment rate, which will result in an increase in people's purchasing power and growth in the country's economy. The purpose of the study is to see an overview of how business motivation and performance and the impact of business motivation on the performance of business actors. The population is 461 business actors. The sampling technique using the Slovin Formula was obtained by a sample of 81 people. The analysis method in this study uses descriptive and verificatif analysis consisting of regression analysis, correlation, coefficient of determination. The results of the descriptive analysis show that business motivation has a score of 81.36 which means that business actors have excellent business motivation with the lowest score on the expectation indicator and the highest score on the intensive indicator. As for the Business Performance variable, it has a score of 69.52 which means that business actors already have good business performance with the lowest score on the indicator of increasing sales and the highest score on the indicator of increasing profits. The results of the verificative  analysis Business motivation has a significant effect on business performance in the Sukaregang Kulit Industry Center, Garut Regency. Good business motivation is needed to support business performance.

Hypertension is one of the most common cardiovascular diseases experienced by people with an increasing number of cases. and the purpose of this study was to describe the incidence of hypertension in the elderly in Hitu Village, Leihitu District, Central Maluku Regency. This study used a descriptive analytic research design, in which the researcher made direct observations on the respondents and distributed questionnaires using a descriptive approach to describe the incidence of hypertension in Hitu Village. The population in this study amounted to 23 respondents with the sampling technique that is total sampling and the samples found amounted to 23 respondents. Data analysis was carried out in the form of univariate analysis which was carried out using a computerized process and presented in the form of tables and narratives. The results of the study showed that many respondents were 60-65 years old, 34.8% In terms of gender, it was found that many respondents were women, totaling 17 respondents or with a percentage of 73.9%. In the last education respondents had the last education was SD as many as 18 respondents (78.3%). In the respondents who had a family history, that is, they did not have a family history of hypertension, as many as 13 respondents (56.5%). In terms of job characteristics, it can be seen that many respondents have jobs as IRT as many as 21 respondents (95.6%). It was concluded that the characteristics that best describe the incidence of hypertension in the elderly in this study were the respondent's gender, education and occupation.
