The advancement of digital technology has encouraged the transformation of airport services, including the implementation of Customer Service through Contact Center 172. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Contact Center 172 in improving service responsiveness at Adi Soemarmo International Airport, Boyolali. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through observation, interviews with five informants, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive analysis model consisting of data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the implementation of Contact Center 172 has supported digital service transformation through an integrated communication system that facilitates real-time information delivery and complaint handling. The service has improved Customer Service responsiveness by providing easier access to information, faster response times, and more effective coordination among service units. Supporting factors include competent human resources, integrated systems, and adequate digital facilities, while the main obstacles involve limited internet connectivity, system maintenance disruptions, high complaint volumes, and limited user understanding of digital services. Therefore, strengthening technological infrastructure, improving staff competencies, and increasing public awareness are essential to optimize digital-based airport services.

The emergence of Internet of Things (IoT) technology has opened up considerable possibilities for automation systems aimed at enhancing energy efficiency in both home and office settings. This study focuses on the creation and deployment of an IoT-driven Smart Home system utilizing ESP32 for the automatic and manual supervision and regulation of electrical appliances within the Employee Dormitory of the Institute for Lecturer Performance Development (LPKD). The established system employs a Passive Infrared (PIR) sensor for detecting human presence and a Light Dependent Resistor (LDR) sensor to assess the intensity of light in the room. The data from these sensors is analyzed by the ESP32 microcontroller, which controls lights and fans automatically through relay modules based on the surrounding conditions. Furthermore, the system is linked to the Blynk application and the Telegram Bot API to enable remote operation and immediate notifications. The methodological approach taken in this research is Research and Development (R&D) employing a prototyping method. The assessment outcomes show that the system functions reliably, with success rates for sensor detection and appliance management exceeding 95%. The introduction of this system aims to boost electrical energy efficiency, improve user experience, and facilitate the adoption of IoT-centered smart facility management within the LPKD framework.

Changes in work patterns driven by digital technology development and post-pandemic dynamics have encouraged organizations to implement Work From Home (WFH) as an alternative working system. This policy has attracted considerable attention because it affects employee productivity and well-being, which are essential for organizational performance. However, previous studies have reported inconsistent findings regarding the effectiveness of WFH. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the impact of WFH on employee productivity and well-being. A qualitative approach was employee using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method by reviewing 19 scientific articles related to productivity, job satisfaction, work-life balance, and mental health. The findings show that 89,5% of articles reported positive effects of WFH through greater flexibility, work comfort, time efficiency, and improved work-life balance, wich contribute to higher productivity and well-being. Meanwhile, 10,5% identified negative effects due to inadequate work facilities, internet disruptions, burnout, and coordination difficulties. These findings indicate that WFH effectiveness is influenced by technological support, job characteristics, and organizational culture. The study implies that organizations should adopt adaptive work policies, strengthen digital infrastructure, and provide mental health support to optimize employee productivity and well-being.

The Society 5.0 era brings major changes in various aspects of life, including the economic and financial systems. The integration of digital technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), Big Data, and Financial Technology (Fintech) has created both opportunities and challenges for the development of the sharia economy. This article aims to: (1) analyze the challenges of the sharia economy in the Society 5.0 era, (2) identify opportunities that can be utilized to strengthen the sharia economy, and (3) formulate strategies for strengthening the sharia economy based on digital transformation and the maqashid sharia. This research uses a qualitative approach through literature study (library research) by analyzing various journals, books, reports of sharia financial institutions, and relevant official documents. The results show that the sharia economy faces challenges in the form of low sharia financial literacy, limited human resources, unequal access to technology, and regulations that are not yet fully adaptive to digital developments. However, Society 5.0 also opens up significant opportunities through the development of Islamic Fintech, the digitalization of the halal industry, the optimization of digital zakat and waqf, and the strengthening of Islamic financial inclusion. Therefore, strategies to strengthen the Islamic economy need to be implemented through increasing Islamic digital literacy, developing an Islamic Fintech ecosystem, strengthening Governance based on the principles of Islamic principles (maqasid) and synergy between the government, academia, industry, and the community.

The implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) has become an essential part of digital transformation in the healthcare sector, aiming to improve the quality, effectiveness, efficiency, and continuity of healthcare services. In Indonesia, the implementation of EMR is supported by the Regulation of the Minister of Health Number 24 of 2022, which mandates healthcare facilities to adopt electronic medical records. However, the implementation process is often challenged by various technical and non-technical factors that may affect its success. This study aims to analyze the success factors and barriers to EMR implementation in hospitals through a literature review approach. The research method used was a literature review by examining and analyzing 11 scientific articles obtained from Google Scholar and other relevant scientific sources. The findings indicate that the success of EMR implementation is influenced by three main aspects, namely human, organizational, and technological factors. Supporting factors include management commitment, user readiness, continuous training, availability of information technology infrastructure, system quality, and organizational support. Meanwhile, common barriers include limited digital literacy among healthcare workers, insufficient information technology personnel, unstable internet connectivity, system errors, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, budget limitations, and the absence of specific standard operating procedures. Furthermore, EMR implementation provides significant benefits, such as improving service efficiency, facilitating access to patient information, enhancing documentation quality, supporting communication among healthcare professionals, and increasing patient safety. Therefore, successful EMR implementation requires synergy between human resources, organizational readiness, and technological infrastructure to achieve optimal healthcare service delivery.

Digital literacy is an essential competency that secondary school students must possess to face the rapid development of technology in the digital era. However, many students still lack adequate understanding of basic information technology concepts, digital security, and the responsible use of technology. This community service activity aimed to improve students' digital literacy through a basic information technology introduction program. The methods employed included preliminary observation, pre-test administration, educational sessions, hands-on practice, discussions, and evaluation through post-tests. The training materials covered computer hardware and software fundamentals, effective internet usage, digital security, and ethical behavior in digital environments. The results indicated a significant improvement in students’ knowledge and digital skills after participating in the program. Students became more capable of accessing, evaluating, and utilizing digital information critically while understanding the importance of cybersecurity and ethical technology use. Furthermore, the high level of participant engagement demonstrated that the program was relevant to students’ needs in today's digital society. Therefore, the basic information technology introduction program proved effective in enhancing digital literacy among secondary school students and can serve as a strategic initiative to prepare young generations to adapt to technological advancements and future digital challenges. The rapid development of information technology has created new challenges for military organizations, including the increasing accessibility of online gambling among military personnel. This study aims to analyze the optimization of mental development programs for Indonesian Navy personnel at the Naval Academy as an effort to prevent online gambling behavior. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach using interviews, observations, documentation, and questionnaires. Data were collected from military leaders, military police personnel, mental development officers, and Naval Academy personnel. The findings indicate that mental development programs have been implemented through religious guidance, counseling, lectures, and character-building activities, which generally receive positive responses from personnel. However, several obstacles remain, including limited participation due to operational activities, rapid technological advancement, easy internet access, and the absence of specific educational materials concerning online gambling. Factors influencing personnel involvement in online gambling include low self-control, unproductive use of leisure time, environmental influences, and personal economic problems. The study concludes that mental development can effectively prevent online gambling when implemented continuously, supported by leadership involvement, digital literacy enhancement, supervision of technology use, and specific educational materials addressing the dangers of online gambling.

Medical waste is a by-product of healthcare activities that may have negative impacts on human health and the environment if not properly managed. This study aims to examine strategic planning for medical waste management in healthcare facilities and evaluate the risk of environmental contamination in the digital era. The method used was a literature review by examining various relevant scientific sources. The findings indicate that medical waste management still faces several challenges, including non-compliance with established standards, limited human resources, and the risk of environmental pollution. The utilization of digital technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), RFID, and Blockchain has the potential to improve the effectiveness of monitoring and managing medical waste. Therefore, strategic planning supported by digital technology, human resource capacity building, and regulatory compliance is essential for achieving safe and sustainable medical waste management.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of information technology in improving the quality of public services. The research method used is library research by collecting and analyzing various scientific sources, such as journals, books, research articles, and government documents related to information technology and public services. The results show that the implementation of information technology through online service systems, official websites, and administrative information systems is able to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, transparency, and accessibility of public services. Information technology also helps accelerate administrative processes, reduce data management errors, increase employee productivity, and strengthen communication between the government and the community. In addition, the implementation of information technology supports the realization of e-government and good governance through increased accountability and information transparency. However, the implementation of information technology still faces several challenges, such as limited human resources, inadequate technological infrastructure, unstable internet connections, and the low ability of some communities to use digital services. Therefore, it is necessary to improve employee competencies, develop technological infrastructure, and conduct public socialization to optimize the implementation of information technology in public services. Overall, information technology has proven to be a strategic solution in creating modern, effective, efficient, transparent, and community-oriented public services.

