This study discusses the implementation of the commemoration of the Prophet Muhammad’s birthday (Maulid Nabi Muhammad SAW) in Pematang Guntung Village as an effort to strengthen religious values and foster togetherness within the community. The commemoration of the Prophet’s birthday is a long-standing Islamic tradition carried out as a form of respect and love for the Prophet Muhammad SAW. The objectives of this study are to celebrate the Islamic holy day of Maulid Nabi, cultivate the love of the people for the Prophet, develop the potential of the younger generation in the field of religion, and strengthen Islamic brotherhood (ukhuwah islamiyah) among villagers. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The collected data were analyzed in depth to describe how the Maulid event was conducted and its impact on the community. The findings revealed that the commemoration of the Prophet’s birthday brought significant positive effects. In addition to increasing understanding and practice of Islamic teachings, this activity also strengthened social bonds, encouraged youth participation, and raised collective awareness of the importance of preserving religious traditions. Furthermore, the event served as an effective medium to foster ukhuwah islamiyah, a spirit of togetherness, cooperation, and tolerance among community members. The Maulid tradition also functioned as an informal educational medium that instilled noble values, promoted the Prophet’s exemplary character, and reinforced moral development. Thus, the commemoration of the Prophet Muhammad’s birthday in Pematang Guntung Village was not only a religious tradition but also an instrument of education, character building, and social cohesion that reinforced unity and harmony within the community.  

Madrasah plays an important role as a place to pass on the values of ahl al-sunnah wa al-jama'ah. Madrasah has the same status as general educational institutions and has the characteristics of the Islamic religion. The increasing phenomenon of juvenile delinquency and the declining quality of student character, strengthening the function of education as a character builder has re-emerged and become an urgent and inevitable demand. The purpose of this community service is to launch a national character education movement starting from early childhood education to college. This launch is expected to overcome the problem of low student character. The method used in community service activities with systematic, structured, measurable stages, and real results of the activities carried out, namely observation, orientation, introduction of materials, implementation, and evaluation. The results of community service, character education is important to be given to students because the formation of a child's character is obtained in the school environment. This service has a positive impact on students of MtS Nurul Huda Mendalo because students are able to understand the importance of Character Education being applied in social life. Students are able to provide examples of the application of Character Education after the material for developing Character Education is given. Through this activity, students can learn that character education is not only provided at the MtS level, but is provided up to the tertiary education level.

This community service aims to develop students' writing literacy. The main focus of this service is training in effective sentence writing and the application of punctuation. This writing training involved 15 MPI students of the Faculty of Islamic Religion, Islamic University of Balitar Blitar. The training was held for 2 meetings within 1 full day in November 2024. The training in writing scientific papers and journals for students of the Faculty of Islamic Religion (FAI) Unisba includes several stages, namely pretest (writing papers), identification of academic vocabulary, analysis of scientific sentence structure, analysis of the use of punctuation, intensive practice in the preparation of vocabulary, sentences, and punctuation marks according to academic rules, and posttest (writing papers or journals). This activity is carried out in groups and individuals by applying learning strategies and media that are interesting and relevant to the academic needs of students. After participating in the training (posttest), 80% of students were able to reach a proficient and proficient level in writing scientific papers and journals. These results show a significant increase compared to the achievement before the training (pretest), where 73% of students were only able to reach the basic level.  Based on these results, it is recommended to the Faculty of Islamic Religion Unisba to intensify the academic literacy training program, especially in writing scientific papers and journals. Students who have the potential to excel in academic writing need to continue to hone their skills through continuous coaching, while students who still need special assistance can be given additional programs to improve the quality of their skills.

Haul tradition is one of the religious rituals that is still preserved by the Muslim community in Gubugsari village. Haul is a commemoration of the death of someone who is considered to have privileges, such as ulama, kiai, or respected community leaders. This ritual is generally carried out every year on the day of the death of the person being commemorated. In the context of Gubugsari village, the haul tradition has become an inseparable part of the life of the local Muslim community. This ritual is not only a form of respect for the commemorated person, but also a forum for the community to strengthen ties, strengthen religious identity, and preserve Islamic values that have taken root in local culture. As the haul tradition in the village of Gubugsari, Pegandon Subdistrict, Kendal Regency, which until now still carries out the haul tradition because the person who is honored is mbah Abdul Wahab as a respected figure by the Muslim community, especially in the village. To see the values of these traditions, researchers are interested in further examining the values of the haul tradition of cengklian and ndangdoan in the socio-religious life of the Candimulyo village community, Sedan sub-district, Rembang district. The method used in this research is qualitative method, data collection techniques in this research using observation, documentation and interviews. The subjects in this study were the people of Gubusari village, both those who joined the committee and those involved in the haul tradition event The results of this study indicate that the haul tradition has a form of a series of haul event contents, namely the practices performed during the pilgrimage as a medium for the tradition. The aim of holding these mentoring sessions is to enrich the spiritual dimension of geography students by strengthening their faith and piety towards Allah SWT. The primary benefit of this effort is that it can help students overcome various challenges and difficulties encountered in their daily lives. In the context of religion, Majelis Ta'lim activities play a very important role. These activities convey and teach religious principles to participating students. Through Majelis Ta'lim activities, students receive spiritual guidance that helps them develop strong character, integrity, and a deeper understanding of religious values. This service is carried out using lecture and question-and-answer methods, and it is expected to benefit geography students by creating a harmonious environment that supports their academic and spiritual development.

