Pancasila as a national ideology implies a religious view of the nation, which upholds the values of God Almighty. This is as determined in the constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, which is stated in Article 29 A paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution as a result of the amendment of Chapter XI which states that "The state is based on the Almighty God" so that religious legitimacy is still needed in various aspects of the life of the nation and state, so that it cannot be separated from the Theory of Theocracy which states that the supreme power in a country is God's power which means, no one has supreme power in a country, apart from God. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyse carefully the practice of the nation and state based on divinity in Indonesia in relation to the theory of the formation of theocratic states. The legal research method used is normative juridical legal research method by conducting research on library materials and using statute approach. The result of the research is that the practice of religious life should strengthen and strengthen unity, integrity, and national resilience with Pancasila as the state philosophy and ideology of the nation as a determinant of national integration, a source of ethics for state administration, and continue to clarify and reinforce the role of religion as a state direction in the nation and state.

In facing the complexity of globalization, Indonesia as a country rich in cultural diversity and traditions faces challenges in maintaining its national identity. Cultural diplomacy is identified as a crucial instrument in enhancing national resilience through mutual understanding, respect for diversity, and strengthening national identity. This article discusses the diplomatic role of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in managing cultural differences and describes how cultural diplomacy is a vital element in national defense, in accordance with Law Number 3 of 2002 concerning national defense. The case study of cooperation between Indonesia and South Korea through the Hallyu phenomenon illustrates the impact of cultural diplomacy on the economy, politics and society. This research uses normative juridical research methods or also called library research. The data collection is done secondarily, involving primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials, such as laws, books, journals, and related articles. The results show that in the midst of global cultural changes, cultural diplomacy is also faced with challenges, including multidimensional threats involving physical and non-physical aspects. Therefore, the integration of cultural diplomacy in national security policy is essential to maintain cultural diversity and national identity.

Social integration is a unitary condition of living together from various socio-cultural system units, ethnic groups and communities to interact and work together. Social integration as a reflection of the quality of this relationship, if applied to business actors, will increase the value chain for their business. So that the purpose of implementing this program is to create superior milkfish products through the creation of "Social Integration Empowerment" for business groups in Semarang City through the establishment of "Semarang Milkfish Industrial Community". So it is hoped that it can develop synergy between entrepreneurs and community support for the creation of superior products in the region. The program implementation method begins with an integration process to form the Semarang Milkfish Industry community. Then analyze the problems being faced by the community through action research. The next step is to organize meetings which will be followed by building a common understanding, so that the problems that will be handled can be ascertained. Based on these problems, the team and the community will test the action/work program that will be carried out together. After the mutually agreed work program is implemented, the next stage is evaluation and reflection.

Special Job Exchanges, hereinafter abbreviated as BKK, are service units in secondary education units, higher education units, and job training institutions that provide manpower placement facilities to graduates related to the availability of job vacancies, data collection related to prospective workers, carry out debriefing and guidance activities, which Lastly is assistance. The Batam 1 SMK Negeri 1 Special Job Exchange has established partnerships or collaborations with 125 industrial companies, not only for apprenticeships, but also for job vacancies for graduates of SMKN 1 Batam. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of providing information and distributing labor (Case study of BKK SMKN 1 Batam). This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The data source for this research comes from primary data (18 informants) and secondary data (sourced from BKK). The results of the study were based on (1) indicators of achieving goals in an effort to increase the number of graduates being absorbed from special job fairs were not yet effective, (2) indicators of integration were already effective in terms of program socialization, and (3) indicators of adaptation from observations during the field showed that they had been effective. The conclusion of this study concludes that BKK is quite effective but its implementation has not been optimal. The suggestion from this research is to renew the strategy of the job market specifically in attracting companies to be able to recruit graduates so that the percentage of working graduates can increase every year.

Being geographically close to Malaysia made them into good political relations; the example was the Import of Oxygen Tanks during pandemic in 2020-2021. Trading is carried out specifically after the Import Agreement which was requested directly by the Governor of West Kalimantan. The Oxygen Import Agreement requires an integrated action between the institutions in order to minimize corruption. The research is elaborated through three main discussions, based on the Border Governing Theory and Sovereignty Concept on a qualitative approach and descriptive method. First, the Legal Basic for Border Management. Second, the Export-Import Process and Sectoral Cooperation through the Oxygen Tank import process. Third, the success of Integration Governance process to reduce the Corruption. The purpose of this study is to see the success in relation to minimizing corruption in the Export of Oxygen Tanks at the Entikong Border.

Indonesian language learning is a national language learning that is closely related to national values. Until now, learning Indonesian is used as a main subject in an educational institution. The role of Indonesian in learning at the junior high school level is expected to be able to realize the profile of Pancasila students who are instilled through national values in learning Indonesian. Therefore, the research conducted included an educational institution, namely a junior high school with an area coverage in Surakarta. This article aims to focus on the integration of national values in Indonesian language learning to realize the Pancasila Student Profile at the junior high school level in the Surakarta region. This article uses a qualitative method using field note data that has been made. The data source for this article is field note data from the results of the implementation of junior high school students in the city of Surakarta.
