The growth of the nickel mining industry in Indonesia, particularly in Southeast Sulawesi Province, has made this sector one of the main contributors to the Regional Gross Domestic Product (RGDP). However, the development of supporting infrastructure—especially mining haulage roads—still faces various risks that could potentially cause project delays and disrupt operational efficiency. Therefore, a systematic risk identification process is necessary to ensure that project implementation proceeds in accordance with established time, cost, and quality targets. This study aims to identify and assess risks in mining infrastructure development projects using a stakeholder-based approach. This approach is employed to gain an understanding of the risks that arise from the perspectives of the parties involved in the project. The results of this study describe the dominant risks that could potentially occur in nickel mining projects, namely opposition from the local community surrounding the project, conflicts with community organizations, denial of access to project roads, and disruption of project security due to inadequate security measures by authorities. It is hoped that these dominant risks can serve as a basis for developing effective risk mitigation strategies to support the successful and sustainable development of mining infrastructure.

Jaringan 5G, sebagai generasi kelima teknologi seluler, menyediakan kecepatan internet ultratinggi, latensi minimal, dan konektivitas superior dibandingkan pendahulunya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji evolusi, manfaat, serta hambatan implementasi 5G dalam berbagai domain kehidupan. Pendekatan metodologis yang diterapkan adalah studi pustaka (Library Research) dengan pengumpulan data dari literatur primer seperti buku, jurnal ilmiah, dan artikel peer-reviewed. Temuan penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa 5G menghasilkan dampak transformasional positif pada pendidikan (VRlearning), kesehatan (telesurgery), industri (Industry4.0), transportasi (V2X), dan smart city ecosystems. Meski demikian, deployasi 5G terkendala oleh biaya infrastruktur masif, keterbatasan device ecosystem, serta vulnerabilitas keamanan siber. Rekomendasi: Diperlukan integrasi advanced security frameworks dan dukungan infrastruktur policy-driven untuk optimalisasi adopsi dan sustainability jaringan 5G.

This study aims to investigate the influence of audit committee characteristics—including the proportion of independent audit committee members, audit committee size, and the frequency of audit committee meetings—on the risk of financial statement fraud in companies in the real estate and infrastructure sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2020 to 2024. This study is grounded in agency theory and signaling theory. The sample was selected using purposive sampling, involving 62 companies or 310 observations. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression via SPSS version 27. The findings of the study indicate that, collectively, the three audit committee characteristic variables, along with the control variables, have a significant impact on financial statement fraud risk. However, when examined individually, the proportion of independent audit committee members, the size of the audit committee, and the frequency of audit committee meetings do not show an influence. Meanwhile, the profitability control variable (ROA) showed an influence on financial statement fraud risk. This study concludes that the extent to which an audit committee can prevent fraud depends not only on quantitative factors such as the number of members or meeting frequency, but is also more influenced by the quality of the audit committee members’ capabilities and commitment in carrying out their oversight duties.

This study examines the effectiveness of local government policies in infrastructure development and urban park management as multifunctional public spaces at Bundaran Besar Palangkaraya. Rapid urban development and increasing community needs for public spaces have encouraged the government to revitalize this area as a city landmark and social interaction space. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through literature review, observation, and documentation. The results show that the development and revitalization of Bundaran Besar have improved aesthetic quality, public facilities, environmental conditions, and social functions. However, several challenges remain, including limited accessibility for certain groups, suboptimal management and maintenance systems, and traffic and parking issues during peak hours. The analysis indicates that although government policies have contributed positively to the development of public spaces, their effectiveness is still not fully optimal. Therefore, stronger governance, community participation, and sustainable management strategies are needed to enhance the role of Bundaran Besar as an inclusive, functional, and sustainable public space.

This community service activity aims to enhance public understanding of the role of infrastructure in supporting quality of life, particularly through the utilization of the Sub PPKBD Tambakkemerakan Community Hall in Krian as a social and educational space. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR), which emphasizes active community involvement in every stage of the activity, from problem identification to program implementation. The activities were carried out through a series of events that combined elements of togetherness, religiosity, and education, such as communal iftar (breaking the fast), congregational prayers, and an offline webinar featuring student speakers.The results indicate an improvement in community understanding of the importance of utilizing social infrastructure not only as a gathering place but also as a medium for learning and empowerment. In addition, the activity strengthened social interaction, increased community solidarity, and encouraged active participation in utilizing available facilities more productively. Despite several challenges, such as time constraints and differences in participants’ levels of understanding, the activity overall had a positive impact in promoting the optimization of social infrastructure functions. Therefore, the continuation of similar programs is necessary to support sustainable improvements in community quality of life.