The development of information technology and the internet has increased the use of online marketplaces as sources of transaction and information, including in the used vehicle sector. OLX provides vehicle information such as price, brand, year, fuel type, mileage, and seller location, but the data is presented individually, making overall market analysis difficult. This study aims to design a used car market analysis dashboard based on OLX advertisement data in the Greater Jakarta area using a Business Intelligence (BI) approach. Data were collected through web scraping and processed through data cleaning to improve quality. Market segmentation was conducted using the K-Means Clustering method based on vehicle price, year, and mileage. A Star Schema analytical database was implemented to support data management and visualization. User information needs were identified through questionnaires to determine Measures and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The dashboard was developed using Microsoft Power BI and features interactive visualizations, including KPI Cards, Bar Charts, Line Charts, and Pie Charts. Results show that the dashboard presents market information in a structured and informative manner, including vehicle counts, average prices, market trends, brand and location distributions, and segmentation results. Black Box Testing confirmed that all dashboard functions operated as expected, supporting faster and more effective data-driven decision making.

This study conducts a systematic review of literature concerning the role of Management Information Systems (MIS) in managing Umrah pilgrim data across Indonesia. Employing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) guided by the PRISMA protocol, the study examined and synthesized 24 peer-reviewed articles published between 2019 and 2026, drawn from Google Scholar, SINTA, and nationally accredited journal portals. Findings indicate that MIS adoption has yielded notable improvements in operational efficiency, data reliability, service transparency, and the overall quality of managerial decision-making within Umrah travel organizations. Web-based MIS remains the predominant technological approach, offering integrated modules for pilgrim registration, document handling, financial tracking, and departure scheduling. At the national level, government-initiated platforms such as SISKOHAT and SISKOPATUH have demonstrated tangible contributions to the administration of Hajj and Umrah services. Nevertheless, persistent obstacles continue to hinder full-scale adoption, including inadequate digital infrastructure in certain regions, inconsistent internet connectivity, and gaps in human resource competencies for operating digital systems. The study argues that embracing MIS is no longer optional for Umrah travel operators; rather, it constitutes a strategic necessity. Future research is encouraged to investigate long-term implementation outcomes, cross-system comparisons, and data security considerations within the broader digital landscape of pilgrimage service management.

The development of digital technology and internet penetration are driving changes in consumer behavior and demanding that MSMEs not only adapt but also understand the operational motives and marketing channel integration strategies to face competition in the digital era. This study aims to examine the operational motives and technical adaptation processes of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bali in integrating online and offline marketing channels through an omnichannel strategy to respond to intense market competition in the digital era. This descriptive qualitative research uses a multiple case study approach in three different MSME sectors: goods maintenance services, creative services, and fashion retail. Data collection was conducted through direct observation, in-depth interviews, and a review of digital activities, then analyzed through single-case and cross-case stages. The results show that MSMEs optimize digital channels as instruments to expand reach and trigger consumer emotional engagement through a visual storytelling approach, while physical stores are crucially maintained as points of sensory validation. Functional integration has been proven to accommodate the shift in consumer behavior towards a hybrid decision-making pattern. In this pattern, consumers conduct information searches and initial evaluations online, but tend to shift to offline interactions to validate quality and finalize transactions to minimize purchase risk. In conclusion, cross-channel operational synergy has proven essential in boosting the competitive advantage of MSMEs.

