The development of student learning creativity is inseparable from the role of teacher competence as an educator in transferring effective learning, as well as in SKI learning. This paper aims to see how the four SKI teacher competencies are implemented at SD IT Hidayatul Jannah. This study used a qualitative approach with an analytical descriptive method. As for the results of the study: (1) There are aspects of pedagogic competence that have been fulfilled, it can be seen that the teacher has provided educational learning, can communicate and interact actively, (2) Aspects of personality competence as seen by the stability and personal integrity of a teacher, being fair, honest, objective, and also disciplined in carrying out assignments, (3) Aspects of professional competence that can be seen from the mastery of material, structure, and also scientific thinking concepts that support the subjects that the teacher already has, (4) Aspects of social competence of teachers who can accept the advantages and disadvantages of others, and are able to adapt to the environment, especially to students.  

Corruption is an act of misappropriation or abuse that can harm the state for personal gain. Corruption is the enemy of society because it is carried out by people who are irresponsible and this robs people of their rights. This research discusses how the government authority over corrupt practices in state administrative law and the role of state administrative law in efforts to prevent corrupt practices in government. The type of this research is normative jurdicial research with a descriptive approach. The secondary data sources in this research are observations in books, articles, journals, and other documents. Validation of this data using source triangulation techniques, and analyzed with inductive qualitative techniques. This research concludes that government authority is closely related to state administrative law because this law plays an important role in realizing good and clean governance, especially from corruption. The government can create an authority by implementing a closed system policy. To prevent the entry of outsiders and help strengthen government regulation. The role of state administrative law in corruption practices can be in the form of optimizing leadership, improving administration, increasing the integrity and synergy of the bureaucracy, as well as strengthening legal awareness regarding corruption in the community.

This study discusses the role of e-procurement in preventing fraud in Satker X. This study is devoted to examining the role of e-procurement in preventing fraud, as well as the potential for fraud that may still occur when Satker X has implemented e-procurement in procurement process. The object of this research is Satker X which is one of the Central Government Work Units engaged in the field of vocational education. This research is aimed at Satker X as e-procurement users.Research espondent in this study are 3 respondents. Data collection in this study was done by in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. After the data is collected, the next step is analyze the data. Data were analyzed by data reduction, presented in tabular form, until the stage of completion of writing and drawing conclusions. The validity or credibility test of the data is done by using data triangulation.The results show that the implementation of e-procurement in Satker X is quite good, and e-procurement has been proven to increase transparency and accountability in the procurement process in Satker X. However, it turns out that e-procurement still has gaps that can later become one of the potential fraud in the future. It was found that e-procurement is considered less able to prevent fraud that can occur during the implementation of work. Where there is manipulating documents carried out by unscrupulous provider. To avoid this from happening in the future, it is hoped that Satker X and the bureaucracy above it can always evaluate the implementation of work of the procurement of goods and services, besides that Satker X and the bureaucracy above it must also start building an integrity zone, by increasing the integrity of implementers, starting from KPA, planners, PPK, UKPBJ, and the work supervisor.

The involvement of citizens in creating a harmonious society is important in this era of globalization. However, in reality, social and religious problems are still the background to the occurrence of conflicts to this day. Citizens' concern for interacting and maintaining communication between people is expected to be able to reduce the conflict axes that exist in society and this can be done by citizens, one of which is through religious dialogue. The purpose of this study is to find out how citizen involvement through religious dialogue is able to maintain community harmony. This research is a type of qualitative research with a phenomenological approach where data collection techniques are used, namely interview techniques, documentation studies and through Focus Group Discussion (FGD) activities. Test the validity of the data by using triangulation techniques and data analysis techniques by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions.The results of the study show that interfaith dialogue carried out by the community through interfaith communities can be said to be successful in efforts to increase citizen involvement to create a harmonious community life in the current era of globalization, seeing that there are still many conflicts in several areas that are motivated by social and religious issues. Interfaith dialogue also provides knowledge of the diversity of religions and beliefs adopted by the Indonesian people, all of which aim to maintain the unity and integrity of the nation with the existing diversity. Interfaith dialogue can also be used as an alternative in increasing civic engagement by directly involving people of different religions

Dimana   penyediaan pelayanan publik sebagai menyelesaikan sebuah urusan baik administrasi ataupun pelayanan barang dan jasa. Kajian ini mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif,   Analisis data yakni: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penerikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data: derajat kepercayaan, keteralihan, ketergantungan, kepastian. Hasil kajian, Dalam pelayanan publik pemerintah Malaysia mengadopsi beberapa nilai-nilai etis ke dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia (aparat). Melalui management integrity committees, yang diwujudkan dalam The Twelve Pillars” yang meliputi: Menghargai nilai waktu; Keberhasilan karena ketekunan atau kegigihan; Senang bekerja keras; Kesederhanaan; Memiliki karakter yang baik; Kekuatan keramahan; Kekuatan contoh yang kongkrit; Kewajiban melakukan tugas; Kearifan ekonomi; Kesabaran; Perbaikan talenta; Kesenangan untuk terus menghasilkan. Vietnam  merupakan  negara  yang  cukup  berkembang  dalam  melakukan reformasi  birokrasi  pelayanan  khususnya  pelayanan  dalam  hal  membuka  bisnis  atau strating   a business.   Vietnam   memiliki keunggulan   tersendiri yaitu dari segi biaya   dan prosedur. Walaupun sedikit melalui prosedur online, dibandingkan Indonesia  Vietnam  lebih unggul  karena  membutuhkan instansi  yang  lebih  sedikit daripada  Indonesia. Masyarakat Jepang telah menyadari secara menyeluruh perannya sebagai abdi negara untuk memberikan kualitas terbaik dalam pelayanannya kepada masyarakat. Ada suatu kebanggaan jika mereka bisa memberikan pelayanan yang prima kepada masyarakat. Kondisi ini, telah terjadi sejak lama dan membudaya dalam masyarakat Jepang. Pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Pemerintah Jepang bukan hanya sebatas penyediaan prasarana/sarana. Pelayanan Publik dapat berjalan baik karena pemerintah yang cepat melihat dan membaca kebutuhan masyarakatnya, serta peran aktif masyarakat dalam membantu jalannya Pelayanan Publik.

The Quiz Competition is a learning technique through competitions, to be able to increase potential, talents, abilities, in thinking about general knowledge, as well as train thinking sharpness and dexterity in answering questions quickly and accurately. With this technique, students can measure their abilities by answering questions correctly and quickly. Generating students' interest in learning through a game approach is more effective in fostering curiosity and experience in playing smartly in an effective and motivating learning environment than not in the form of games. Nationalism is a deep understanding, loving the Nation and the state with a conscious sense of its citizens who jointly achieve to maintain, and devote the identity, integrity, prosperity, and strength of the Nation.