This study aims to design and develop an Android-based public infrastructure damage reporting application on Lepat Island, South Bangka Regency, as an effort to support the Smart Island concept. The background of this study is the continued use of a manual reporting system that causes delays in handling and a lack of transparency. The method used is Agile which includes the stages of system design, implementation, testing and periodic evaluation. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and literature studies. The results of the study are an Android-based application that allows the public to report infrastructure damage with features to upload photos, descriptions, and GPS-based locations. In addition, the application provides report history and status monitoring features to increase transparency. The implementation results show that the use of mobile technology can improve service efficiency, speed up the reporting process, and increase community participation. This application is expected to support the implementation of Smart Governance and Smart Island in the region.

The Indonesian capital market has become a vital pillar of the national economy, providing opportunities for companies to obtain funding while simultaneously providing an investment vehicle for the wider community. In this context, stocks are the most sought-after instrument due to the potential returns they offer. However, stock investment is constantly faced with uncertainty, with fluctuating stock prices often presenting challenges for investors, especially those without a thorough understanding of the company's fundamental performance. An interesting phenomenon, the starting point of this research, is the quite extreme price movements of BIPI shares over the past decade. From 2015 to 2021, BIPI's share price remained stagnant at Rp 50 per share, a condition often referred to by market participants as "gocap" (goat capit). This condition reflects low investor interest in the company's shares, possibly due to high risk perceptions or unconvincing fundamental performance.

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh topologi star terhadap performa jaringan komputer di era digital, di mana akses internet Indonesia mencapai 72,78% menurut BPS (2024), menuntut infrastruktur andal dan efisien. Tujuan utama adalah mengevaluasi keunggulan seperti kemudahan pemeliharaan, performa stabil, serta keamanan terpusat, sekaligus keterbatasan kritis berupa single point of failure, biaya kabel tinggi, dan skalabilitas terbatas, dengan mitigasi melalui protokol redundansi FHRP. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan digital melalui analisis literatur dari jurnal, e-book, dan sumber daring. Hasil menunjukkan topologi star unggul untuk LAN skala kecil-menengah dengan throughput tinggi dan deteksi kesalahan mudah, meskipun rentan kegagalan pusat; integrasi FHRP berhasil meminimalkan downtime di bawah 1% serta mencapai uptime 99,9%. Secara keseluruhan, topologi star dikombinasikan redundansi menjadi solusi optimal untuk lingkungan enterprise modern, dengan saran penggunaan switch stackable, monitoring SNMP, dan VLAN untuk meningkatkan skalabilitas serta keamanan.

This study investigates collaborative governance in road infrastructure repair in Pekanbaru City, Riau Province, driven by the urgent need to address the high number of damaged roads and the limitations of local government capabilities. Utilizing a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, data were gathered from interviews with five stakeholders, field observations, and supporting documents. The study applies collaborative governance theory by Emerson and Nabatchi to analyze road repair efforts in Pekanbaru, highlighting effective collaborative dynamics. Key findings reveal the establishment of a Coordination Team, role clarity, trust, and commitment among stakeholders as factors of success. Essential contributing elements include shared cooperation needs, consequential incentives, leadership support, and sufficient resources. However, challenges such as a volatile political climate, unequal information distribution, and power imbalances pose barriers to collaboration. Overall, the study concludes that collaborative governance in Pekanbaru's road infrastructure enhancement has yielded positive outcomes but calls for improvements in transparency, communication strategies, and the establishment of an integrated information system for effective progress monitoring. Additionally, independent oversight mechanisms are recommended to sustain equitable role distribution and responsibilities among all parties involved.

Transformasi digital menuntut pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) untuk memiliki kesiapan pemasaran digital agar mampu bersaing di pasar yang semakin kompetitif. Namun, kesiapan tersebut pada UMKM binaan Kelurahan Bangetayu Wetan masih bervariasi terutama pada aspek literasi digital, pemanfaatan infrastruktur, strategi pemasaran, sikap dan motivasi digital, serta dukungan kelembagaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan kesiapan pemasaran digital dengan daya saing usaha lokal UMKM binaan Kelurahan Bangetayu Wetan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner kepada seluruh anggota UMKM binaan kelurahan sebanyak 34 responden menggunakan teknik total sampling. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dan inferensial menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman untuk menguji hubungan antarvariabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa infrastruktur digital, strategi pemasaran digital, sikap dan motivasi digital, serta dukungan kelembagaan memiliki hubungan positif dengan daya saing usaha lokal UMKM, sedangkan literasi digital pemasaran tidak menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan. Dukungan kelembagaan melalui pelatihan, pendampingan, dan fasilitasi pemasaran digital terbukti memperkuat kapasitas pelaku usaha dalam memanfaatkan teknologi untuk promosi dan perluasan pasar. Kesiapan pemasaran digital yang lebih baik berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan visibilitas produk, akses pasar, dan keberlanjutan usaha lokal. Disimpulkan bahwa kesiapan pemasaran digital merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan daya saing usaha lokal UMKM binaan Kelurahan Bangetayu Wetan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penguatan program pemberdayaan UMKM berbasis digital melalui pelatihan berkelanjutan, peningkatan infrastruktur digital, serta pendampingan kelembagaan yang terintegrasi di tingkat kelurahan