National milkfish aquaculture production in 2024 reached 792,864 tons, highlighting the strategic role of this commodity in supporting the economy of coastal communities. central java,as one of the main contributors, has significant potential for pond development, including in Ujungwatu Village, Jepara Regency. However, pond management still faces challenges regarding human resource (HR) quality and the optimal utilization of technology. This community service program aims to enhance students’ capacity through outreach and training on Internet of Things (IoT)-based milkfish pond development as an effort to strengthen HR at the Sidomaju 2 SME. Implementation methods include the stages of observation and problem identification, work program planning, WebGIS design, IoT outreach and implementation, and evaluation. The materials covered included an introduction to IoT concepts based on ESP8266, pond monitoring, milkfish feed management, and the implementation of WebGIS as a digital mapping system for the Kalingga milkfish ponds.The activity was attended by 20 students from MA NU Ujungwatu and was conducted in a participatory manner through experiential learning. The results of the activity demonstrated an increase in students’ understanding of the application of technology in milkfish farming, as well as heightened awareness of the importance of efficient and sustainable pond management. The main output of the program is the Kalingga Milkfish Pond WebGIS, which can be utilized as a digital medium for education and monitoring of pond areas. This program contributes to improving students’ technological literacy while supporting the strengthening of pond operational systems based on digital innovation.

The development of digital technology in the Society 5.0 era presents both challenges and opportunities in history teaching, particularly regarding teachers’ ability to integrate technology and adapt to changes in students’ learning styles. This study aims to analyse the challenges faced by teachers and the strategies employed in digital-based history teaching. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) employing the PRISMA approach, involving the stages of identification, screening, eligibility assessment, and inclusion of scientific articles published between 2020 and 2025. From the selection process, 25 relevant articles were identified for qualitative descriptive analysis. The findings indicate that teachers’ digital literacy levels remain at a moderate level and are unevenly distributed, thereby affecting the sub-optimal integration of technology into teaching. Furthermore, changes in students’ learning styles which are increasingly technology-oriented require more interactive and contextual pedagogical innovations. On the other hand, the use of digital media has proven capable of enhancing student motivation and learning outcomes, although this is still hindered by limitations in infrastructure and teachers’ technical competencies. The abundance of historical information on the internet also poses challenges regarding the validity of sources, thus necessitating the strengthening of digital literacy and critical thinking. The implications of this research underscore the importance of the ongoing development of teachers’ digital skills, the improvement of educational facilities, and the implementation of innovative teaching models to ensure that history teaching becomes more relevant and effective, and is capable of fostering critical thinking skills in pupils in the digital age.

This article discusses innovations in cash waqf management through the integration of digital technology with the SatuWakaf.id platform developed by the Indonesian Waqf Board (BWI). The urgency of this research is driven by the need for a transformation in waqf governance to optimize the potential of the Sharia economy in the era of disruption. This study employs a literature review method with a qualitative approach to examine the role of digitalization in enhancing efficiency, transparency, and public participation in waqf. The findings indicate that digital waqf provides ease of access, transaction flexibility, and transparency through a real-time reporting system that is accountably accessible to donors (wakif). Furthermore, the integration of technologies such as QRIS, e-wallets, and internet-based systems effectively addresses various constraints of conventional waqf management, including limited reach and complex administration. However, significant challenges remain, such as low public literacy, limited technological competence among waqf managers (nazir), and cyber security risks surrounding digital transactions. Consequently, the optimization of digital waqf requires strong synergy between human resource development, adaptive regulatory strengthening, and the development of inclusive technological infrastructure to ensure that national waqf potential is fully utilized for the welfare of the community.

In today's digital age, students prefer to switch from conventional learning resources to online media platforms. This convenience presents many problems related to students' lack of information literacy and critical thinking skills. This study aims to describe the behavior and preferences of 10th grade students at SMA Negeri 3 Magelang in using digital media as an academic reference source. The research method used in this study was descriptive quantitative using a Likert scale questionnaire distributed to 35 10th grade students as respondents. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques to identify trends in student behavior. The findings of this study indicate that most students are very active in exploring the internet, using search engines such as Google and watching educational videos on YouTube to find references/references for school assignments. Many students began to show critical awareness by cross-checking the accuracy of information and comparing several digital sources before using them. However, there were still variations in the ability to distinguish credible information and persistence in consistently citing sources in the bibliography.Overall, students feel that digital media greatly supports them in understanding lesson material more quickly, but they still need additional guidance to improve their digital literacy so that the use of technology can continue to support responsible academic achievement.