Islamic Religious Education has a central role central role in creating religiously observant Indonesians. Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur'an (TPQ) plays an important role in shaping children's character through teaching reading the Qur'an, prayer practice, memorization of short letters, and daily prayers. daily prayers. TPQ Baiturrahman in Palangka Raya is an institution that teaching Islamic manners and daily prayers to its students. This assistance is carried out by ustadz and ustadzah to shape a person who is religiously observant, responsible, and caring for others. The teaching methods used are memorization and lectures, with a test of memorization of daily prayers as an evaluation. This learning aims to to produce students who are able to memorize daily prayers, understand the adab when in a place of worship, and have a qualified understanding of religion. This study describes the activities to improve the understanding of religious knowledge held by madrasah diniyah and boarding school Nurul Huda At-Tahdzihiy Larangan Bareng Jombang. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with observation and documentation techniques, the research shows the effectiveness of the institution in improving the religious understanding of the students before the month of Ramadan. This activity, held in the month of Sha'ban, aims to prepare students to welcome the holy month of Ramadan efficiently.

STAIN MADINA KKN Group 26 was held in Balimbing Julu Village, Padang Bolak Julu, North Padang Lawas, North Sumatra. The main problem is that in Balimbing Julu Village there are no recitation groups specifically for children or teenagers. In Balimbing Julu Village there is no Madrasah Diniyah Awaliyah (MDA) so children's knowledge about religion is still minimal. In fact, there are still many elementary school children who don't know the hijaiyah letters or short letters. With this recitation, children are more enthusiastic about memorizing short suras, practicing prayer and learning monotheism of the Al-Qur'an.By establishing a study park, children can play while learning religious knowledge. Therefore, as STAIN MADINA KKN students, we collected data by conducting observations and surveys (interviews) with the Balimbing Julu community to hold a recitation garden for children, Friday afternoon recitation for mothers and youth recitation or Naposo Nauli Bulung (NNB) specifically for Friday evenings. 'at the existence of these recitations can strengthen ties between communities.To overcome this problem, we planned to alternately set up a place for recitation at the homes of members of the study group, specifically for children's study gardens, we deliberately held it at the KKN post and the next recitation location was taken over by the chairman of the NNB, namely Maralohot Siregar. With this recitation, it is hoped that it will broaden the knowledge of children, recitation mothers and Naposo Nauli Bulung (NNB). After we established a recitation garden, Friday afternoon recitation for women, and Friday evening recitation for Naposo Nauli Bulung (NNB), we understood that the support of the Balimbing Julu village community had a very important role in realizing these recitation activities. People can learn about the meaning of togetherness, solidarity and kinship.

This research is research by IAIN Ponorogo students conducted by the KPM 19 group in Bungkuk village, Parang, Magetan. This KPM aims to be media for learning, practice, and society. Understanding of students in managing human resources to improve the quality and critical thinking patterns of each individual so that they become good individuals. The method used is the asset-based community development (ABCD) method. The ABCD approach involves five steps, including the processes of discovery, dreaming, planning, determining, and implementing. For this reason, it aims to provide character and activities that are beneficial to the community. Based on the potential according to initial observations, inviting Bungkuk Village youths to participate in enlivening the mosque in their respective hamlets because of the potential, to increase the sympathy of Bungkuk Tiga Village youth towards the mosque in their respective hamlets, it's not just congregational prayers, but work programs that have been prepared by the BKM Mosque Welfare Board, in order to increase youth togetherness to revive youth youth organizations that have been passive.

Human resource management (HRM) is an important component in any organization or business. The effectiveness of HR management will have an impact on  the company's performance and output. In an Islamic perspective, effective HR management should be built on ideas that uphold Islamic ideals. Allah Almighty has given responsibility to man to manage human resources as effectively as possible. This is related to the idea of trust, which states that everyone is responsible for the property that Allah Almighty has entrusted to him. Man is assigned to use human resources as efficiently as possible by Allah SWT. This relates to the concept of amanah, which states that each individual is responsible for the material possessions that Allah Almighty has given them. Therefore, it is very important to apply justice and kindness in managing human resources. The list of books and articles in this review does not provide a comprehensive picture. Although these restrictions are sufficiently mitigated by the selection of different authors and publications, the results may be improved by a more thorough study. In many types of conflict, including war, religion has been shown to be a motivating factor in demonstrating human commitment and devotion. Knowing how religion functions in business can help develop the potential of HRM. A brief review of Islam's place in business, particularly in HRM, has the potential to have a significant impact.

Islamic education in general can be understood as an effort to increase students' faith, understanding, appreciation and practice of the religion of Islam so that they become Muslim individuals who believe and are pious and have noble character in personal, social, national and state life. This study aims to reveal the effect of Islamic Religious Education on the Attitudes of Single Parent Children: 1) Implementation of Islamic Religious Education. 2) Attitude of Single Parent Children. 3) The Effect of Islamic Religious Education on the Attitude of Single Parent Family Children This research is a field research with quantitative approach with correlation method. The data collection techniques used are: 1) Observation Method 2) interviews (interviews) 3) questionnaires (questionnaires) 4) documentation. Data analysis techniques include calculating the average value (mean), product moment correlation techniques, and drawing conclusions. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that Islamic religious education has a good influence on the attitude of single parent children.