Penulisan ini bertujuan guna untuk mengkaji peran teknologi dalam penyusunan desain pembelajaran di kelas pada era digital. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa teknologi pembelajaran telah berkembang menjadi sistem yang terintegrasi, mencakup perencanaan, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi pembelajaran secara sistematis. Pemanfaatan teknologi digital seperti Learning Management System, aplikasi desain kreatif, kecerdasan buatan, serta pula augmented reality terbukti mampu meningkatkan interaktivitas, fleksibilitas, dan keterlibatan peserta didik dalam proses belajar. Selain memberikan kemudahan akses dan efisiensi, teknologi juga mendukung pembelajaran berbasis kompetensi melalui pemantauan dan evaluasi yang lebih akurat. Kendati, integrasi teknologi dalam desain pembelajaran memerlukan kesiapan guru, dukungan institusi, serta infrastruktur yang memadai agar pelaksanaannya berjalan optimal. Maka demikian dengan perencanaan yang tepat dan pendekatan yang adaptif, teknologi dapat menjadi instrumen strategis dalam meningkatkan mutu dan efektivitas pembelajaran di kelas.

Konflik manusia–gajah merupakan permasalahan serius di kawasan Taman Nasional Way Kambas, Lampung, yang berdampak pada kerugian ekonomi, gangguan sosial, dan ancaman keselamatan manusia serta satwa liar [1], [2]. Salah satu pendekatan mitigasi yang efektif adalah penerapan sistem peringatan dini berbasis teknologi telekomunikasi dan Internet of Things (IoT) [3], [4]. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kebutuhan dan kinerja jaringan telekomunikasi yang sesuai untuk mendukung sistem peringatan dini konflik manusia–gajah. Metode meliputi analisis kebutuhan sistem, perancangan arsitektur jaringan, perbandingan teknologi komunikasi (GSM/4G, NB-IoT, dan LoRaWAN), serta simulasi skenario pengiriman data dari node sensor. Data empiris diperoleh dari simulasi performa jaringan (jangkauan, delay, konsumsi daya, dan packet delivery ratio). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa LoRaWAN memiliki keunggulan dalam jangkauan dan efisiensi energi untuk wilayah konservasi yang minim infrastruktur [5], [6]. Sistem yang diusulkan mampu mengirimkan data deteksi keberadaan gajah secara near real-time ke pusat pemantauan dan selanjutnya didistribusikan sebagai peringatan kepada petugas dan masyarakat sekitar. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi referensi dalam pengembangan sistem peringatan dini konflik manusia–gajah berbasis telekomunikasi di Indonesia.

Information technology (IT) infrastructure planning plays a strategic role in supporting organizational performance and achieving business objectives. However, many organizations experience misalignment between IT infrastructure planning and organizational needs, leading to inefficiencies, limited system integration, and suboptimal utilization of IT investments (Maulana, 2024; Njanka et al., 2025). This study aims to analyze the suitability of IT infrastructure planning with organizational needs using a quantitative approach. The research framework integrates the Strategic Alignment Model (SAM), Strategic Alignment Maturity Model (SAMM), and COBIT 2019 governance principles. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire distributed to IT managers and system users. A total of 85 valid responses were analyzed using descriptive statistics and gap analysis. The results indicate that IT infrastructure planning is moderately aligned with organizational needs, particularly in supporting operational activities. Nevertheless, significant gaps were identified in system integration, scalability, and long-term infrastructure planning. These findings highlight the importance of continuous evaluation and governance-based IT planning to enhance alignment and ensure sustainable organizational performance.