Digital transformation has brought fundamental changes to the structure and dynamics of modern industrial economics. Technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), and big data not only modify production and distribution processes but also revolutionize marketing strategies and patterns of industrial competition. This study is motivated by the need to understand how digital marketing transformation influences the development of competitive advantage through changes in digital market structure from an industrial economics perspective. In this context, digital marketing functions as a strategic instrument that integrates technology, data, and consumer behavior into market mechanisms. The analysis shows that digitalization creates a network-based market structure characterized by the concentration of economic power in major digital platforms and dominance in data control. This structure affects the intensity of competition, the direction of innovation, and patterns of industry differentiation. Digital marketing transformation enhances efficiency, expands market access, and lowers entry barriers for new players, yet it also creates competitive imbalances due to the dominance of large platforms.Through a digital Structure–Conduct–Performance (SCP) approach, the study finds that market structure acts as an intermediary variable that channels the impact of digitalization on competitive advantage. Digitalization significantly promotes industrial efficiency, innovation, and profitability. Proposed strategic solutions include strengthening digital literacy, developing adaptive regulations, and fostering cross-sector collaboration to create an inclusive, competitive, and sustainable digital industrial ecosystem

Waste management remains a critical environmental issue due to the lack of public awareness in separating organic and inorganic waste, resulting in accumulation and environmental pollution This study aims to analyze and evaluate the development of automatic waste sorting systems based on proximity sensors with full-capacity notification using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach.. The proposed system utilizes a combination of sensors, including proximity sensors for material identification and ultrasonic sensors for detecting object presence and bin capacity, integrated with a microcontroller for real-time processing. Additionally, the system is equipped with IoT-based monitoring that allows users to receive notifications when the waste bin reaches its capacity. The research method involves system design, hardware and software integration, and functional testing to evaluate system performance. The results indicate that the system is capable of sorting waste automatically with a high level of accuracy and responsiveness, while also providing real-time monitoring to support waste management operations. The implementation of this system can reduce manual intervention, increase operational efficiency, and promote better waste segregation practices. Furthermore, this study highlights the potential of integrating smart technology into environmental management systems, contributing both theoretically and practically to the development of sustainable waste management solutions.

This study aims to explore and understand the experiences of Madurese salt farmers in utilizing digitalization as a strategy to increase income. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, focusing on the subjective experiences of farmers in dealing with and interpreting the use of digital technology. The results of this study indicate that the understanding and utilization of digitalization among Madurese salt farmers is still in its early stages. Some farmers still view digital technology as a social communication tool, while others are beginning to utilize it for marketing, accessing price information, and making economic decisions. The use of WhatsApp and Facebook helps expand markets, improve bargaining power, and open up opportunities for increasing income, although it has not been implemented consistently and in a structured manner. However, the benefits of digitalization have not been felt evenly due to differences in digital literacy, age, experience, and limited internet network infrastructure. These findings are expected to provide a basis for the government and stakeholders to design digital literacy training and online marketing assistance to optimize and equitably utilize technology among farmers.

This research specifically examines how the involvement of the community in the process of digitizing services at the population and civil registration office of Gorontalo City. Co-production is a collaboration between the government and the community to improve the quality, effectiveness, and satisfaction of services. The main problems in this study are the low participation of the community in population administration and challenges in the efficiency of services and the use of digital technology. The method used is qualitative descriptive through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that co-production has been implemented through community involvement in data verification, the use of digital services, and active communication between officers and the community. However, there are still obstacles such as low digital literacy and limited human resources. In addition, technology infrastructure and internet access factors also affect the optimization of digital services. This study concludes that co-production is able to increase the effectiveness, responsiveness, and accountability of public services, although efforts are still needed to increase institutional capacity and community participation in a sustainable manner as well as a more inclusive digital education strategy.