The lack of street lighting infrastructure on the connecting roads between hamlets in Tepansari Village hinders community mobility and increases security risks at night. This community service program aims to implement Solar Power Street Lighting (PJUTS) technology as a renewable energy solution while building infrastructure independence through community empowerment. The implementation method uses the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach which includes five stages: discovery, design, define, delivery, and destiny. The program involved a collaboration between 7 KPM students, 2 village officials, and 10 local residents. The results of the service show that two PJUTS units have been successfully installed at strategic points and are functioning optimally independently without the burden of village electricity costs. In addition to physical outputs, this activity succeeded in increasing the technical capacity of residents in preventive maintenance of solar panel and battery components through a learning-by-doing process. The immediate impact felt by the community is an increased sense of security and mobility comfort, which supports social-religious and economic activities at night. This program proves that the integration of appropriate technology and participatory empowerment is an effective strategy in realizing sustainable rural infrastructure independence in accordance with SDGs point 7 targets.

Infrastructure expansion has been increasingly recognized as a transformative force shaping the social, economic, and cultural dynamics of coastal communities. This study investigates the effects of major infrastructure development specifically ports and toll roads on social mobility and religious practices within the traditional fishing communities of Bengkalis Island. Using a qualitative design, data were collected through field observations, in-depth interviews with fisherfolk, local leaders, and religious figures, as well as reviews of regional development policies. The findings reveal that new infrastructure has introduced shifts in livelihood patterns, encouraging economic diversification beyond traditional fishing activities. These shifts contribute to both upward and horizontal mobility, altering long-standing social hierarchies within the community. Moreover, the changing economic landscape influences religious life: traditional maritime rituals experience reduced centrality, while formalized religious organizations gain greater authority and participation. Infrastructure development also increases exposure to external cultural influences, accelerating negotiations of religious identity and modern interpretations of faith. Overall, this study argues that infrastructure projects function not only as physical catalysts of development but also as sociocultural drivers that reshape belief systems, communal relations, and the lived realities of traditional fishing populations. The research highlights the necessity of adopting development strategies sensitive to local contexts and cultural continuity.

Pertumbuhan kawasan industri sebagai dampak urbanisasi turut mendorong peningkatan aktivitas ekonomi di Indonesia. Kawasan Industri Candi di Kota Semarang menjadi salah satu contohnya, namun belum sepenuhnya ditunjang oleh infrastruktur yang memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi tingkat kepuasan dan prioritas pemenuhan infrastruktur berdasarkan persepsi pekerja. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui survei terhadap 100 pekerja dari 111 perusahaan, dengan teknik multi-stage random sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode Customer Satisfaction Index dan Importance Performance Analysis. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa dari total infrastruktur yang dianalisis, sebelas telah memenuhi standar, empat cukup memenuhi, dan satu belum memenuhi pedoman teknis kawasan industri. Tingkat kepuasan pekerja terhadap ketersediaan dan kondisi infrastruktur mencapai 72% (kategori puas), sedangkan tingkat kesesuaian antara kepentingan dan kepuasan sebesar 99%. Meski demikian, lima infrastruktur jaringan jalan, jaringan air bersih, sistem pengolahan sampah, unit pemadam kebakaran, dan sarana Kesehatan masih memerlukan pemenuhan atau perbaikan segera. Temuan ini menjadi dasar rekomendasi bagi pengelola dan pemerintah untuk memprioritaskan pemenuhan infrastruktur, guna mendukung keberlangsungan industri dan kesejahteraan pekerja secara optimal.

Penelitian ini mengkaji transformasi jaringan perkotaan Kotabaru Yogyakarta melalui pendekatan tipomorfologis, dengan fokus pada ketahanan dan kemampuan beradaptasi elemen ruang di tengah perubahan perkotaan yang cepat. Awalnya dirancang berdasarkan konsep Garden City, Kotabaru telah mengalami transformasi signifikan, termasuk konversi zona perumahan menjadi penggunaan komersial, pengurangan ruang terbuka hijau, dan meningkatnya ketidakkonsistenan arsitektural. Menggunakan analisis spasial diachronis dari tahun 1925 hingga 2025, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi pergeseran morfologis kunci dan mengkategorikan elemen perkotaan menjadi tipe persisten, pendorong, dan patologis. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa meskipun beberapa struktur permanen, seperti jaringan jalan radial dan bangunan kolonial, tetap ada, mereka tidak cukup untuk mempertahankan idealisme Garden City di hadapan komersialisasi, tekanan populasi, dan tuntutan infrastruktur. Degradasi ruang hijau—dari 45,3% pada tahun 1925 menjadi 24,61% pada tahun 2025—lebih lanjut menyoroti hilangnya keseimbangan ekologi dan spasial. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa ketahanan jaringan perkotaan memerlukan lebih dari sekadar keabadian fisik; ia membutuhkan penegakan kebijakan yang konsisten, perlindungan ekologi, dan intervensi desain yang sensitif terhadap konteks. Temuan ini berkontribusi pada strategi revitalisasi berkelanjutan distrik perkotaan warisan di bawah tekanan modernisasi.
